Overall ok, the air was not working and made it a bit uncomfortable.

The air conditioning does not work. It is 78 degrees outside. Front desk states They are in the process of upgrading the units. Then you shouldn’t be renting out a room if there is no air being circulated.

I'm enjoying the clean quiet room. Courteous service.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. My husband and I stayed here the night of our wedding. We showed up in the lobby, in our wedding clothes still, clearly having just gotten married. It took them about 5-10 minutes just to get to us, despite there being 2 people working behind the desk and only one other person checking in. We eventually filled out our check in paper work and then we stood around waiting for another 15 minutes probably. Mind you, I am in my wedding dress and we have gotten no apologies or explanation for why we were waiting so long. The people working behind the desk were talking and joking and then had a whole conversation with a drunk patron staying at the hotel. All while we are standing there having no idea what we were waiting on and what was taking so long. My husband then asked what else we needed to do, and they snapped at us and told us they were working on it and that the computers were slow due to the weather (it had rained a some that night). They were extremely rude and still did not apologize for our wait. We finally got checked in and they informed us that we needed to go up the stairs to the third floor because their elevator was down. Again no apologies for this (I understand there was nothing they could do about that but I expect an apology when something like that is down).

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Just keep driving there are more hotels a little further down the road. While the lobby was clean and nice looking, the rooms were horrible. The size of the rooms were awesome but the couch was torn to shreds. The carpet was horrible and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed. My daughter found a chip on the floor and said it was moldy. The bed my daughter slept in was okay and seemed to be clean. The bed my husband and I ended up with was filthy. I wouldn’t sleep in it. It made me scared. The sheets didn’t look to be washed. There were bodily fluid stains on the sheets. It was so terribly gross! The experience was horrible. If you didn’t have the AC going (which blows great. It was freezing in there) you could hear the people in the other room. They were so noisy. We could hear them clearly though the wall.

My partner and I stayed here twice, once on our way to our cruise out of Galveston TX and our way back. No problems.

Quick check in, clean room, nice people. The breakfast was not very impressive at all. The eggs tasted like chemicals and unfortunately nothing else in the continental breakfast looked appetizing at all. I'm usually not too picky but there was just nothing I was interested in at all for the breakfast. Other than that good hotel I always check the room for bed bugs and there were no signs of any issues.

All around we give this hotel a zero score. Better off staying at a homeless shelter. Total negative.

Very clean, large room, and huge bathroom. The double queen comes with a queen sleeper sofa. Smal but decent workout room, business room had a computer and printer. Had a decent selection for the free breakfast but the quality minis the pastries were pretty bad, almost not edible. So stick to the pastries and cereal and you'll be ok.

Not the newest Comfort Suites we've stayed at but it was nice and the staff helpful. The room was musty when we got there but the AC was able to pull most of the moisture out of the air before long. The toilet clogged but was easily plunged.

Terrible, very dirty. Our couch was literally torn up. Mildew abundant in the shower. Everything was sticky in our room… could not wait to leave and take a shower somewhere else!

Very friendly staff, clean & has a good amount of stores nearby. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

Nice inside, great housekeeping. Outside a bit bland, needs landscaping. Tv's channel guide didn't work and slow channel changing. Couches cover was coming uncovered and cushion were upside down to hide ripped covers. Nice lobby and great buffet breakfast. I would have gave a 5, if Chanel guide worked.

Great breakfast, comfortable rooms. Getting a little bit tired. They said they were redoing it soon. Great price.

Kyle and Tonya did a wonderful job. They were very nice considering we came last minute. The entrance was nice and clean. I would definitely be visiting again. Thanks again.

Stayed here on March 19th. First given a dirty room. Next room sofa ripped which has been the same in every room. We stay here frequently. Cant see out the windows because of mildew. Cant get into the hotel from the pool door which has been the case for quite some time. At breakfast there was no food. Had to hunt the staff down only to be told there was nothing as well as no plates. The juice machine did not work. Very disappointing stay. We are Choice members and will send a complaint to corporate.

The air conditioner did not work in our room. The bathroom door lock didnt work. Also I have never had a noise complaint so I dont know if the floor carried noise easily or there was a butthole below us. Plus side the rooms were big and clean. The hotel was easy to get to from the interstate.

Very spacious rooms, customer service was great. Enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning. The hotel overall was very clean and updated.

The staff are attentive and helpful. The location is convenient to restaurants and other stores. I'm not too familiar with Mandeville in general but it's also just across the bridge from NO. The bed and sheets were fine, areas to improve would be to get rid of the torn and stained leather couch (which probably made the room feel less clean overall), deep clean the bathroom, defrost the fridge/freezer and fix the lighting in the bathroom as well. Breakfast was alright, but it's hard to compete with all the church sports leagues in the hotels.

The Wi-Fi was terrible I didn't even work I live in this hotel and it usually works I make 8 figures a year but I still live here with my aunt shaniqua she broke a lamp one time and she ate it for breakfast after she also ate a coachroach that in the bathtub at 2 am.

The entrance driveway was a little difficult to find but the hotel is very nice. The best part was the staff. The agent at check-in was very helpful and kind. Staying here is a no brainer.

Area felt safe. The room was clean and comfortable. Bigger than expected. The free breakfast was better than most.

Not bad at all. I have stayed here a few times now. This time the beds were clean and comfortable, we had good TV reception and the breakfast was much appreciated. With food and gas right outside the front door it is a great place to stop on a long road trip.

This is a very nice and clean motel that is right off the interstate. Rooms are spacious and the staff was very friendly. Hot breakfast in the morning included everything from eggs, bacon and sausage to cereals and pastries. Property is located behind a couple of restaurants and a bit hard to spot when you first exit the interstate. I had to make a u-turn to get to the entrance. Would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel with a good choice of TV channels. The breakfast was typical but they did have good cereal choices. The Wi-Fi wasn't very fast but it will allow you to check your e-mail. The hotel was clean, the linens were soft and clean. The bathroom was a decent size and the ice machine was on floors 2 & 4.

Our room had a dingy smell to it. Our beds were half made. We had to go get our own towels and wash cloths at the front desk. Rooms weren't really cleaned and sometimes the trash weren't emptied. Won't be staying here anyone that's for sure.

The air conditioner didn't work and even after several calls no one came to fix it. Then the next morning when we went to make coffee the inside of of the maker was dirty and we had to go downstairs to get coffee. I was apologized to but in LA an air conditioner is mandatory. I don't think they took our complaints seriously. Since they didn't fix it and we got a bad night sleep because of it we should have been given a discount. At this point I could not in good conscience refer anyone to this hotel.

Took 40 minutes to get a room because even though the rooms showed "available" in their system most of them were not clean so the lady had to physically go check one by one to see if they were ready. Not to mention we arrived at 11:40 so we were tired and then on top of it, we get skipped when we went to get out stuff and our room was ready so we had to wait for the lady to check more rooms, breakfast was good and hot so I cant complain about that. But it is completely unprofessional to not have any clean rooms.

One night booked with our company, the 2nd night booked personally. We asked if the company rate could be extended to us and was told by the front desk, "there is no reason why it couldn't, but let me check". After 24hrs and 4 additional personnel, one being the regional manager, we were asked how could they obtain our consistent business, but if we wanted the better rate we would have to look for one online. The regional manager first stated there a better rate than our current did not exist without a contract, but attempting to sign in to use complimentary Wi-Fi, the hotel webpage advertised a better rate. That rate was then brought to the regional managers attention, where it was quickly removed before we could book it. Of course we cancelled the entire reservation and booked at a competitors hotel when that hotel heard of this issue with Comfort Inn.

Fantastic service and clean comfortable rooms! The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful! Very impressed with this hotel and recommend it to anyone in the Baton Rouge area!

First, the excellent part: Katie on the front desk was above and beyond helpful, despite being incredibly busy the whole time! She really was just great and always a pleasure to deal with. The room (s) themselves were nice and spacious and it was really nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was okay. Always well stocked. The downfall was housekeeping. The bed was made and trash taken out every day, but that's all I can say happened. I had to go get my own towels. I know the tub was not touched and I am pretty certain the toilet was not cleaned either. The elevator was dirty. And, the hotel is supposed to be 100% smoke free, but it was not. People were definitely smoking and it was making me ill. Thankfully, I was able to move rooms. But, even at that, the smoking area is right outside the front door, meaning I had to walk through a haze of smoke to get in. I realize that you cannot control what every guest is doing, but it did affect my experience to have to move to get away from the offenders.

A great hotel — comfortable beds and our room was clean. However, we timed it wrong driving in — apparently there's a HUGE church that ends on Saturday evenings nearby, complete with police escorts. The flow of traffic and police blocked the driveway of the hotel so I couldn't make a left turn, so I had to drive down and turn around to make a right which made it out to be a be a 45 minute adventure when it should of been 2 seconds to turn in. The hotel should probably communicate with the local law enforcement regarding this issue to make sure people can actually get into the parking lot around this time!

Room had trash from previous guest! Sofa bed was torn/ripped. Both ice machines in the hotel were broken. Front desk clerk said to go to gas station to buy ice. I felt he could have gotten some ice for me from the ice machine in the kitchen.

I'm really not sure how other users have given this place good reviews. This place is really filthy. The floors were a dirty mess when we entered that night to check in. Our room was spacious however there literally feces on the bathroom was oposite of the toilet near the bathtub (room 303). As soon as you got off the elevator a strong odor of marijuana filled the hallways. When we went down for Breakfast he next morning the floor and countertops were littered with food and trash. There was coffee cups but the lids did not fit the cups and the young guy working for the hotel that morning said oh I didn't know we were out of regular cups that fit that lid but instead of taking away the lids he left them there. Most of the 3 shifts of staff we have seen spend most of their time out front smoking, from the manager of the hotel to the maint man. Will never stay here again.

Stopped at a comfort inn before heading out of Louisiana (after Bouton Rouge). Bed was comfy and the room was large.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The Room was clean, comfortable, and had a lot of little extras you don't expect at that price. I would recommend this place to anyone, but don't order from the pizza place on the back of the TV menu. It was delivered quickly, but tasted awful.

The room was lovely and clean. I loved all the extra electrical plugs provided as I normally have to unplug a lamp to charge my phone or laptop. Absolutely worth the $99. This hotel room was much better than the last four-hundred dollar room I stayed in.

I give this place 5stars, stayed there for couple days and it's rly good, this hotel after renovation, clean. Breakfast is amazing, pool, laundry. I love it. We paid 390 with all tax for 1 week double bed room.

New, clean, up-to-date style. Convenient location for traveler, with gas stations, McD, Sonic, WaffleHouse, WinnDixie right there. Courteous and upbeat staff, very reasonable rates, spacious rooms, clean stylish decor, comfortable beds and bedding, strong A/C in room, extra standard and USB outlets for charging devices, TV channels posted. We'll stay again.
