I booked our room a week in advance, but for some reason they put us upstairs with two children. We were just sitting there watching TV and we got a knock on the door because they people under us complained we were too loud. The rest of the stay we tipped toed around. Not as nice as the pictures look. Pretty shabby. It was suppose to be a relaxing time and it was just stressful. Will not stay here again.

Clean basic place. Glad there's no carpet. You can't take any soap, shampoos or conditioners home as freebies. Basic, but not cozy. Convenient with free breakfast and location.

Decent accommodations and cost but the room next to us was some sort of ghetto hotel party that ensued past midnight. Also booked a non-smoking but was given a smoking room laden with cigarette residue. I'm lucky I brought ear plugs and sleeping pills.

The room is a great value for the price, and would definitely stay there again. I loved how big and spacious the room was. My only gripes are the soap being in a wall dispenser, the internet was spotty and although the description says they have one, the fitness center was it of order but really the negatives I had with the hotel are minute I was just pointing them out for testing purposes and with me not needing much the room was clean and comfortable which surprised me.

Excellent place to stay in Hammond. Nearest hotel to Southeastern Louisiana University. Plenty places to eat nearby. Breakfast was great. Andy Patel — manager is super friendly and helpful. They even have truck parking. I would stay there again. :)

We liked the hotel very much. Very clean Room. Clean Sheets and big bed. Comfortable room. I'll Definitely stay there when I can.

Excellent hotel for an extended-stay when possible. The staff here are friendly and very helpful to assist your needs. Clean, spacious and accommodating rooms. Not one of those "super-duper high-end hotels" but definitely a good place to resort to. The lady staff cook a wonderful breakfast 7 days a week from 6am-9am every day with well-cooked sausage, eggs; you can cook your own nice fluffy waffle; have your tea, coffee, grits, oatmeal, etc. You name it. The women staff go above-and-beyond in the great breakfast they provide so please give them a good tip when you can. Overall, a great place to be close to the freeway to get to where you need to go. No complaints that really need to be made at all.

Not the worst place that I have ever stayed at but definitely not the best. Personally, I would not stay here again.

The management Travis he was just fantastic and Giovanni we loved him he just most happiest person ever saw and then we have a Travis which You Know Travis will you anyway you can help you he would move it hustle and then we had Beth at night and Beth was cool as all get-out we liked her to everybody's just as friendly and helpful as can be and I've never stayed in a better Hotel.

If you don't have a problem with bugs/spiders this will be a comfy stay for you. So we arrived and checked in about 8:30, I saw a bullet hole in the window of one of the rooms closest to the Lobby and asked the desk clerk if it was safe, she assured us it was. So our room was 118 and up on entry it seemed okay until I spotted a spider in my roommates bed so we asked for another room. They moved us upstairs to 218 and those spiders weren't even hiding so I asked for a can of raid and the manager instructed the clerk to cancel our 7 day stay. I guess that was easier for them? I'm any event stay at your own discretion.

This place was not what I was expecting and turned out fairly nice. Comfy beds, clean sheets, down the street from a gas station.

Reservations for one night. Very clean room, clean fresh comfy beds, & pillows. GREAT morning coffee. Would stay again.

If you want a pleasant hotel stay, go to Holiday Inn. I Worked here temporarily. An unorganized mess. I had to constantly call the police here for the types of people they rent to. Andy Patel owns this hotel as well as Best Inn and another sketchy hotel. If they screw something up, or you have problems with their roaches or bed bugs or anything else unpleasant. Beware, you will not get your money back.

Called late on a Friday and was given a deal. Desk attendant was sensitive to my family's situation as we just spent a week vacationing at Disney World, Orlando and we live in Northern Illinois very close to Wisconsin and had to change our 75 N route because of the 01/22/2016 snow storm that hit Tennessee hard. Desk attendant actual gave us a double queen room for a 20% discount. Upon entering the room I was excited to see that the room was as nice as the lobby which is never the case at any hotel on my many travels… Sink area has soap & lotion dispensers as does the shower, body, shampoo & conditioner dispensers available … Now I wrote this at night but I am positive and bet my name that the breakfast is as good as the rest of my experience thus far… Ps … Wifi actually works great :) Highly recommend this hotel for visits to the area of any kind … Chad, Amy & Brooklynn …

Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms are dated and need to be updated. The door to the room showed a significant gap between the frame and door when closed and locked. The location was convenient for fast access to the interstate. I was traveling with a pet and this may have been a factor in room assignment. I understand that some pet owners don't control their animals but it shouldn't be a excuse for giving out substandard rooms. Breakfast is available and standard in quantity but the quality leaves something to be desired. Final verdict is that I won't be staying again.

Loved it but don't know why they required a deposit if you don't have a credit card but you do recieve it back when you check out! y kids really enjoyed their breakfast!

Great place to stay. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very clean as well. I was surprised how nice the hotel was from the rate that they charge! Great clean and nice place to stay.

Stayed two nights on a business trip, very clean rooms, free breakfast. Nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. Free Wi-Fi, I had great reception and I was in one of the farthest rooms from the front desk.

Could tell it had been updated not that long ago. Room clean. Decent breakfast. Nice pool. Very friendly staff. Only complaint — room was quite far from office so Wi-Fi didn't work. Had to sit in lobby.

Great Hotel — Awesome Location From start to finish the experience at the Lexington Inn was divine. I loved it! The rooms were Beautiful, Spacious and Clean. I must say I was all very impressed with the hotel and staff. The staff has answer to all my queries and helps me in a friendly way. The beds were comfortable and with clean bed sheet. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Hotel was very clean, including floors, shower, toilet, and sink. Plenty of towels. Rooms also has amenities like hair dryer, microwave, small refrigerator, safe for valuables, clock radio, LCD TV with several channels, and comfortable beds. I would recommend staying here.

It was our first stay here and we very much enjoyed the stay. The rooms were excelelnt and the breakfast. The staff was very nice.

The room was very comfortable. I especially enjoy the hot breakfast and kindness of the hostess breakfast recept. Tcha! She made my sister and I feel at home. All of your staff members are very courteous and professional. It really means a lot to me.
