Had a reservation, arrived at the property around 5:30 pm. Was registered, given a key, went to the room, was no bedding. Went back down, was given another room, nope that's dirty to. My wife and kids are sitting in the hundred degree heat, turned out there were a grand total of ZERO rooms available for us. I used to be in the hotel industry, so I understand sometimes u just have a bad day. Told the desk clerk we would go eat supper, and return. 7:40 we arrive, given a 5th key, walked in and guess what. Bedding wasn't complete, and no pillow cases. I walked down got the things and did it myself. Will absolutely not be returning to this location and would discourage anyone from do so. 4 miles down the road, there are more options or Super8 is right there.

It's a motel, not a hotel. The woman at the front desk was really nice. But that's it. This hotel needs some renovations, and needs a really big cleaning. Some places in my bedroom was really dirty. I found died bugs in traps, but also everywhere is the room (they don't use vaccuum maybe…). There was a hole on the wall in the bathroom, and holes on the bath, covered with tape… And the worst part, the check out is at 11am, but a girl (to clean the bedroom) came to my room at 9:20am to say "checkouuuuuuut" super loudy. It's not professional. Go away.

Dirty bath tub dirty! TV stations suck! No HBO! NO HOT WATER! Go to super 8 it's only 8$ more. Crack motel.

More a motel than a hotel, the room is OK with TV and Wi-Fi, bathroom to redo! But everything deserves a good shot of nine in the end because it is quite ageing! We are next to a truck parking lot and a petrol station but very little noise is heard.

The rooms are ok for the price. Pillows are comfortable but the bed is hard. Linen was fresh and clean. Bath tub is in need of refinishing as the paint is chipping off the enamel. Ice machine and coin laundry is out of order. Location is good and only 7 minutes from Cabrini hospital. Worth the $56 paid. People complaining need to realize you aren't going to get a 5⭐room paying 1⭐ prices. I would stay here again in a pinch.

Rude, unhelpful front desk. NO HEAT, run down. There are other places around for same price that have better customer service, and a clearer establishment.

This Rodeway Inn is in dire need of a remodel! The staff are polite and the breakfast is adequate, but it is the LOCATION NEXT TO LEBOO’s TRUCK STOP that makes this Inn worth tolerating its shortcomings.

This hotel was good. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Bathroom was clean, towels were new. The clerk at the front office was very nice. The breakfast was okay for the price. I'm not complaining at all. It was three of us and we only paid 60 dollars you can't beat that price.

Pretty dirty & the breakfast was a joke. Right off the highway so it was really loud & people partying right outside our door both nights.

Toilet dirty. Shower has tape to seal holes. Electric plugs on desk didn't work. WYFI great.

Only giving a one star cause you can't not give one. There where bugs, spider webs, pink stuff in and on tub, the toilet keep stopping up, holes and cracks in the walls, burn spots on tub and lamp shades, light over sink didn't work, and the towel holder by sink was broken on one side. Took pictures of everything listed and will be posting next.

Everyone was friendly and the room was clean. The TV didnt work good and the beds sunk down in the middle. My husband and I kept rolling into each other.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. There was an issue with being double charged (since I booked thru my Expedia acct, but Rodeway also charged my card). I had a little trouble getting in touch with the manager who is the only one who can do a refund, (or I would've given 5 stars). The manager was very friendly however, and told me he processed the refund. It's been 7 calendar days since he processed and I don't have the money yet, but he advised since it was a debit card it could take 10-15 business days. A little inconvenient but luckily that $ won't break me.

The rooms are filthy and stink. The bathrooms are disgusting. The toilet rocks. The shower curtain bar is hanging half off the wall. The light fixture is broken. I have a guide for HBO but no hbo. I paid $80 dollars for this room that isn't worth $30! I pulled into here at 1:30am. I had no idea it could be this bad. I wish I could post pics of the atrocities.

You get what you pay for. It's not horrible but its it's a place to lay your head if you're low on money.

Stayed as a desperate move to get off the road. Room was cheap but nice. Will stay again.

Roadway is so much more than expected. Its in a seedy location and the people who frequent it are seedy as well. But I completely like it. Its affordable and give you more than what you expext from a side of the road motel.

Stayed here expecting to relax for the night and got everything but that. THERE IS BEDBUGS The cops woke me up at 830 in the morning and questioned me for a hour. Made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. There was some kind of drug bust going on and somehow it had everything to do with me. Made me miss my work appointment which is the whole reason I drove all the way here from MICHIGAN. Then, I ask for my money back and the owner insults me. do not go there.

Stayed there some time ago. I had a hospital stay in-between only to come back and find several things missing, mainly a tablet computer. The only reason I am writing this review is because the keep sending me info on choice points which require a ton that as up to much of nothing. I should have received earlier but every time they send me that email it reminds me. I apologize if they have a management change it things have gotten better, but that was my experience 2 years ago.

My husband spent last Friday night there and it was just TERRIBLE. Duct tape on the shower wall, very nasty… never again… the manager should be ashamed of himself…

For the price the room was clean nice did not smell real bad comfortable beds we will definitely be back.
