Lovely hotel with fairly cheap rates. Rooms are quite spacious but could do with softer beds. I am quite taken with the staff, they were very attentive and pleasant. Manager is very professional and bubbly all at the same time. I would say she gives a wonderful presentation of Cajun southern hospitality with a hint of home natured traits. All in all this location is brilliant. Highly recommended.

My family loves coming here. I wish they had coffee and a pool. We’ve come here every time to visit my daughter in college. I’ll have to admit last year we were hesitant on coming back after the horrible incident with the previous staff and less than deseriable people staying in the hotel, safety was definitely an issue, however the new manager keeps it up very nicely and she’s very sweet. We’ve been back three times since and are never disappointed. We’re glad she took over and we didn’t have to move hotels this location is perfect when we visit our kids at the university!

Hotel is cheap but very clean. Manager is awesome and helped us out a lot. Only issue was the night girl she was very slow. The manager is pregnant and seemed to move faster than she did. We’ll come back, I would recommend having a staff on site full time to keep away the druggies.

Staff was wonderful, the manager Megan was sweet & Kylie very helpful. The only issue we had was the mexican band making a huge amount of noise and completely drunk around 3 am. We had to constantly call down to complain all night, we got no sleep. At the end of my tolerance I demanded they call the manager, Megan took care of it right away, felt bad for calling her in so early. Even let us stay late to get some sleep. We’ll be back. Can’t beat these prices. Just keep out the drunks.

Provides a vaguely flat surface to sleep on, which is fantastic. Otherwise, eh. Beds are comfy and the AC works great. Shower had good pressure. However, there was no coffee maker, hair dryer, or real blankets (comforter was extremely thin). Despite being new, the construction of the hotel is pretty shoddy. The outside of the hotel looks way better than the inside. The rooms have the feeling of hospital rooms, minus the cleanliness. Also, there is a $50 pet fee, which I could not find mentioned anywhere on the website.

WARNING** Dont take your family here. Almost got high walking by the front desk. Room had been smoked in but this is a no smoking hotel. Complained to management and was told someone must have snuck a smoke in the room. Would not move us to another room. Should have left then. As we were leaving mentioned how bad stay was to another manager. This fine establishment then set us up and put ashes in our room and charged us $250 for smoking in the room. My wife has cancer so smoking cigarettes is not something that we do.

Great place to bring the family. Rooms were clean and big, especially for the price. Megan was very courteous and helped us out with getting us settled in. We had some issues with our ac but Krystal fixed us up. Didn’t catch his name but your night guy is very attentive. We loved the fact he walked the parking lot throughout the night checking on things.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean. The only issue I saw was the construction guys tracking mud all over but the girls at the desk tried to keep it up. Manager was very sweet. We tried to tip them but she wasn’t having it. Told us just to come back and see them soon. Will definitely recommend this hotel to all my family. Thanks again!

Soo… its clean but it also feels like a cheap apartment complex. The walls are super thin so u can EVERYTHING in the rooms above you and next to you. Its cheap and affordable yes, but for a few extra bucks, you can get a better room.

Loved that it was a quick drive to anywhere in Lafayette. It was new and clean. Great stay for an amazing price, better than you'll find anywhere else. Just wish they had more pillows on the bed. Had to request more.

My girl got us a room. Cool place. Cheap. Nice room. Can’t complain. Kinda feel for the manager. Dude screamed at her but she just smiled. Not like she made the elevator go out bro. Get the top floor tho. People be loud walking.

I but this hotel thinking that I was going to be getting a double room for me and my husband so we can have privacy his I have a teenage daughter and a toddler son well The manager watched her employee lie to me. I thought had booked a double room suite. They dont even have those kinds of rooms there. And I even ask the front desk girl before checking in about the double room. She Told me yes and to top that off. NO refunds and cancellation cost just a much as the rooms do. Also I called down to the front desk to get fresh towels since houSekeeping "forgot"us that day and was told NO. I had to wait til the next day. I had to dry my toddler off with my hubs favorite shirt that said… It's a beautiful hotel. Kitchen was great. Beds sure comfy. It just wasnt what we were looking for.

Nice clean room, there are trains that go by close, no comforter on bed and the 2 pillows were small and flat.

You have a white worker telling black guests about race here, raising her voice and just down right ugly. The manager don’t care and I guess corporate don’t either. You can’t insult someone no more than what this girl did. I promise you we will never come back. Worse service I’ve ever had.

Cheap rate but got a nice room. The hotel is still new. The staff was great and friendly. Only complaint is no coffee offered in the morning. Will stay again.

Rooms are nice and very clean. Got noisy with the beta kids but manager was great. Made sure noise Was kept down. Housekeeping is awesome. Only con is pots aren’t kept in the room, good thing front desk had some for me to borrow.

The location is both a gift and a curse. It is close to the airport and all the amenities that the Southside offers but it comes with a steep price. The hotel literally is a few feet from the train tracks and since I checked in 5 trains have come through. This is not the hotel for peace and quiet. The staff is friendly but the hotel is dirty. They definitely need a night time maintenance person. Empty liquor bottles and empty jelly containers both discarded on the elevator, chicken bones tossed on the parking lot and overflowing outside trash cans in front of the building. We will not mention people walking around with no shoes and non stop traffic up and down the hallways. The room wasn't as clean as expected as there was a bug on the floor under the 2nd bed and the mattress cover was dirty. So I guess in the end you get what you pay for.

Great value for a fairly new and very comfortable hotel stay.

General manager is very rude he has a very bad attitude. I witnessed it first hand. The assistant General manager she is wonderful she should take his place. He also discusses other guest into info with other guest.

Hallways smelled like Marijuana. I got a headache from the smell. TV did not work called front desk said they would call maintance and call back, we never heard back. A/c did not cool just blew like fan. Found a douche and body soap left under sink. No ice machine for guest use. No one at front desk after 10pm till 10am next day so I could not even make a complaint before checking out.

I love this hotel. I’ve been coming here since February and I love it every time I come here! And the staff is awesome, recommend to everyone.

No night manager, had to call from phone out front to check in at 11:30pm with a reservation made just 90 min earlier. The place is clean but has odors from people cooking in kitchen equipped rooms. My room smelled awful! It smelled like someone had just cooked a smelly meal in it. No way to deoderize it. No one to talk to and switch rooms. Beds are extremely hard with a metal frame instead of box spring. Like a dormitory bed. Motel 6 quality with odors. Not dirty but smelly and I'm not picky. The smell in the room was overwhelming I went to change rooms the next morning gor my second night and the (bearded guy) manager helped me. He was not pleasant at all. I went out of my way to get him to smile, I said thank you and please he never even apologized nor did he smile once. After I entered the new room which was better I made a point of saying thank you again to him on the way out and he just raised his eyes to me and looked back down without even so much as a nod. He looked very unhappy with his job and should not be in charge. If I come to this town again I will not stay at the same place even though the prices were low.

The absolute worst experience I've ever been put through with a hotel! We own a buisness that requires travel and had our stay over from staying the night before paid for my son that was there the night before Went to the work truck and the front desk lady would not let him back in the room with all our stuff because he was under age. Again he was there with his father working the general manager natha# could have cared less and treated us like we had done something wrong or not paid … Rooms were paid for the complete time. I'm pursuing this do to my under age son sit in a work truck for 3 hours 90 degrees outside because the hotel didn't care to look into this and help a customer…

Decent clean stay and great price. It's over 4 miles from interstate 10 by the airport. The worst part was how horribly bumpy the roads seem to be all over Lafayette, I had trouble going half the speed limit.

It didn't have any bad mold smell or mildew I love that the had microwave and refrigerator it the room without having to request it and a stove top nice and quite, the gym was a bit small but everything was I will be back when I go LA.

Great value hotel. Staff was very helpful, even when arriving late at night. Very safe and secure location right across from the airport. The building was just built 10 months ago so everything is brand new and modern. Rooms are basic, but are clean and comfortable. Only complaint is that the walls are paper-thin and can hear almost everything and anything your neighbor does or says.

Well we lived here from day one they opened and finally we have a awesome manager he stays on top of things very helpful never rude our assistant manager Danielle is amazing to just love them Nicole our head maid she's always on top of them and gets the job done such a hard worker they all are the rest of the employees are sweet and helpful as well.

Great hotel! Everything was new and clean, staff was friendly and helpful and the room was delightful. Be advised however they don't have the usual hotel stuff like coffee in the room or breakfast. They make up for it with full size fridge and electric stove top and full kitchen sink. If you have anything to cook with these hotel are amazing for the road. Have not been disappointed at one of these places.

The worst front desk staff I have ever encountered, very incompetent could not keep billing charges right was charge for days I had already paid for. When I confronted them about fraudulent charges on my card they called the police and had me removed and then added more charges to my card. I have for 30 years traveled all over the country and stayed in hundreds of motels some were great others were not, but this is by far the worst I have ever been to. I am one of those people that never write a review but in this case I made an exception.

Clean, new hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Reasonable onsite lanudry with clean machines. Not 5 star because of the DAMN train that blows its horn at 3am.

Everything was simple as far as the room goes which had everything I really needed.

No amenities besides towels. Go in expecting to bring EVERYTHING. Pots, pans, utensils, even coffee! The night staff was great and doing the best they could, but it was clear the management doesn't care to put in the effort.
