Had a great night stay there and recommended again and again.

Great hotel! My husband is working in Houma and this is our second stay here after trying other hotels. The staff is very friendly and will go above and beyond. The rooms are clean, the bed comfortable, the pool is great. The breakfast outstanding. I highly recommend. I've asked about the "bed bugs" as in an old post and was told that Orkin is here weekly. We've had no issues here.

Great hotel, excellent location. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants!

Worst mattress ever and had to get my key card reprogrammed 3 times along with my digital key would never work. Told front desk and they noted my complaint but never apologized or acted as if it was important.

Accused me of smokin/having weed in my room. Went into my room while I was gone even tho I had the do not disturb sign on my door. My luggage had been gone thru and oh NO WEED WAS FOUND because there wasnt any to find. I have a collapsed lung and spontaneous pneumothorax and havent even smoked a cigarette in 3 yrs! When I returned to the hotel around 7pm I was informed I was to leave the property. They didnt want to let me get my stuff out of the room, threatened me with police when I said "well can u atleast let me in the room to get my belongings" because they thought I might be "hostile and dangerous" I am a 22 yr old female that was very polite and didnt even have an attitude. They charged my card an additional 250$ even tho no weed nor cigarettes or any evidence at all was found in the room.

Everything was great about our stay. Great personnel. If U don't want the free breakfast, U can eat at the Golden Corral or Waffle House, which is next door.

Bath tub could use better cleaning. AC could have been on in room upon arrival. All else was good. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The pool needed cleaning.

Bad luck I guess? Room looks very clean not a problem there but when we got here we were so tired that we really didn't check things out. We woke up, my husband had to use the bathroom and for some reason the toilet was messed up and we didn't have any extra toilet paper and not much in rheir to do anything with. We got it resolved though bc the woman at the desk was very sweet and brought us a few things. Phone in the room didn't work so I had to call on my cell. However she did bring a blow dryer BC apparently they don't have them in the rooms but the blow dryer worked for about 30 seconds and died. I'm over it lol You can't ask for better service at the desk however. Good note they do make sure you have plenty of towels in the bathroom, I did forget to mention that.

Typical Hampton Inn, but does offer an evening reception. Clean rooms. Nice Staff.

Great place, very friendly staff, they have the evening social that is not common for a Hampton. This will definitely be my go to place to stay in Houma.

Hampton Inns are ALWAYS reliable and clean, and this one was no different.

The staff here is extremely courteous and helpful. It's in a very busy part of town so it's next to several competing hotels. The reason I gave only 4 stars is because it seems a little outdated on the inside. There's a stench in a lot of areas from when smoking was allowed in the building.

It is everything you would expect from a Hampton Inn. The rooms were very clean, you can tell the housekeeping staff does good work. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Really nice and friendly staff willing to help you have a great stay. Very welcoming when checking in and made sure we understood all the aminities that they offered.

Nice clean hotel with free breakfast and refreshments at night. The rooms were very nice but my microwave would not stay on longer than 30 seconds because it was plugged into a power strip. Bed was firmer than other Hampton hotels I've been to. They have Direct TV but with limited channels. Definitely one of the better choices in the area.

Great location, and Brittany at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended!

Very reasonable rates and I really like the included breakfast and evening "social hour" snacks. Can be a bit noisy but overall worth it.

Receptionist was ready to check me in immediately at 10pm, clean room and no problems with any amenities. Basic breakfast service but included with room rate.

I stay fairly regularly at the Hampton Inn. Location is central and most of the fast food joints are a short drive with Walmart across the road (useful if you forgot anything. ) The rooms are what you'd expect and have always been clean for me. Location isn't noisy at night, though I typically get tom's away from the road. This last stay I was near the stairwell, and I guess people get up to smoke or something throughout the night, so some noise but once I was asleep it didn't disturb me.

Worst Hampton I've ever stayed at. The rooms are not Hampton quality. The front desk staff have a don't care attitude. The housekeeping is ridiculous. Found bits of food in my bed. I will never never stay here again.

The lady at the front counter is very rude and I was in line and she was helping people behind me and answered the phone 4 times and helped them before she even helped me! horrible service! also there was stains on my walls and the room wasnt to clean : (.

I've stayed in most of them — — including the brand new Holiday Inn — — but the Hampton is my favorite. The beds really are amazing, the people are polite, and the price is fair.
