The best mattresses I’ve ever slept on. Staff feels like family!

Wasn't as nice as some of the reviews had said. Having hot breakfast was nice. You could hear everything from the room next to us.

Apparently it's okay for their rooms to be covered in semen. Disgusting.

Everything, cleanliness, free breakfast, drinks, and the staff is very polite and so helpful and a great location to get around to.

Love their Kickback happy hour, hot breakfast and dinners!

Probably the best hotel value in our weeklong trip to the beach and back. Clean hotel with all the necessary amenities and love the nice perks like dinner time appetizers and drinks. Breakfast is more than ample, and probably the most expansive selection of any place we’ve stayed. Eggs, biscuits and gravy, breakfast potatoes and the standard continental staples of cereal, fruit, pastries and Belgian Waffles. Coffee is decent. Rooms have refrigerators, pool is nice, and the fitness center is clean (includes treadmills, elliptical, recumbent, dumbbells, bench, and fitness ball). Only thing of note is the standard hotel room complaint of musty humid closed conditions. Ours was damp… everywhere, which was slightly disconcerting, but seemed to abate as our family of four moved about and came in and out. There is a pizza place next door that was busy, but papa johns delivers super fast right to your door. Good experience for the price.

Clean rooms at a great price. The beds were very comfortable. The ceiling was a little low in the bathroom and the air conditioner wasn't as good as I want but neither will keep me from staying here again.

I'm a professional truck driver. My wife rides with me a lot or one of my children does. Their a place next door for R. V. And trucks can park. The staff is very professional and this place is very clean. They have a fitness center and indoor pool. They have a free breakfast and dinner for the guests.

The staff were very friendly, breakfast was amazing and every evening they have free dinner and drinks with many choices. Was very kid friendly with free pop and popcorn through the evening and an inside pool. The rooms were comfy and clean and the shower dispensers were great. I will definitely be staying here again.

We went there one the way to Mississippi, and back home to Minnesota. That's a 15h drive. Both times, to and from, we stayed at the same Drury Inn and even had the same room! It was amazing because we had 5 people xD. Best hotel I like!,

Older but very well kept and updated. Clean and nice. Seemed like they could have used a few more employees. The ones there were excellent though.

Great kick start good at night, great selection at free breakfast. Very nice and up to date rooms. Right off interstate with plenty room to park.

Tammy and Adrienne deserve 5 stars. Other than that this place have the best value for a nightly price that I have ever been at.

Had a very nice stay. Excellent staff. Clean and spacious rooms. And as a bonus in the evening they had free food which was salad baked potatoes chicken tacos with fixes 2 kinds of soup and hot dogs with trimmings and 3 free cocktails. The breakfast buffet was just as nice. This is a great deal for the price which was very reasonable.

Everything was great. The rooms were clean, the service was great and it was located right off the interstate.

Very clean, nice updated suites, hot beakfast, snacks, and hot dinner snscks included. Very nice hotel with restaurants and gas station across the street. Just a few miles to center of town. Very secure, professional staff and cozy hotel. You get a lot of extras for the price. Will be staying here again!

Nice place but had a problem smelling cigarette smoke in the room. Ended up with one night comped, which was appreciated. Love the free breakfast, that dogs are welcome and the free drinks at night!

Traveling with my four small children. Loren was extremely considerate and professional. This will absolutely be our choice on our next trip down south. Such a pleasant experience even though we were only passing through briefly.

We were road tripping in Southeast Missouri. At the end of a long day, we decided to stay here. The staff were excellent. The breakfast was superb. The only reason I did not give them five stars, is because I had to wait 10 minutes to check in. The employee was helping another guest outside of the lobbying. I found it strange the lobbying would not have someone there until 11 pm to check in guest.

They're alright. I don't normally write reviews, but there's a reason I rate 1 star and it's the late night receptionist. Everything I asked of her, she made sure to above and being to make me feel like I was making her go way above and beyond her duties to do anything. To be honest, there was a wedding going on. But that's fine. Sobriety checks are fine. Problem was a locked front door (door you come in if you're off the street). She literally locked me out of everything after I expressed I don't have a working key and explained it's my girlfriend in the room and my room is unlocked. Just that everything should be unlocked for me because my keys don't work and I need to get to the room. So I go back through the main room area and the sliding doors are closed. I thought weird, the automatic doors should open. But they didn't. (this was as a wedding party was being let out (not ideal. But something you deal with as a hotel) ). So with the doors I had no force… I can see this being a point of contention later. But literally all I did see the door was off it's sliders, so I slid as it should and it did. I got yelled at that I broke everything by the attendant. Even though it have served like I did something wrong, I food not. I want the record to show.

The hotel was very nice & clean & the staff was friendly and accomodating. I just wish these hotels weren't so expensive & I REALLY wish they would serve organic food. Even the apples were genetically modified.

I was really surprised it was pet friendly and we were not placed in a disgusting corner room in the back! The room was a little small but how much room do you need for a short overnight? We loved the set up of the room and bath and the breakfast area was nicely decorated and displayed. We didn't eat breakfast because we had our pets but it smelled good. We would gladly stay here again!

First, this is not a fake review, unlike a lot of others you see online. Drury Inn Jackson is truly outstanding! Incredible value for clean, updated rooms, great breakfast, great manager special in the evening, and tremendous and friendly customer service. Our special needs son left one of his favorite toys behind in the hotel, and the management took the time to call us to confirm it was ours and arrange to get it mailed back to us. It's unusual in this day and age to see people care about their customers in this way. Great place to stay!

Best hotel we have ever stayed at! It is very family friendly. The pool is nice and warm and clean. The rooms are large and are always very clean. The beds are comfortable so you can get a great nights sleep. The food is great and you always leave full! Close to the highway and gas stations so you can get snacks and head back on the road.

We brought our dog with us to Drury and they were very accommodating. They put us on the first floor, which is much nicer than some other hotels where pet owners are in a whole separate building. I was only there for one morning, but the breakfast was fairly good. Biscuits and gravy, Denver eggs, sausage, etc. Fairly standard. They did give us another room card when one went missing and they give you a bonus on their rewards program for the number of days you did not use the maid service (maid service is opt-out, go to the front desk to do so). We don't like maid service while we are staying anyway, so that's free points for us.

This hotel was 3 minutes from both where my wedding and wedding reception was. It was very nice and we got a nice deal for reserving as a party. Free popcorn at night, good free breakfast, and drinks! Would definitely recommend for the Fruitland/Jackson area.

Always a good place to stay. Everyone super friendly. We go here just to get away and relax. They have food in the evenings drinks and a great breakfast in the mornings.

I found this Drury Inn to not meet the High standards I have experienced and expect from Drury. The suite was fine However, the hallway floors were not as clean as I expected. I realize that this is an old hotel. The breakfast had fewer options than I find at other hotels that offer free breakfast.

Wow Super luxury modern comfortable rooms and excellent staff so attentive and friendly excellent food and drinks free to stay there elevator lobby swimming pool exercise room Wi-Fi free I was fascinated come to know it and you will like it too.

This is the place I always stay when I go down to the Cape Girardeau area. The facilities are older but the staff go out of their way to make up for anything age has tarnished.

Very nice hotel, quiet enough for rest, and friendly hostesses. Our rooms had exposed brick and it was really neat, could have used a little more room but it is great for where it is. Not too far from Cape Girardeau and a great place to stop on the way to where you are heading.

Great venue. Attending a wedding in the Bavarian Halle at the Drury Inn and stayed overnight in the hotel. Great service, complimentary fountain drinks and popcorn in the lobby during the day and if you are over 21 you receive 3 complementary alcoholic beverages during happy hour for each night of your stay. Great perk especially if you are attending a wedding that does not have an open bar!

The AC didn't work very well in my room but they got me a small can that cooled it down to just the right temperature. I like it pretty cold at night though, so most people probably would have been fine without it.

Hotel staff was very helpful and polite! Room was spacious and very clean. Definitely not a one star rating! I give it five stars!

Absolutely amzing staff and the rooms were very clean and the food and drinks that are provided when you get a suit are fantastic. Love the heated pool, and the rates are amazing!

Nice little hotel for middle of nowhere. Rooms were nice size and everything was clean. Only issue was the fire alarm going off twice and lack of communication from hotel staff about what was going on.

The newly renovated rooms and building are very nice. The staff was friendly and prompt with service. The breakfast and evening snacks helped makes us feel comfortable.

Great hotel. Nice hot breakfast and great coffee. Rooms are great. Only criticism is that the pool doesn't open until 10 in the morning. That's bizarre. This location isn't a staycation location. I wanted to work out and use the pool and hot tub before starting my day. Nope! The hours need to be reevaluated.
