Amazing service, wonderful bread, breathtaking view, short walk from the Stone Hill Winery.
We went down here for friends wedding, and it was described as a bed and breakfast but we were only served bread and jam in the morning. The AC did not work and it was only half a house, they guy lived on the other side and did not want us to lock our doors which made me uncomfortable. Check out was at 11 am, which we were well aware of, but he made it a point to come in at 10:30 am telling us how much longer we would be because check out was at 11:00 am and he had somewhere to be. So on top of everything we felt rushed. Which we left at 10:55 am. It was more expensive than all the other places to stay in Hermann and was not the same quality. Would not recommend it.

Jim is a very nice man. He lives on site and is available if needed. Rooms are very nice with updated features. Breakfast is generally homemade bread with butter and jam and orange juice, coffee, or tea. Beautiful view from back deck. 1/2 block from Stonehill Winery and The Vintage Restaurant. Short walk up a hill to a beautiful view of all of Hermann. Jim gives you a map and tells you all the great places to see and eat. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway without being nit picky about everything,
