The sprawling poorly maintained concrete parking lots of the property welcome you with open arms, empty chewing tobacco tins, and spectacular amounts of broken glass. The Rodeway Inn offers you exotic sights, including, (but not limited to), gang fights, the most savory of meth addicts, a diverse homeless population, and gives you the luxury of the reassurance that police are in fact present, by hearing police sirens serenading you several times throughout the night. The pool was out of service during my stay, but I consider it a blessing. How thoughtful of the staff to decide my family was better off not recieving some waterborne illness, I thank them from the bottom of my heart. I had the luxury of being kept on an adrenaline high throughout my entire stay out of fear. My wife was blessed to find a record breaking, beautifully greasy hairball in the shower drain upon our arrival, as well as a colony of flies within the room. This facility will give you a hotel stay you'll never forget :)

Choice hotels says they have pool and flat screen tv's but they don't have either one. If you come out of your room they want to know what you are doing. They need to back off a little. I booked for two days and after I leave I will never stay here again. If you stay more than one day you don't get room service, no housekeeping service. Ruined my visit here.

The place was comfortable and relatively clean. It served its purpose as a place to spend the night while driving across the country. The price was very cheap and so as far as value for the money, I would give it 5 stars. This is a modest, budget hotel. I had no major issues with anything other than the shower was pathetic. Very little water pressure and very difficult to get a decent temperature so I could bathe myself.

The clerk behind the counter was friendly and professional. However, he was away from the lobby in a room and did not pick up the phone until the second time trying to reach him. The room was below two star standards, the bed was off track and it fell to the floor when I sat on it. The shower had towels with what I would describe as blood and urine on them. We were out of toilet paper and the decorative bed pillow had stains of unknown origin all over them. My wife did not feel safe parking her car because there is limited parking in front of your door and many unsavory characters congregating after sunset. If you want the basics, they have a microwave, fridge and a/c. I don’t suggest bringing the family or a girl you want to impress.

I asked them for the key of the Wi-Fi and they told me to connect to the Wi-Fi of the "Holiday Inn", the good thing is that there are no cockroaches but because neither the cockroaches want to stay here.

I wouldn't even honor this motel with a single star! Our room was DISGUSTING, and that is being nice! There was, what looked like, feces on the sheet and one of the lamp shades, moldy coffee in the microwave, a rag from a sex toy from the previous occupant, toilet wouldn't flush, half the lights didn't work! When we went for check out and too complain the "manager/owner" was on his cell and too busy to talk to me. Called later to complain he said "you should have told me sooner, I'm not doing anything for you". Mind you we are here for a family members very serious surgery at Ellis Fishel hospital and this was a last case rental as our original reservation was lost and we had to have a place to stay. We had to be out by 630 am and didn't check in until 1130 PM exhausted!

Misleading photos, unclean room/bed, no free breakfast as advertised, and unfriendly staff. The photos must be from when the hotel was brand new, because they boast a pristine lobby and rooms. The reality is that the lobby was filled with makeshift paper signs and broken furniture with drywall on the floor. My room was had many stains on the walls and curtains, and there were countless hairs from several previous guests on the top of the comforter, in the sheets, and on the pillows. Additionally, the TV was programmed to one channel and no remote in the room. There is no free breakfast (or even one you could pay for) despite the fact that it is advertised on the online hotel listings. I approached the desk clerk about this and he said he can't control what it says online about the hotel. This is unacceptable and seems like a problem that could be solved easily if he didn't have a "not my problem" attitude. During check in, the same desk clerk was also highly unprofessional. He took a call from another disgruntled customer while processing my booking, and it turned into an uncomfortable argument. After he got off the phone, he continued to complain about the phone call to me and made racist comments about previous guests. This unprofessionalism is unacceptable from a hotel manager and his behavior as a human being is frankly pretty disgusting as well.

Simply SCARY! I should know better when the check in door is locked for “security” reasons. Rang the bell. Door unlocked. Check in area stinks. That gave me a sign to check the bed. As soon as I got in the room. I pulled the covers. I have never seen this much hair, buggers. Etc. Everything gross in bed. I told the front desk guy. He showed me another room. That one was even worse. Got yelled at for complaining. Left and got a refund. People. This place should be shut down.

The motel was quiet and the room was spacious. Nothing special. The water in the shower had very low pressure and there weren't any easily accessable electrical outlets for phone charging. Other than that it was a you get what you pay for kinda stay.

The website and pictures are very misleading. This place is complete trash. After circling the sketchy parking lot and parking our car, I notice what looked to be a hooker, standing in the lot, and also noticed a couple of seemingly homeless guys aimlessly walking around. I looked up to the room above ours, because I heard yelling and loud thuds coming from that direction, and I saw through the window, 2 grown men getting in a fist fight inside. I went inside our room which looked nothing like the pictures online, a really weird feeling immediately came over me and I sat on the bed for a minute just feeling very unsafe. So we decided to go try finding a better place to stay for the night. After being told by the front desk clerk (who seemed to hate his job) that he can't refund our $60, we just decided to take the loss, and leave. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. If you value your life, please do not stay at this place. But If you just wanna get lit on hard drugs and buy a dirty hooker for the night, and potentially get mugged, then this is the spot for you.

This place is beyond sketchy. Came into town for a concert and just wanted somewhere cheap to lay our heads down. A quick drive around the parking lot proved most of the poor reviews right. Definitely not somewhere I would stay with my family, or by myself. Check out the best Western across the bridge and you will feel much safer.

This hotel is actually very accommodating, but it doesn't really look like it from the outside.

Good rooms, nothing special, but good for the price. Staff was nice enough.

We booked a room for the eclipse weekend. We had quite a bit of difficulty opening our door (the key area was dented and didn't close properly — — it took several tries each time we tried to open the door). The bedroom smelled terrible, the bathroom smelled worse. The entire property was very run down and the room was not clean. There was a large crowd of young men and cars in the parking lot below our room. We had difficulty with the Wi-Fi and were going to call the front desk; however, the telephone was so filthy we could not bring ourselves to touch it. We pulled back the bedspread and discovered crumbs and other debris on the bed. Since it was the night before the eclipse there were no other rooms around; however there was no way we could stay there. We contemplated sleeping in our car and then showering there the next day, but the crowd of young men was getting bigger and bigger, so we left and booked a room an hour and a half away for three times as much as this room cost — — worth every penny to get away from this room.

Loved the company that was there. Tokmd were small but completed its purpose.

Nice front desk clerk. Nice king suite. Pet friendly. Nice for travellers.

A real dump. Can't read room # from car. Poor lighting in parking lot. Pretty rough crowd hang outside of many rooms + in parking lot. Better choice would be to sleep in vehicle along side of interstate. Will NEVER book a rodeway again.

Very horrible probably the worst place to stay and the customer service the owner has is the worst I have ever seen.

You get what you pay for, cheap price, bad hotel.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It's in a great location and surprisingly quiet. It has just Been newly renovated and has a good amount of space in the rooms. I only spent one night but couldve spent my entire two week vacation there with my two young boys and husband and I would've been perfectly comfortable and happy. The staff was great and very helpful! Check in and out was quick and easy. I somehow managed to leave my youngest sons favorite toy behind without realizing it until we got home in Virginia, 14 hours away and had to call to see if his teletubbie had been left there and found and the first person I talked to was very helpful in helping me locate it and the manager was absolutely amazing in helping me get it back! He was very understanding and willing to ship it back to me the next day. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay or more friendly and considerate staff. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! I will most certainly be staying here again on my trip out west again next year! Thanks so much for all your help!

Great place. Suite was reasonably priced, very clean, stocked, and friendly desk clerk to boot.
