From the moment you walk in-the staff and management greet you with with hospitality and warmth. Drury is consistent with cleanliness and everything you need for a comfortable and restful stay.

One of the best to date of hotel stays so far in Columbia.

The staff is great, the place absolutely clean, they work so hard to make sure everything is to satisfaction. If I am in this area again I will stay here. They know how to run this place.

Staff really cares about their guests safety. Tonight I left my room key in the room, went to the front desk. Gentleman asked for my ID, I laugh and say that is in the room also. He then walked me to my room, unlocked the door, looked at my ID, gave me the key and wished me a good evening!

My room and bathroom was very clean would definitely return to this hotel.

Excellent staff, rooms nice, clean with complimentary dinner, drinks, and breakfast. Pet friendly, easy access and location is perfectly placed across the street from an indoor mall. Perfect stay.

Very nice facility. Checked in shortly before midnight and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Made the reservation online and was able to book with our medium sized dog with no issues. Reasonable price also so no complaints!

In town for a college visit. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We missed the cocktail reception but breakfast was great. The attendant was very nice.

Drury Inn had fantastic service and security when my daughter had to stay in Columbia for a test she had to take. I loved the extra measure of protection they took to make for sure her stay was safe! I would highly recommend this place!

This hotel is obviously brand new. Everything about this place was positive. Comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, quiet and good breakfast. I believe it was Cindy (? ) working the breakfast area by herself but she took the time to make sure I had everything I needed.

I hadn't planned on stopping in Columbia on my trip home, but was too tired to drive longer. It was at a major intersection with many other motels and eating places nearby. I had never stayed at a Drury Inn and was impressed with their fast Internet service, attentive check in, well appointed and clean rooms with lots of outlets. My room was a double Queen and could have 4 stay there without feeling cramped. They have a happy hour, free full breakfast, and large choice of TV channels. Checkout was quick and I didn't see a staff member working without a smile. I will stay there in the future.

I stayed in Drury for a week. The front desk person, Mitch was amazing. The manager, Malissa greeted us daily and made sure our stay was perfect. Breakfast and dinner during our stay was delicious and saved us quite a bit of money. I will definitely be back again.

Great location to stay! Springfield Cardinal's baseball game, watching a movie, music and restaurants are all just 2-3 blocks away. Very clean place with friendly staff. Recommended for sure.

My partner and I are traveling around the US and ever since we left the Drury we have been reminiscing about how nice it was and about how lovely and accommodating the entire team had been. We stayed for a week and most of the staff knew us by name — rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast AND dinner AND three free drinks were more than we could have possibly ever hoped for for every day of our stay. We wish the Drury was in our budget for the rest of our travels! Shout-outs to Malissa, Sydney, and JT, as well as another young blonde man whose name I don’t recall (sorry! ) — thank you all so much!

Favorite Drury we’ve stayed in! Very nice people and very clean! Our kids loved the pool. Very comfortable rooms! Great happy hour and breakfast.

Delicious breakfast bar and "kick back " time between 5-7pm. Extremely nice and clean rooms, and friendly staff. Will be staying with them more often.

My family and I have been staying at this Drury Inn for the last 15 years when we travel. It is always clean the service is excelent and the breakfast is awesome! I love the soap dispensers in the showers. It is always a nice stay.

Recently updated. Staff has always been welcoming and friendly. Good location, clean rooms, breakfast and evening snacks and beverages included. And as always, free popcorn. We've stayed here many times and plan on many more.

I proposed to my girlfriend at the Drury Inn in Columbia, MO and the whole staff treated us so well! We had an amazing room complete with a bottle of sparkling grape juice, wine glasses and a Congrats card. They were so good to us and we will be Drury customers for life!

Amazing service along w/Drury's complementary dinner (if you aren't fussy) & breakfast. Popcorn, sometimes more also complementary. Paid more for less service & other things for which there is usually a charge. Definitely on my top list of places to stay!

Great place to stay. Upgraded our room. Gave me an extra key when I locked myself out with no problem. Walking distance to mall… directly across the street. Hotel has wonderful staff who are friendly and responsive. Hot foods in the early evening were just right and free drinks were great after the game. Pool and hot tub area clean and well maintained. Large selection of hot and cold breakfast with healthy options! We will recommend to family and friends.

Great place. Front desk and employees are always willing to help out. Very accomandating to our needs. Front desk was always asking if we needed anything. Kickback is an awesome perk and would recommend over any other hotel. Free food and drinks how can you beat that.

I've stayed here several times over the past few years when I come into town for business, and there are several things that I find are always true: very friendly staff, rooms are perfect size and always clean, and there is free food every morning and night that is also pretty tasty. It is also across the street from the shopping center and the grocery store in case I forgot anything or need some snacks for the time I am in town. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Room was clean. Desk attendants were nice and the pool was relaxing! The popcorn and fountain drinks made it there perfect place to relax after a day of driving.

Pretty good location. Staff members were very accommodating and the room was pristine. Very easy and stress free.

Customer service was amazing. It was pretty busy when we arrived, and they made sure every customer was taken care of. The evening "snack", which is more like a meal and their breakfast bar is always a welcome to our family because we have 5 people. They are very pet friendly and the rooms are very clean.

Well our room was right next to the fitness center on one side and the pool was just outside. We had a door that actually opened right into the pool center. Luckily the pool closed at 10 pm so the 20 teens that were screaming had to leave. The fitness center was open all night so we got to listen to random people work out late at night and early in the am. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfy. Room was clean. As far as drury inns this one didn't meet my expectations (especially for 180.00)

Recently remodeled and looks great. The rooms are clean and much more fresh. Breakfast was good. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside is there is only one elevator and it is not near the main entrance.

This was such a nice place — — clean, modern, bright, friendly. And a great price. There is a happy hour (which we missed). The breakfast was great. They even use real flatware and china — — what a change of pace from the competition. Convenient location. If we're ever in this area again, I will definitely book here.

Clean rooms, polite staff, nice breakfast, and I really liked the tap to open room keys. It's unlikely I'll pass that way again, but if I do, that's where I'll stay.

This hotel is my favorite hotel that I have been too! first off the customer service there is awesome, always a delight to talk too! the thing that my kids love is there's popcorn and free soda during certain hours! we love going to breakfast and dinner, love there selections of food they serve! also if you drink alcohol you can get a free drink per adult at dinner time! there is also a pool and hot tub inside! so go check them out! they are just remodeling the hotel too! there doing an excellent job! hope you enjoy it as much as my family has over the past 3 years! have fun!

I loved the room I stayed in. It was super clean. The staff was very kind. They greeted me everytime I walking into the hotel. Just all around great. It super easy to get to.

Really enjoyed our stay. They have construction going on but everything is still CLEAN. All the construction crew were courteous when we passed them in the hall. The breakfast was YUMMY. The room was very nice. Check this place out if you need a place to stay!

Currently being remodeled. However the rooms are beautiful, its right across from the Columbia Mall for shopping. Abundance of restaurants right there. Friendly staff. And excellent food service area including hot breakfast and dinner included with your room.

We arrived late at night expecting a suite with a couple of roll-aways for our kids. Upon check-in, we were told that the beds would be brought up. We called down to the desk for extra towels and were informed that the roll-aways were not available due to the construction so we requested bedding so we could make beds on the floor for two of our four kids. When they brought the bedding up we were informed that they were comp'ing our room for the night due to the roll-away confusion.

Very comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. (One even made me a basket of treats because I had had hard day! ) Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub are full of chlorine to the point it's hard to breathe. That said, I have to take off two stars because I got a nasty yeast infection from the hot tub, which cost me more than a night's stay to get rid of. I enjoyed staying there a lot, but I'll never get back in the water!

I stayed here while taking the Missouri Bar Exam — a dark time. But the staff was so kind and helpful that it made the trip very pleasant. The staff even sharpened my test-taking pencils! Also, the 5:30 "kickback" happy hour is really nice.

Drury Inn Columbia is a quiet place to stay while in Columbia. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The service from the hotel staff is above average.

Staff was great. Hotel itself feels dated, carpet was very faded and stained in places in the room. Limited fitness facility. For 100$ a night it is a good value with the included food and beverages.

Nice rooms, although we can hear in the hallway at times, and beds are a bit springy. The social hour is awesome and hot breakfast is pleasant in the morning!

Love the Drury Inn chain, and the one in Columbia was a credit to it. The pool was a little chilly and the building a smidge dated, but every thing else was great — including the service from every employee we interacted with. Thanks.

A little bit spendy, but the room was clean and the beds were comfy. The hotel was in a good location, and meals were provided at breakfast and dinner time. Although I didn't stay to eat it was good to know that it was available.

The staff at Drury is exceptional! Rooms are always clean, and the extras are great. I can't comment on pricing, as my company always pays for me to stay here while I'm in town, but for an upper-level economy hotel, it's great. I would recommend Drury to any family and friends!

We came up for the Show Me State Games, we had a good experience here, it was clean, staff was friendly, they had a little buffet for breakfast and lunch included for all the kids and their families, the pool was very nice my boys had a great time and met some friends.

I stayed there over the weekend an had the best stay. The GM that was there was great I would like to say anyone who stays here will not leave unhappy. Great AAA rates and very clean. The GM is Jason and he will do anything to help you out. Thanks so much to all the staff.

Drury Inns are all great and this one is great also. Indoor pool 5 ft in depth. Also a hot tube.

We've now stayed at Drury Inns or Pear Tree Inns on 6-7 ocasions. However, the stay in Columbia, MO prompts me to write this review. When I called the day before the stay to make a reservation, I spoke with Andrew, who was more than professional, and, very accomodating in assisting me. On the night of the stay, I met with Andrew at the front desk to book a Drury in Nashville on our way from California to home in South Carolina. He hooked me up in no time. Later in the evening, Andrew called my room to tell me I had left a door wide open! The security person had adivsed the front desk. When I retrieved this voice mail around 2:00am, I proceeded to the parking lot to ensure the vehicle was secure. I then met the man responsible for finding my car. Undisturbed In the car was a radar detector, GPS, a 9MM handgun, and $1000.00 in cash. Needless to say I was very relieved! The quality and value, as well as the comfort of the Drury Inns will always be the reason for us to book our future stays where Drury Inns are available. Ron, Rock Hill, SC.

I have stayed at this Drury over 20 times in the past 10 years. It was a premier hotel and is now starting to get run down. Sad to say as Chuck Drury usually takes care of them. The A/C was broke and room smelled like musty old sheets. Very disappointed when they sold every room and did not have a contigincy in case a room was not in shape to use.
