There’s like, three kid’s soccer teams there now with parents. Mask mandate is being largely ignored, 50+ people congregating in the lobby without masks on,
someone puked in the entryway, running down the stairs since 5am, slamming doors all morning, 25 girls at the table in the lobby eating McDonald’s together, even though all the restaurants are closed, and people are losing their livelihood, but these TEENAGED SOCCER PLAYERS who SHOULD BE IN SCHOOL got to come her from somewhere else with their puke and their fifty maskless, musty little kids and let them run free range all over the hotel without supervision. And the hotel allows it! All fifty of them in the pool, too. There were twelve kids at one time in the elevator, just spamming the elevator from floor to floor, not even supposed to be more than two people in an elevator at a time right now unless they’re related. Never going back.

The room I had originally had stained carpet and the blinds wouldn’t open. Then I go to get dinner, my wings were undercooked and the pasta dish I had was mushy and flavorless. I get the same dish at all Hilton Garden inns and it’s always fresh grilled veggies in it and the chicken breast on top is very tasty. This tasted like a microwaved packet meal. Very disappointed. It’s gone downhill since I stayed here a few years ago. I am a diamond member so I stay at these slot, but this is my least favorite.

Inside pool was a bit cold to swim but hot tub was nice. Wonderful staff and ammenties. Definatlet will be back!

My husband and I were very impressed with Houseman Bill V. Bill was working non stop during our visit and shuttled us to the new Top Golf. Bill was pleasant and professional and it is easy to see he takes great pride in his work! Thank you Bill!

We booked a room, with a third party service, and confirmed with the Hilton Garden the MORNING OF what room type we would be given which was a King bed and pull out couch. This was great and the staff away the location confirmed that we would have the room held with no changes. We arrived at around 10:30, after a Cardinals game and were told that we would be in a room with two double beds, no couch and roll away beds are NOT AVAILABLE. Completely not an option for my wife, myself and my three younger boys. No availability to move, nothing… "we can change third party rooms at the discretion of the hotel" which I understand. No offer at making it right, manager was not available, we always were told we JUST missed them. On top of that the rooms were in need of care, flaking paint, chips in walls and the bedding had what appeared to be blood stains on it, which we did not check until the morning after, YAY! Still hace never heard from the manager that was supposed to call me. Would NOT pay full price for sure, does not come CLOSE to the brand standard it's associated with. It's a shame considering Chesterfield is a nice area, dissatisfied for sure.

The Hilton Garden Inn was a great experiance for a last minute weekend trip. Reasonable rate, no problem with a late late check in, comfortable, clean room, great breakfast with an in-room Keurig. Handy location with plenty of parking. Wish I had time to try the pool.

This is a Hilton owned enterprise. It is rated at 3 stars. One would suspect it to be due to at least 3 causal factors, the least not being it's proximity to the freeway which imparts its own "charisma" to the establishment from three sides. The truckers going by seem to use it as a "guidepost" of when to start/stop their unmuffled exhaust braking. Second, the menu doesn't change. From what I can tell, it never does. And lastly, the rooms are pretty dated as well as the carpet and elevator. On the up side, and why I rated this as a 5 Star hotel, is the staff. ALL of the staff. From housekeeping to maintenance, from wait staff (Kylie) to front desk. These people are truly amasing! Don't let the beginning of this review sway you from stopping here for a night, or 10. It's terrific!

Great location off the interstate, but anything local is at least a 5 minutes drive. No continental breakfast, $10.95 for any items at breakfast, very disappointed. They also have a bar, but same as breakfast you are a captive in the location $5 for a beer. First room smelled moldy, and second room was clean but the king bed had a large hole or low spot in the middle of it.

The employees are all very nice! The entrance is very pretty. Our room was clean and we'll stocked the only "issue" I had was there were foot prints on the ceiling and the bathroom had a bad odor (possibly from the cleaning solution used) it wasn't pleasant. Overall the stay was good, thank you!

One of the best experiences @ hotel ever! So clean, friendly, helpful staff. Nice breakfast also. A lovely place I would enjoy another stay any time. I give it five stars! My granddaughters loved it — had a great time. Great location for restaurants and fun shopping for the girls.

Nice lobby, clean rooms. A little difficult to find because the sign at the entrance is small. Overall a great hotel with plenty to do nearby!

We just stayed last night. Had a reservation made in advance. Was sent a confirmation email with total for the room. Upon check I was told there was an additional $25 charge that would be reimbursed in 3 to 7 days of our check out. No one has mentioned this when I called to make the reservation. Disappointing given the high price of the room already and no breakfast included in the stay. Staff was very friendly. I understand they are just doing their job. I think that extra hidden Charge is bad business and people should be told this before they book so they are not trapped into it at check in.

The room was clean and easy to adjust the temperature. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The air conditioner in the exercise room was not working so the room was very hot and stuffy. The equipment was in good shape.

Front desk staff was nice. Room seemed clean until we got to the bathroom and there was a used bar of soap in the shower and the toilet paper had clearly been used prior to us arriving. Breakfast should have been included with how expensive the room was.

We stayed here on our way from Des Moines to Nashville. It's a nice hotel, close to restaurants and shopping. Plenty of parking and the lobby is large and bright. Breakfast is extra, but we got up and headed out, so it wasn't a problem for us. Good location and nice rooms.

The hotel is fine. I had only issues checking in because the two rooms were under my colleague's name and we didn't show up together. At the end it worked out but they were a little too difficult to work with for my taste.

A couple hiccups in our stay, but the staff was more than capable and more than willing to resolve the issues. The value for the cost and a competent staff get two thumbs up in my book every time. Shopping, dining, and access to the highway, only a stone's throw away, make convenience a factor as well. Overall great time spent here and we will be back next time in St Louis.

Very nice, clean spacious room, not a lot of noise. Nice pool / whirlpool area. Digital key did not work for the pool area so I had to get a regular room key. This was the first time trying the digital key through the iOS app and it worked great for picking my room, checking in, and getting into my room. No front desk interaction at all to check in/out, which is great if you don’t need assistance. A free breakfast would be nice since so many competitors offer it. This is a Hilton thing though, so nothing against this hotel in particular. Had a great night’s sleep and would definitely return.

All I can do is review my experience which was poor because I didn’t sleep either night I was here. The hotel booked a group of early 20s people who had me up both nights. The way they talked about it when I complained it seemed like the guests were on a corporate program of some kind. The first night (2/27) a party of some kind in room 220 was loud enough to wake me up in room 226 after midnight. When I went to their room after a while they greeted me with “what’s the password? ” so they must have been expecting even more co-workers to show up and make even more noise. The second night two guys “talking” (really yelling at one another) in the elevator lobby at 1:20am. If you aren’t familiar with the hotel that’s quite a distance so probably everyone on the floor was disturbed by these goons. If you book here there is a reasonably good chance that you will also have equally disruptive guests since preferred hotel programs are extremely profitable for hotel chains.

Checking in was easy with the digital key. Staff was very polite. Room was clean, though a little out of date. Noise from the vent in the bathroom kept this from five stars.

No fan in bathroom for showers. No continental breakfast. Would Definately stay elsewhere next time! Nothing special about this place for $120 a night. I can stay cheaper and get more at Best Western.

The hotel is in need of upgrades. Everything is clean but shabby, except the towels they were newer and soft. Very happy the rooms have both HBO and Showtime. The hotel staff is great especially the shuttle drivers.

Apparently they were short staffed when my family and I visited although it was a holiday. Also, their heat wasn't working. I'm a Hilton Honors member and have been for a while. I've never had any bad reviews with the Hilton Garden Inns that I've stayed at until now. They really need to step it up. The tub didn't drain properly and when you took a shower you were forced to take a bath also, they shut down the kitchen early although we had paid extra for the bed and breakfast package and the ice machine wasn't working. There were many things that went wrong. The only thing I do appreciate is how Emma an employee there handled my complaint.

We have been here for 5 nights and have loved the stay so far. Even during Christmas the hotel was staffed appropriately and everyone was very nice. We have a service dog as well and everyone has been very kind to her.

It was nice hotel. But they put a $25 charge on my card. And I never got it back.

Spent 4 days here utilizing conference room. Their events coordinator Alex was awesome. Front desk staff was mediocre and room wasn’t very clean. Check in was late because cleaning staff was understaffed.

Not a bad price, pretty nice room. Could have used better linens/bedding and the toilet seat appeared to have a cigarette burn. Pool area is very small but the hotel wasn't crowded so the size wasn't an issue. They serve breakfast in the morning at 7am for $10. There is also a pantry area for snack foods by the front desk but it is extremely over priced. There is a mini fridge, microwave and kuerig in the hotel room.

Great hotel. Small but convenient bar. Pool and workout room. Shopping center only 5 minutes away. Good location.

The lobby and people were wonderful. The rooms look like they were recently updated but the bathrooms hadn't been touched. My corner room has cracks in the tiles and looked work down.

Had an issue on check-in, due to third party booking. However, thanks to the wizardry of Miss Ellen Vasquez (and Harold) at the front desk, the error was very quickly corrected. In addition to the fantastic front desk sorcery, the property is beautiful, very clean and conveniently located near the Chesterfield mall and amphitheater.

Great place to stay. Staff were friendly. We didn't know the breakfast costs because the price was on the wall after getting food.

I booked a room through a 3rd party site and have had bad luck in the past, especially with how the hotel staff treated me and/or my family. This was totally different. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and attempted to accommodate any requests I had. The person that greeted me and checked me in was extra friendly and is one reason why I will put this hotel above others when I visit the area in the future. The room provided everything I needed as well. The restaurant provides a full menu and even provides room service. Has a fitness center, pool, and business center. Free parking and Wi-Fi are bonuses. I will definitely look to stay here on my next visit.

The rooms were very nice-spacious and we'll appointed — and the staff very accommodating. The hotel has an aesthetically pleasing design. The rooms were quiet despite being near the highway. The hotel is near outlet malls and places with good activities for children.

Decor is modern, hotel was spotless, staff were extremely attentive. The only reason I couldn't give five stars is because the beds were too hard and too small (double beds vs. Queen).

Pros and Cons. Pros: kinda secluded, lower price than competition, comfortable beds, recently remodeled with nice baskets to store stuff in. Clean. Close to shopping and restaurants. Cons: could hear foot noise above us (not real bad tho), Breakfast is $10 per person, door on bathroom is huge and self closing no vent fan in bathroom (or was not working). Bit of a strange odor in bathroom. We propped open the bath door to dissipate steam etc from bathroom. Ugh.

Location is convenient to highway, rooms are always nice and the staff is top notch. Always kind and polite.

Great stay on Independence Day booked through Hotwire so we got a good rate! Check in staff was kind, courteous and thorough, explaining room location and hotel amenities. Our room was on the 1st floor and convenient to the parking, making the luggage drag less of a hassle. We were also right down the hall from the indoor pool, which had a spectacular, unobstructed view of the fireworks display! The room was clean. Shower water was nice and warm after the swim. Check out staff was also kind and courteous, wishing us safe travels and inviting us to stay with them again. I would stay here again and would recommend this place to other travelers.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable (though, the pressure system on the bed didn't seem to work when we tried changing it). Overall, I'd absolutely stay here again.

Our first time here. Rooms were OK… Only had rooms with double beds available when we stayed… A little cramped for our family. Breakfast was nice.

Close to lots of shopping and restaurants (try Annie Gunn's, a delicious local favorite). Friendly staff, nice rooms, free parking, decent food in the restaurant. I've already booked my next stay.

We had a great stay and the crew was great. Kim or breakfast server was a hot. We would Feinstein stay there again.

This hotel is fine for the business traveler but not for a family. I am an HHonors member and usually stay at Hampton Inns. I thought we would upgrade this time but was disappointed to find the rooms are actually smaller and instead of the normal two queen beds there are two small full beds. Not a good situation when you have kids. Spoke with another quest who stated she did not believe the King bed in their room was a true King. Hotel operator obviously cutting corners on beds and overall service.

Very nice look and feel. The colorful lobby was very welcoming. Coffee and teas were ready and available right as you walked in the front door, and the room was very clean and smelled fresh.

Nice hotel in the Chesterfield area that is close to many restaurants and shopping. Would be nice if it included breakfast but other than that it is a good value.

The beds are very short in length, my 13 year old daughter even mentioned it. In addition we had a very difficuct time making our reservation. This is not the first time we've had a problem at this particular Hilton Garden Inn. On our last two stays here we've either had our room comped or had Hilton Honors Points awarded to us for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately for us in both instances we were with a group that was required to use this hotel.

Nice hotel. Over priced for our stay but that had a lot to do with booking room through hockey tourney.

It was clean. That's about all the good. The hot tub was like warm! The chemicals were super strongin the pool! It was definitely not worth 175$ a night. No exhaust fans in the bathroom!? You take a shower get out and your pouring sweat! The air conditioning didn't work all the time. I will never stay here again!

Excellent service, room, facilities, and location. There is not a thing I didn't like about this hotel other than the slow and weak Wi-Fi signal. I used my phone's 4G LTE signal, so it was not an issue for me. I highly recommend this hotel and I will stay here again.

The Hilton Garden Inn's always, yes always, seem to hit the mark. Friendly, polite and engaging staff. Clean and well kept grounds, lobby, and room. The Lobby is always a joy with the flavored waters awaiting on the entry tables. The check in is easy, and the room, well I want all my hotel rooms to be this good. Spacious, ultra clean and available plugs for my electronia, and a quiet refridgerator. Quiet! nice. I have to unplug the fridge in so many other hotels. Really! So this is a grat stay, and I think I just want more Hilton Garden Inns, its worth a couple extra bucks.
