The property is currently in process of renovations so take this with a grain of salt as my issues probably won't be valid soon. The property send a little old and musty. My room had a little bit of an odd odor I couldn't place along with a slight bleach smell. Overall the room seemed okay and was a decent size and had both a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The included hot breakfast was typical, maybe a little lite on the selection. Make your own waffles, some pastries, juice machine, cold cereal. The yep nights I was there I was disappointed in the meat available. Seemed too fatty and 'cheap' tasting. Would've been better if they had bacon.

Convenient location, very accommodating and friendly staff. Nice and clean rooms.

The staff was very nice and the room looked recently renovated. However, the bathroom was not very clean and the location isn't great, but it is right off thr highway. There is a really good Italian restaurant right down the road though.

Very friendly staff. Super comfortable beds and breakfast was fantastic. The shower could have been a bit cleaner but wasnt filthy by any means. Overall a great experience.

Had to stay a whole week here, unexpectedly, and they were extremely accommodating. The owner/manager was very friendly and everyone there made you feel welcomed and at home; relaxed. Most hotels get you in and that’s it, but his staff was just fun. Stay in a stiff hotel just once and you’ll understand just how important this is. Great job, and thank you guys! Also, the beds! More comfortable than being at home!

Friendly customer service. Clean and cozy. Wi-Fi, pool, and exercise room. Refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in room. Breakfast! Everything works. It's a very nice place to relax.

The front desk attendants were very courteous and quick to take care of us. The room was clean and cozy, although the room was a bit smaller than other Hampton Inns I have stayed in. Parking was free and the hotel is easy to get to. The pool was warm and the breakfast was well stocked and delicious. We were particularly pleased to have hot chocolate available in the lobby at all times, especially since it was very cold outside. Late checkout was not a problem either.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Loved the indoor heated pool. Unfortunately there was work being done and a slight mildew smell. I thought we were getting two queen beds but they were double beds at best. The breakfast was good. All in all we had a very nice stay.

My list of hotel necessities is probably weird, but I thought this hotel was great. The room smelled clean, and not in a "cover up dirtiness with cleaner smells" way. The room was actually clean, the carpet well maintained, the caulking in the shower looked clean and well-maintained. I liked the unique vintage-esque style of the bathroom sink and mirror setup. The breakfast had a wide selection. While I thought the cut fruit salad was weirdly tough and flavorless, there was a waffle maker, which made my morning. Most importantly, the bed was perfectly comfortable. I was able to sleep without waking up to adjust temperature or body position, which is an extremely rare occasion for me as I have chronic neck and back pain. I never heard a peep from neighboring rooms, or sound from the hall. The front desk people were friendly and polite. I was very happy with our stay there, and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, close to the highway and across from Chesterfield Mall for shopping. Not too many fast food choices unless you drive back to Chesterfield Valley, where there are a lot of choices. Hotel is undergoing renovation right now, so there might be some workers noises, but didn't hear any during my last two stays. Plan on staying there again in the future.

While the staff was friendly and service good, this hotel is in bad need of renovation and updating. Not to mention that our bathroom was dirty and the shower pressure very low. There are many other Hilton properties in the area and I would consider any one of them until this property gets fixed.

Good luck getting the room you want… or finding a night clerk that knows what she is talking about or that won't flat out lie to you. I will NEVER stay here again.

Overall good hotel. Rooms are clean and as promised. The doors stick a bit and sometimes do not fully latch which can be a bit concerning. The showers are also outdated but from what I can tell are being renovated. Everything else was great! I would definitely stay here again.

I stay in hotel a lot for work I am a Diamond member and I normally do not make a post until I have time. This will be the exception I checked in 8/30 it is true they are renovating the hotel outside and inside. This hotel is over 20 yrs old no big deal however the interior looks 20 yrs old also. Carpet worn, Rooms really dated and small, furniture need to be replaced. No big deal it's at the lower end of Hilton brand. This is the big problem MUSTY and MILDEW smell terrible I am sure there is some MOLD some where. The rooms smells like a wet basement I am sure the the exhaust system in the bathrooms are not working at all plus the place is just plan old. I check into the first room 3rd floor turned on the A/C and sprayed some disinfectants in the air to try to remove the MILDEW smell in the room. NOTHING Went to the front desk to get another room on the 2nd floor I opened the door walked in the room and bathroom and walked out the door went to the front desk and said I cannot stay here this place is going to make me sick. I will say the front desk people were fantastic they took care of me they walked me to another Hampton Inn a few miles away. Same ownership newer and way better hotel. If you have any type of respiratory issues STAY AWAY YOU WILL REGRET IT At the end of the day the management company waited way to long to update this place.

I stayed in a room with the whirlpool hot tub. The hot tub was a large bath tub and with jets and worked with ease. Our room was clean and spacious and well stocked with towels and other amenities. The workers at the front desk were very helpful and nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. I was a bit worried when I saw it is currently under renovations but it didn't cause any problems. Staff is very friendly and really care about customer experience. I would definately stay here again.

Hotel looked clean and had been remodeled nicely, they had all washable bedding which was very clean and appreciated. The hotel needed to be carpet cleaned as the carpet in our bedroom and in the hallway was sticky. The pool area hadn't been cleaned all day, so when we went at 10 p. M. There were no clean towels left and dirty towels were all over the pool deck and chairs and the pool was ice cold. The breakfast bar was smaller but had decent selection but boasted mostly sugar items. It wasn't kept restocked so when we went at 9 a. M. There weren't any eggs, waffle mix or milk left and was never checked in the 30 minutes we were there. It was a decent place to stay but could use a few minor improvements.

I was moved to this property after my booked hotel was sold out upon my arrival. My booked hotel paid for the stay. It was nice to have somewhere to lay my head, but the room wasn't without issues. The flooring in the room was sticky. Carpeting and the tile. The entire room felt damp, even under the covers in the bed. I would have been inclined to complain had the room not been free to me, but for $159 a night, I'm sure other full paying individuals were not happy. The free breakfast had a nice selection of hot and cold items. Coffee was a little weak and bitter though. C — stay.

Pet friendly with no pet fee (as of 6/2017). We stayed here while relocating. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is generally quiet and in a fantastic location. Central to just about anything you want or need I highly recommend staying here.

Newly remodeled, the entire place looked brand new. Breakfast area was extremely nice. Room was beautiful. Nice bathroom, there was a desk and armoire in the room. Pets welcome, and they gave us a late checkout 12:45. Will definitely stay again.

The location was pretty close to many things in town including the mall. We stayed in the studio king room which had a whirlpool bathtub and was huge! The free breakfast was nice and had a very large variety to choose from including omelets. Our bedding was nice, the reception folks were informative and helpful, and literally every single guest was friendly. It was refreshing. They have a large pool which we didn't end up using but there were towels available and the pool area was kept very clean. We special requested more towels due to how many people would be using the shower and they were in our room before we even arrived. Also after 2 baths and 2 showers back to back not once did the water get cold. I was impressed for sure. We received a requested wakeup call exactly on time and when we checked out they asked us how we liked our stay and honestly this is one of the best hotel experiences I have had to date. Would recommend this specific location to anyone!

I'm slightly disappointed with this Hampton. The beds are small (two full-size beds as opposed to two queen-size beds). The hallways are a bit musty. The staff is very helpful and friendly, though.

Perfectly fine stay! The room was clean and quiet, and the continental breakfast was fine a step up from the usual free-breakfast fare: they even had some fresh guava. Service was fine, and the people were very nice.

Great people working the front desk and a good value for the money.

Close to the Chesterfield mall, and major highways. It's a nice choice if you're visiting the area.

Was nice and clean. House kepping came at 9 am a little early.

We drove here from Sioux Falls, SD to see an Orthopedic Dr. This hotel was very clean, helpful, Breakfast was awesome and a lg. Variety. We would stay here again for sure.
