Rather clean. Prices reasonable. Breakfast minimal but sufficient. The the shower stall in the rooms need to be a little safer: stronger handicap bars, better gripping on the shower floor. Maybe high-rise toilets. The swimming pool area smelled too strongly of chlorine but the pool was relatively clean. Most of the staff was very nice and helpful.

Location is great, pretty clean hotel despite it being an obviously older facility. The rooms are updated and usually clean. The pool area is nothing to take notice of, and the breakfast is very unimpressive and the breakfast area is way too small for a 3 floor hotel that can accommodate as many guests as this one does.

This Day's Inn was a little more modern and a bit more spacious in the rooms than other ones I've stayed at. The breakfast was on par for the price I paid, but the location is superb with an amazing Mexican restaurant right next door.

Room was great exceeded my expectations. Room was very clean and everything was in order. Its very close to the stadium and to restaurants. I would stay here again when i'm in town.

The room was dark and smelled odd; probably because my room was right by the pool area. The breakfast was good. Warm waffles! The sidewalk doesn't go all around the building and I parked on the wrong side, so I got to walk through wet grass. Overall, I survived but it wasn't the best experience.

Front desk man not very helpful. The ladies were great. Small clean rooms.

Great prices with decent rooms. My stay was quiet. Breakfast even had a waffle maker. I had no complaints at all until I checked my bank and saw that I was charged 3 times instead of one. Manager was never there and didnt return calls. After a week my bank flagged the extra charges as fraud. Careful.

Easy access to days in blue Spring continental breakfast indoor heated pool. All new room.

Everything was very fresh and clean. The shower door was a little dirty, but overall very clean. Would certainly recommend. I believe the carpet is even brand new. Which is great if you have little ones especially. Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved being able to wash clothes in the guest self service laundry.

Bathroom smelled like sewer gas. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was highly disappointing.

Horrible! I would never stay here again! Everything in our room was broke or didn't work! Then when we told them they did nothing to compensate us! I was not happy with them at all! And our shower was extremely slick and the floor was bowed up! I would never recommend them to anyone!

Good spot to stop off at when your done driving that long ass stupid road trip. ;)

Elevator broke when we were there. The beds are only full but were conferrable. Pool is small and very hot almost a hot tub.

Respectable hotel with good selection on complimentary breakfast. Reasonable rates for last minute arrangements. Flexible. Friendly.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was fine, room was clean, but older… Some repairs needed in bathroom walls and floorboards. Also the elevator and stairwell smelled funny. Looked in and saw a pretty small pool. Wi-Fi Was too slow for video during evening until 11pm. Free Breakfast of waffles, biscuits and gravy, muffins, cereal, fruit, and juice was ok, but they ran out of some stuff. Good location within 5 minutes of several restaurants.

I've traveled all over the country for years, and this is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We work for a nonprofit and live in a van, touring around the country. But our vehicle broke down in Kansas City, MO. At first glance, this Days Inn seemed like a good value, but no cheap price was worth the experience we had. We got two rooms, one for those of us on a nocturnal schedule, and one for those of us with a daytime schedule. During the first night, two of my coworkers were hanging out in the lobby, not wanting to wake the others already asleep in their room. They were told by the night clerk that they couldn't be there, then were followed by him up to their rooms. It's obviously a budget hotel, which is usually okay with me. But we also found bugs in both rooms during our night there. Then the next day, our daytime people were waiting in the lobby to hear back from the shop about our vehicle after checking out. We were told that we needed to leave, when we only needed a couple of hours until our vehicle was ready. And we had just spent the night there! There were no other guests in the lobby, and we weren't being disruptive in any way. They woke our coworkers on a nocturnal schedule, and told them that we could only stay if we waited in their room. When questioned why, the manager literally told us that if we didn't like their policy, we could "get the hell out. " We hadn't been rude or even raised our voices, and we were getting cursed at by the manager.

Has a computer in the lobby, nice breakfast area, a smaller pool, but very nice and clean. Rooms were clean, air was cold. They have luggage racks and an elevator. Parking was well lit. Would stay again! $82 out the door for a double in July. Checked in at 11pm, host was very nice and efficient with check-in! And there is a big Mexican restaurant in attached parking lot!

Location is good as there are plenty on areas to eat and shop around at in that area. It didn't seem like the most kept up place but the rooms were nice.

The rooms are clean, quiet, and affordable. The beds are comfortable and have full sized pillows. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are on the small size, but adequate. For double the money you can get a much larger room (and some convenient things like a dining area), but I prefer a more modest room so I can spend my money on shopping and sightseeing. I have stayed here several times and always had a pleasant time.

We stayed one night. The receptionist was kind of grumpy and not very friendly but she was quick. Everything in the room was clean. The TV wasn't working correctly but they sent someone quickly and he fixed it quickly. The shower was large, the water pressure good and there were plenty of towels. We didn't have time to check out the pool. The breakfast was nice. There was a large selection of foods and it s all fresh. Overall good value.

Bout darn time babe geeze, took my wife an hr to reserve us a room. Now that's one thing I have that keeps our marriage together an that's a lotta patience⏳Figured we'd pull in after delivering a load into Grain Valley & get us a lil rest just for one night or so. Hell, we both needed it. So far so good, hadn't had any problems here yet so let's keep those fingers a crossed & enjoy the rest of the day relaxing in our lil cozy room. About to order my Singapore Chow Mei Fun from China Kitchen soooooooooooooooooooo… HOLLA.

Wow, for the price this is awesome, clean lobby, clean and updated & trendy room (room 218), well lit parking and very courteous and Helpfull staff.

My fiancé and I stayed here for a while as we waited for our house to be ready. $$ is right and the place is clean. Staff is friendly over all.

No roaches and the Wifi was good enough for me to play destiny on my ps4 with no lag… so that's worth 5 stars alone.

Called to make reservation, was asked to "hold please". I was then hung up on. Called back, was asked to "hold please, " I then stated I had been on hold and was hung up on. Thereafter I was apologized to and asked "what can I do for you.? " Basic customer service would imply hold is an option for someone when they are a bind. Will be finding another hotel.

Parking lot was very well lit staff was ery helpful rooms were extremely clean the thing I liked most was the very soft pillows.

Everyone we quite nice. Cheap. Great location off the road. A touch outdated.

Old food in refrigerator. Extreme noise from highway. Air conditioner would not stay on. Woke up covered in bed bugs. Lifted mattress to discover infestation. Had to decontaminate clothes and luggage before returning home. Contacted Wyndham to file complaint. No response. Avoid this dirty bug infested location unless you want to be a part of the free breakfast.

Clean room, nice staff, decent breakfast, and really nice shower and bed. I'd definitely stay here again if passing through the area.

Elevator's floor was rotted. Refrigerator in room did not work (and smelled bad). Shower stall showed visible signs of rotting (and smelled bad). Linen was very old, needed replacement.

Room was very clean, service was beyond expectation. I will however caution you that two of their selling points are a Fitness Area, and an Indoor Pool, both of which fall well below the mark. The swimming pool is nothing more than an oversized hot tub, and the "fitness area" is a closet that is currently being used for the storage of about fifty chairs and an inaccessible elliptical. We rented two rooms, both were clean and had modern fixtures, but the lack of promised amenities was a major letdown and felt a bit like the old bait and switch.

Service was okay. Room was fairly small, and smelled horrible. No air fresheners in the room at all, even though it was a smoking room, it shouldn't have smelled that bad. As a non smoker, my husband had a difficult time being in the room at all because it was hard to breathe, and smoking rooms were all they had left available at the time. The bed was fairly clean, but top comforter had a few burn holes through it, and design made bed look outdated. Bathroom and shower were fairly clean, but looked a little old and worn. Window was broken and out of the track, no screen on the window, so when I finally got it fixed (you're welcome), I could jump out if I wanted to. After having the window open for 30 minutes, I had to close it because all the bugs were getting in, so not much fresh air available. Maybe some of the non-smoking rooms are better because I've seen some pretty good reviews from other people, but I personally am very hesitant to stay here again.

Decided not to reserve a room! I called to make a reservation and the receptionist asked me to hold. Which I did. For over 10 minutes. Finally the call was disconnected. I called back and the very first thing said was "hold please" I tried to explain that I had been on hold and had then been hung up on. However, the receptionist cut me off and insisted I hold again. Don't bother.

Would NOT pick up the phone. Stayed on hold for over 10 minutes before hanging up amd finding another hotel. Poor customer service.

Ok for budget — tiny pool, no hot tub. Rooms were clean, and the staff was nice. Only downside. TINY pool, and no hot tub as desbribed, which we were really looking forward to after 8 hours on the road.

This is a very old motel just hanging on. The bathroom doors have been replaced, the door jam is a screw. The doors are old and peeling paint and not designed for the doorway. Just not a very inviting looking place. However as you get to staying there longer the niceties do show like the beds are comfortable and the shower seems new and they are nice and big. Everything is just ancient though. And flushing the toilet is a scary experience but there won't be a need for a plunger, you could flush an iron rod if you needed to! It is cheaper than most but to think you could pay $10-$20 more per night and get a mush superior place tells me even the value isn't too great.

Nice little hotel. I stayed there in the middle of a long trip and was very impressed. The price was reasonable and the room was very nice. The first room I got had a leak in the roof that soaked the bed, and the clerk was very helpful about getting me into a new room quickly, as the entire process took about 10 minutes. The rooms are clean and the hotel is in a very nice, safe area with a WalMart and several fast food restaurants within just a couple minutes' drive. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers.
