Nice rooms pool and jacuzzi the next morning no hot water after contacting the front desk they fix the problem. Offering us another room if we liked. I would stay here again great prices great service.

We stayed friday-sunday and it was
okay but the bed was uncomfortable but I had my drink that clearly still
had liquid in it, it was a dry herbal life loaded tea. It was very clear it was not trash and the cleaning crew trashed it… unless its in the trash they shouldnt throw it away. Told max the manager and he did nothing. So be careful the cleaning crew will trash your belongings.

Paid for a week and then I get an arbitrary charge on a secondary card that I originally tried to book the room in that did not work. When I called they said oh there were additional charges and they felt it was okay to just charge that card on record without calling me. I told them to credit the card I never gave approval and the manager got mouthy with me and just said to drive over there to get my money. I am not driving 20 minutes to get $7 when all he has to do is credit the account. He got mouthy with me and hung up now I will report him and turn it in to the credit card company! BAD BUSINESS!

It's pet friendly with large rooms.

The room was decent and the lady who checked us in was very nice. We also enjoyed the hot tub but it was a bit run fun. There wasn't much water pressure in the shower and the room had a weird smell like something was damp. The lady who works in the morning kept giving us dirty looks while she cleaned the lobby and breakfast area. But over all the stay was good for the price.

Wanted to get away for the weekend with my family, even though we live in the area. At check in, the girl was nice (won't mention names) but after seeing her boyfriend and her outside smoking pot and her outside almost the whole evening smoking cigs with him, it was completely ghetto. Very dirty clothing was worn for the whole 2 1/2 days there. Only 2 housekeepers, that don't speak English. Toilet got clogged, a plunger was left at our door for us to plunge the toilet. Pool was OK, nothing special. And if you like biscuits and gravy and waffles for breakfast every morning, that's what you will get. Management RUDE when bringing up any issues.

Absolutely disgusting! Stains on the bed spreads, the whole 3rd floor smelled like smoke, very viable dirt in the bottom of the pool. I took my children here and once I discovered just how gross it was and the fact that my 9 year old has asthma, I couldn't stay there. Explained to the woman at the front desk. She understood, but couldn't get me a refund until manager (Andy) was in the next morning! Since I went through Expedia, I had to call them so they could call the hotel for a refund! He absolutely refused. And was extremely rude! Terrible customer service and just plain and simple gross! So, they just got me for nearly 100 dollars. Well, hope they use that money to start getting some extra cleaning done around there.

Not crazy about this place. Expected a more professional answer when I asked if they didn't have a cheaper rate and was told they had a used room that someone had left that I could get cheaper. I wasn't pleased to say the least. Management should train their staff better.

The indoor pool is tiny, lou, overrun with children (way too mamy for anyone to enjoy their own kids), and over chlorinated (probably because of the number of people in the water). The jacuzzi water was the color of urine. The room assigned to us reaked of cigarette smoke, but when I asked for a different room they obliged. The second room was smoke odor free, but I'm pretty sure the carpets have not been cleaned since this place was built. I'm glad we are just passing through, as this would never make it to a second night or repeat stay for us.

Our room was a standard hotel room. We booked for 3 adults and were given only 4 towels. Some of the outlets did not work which we discovered after trying to charge our phones overnight. The worst part is that they put the guests with dogs up on the 3rd floor. This particular guest had a large dog that ran around till well after midnight & started again just after 7am. Dogs should be on the first floor to alleviate any noise issues. Housekeeping comes thru by 8 am so if you are not up & moving and have your Do Not Disturb message up, they never come back. The gentleman working the breakfast bar was very patient and helpful making my waffle. Doubt we would go back there.

I never review anything. Ever. But this p. O. S. Place deserves it and so does your sanity. This hotel is FILTHY. Our room was coated in dust. I kid you not, there was chips under the ac unit. The bed sheets on both beds had stains. The floor is sticky and mushy. There is a smell like they sprayed a heavy room spray to cover up some other smell. The staff is freindly or helpful AT ALL. The breakfast was ok. The elevator is disgusting, again, dust and mushy floor. The ceiling right out side of our room is completely water stained and caving in. The inside of our mini fridge has black stuff all inside of it. We will NEVER stay here again. Not worth the $100 a night.

The hotel and service were fine. No complaints but nothing special. Breakfast was good. Coffee was great.

Pool and hot tub only open until 9PM. Doing a remodel, but floor in room is not level and beds need replaced still. Good breakfast and staff was friendly.

Check in was quick and painless. The room was exactly what you expect at this price point. Everything seemed relatively clean.

Rooms were clean and nice. Staff was helpful and very nice. The only thing that bothered me was a group of guys in the lobby being very loud and drinking beer. Im pretty sure they were coaches and they had some of there young athletes with them during this.

Awesome place to stay with super fast check-in and great service. The rooms were very comfortable and they have a heated hot tub and indoor pool. Very close to everything surrounding and would definitely recommend other guests.

Most wonderful home away from home in the whole world. Although I am anxious to get home after my extended stay I will miss the whole staff especially MARIA. James. Johnnie aka Frankie. Deborah. DERRICK and the manager Andy most sincerely MyCherie D.

Decent hotel for the price. Great location, lots of food and resources near by, staff was friendly, breakfast was decent, only real complaint was we could tell like others have that the hotel has been recently updated but the problem is the up keep of said remodel is rather low quality which I understand budget hotel means budget remodel but you have to upkeep and perform maintenance that just doesn't seem to have happened here. Lots of things broken/missing pieces including the grout for the bathroom tile making it a "crunchy" floor you could literally pick up. Overall not a bad place but you are staying at a sub $80 hotel and you can tell. Would come back for another short night stay but that's about it.

It was nice for affordable room. Very clean bed made good no problems checking in. We drove a long way spent time with family and friend. Decide not to drive home and it was across from Applebee's. The breakfast was good hot so I would stay there again. Also indoor pool but didn't not get there in time to use it.

Customer service was good. Other wise, I would have given only 1 star. The room was terrible. There was a gap in the door so big I had to shove towels in between so as not to be exposed. Floors were very dirty. As well as the mini fridge. The freezer had something nasty growing in it. Very disappointed. And unfortunate too. I will be traveling often with my dog and they're one of few hotels that accept them. The GM took $20 off my bill, which was nice, I guess I just expected more.

For a 2 star, very affordable hotel, I was happy with the accommodations. Rooms were clean, lite breakfast bar was nice. My only con was that you could hear traffic from the highway when the room was quiet, but being close to the highway was also why I selected this hotel.

Stayed one night on a work trip with my dad. Beds are fluffy, pillows are feather/cotton combo and the room is spacious. Complimentary breakfast in the morning had many options but the coffee is bland. I got a great night sleep and I would stay here again. Friday night for $79, not bad!

Came to Blue Springs / Kansas City for the football game. Hotel was nice and clean and check in was fast and easy. However, very disappointed in customer care and service. After the first time leaving the room our room key no longer worked. We had already called a Uber and needed back in the room because we forgot something. Fast forward to four more attempts by staff and new room keys and they finally called maintenance to help open the room and over charges from Uber for their wait. Also as we were leaving we were informed that to get into our room later that night yet again we would need assistance instead of the issue being resolved or even the possibility of changing rooms. There wasn’t a time after that, that the issue was ever resolved or made right. Shouldn’t pay for a room when you can’t even get accurate access to it. Very disappointed in how everything was handled. We will no longer room at Quality Inn.

We stopped at this hotel because they have an indoor pool and hot tub. Pros: convenient location, night front desk staff goes above and beyond, price was good with the travelers coupon book, comfortable bedding, breakfast Cons: hot tub is green and tile are mildewy, pool is also dirty, non-smoking rooms adjacent to smoking rooms, hallway air quality is bad, hotel room run down, bathroom vanity and floor not wiped down, there were bare foot prints all over the tile, next to a loud freeway. Overall I'd stay here again, but ask for a price match to a hotel without a pool or hot tub since we chose not to enter the green lagoon.

Adequate but definitely a step down from what I'm used to. Our room had a very noisy air conditioner and a humidity control problem. It was clammy and the lack of any bathroom ventilation made that situation worse. The mirror in the main room even fogged up after a shower. I'll probably spend a little more and stay somewhere else next time.

Close to the interstate hwy. Convenient access to gas station, liquor store and restaurants. Inexpensive, reasonable cleanliness and good night's sleep. Continental breakfast served free.

Needed a place to rest our heads from midnight to 8am, Quality Inn provided comfy bed and pillows with a clean and friendly atmosphere. The manager even let us use his charging block overnight. We've stayed here once prior and they've made updates. If you're in town and need a place for a quick rest and shower I recommend Quality Inn.

I'm very disappointed in the customer care from the employees. I had several questions about pricing and some other concerns. All they could tell me was to speak to the manager, which no one had any idea when he would be coming in. They need to be more caring and compassionate to their customers. Not all customers that check in are here by choice. People have emergencies such as myself. The last thing I need is price gauging and rude people.

Clean room, clean pool area, well-kept hot tub, quiet. There were smoking rooms available, and breakfast. Although breakfast ended rather early. I over all enjoyed my experience quite a bit, and was able to get rest and relaxation in a comforting and private environment.

If all you are doing is sleeping… it's fine. It's not luxurious in the least. The "breakfast" is all processed (not sure where the "egg" like disks came from) and the coffee is instant. Rooms were not the cleanest. But, again, if you arrive late and leave early, you'll be fine. For $65 per night… you can't expect much more. Breakfast nook pictured.

The customer service was horrible, the pool and the pool area was dirty. We had no shower curtain in the bathroom and roaches. The GM was really rude and cursed and talked to me as if I was a child, upon checking out there was no-one at the desk for over 20 mins so I left the keys with a note of checkout time and room number which was 301. The next day I noticed a additional 150.00 taken from my card and when questioned it was because of housekeeping had to pick covers off the floor. Upon me leaving the room I stripped the beds and put the items in a pile along with the used towels, I was told that was not my job so they charged me for housekeeping. I have pictures of the filth from pool area, roaches, and no shower curtain for a lawyer to review. Also recorded the gm in how he talked to me unprofessionally. This place needs to be shut down.

For the price this was a good room. If you looked closely you could see the motel was older and had been remodeled. The plumbing fixtures were low quality but worked. The room was clean and the bed was very good. Pool was an average budget hotel pool, breakfast was a little below average.

Had family in town staying at this hotel, and we visited them here. It seems like a nice place to stay, and has the dependable quality of a hotel in this line.

It was 18 degrees outside and the room had the cold air on when I got in my room. It also seemed as if the unit was not sealed to the outside. Good thing the heater unit worked good and the room was able to stay warm. Otherwise, seemed marginal to below average.

Stayed at the Quality Inn blue springs, on the first floor. Accommodations were nice, comfortable, breakfast was adequate. There is a pool here, looks typical of this sized hotel. Would gladly stay here again for the price charged.

Mehhh. Not bad. It is very quiet, beds were pretty dang comfortable, the TV wouldn't turn on though, it was a little cold, good storage, the price was a little bit more than I'd like to have spent but oh well.

The rooms are clean and nice. The breakfast is good. If you're looking for a kickass place to stay while traveling on a budget, this is your place.

Exceptional staff. Nearly finished with a modern remodel. Attractive room and a comfortable bed. Pet friendly. Really nice stay.

The location was I-70 and Highway 7 in Blue Springs off Coronado. On a positive note and the only positive note, the hostesses and the front desk clerk was very pleasant and very clean looking. From there it went straight downhill. The rooms are on the third floor. We had two reserved. They were so nasty we can only use one. To continue, it smelled. Not just a little. A lot. They were animals running up and down the Halls and not escorted. In the rooms There was nothing in front of the windows so when you did open the window in your room you might as well just take a jump because there is nothing to stop you it was wide open. The bedding look like it had not been washed it looked like it had been used and not in a polite way. It smelled. It was really disgusting. Also there was residue of some sort on the sheets. And a burn hole through the sheets. To end on a positive note the breakfast was good.

The Quality Inn is Not good quality. From dirty bathtubs and toilets to a damn broken crack pipe my 1 yr old found next to the bible. Management gave a credit back on room but I was highly upset no pissed. Not sure if its new management but thet need to get on it. Make sure everything is clean if you stay. Beds were clean watched them change sheets breakfast was very good. My family enoyed staying in kc. But that ruined our stay at the quality inn. Good luck on your stay. Check your room before check in.

The accomadations were great. Loved the extra room because of the curved shower curtain. The beds were very comfortable and sleep came easily. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

My friends and I had a sleepover at this hotel because of how cheap it was, the room was only about 50 dollars. Upon checking in, the manager warned my friend's mom, telling her we better not be loud (seeing that none of us were older than 16). As we arrived in our room, all initially seemed well. We also chose this hotel because it had a pool, so we didn't bother checking out the room a lot. We immediately went down to the pool and were surprised we were the only ones at first. But as we got in, we could tell the pool hadn't been cleaned in a while, grime was visible on the walls; you could tell where the water's surface was even if it was all drained out due to a thick line of grime that lie just above. We didn't stay too long, and eventually returned to our room. We watched movies until night and started to go to bed. As we pulled up the covers, we noticed large holes in the comforter that exposed the cotton inside. We chuckled, saying that the inn was most definitely quality. I noticed stains on the nightstand as I began to drift off to sleep. In the morning, we all went down to breakfast, where my friend's mom was looking very tired. She had stayed in a different room as us, and heard noises outside her room in the hall around eleven at night. Looking through the peephole, it was a parent playing tag with her child… when midnight was to strike in an hour. However, the breakfast was very good, we enjoyed it a lot.

Breakfast was poor. Wi-Fi was slow. Rooms were clean and moderately maintained. Staff is very friendly.

Worst stay ever. Checked in on 3/12/16 with 3 other families after a sport event. I had called ahead and booked 4 rooms and had been told we could use AAA. When we arrived they told me the owner had blocked it and they were full so they wouldn't honor AAA. Then we get into the room… Everything is dirty… bugs in bathroom and dirty furniture and carpet. Repairs are half done very cheaply. After letting the kids swim, (which the pool had way to much chlorine and there were pieces of plywood just laying against the walls in there) we joke about needing to check for bed bugs. As we go and check under the sheets we found that three of the beds did have dead and live bed bugs. The owner came over and checked it out and reluctantly credited our cards back as all 4 families had already packed and got all the kids and luggage out the door. Will never go back.

Incredible and clean rooms. Beds are very comfortable and breakfast is always amazing… I just wish that the people at the front desk had more training before they were allowed to do a shift by themselves.

We reserved a day for saturday online and yesterday and now theyre saying theyre rooms are sold out but we still got charged, honestly I wish you could give it 0 stars dont go to this place ever you kight as well just sleep outside for free.
