I love the staff I always have clean rooms when I come breakfast is awesome.

I checked into this hotel very early on Sunday morning. The staff here is very rude and unprofessional. This was all due to a miscommunication regarding a late checkout that I requested. I wasn't sure that I'd leave and needed the extra 2 hours to make a decision. I called down to the front desk and the general manager started to yell and demanded payment, (as if I were trying to stay without paying) then got angry, when I asked if their was a problem. I assumed it had to be based on her aggressive tone. I couldn't get a word in, she was cutting me off and then said they can refuse service and wasn't going to allow me to stay. I couldn't believe it. Of course all hell broke loose when I started requesting names and "threatened" to call corporate. I wasn't really going to, (at the time) it was merely to get some answers, an understanding of what went wrong. I arrived back at my room later that evening and my key card didn't work. I dreaded having to go to the front desk having to get another. Lo and behold a different front desk employee was just as rude. I thought to myself "unbelievable"! I WILL NEVER stay here again. In all my life I've never had a bad experience while staying in a hotel. Ever! I will definitely be calling corporate and making them aware. No one had on a nametag, and the blouses or uniform was worn as if they didn't care.

Rooms are always clean. I stay here everytime I'm in Southhaven.

Very room for the price. Location is convenient, no problems. Wi-Fi works well, instant pot water, clean room nice a/c.

I stay at the Quality Inn, in Southhaven Ms off stateline road atleast evey other month. Always had excellent customer service. Had to change rooms a few times due to maintenance and bad room keys!

Our non-smoking room smelled like an ash tray, stay somewhere else.

The front desk receptionist has a horrible attitude! I tried booking a room bit she caught an attitude with answer she gave and stated she had a bad attitude because she had customers with her at the moment. Once I reminded her I was a paying customer she only caught more attitude. On top of all that, when I stated I was paying with a credit card she asked would this be a valid credit card.

Our non smoking room was full of dmoke odor.

Our 9th year travelling for a mission trip to NOLA and staying here many years. Kind staff, clean rooms with comfy beds!

Room was clean. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast wasn't very appetizing.

Just wanted to commend Ms Yolanda on her customer service. Long story short she called me back and informed me of information that I wasn't sure about… The extra call made my day. Some people care about their jobs. The rooms are clean rates are fair.

The hotel itself is not attractive and the room was awful, but the customer service of the rep I met was worth these 5 stars! Yalonda is a very memorable, very sweet soul. She was very helpful and friendly. Any issues I had she did her absolute best to fix and accommodate. I would return strictly for her lovely smile. This hotel could do with some upgrades to match the great service we got from her!

Obviously directly under the flight path of the airport. I was awake from 4 am on with it sounding like a plane would land right on the roof. If you don't mind that, this would be a decent place.

The room was very comfortable, and clean. The bed slept well. If I am ever in the area, I will stay there again.

I checked in on 12/02/17 for a jacuzzi tub room. The jacuzzi tub did not work. I flipped the switch and pushed the button in the tub & it makes a loud noise but does absolutely nothing. So I basically paid extra for a regular room. I did not even utilize the tub until I got back to my room around 3am. There was no point in notifying staff because there was nothing that could be done at 3 in the morning. Also that morning I took my food out of the mini refrigerator and a roach crawled out. When I brought this to the staff’s attention that morning I was told maintenance would come look at the tub and they never did. Upon checking out early, because I had to rush to the hospital to see a family member, I brought the same issue to their attention. The manager gave me a $9.57 refund (which the room was $96.14 with my Fedex discount) and then the young woman who was checking me out accused me of lying about the insect in my room. Her exact words were “If it really happened and it was me I would have came directly here and told someone. No one is going to stay overnight in a room with a roach. ” I was appalled and I will NEVER be back to this establishment or any other choice hotel if this is the type of quality service I recieve. This was absolutely ridiculous that I wasted my money on a trashy, non-operational room and then to get accused of lying about something as atrocious as a roach. I plan to report this hotel to the BBB and anyone else that will listen.

Desk clerk was very nice. The room was clean and breakfast was good.

As to check in, I arrived for check in after 10 p. M. And found that the lobby doors were locked and that there was a bullet proof glass check-in window inside the foyer. The clerk came to the check-in window and transacted the check-in process there. I told the clerk that I was uncomfortable with the security aspect of having to check in through a bulletproof glass window and asked if the neighborhood was safe, and in particular, asked if my car would be safe in that it was a 2017 Cadillac. She assured me that it would be safe and that I would be safe. Frankly, if it had been earlier in the evening and I wasn't so exhausted I would have gone somewhere else and paid the penalty fee for cancellation. But at that time of night in a strange city I had no choice. As to the noise, I was kept awake all night long by uninterrupted and constant jet traffic from the airport. Unfortunately, I learned after the fact that the hotel is in the flight pattern of the Federal Express Depot at the Memphis Airport and they run all night long every 15 minutes relentlessly. Zoom boom, zoom boom, zoom boom. I was originally booked for four nights but checked out the next morning. I will say I was appreciative that the staff did not charge me for early check out.

My experience her was okay but it could have been better. AC in room had a weird odor.

Nice place, simple, and just off the main road. Close to airport and good food.

The staff is really friendly here. The rooms smell clean when you walk in. The A. C. Runs cold. The breakfast is decent, they switch it up between weekdays & weekends.

The front desk staff were friendly helpful and an absolute delight. The room was clean well stocked and extremely comfortable.

This hotel has two floors with outside facing doors. We were able to park right in front of our door. Outdoor pool which we didn't use. Room was clean and well maintained, Staff are friendly. The usual Continental breakfast fare. Quiet location sits a block of the main thoroughfare.

It's OK but could be much better. You can hear your neighbor and the gym had one machine (treadmill) that worked fair.

Nice place to stay. Convenient to most Memphis attractions.

The people at the front desk are great. They Make you feel welcomed when you enter the door. I've never had any problems with my rooms. I love coming here.

It was nice overall. There are no elevators leading upstairs and you enter the rooms from the outside, which I didn't know from the way it was advertised. Good breakfast though.

I had a really pleasant night. Room was better than I expected it to be. Jacuzzi tub was A+

At first glance, this seems like an OK motel. New carpets, large lobby, decent rates… However, I did not enjoy my stay that much and likely wouldn't return. -Don't stay in room 101. The stairs are built into the wall right behind the headboard and you'll have to deal with people stomping up and down them at all hours. -The Housekeeping carts are old and noisy and the housekeepers kept dragging them back and forth and back and forth in the morning, defeating the purpose of the DnD sign. They also play music in the morning. Again, don't stay in room 101, since it's right next to the lobby, laundry, and housekeeping. -It's directly on the flight path for planes descending into Memphis. -No ashtray in the smoking room (but I've never had one at any hotel, so this is normal). -There was food left in the freezer from who knows when. -The walls are thin and the doors are thinner, so you hear everything, everywhere. -There's no parking, especially when trucks park diagonally in the lot. -Dinky threadbare towels -Mini-marshmallow pillows -It's noisy here after 9am, so don't plan on sleeping late. -They pre-authorized my card for a large amount, but everything posted properly. On the bright side, though: +Pet friendly. They say "no more than 25 lbs" but I've seen some large dogs here as well, like German Shepherds. +Helpful front desk +Updated rooms, minus the old towels. +Conveniently located just off I-55 with easy access to food, shopping, and local attractions.

Decent rooms however they seem to have a few blemishes. They do not offer 24-hour coffee walls are thin and this is a motel so the automobile noise is greater than you might like.

Wonderful service, excellent staff and everything you would want when you are a way from home. The rooms, floor, tubs, were clean and made you feel like you were at home. I've never slept better in months till I stayed at this Quality Inn. Thanks for the service and get experience of getting away. In the process of planning another trip there in the next few weeks and I will be staying at your location.

Very clean, comfortable, and affordable. The only downfall was the close proximity to the airport, so sleeping in was not an option. Other than that, it was a great experience!

Located right off the freeway and not easy to miss. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Will stay again if in the area.

Worst hotel ive ever been too. For $90 a night Never in my life will I go there again. I was in bed sleeping and found a cockroach on top of my bed while I was sleeping.

Nice breakfast. Small thick pillows with an end of life mattress makes for a sore morning.

Book at your own risk! I've read it may be okay to stay there but just know they'll never return you any money. I booked my family at comfort suites and for reasons they never did explain they switched us to quality inn (same company, choice hotels). When we got to comfort suites we did not have a room and their dispute/customer service office was closed so no one could tell us about the switch. We found an econo Lodge (also same company, choice hotels) and stayed there. Of course we got charged for both rooms. After hours on the phone hearing excuses then apologies and even receiving a written apology with admission to their mistake we still have yet to receive a refund or compensation of any kind.

Nice clean room. Good internet! Jets taking off kinda loud, but doesn't bother me. Working nights, maid keeps waking me up and someone always steals my do not disturb signs (at least no construction going on).

Nice, clean hotel! Hot breakfast. Good walking areas if you have a dog with you.

Omg bed bugs not 1not 2 at least 60 haven't seen this many bugs in my life I have an instant rash fleas n the grass r mild blood sucking bugs in bed where I paid $69 to stay one night after 12hrs driving no way it's 2:30 am I woke up feeling itchy I have bumps I thought I was allergic to the detergent they use until I felt em n turned the light on i'm so disgusted I wrote this review immediately.
