I loved it. Excellent customer service good clean convenience. Microwave and refrigerator in room. Restaurants right outside hotel you can literally walk to them… I loved our stay and will definitely be back.

It was absolutely amazing. The service was great and the workers were friendly and extremely helpful. The pool and the fitness center were really clean and were always available!

Right in middle of shopping and Restaurants! Clean and welcoming environment. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Free Wi-Fi a plus. Bed was excellent for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was the bomb! Would it all over again. Great for your business executives as well as families.

Nice place to stay. Good hot breakfast. The staff is great, but the ladies that take care of the breakfast, work very hard. We have stayed here many times over the past few years and I've noticed these ladies are not appreciated. They deserve tips just like anyone at a restaurant. And they don't deserve cranky people that got up too early.

Nice and reasonably-priced hotel just outside Memphis just over the Mississippi border (avoiding that 20% hotel tax in Tennessee — where the heck did that come from? ). Rooms were nice and clean, beds were comfortable, front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff were all really friendly — made me feel welcome. Location is handy to a lot of restaurants and stores — easy to walk to if you don't want to drive, and about 10-15 minutes from downtown Memphis.

My sister and I stayed here while my brother was having surgery nearby. It was the epitimy of southern hospitality. I would really like to know what mattress brand I was sleeping on. I suffer from lower back pain and not once did it bother me the 4 nights there.

Excellent experience, on our way to New Orleans from Peoria stayed 1 night. More than we expected and breakfast bar was good also hot & cold choices. Will stay again on the way home.

This hotel was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The front desk ladies were nice and friendly. The breakfast was great and had plenty to offer. We needed to check out a little later and that was no problem at all. The hotel is in a safe area with a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. Thank you for an excellent stay.

The rooms are nice and modern, bed is comfortable, and it's an overall clean hotel. The things it's lacking in are water pressure, having to wait 5 mins with the water running before it's hot, heater takes a full day before it gets the room comfortable, no indoor pool or jacuzzi like other comfort suites I've stayed at, the coffee is never fresh downstairs unless you get there right at breakfast, and the breakfast starts at 6am and they don't prepare to go bags for people like me that leave before then every day. Most of my complaints are minor and while I won't make this my first choice next time, it also won't keep me from staying.

Not the best location. A bit hard to find, especially in rain at night because the highway has awfully drawn lanes. Hotel itself was nice though. Comfy big rooms, and a great provided breakfast. Had bacon, eggs, toast, and basically anything else you could expect from a reasonably priced hotel. Fairly good service, didn't actually see them much.

When I am in Southaven this is where I stay. My room always has a fridge, microwave and prep sink and counter. I have dietary restrictions and this convenience allows me to bring the food that I can eat, to keep it cold and warm it up. The rooms have always been clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room was really nice and the service was excellent. The Happy hour was a nice surprise and breakfast was great. I woukd highly recommend this location.

We were DELIGHTED to find that the Jacuzzi suites at this Comfort Suites had a SEPARATE bedroom, huge bathroom, huge living room and a "wet bar". Breakfast quality was better than most Choice hotels; they even had BACON. Staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive. I will stay here next time I need to be in the Memphis area. It is a great value and worth the 15 minute drive into Memphis!

Well first I would have to start off by letting that my first choice of hotel stays was bad really bad and I had to lose money because my wife and I refused to stay their after searching the website we picked the comfort suites and we were not disappointed the staff were nice and friendly the room was great clean smell clean just a overall great experience I am glad we choose the comfort suites it would have been a very unpleasant experience if there was no availability for us being it was our anniversary.

I'm only giving this hotel a one rating because I had to rate the hotel to post my story. I don't feel that it deserve a rating for the suffering that my kids and I had to endure. I am so disappointed in this hotel. My kids and I recently stayed at Comfort Suites in Southaven, MS behind Burger King on Goodman Rd. Here is my story On July 30, 2017 at approximately 1:30a. M. I discovered a small bug crawling in the bed that me and my 3 yrs. Old son were laying on; while trying to remove the bed from the bed blood came from the bug onto the sheets that was on the bed. After I removed the covers I noticed brownish bugs crawling on the sheets and pillows that my son was asleep on. I removed my child from the bed. Upon further review it appeared to be bed bugs on the bed, pillows and wall. The front desk clerk was notified about this problem and I was told that I could move to another room. I told the clerk I would rather check out of the hotel. I took a plastic bag and placed one of the pillows inside and took it with me to the front desk. I was unable to get my money back that morning but was told that the manager would be in later that day. I cannot remember the manager name at this time. Me and my kids left the hotel at 2am and traveled back home an hour away. The next morning I contacted the Hotel and spoke with Robin (very nice person) and she had been told of the problem that I had with my room. Robin informed me that the manager would be in the next morning at 8am.

We only stayed one night. Everything was perfect. HD TV in the room and everything was super clean. The Continental breakfast was the best I've seen from a hotel in years.

I start every review with the same info to help others understand my ratings. My husband travels for a living and most of the time I am fortunate enough to go with him. I also have OCD. That being said, here we go! I highly recommend the Comfort Suites. It was a fantastic stay. The entire hotel is extremely clean. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The location is in a very nice area with lots of dining and shopping options. We are on our way to Dallas from East Tn. And I am already making arrangements to stay at the Comfort Suites as we travel back home!

Our room was comfortable and quiet. It was clean and had everything we needed. We had a couple of small hiccups with the front desk but nothing major. Breakfast was good with the usual fare. Housekeeping staff we encountered were very polite. We did not use the hotel amenities, but they do have a gym and a pool which both looked clean and well maintained.

Large room, comfy bed, amazing breakfast, friendly staff, all for a very low price. We never sleep well in hotels, but last night we did! Highly recommend!

Rooms were clean and I loved that they offered accommodations for a family of 6 that wasn't really expensive. It was terrific and will make it our go to place when traveling to see our family.

I visited Comfort Suites for a professional training seminar. It was nice and clean. I was not sure what to expect, but overall it was pleasant and the staff was polite and accommodating.

Good. Rooms were huge and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good but the sausage gravy was cold because no one had turned i5 onm.

Just horrible. Parents letting kids run the halls and slam doors. Management not willing to intervene. Get some sleep by staying somewhere else.

The hotel is in a good location. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Bonus points for having a regular blanket available in the room. The positive notes end there. On the downside, breakfast is horrible. The waffle iron is out of order, the scrambled eggs are a bland processed product and the rest of your choices (maybe 3 cold cereals, pasty oatmeal or a yogurt) are just as bad. The worst part is that housekeeping is pathetic. They were miserly with the soap and shampoo. My counter stayed empty from the first night onward. Not a new bottle of shampoo or a new bar of soap. Good thing I travel with my own but I expect better from a place like this and the price they charge. I shouldn't have to call the front desk to wash my damn hands. My bedding was more winked than a 90 year old sun worshiper and scraps of paper and lint remained on the floor for the entire week. Pathetic. In the room, the water pressure is very low and the toilet takes forever to flush. Overall I was extremely disappointed. Aside from the newer age of the building, you might as well compare it to an econo lodge. My general impression is that management is cutting every corner they can. Cheap labor, cheap food, cheap care. Cheap cheap cheap. My dollars will go elsewhere.

Clean, comfortable, courteous.

Everything was absolutely spotless. The room, a double-queen with a sofa-sleeper, was spacious and comfortable. Everything typically expected was provided: iron, coffee maker, hairdryer, fridge… But there were a few added extras that made our short stay a little more pleasant: extra pillows with variable firmness, USB outlets everywhere I looked, ethernet and Wi-Fi… Plus the included breakfast was a full, hot meal. This will most likely become our regular lodging choice.

Very comfortable and affordable!

The room was clean! The bed was very comfortable with both firm and soft pillows. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. Breakfast included waffles, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, pastries, sausage, eggs, biscuits and coffee. There was a large area to sit to enjoy breakfast and watch the news.

They called the police on my friend who was a guest and they arrested her right in her own room because she allegedly disturbed the peace. I mean really. … Who even does that? Maybe if the hotel staff had done what is expected then this whole mess would not have happened. 140.00 a night and you can't even be bothered to clean a room and bring fresh towels? How lazy are you people?
