Everything was great. Beautiful room, great customer service and a very quiet atmosphere. My family and I will be visiting this hotel many many times again. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It is a beautiful place to enjoy with family and friends. Thanks to everyone who helped made our stay great.

Rooms were great, staff is horrible. Triple charged my card and no apology for the fact that they had put a hold on all that money. My guess is the front desk staff makes so much money they don’t mind when they have $1, 200 of their money held out of their accounts for 2-3 days. Must be nice to have money like that. We had to cancel of few of our plans because we no longer had the money. But again, the staff could have cared less. Tried to get late check out on the day we left because we had a delay in our tournament we were here for and of course, they wouldn’t accommodate us. Room was perfect, staff was bad and the only reason we will never use this hotel again.

The rooms were very spacious, clean and a home away from home. Love it!

We arrived here to let the kids swim and hang out this Saturday night it only learn four groups where having birthday parties for kids here one of which was above us. We alerted the staff that the room above us was noise and nothing changed at all. As a diamond member with Hilton I have never been so unsatisfied with a property. The parties took over all of the common areas… when we went to swim due to the parties there was over 40 kids in the pool balloons and all. Most hotels have a policy against this but this property obviously doesn’t care.

Really the best deal on a hotel in the area and the rooms are gigantic. A quick lil' hop up to Memphis, plenty of places to grab food in the area (by foot! ), and a kind staff — A+ hotel!

Our stay at Homewood Suites was absolutely marvelous! What incredibly spacious rooms, what a beautiful place, and what a kind staff. We arrived in the middle of the thunderstorm and as I lay in my bed, looking out the window as the rain poured down, I truly did feel at home. Thank you everyone at Homewood for making us feel at home after a long long journey! We would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone who is in the area for a night or two, its a wonderful place.

This was a really nice hotel in suburban memphis. The staff was great and checked us right in and got us everything we needed. The rooms were huge and had a good sized kitchen area and a large TV area. In the bedroom there were four sets of bunk beds in the bedroom which was perfect for us. The beds were large and comfortable, and while unconventional for a hotel, it worked perfectly for us. Breakfast was free in the morning and was great to get something before we hit the road. This place seemed like it was mainly for business travelers coming and going, which is what we were doing, but would be fine for families traveling also.

This is 1 of The newer Homewood Suites and it is beautiful. Very clean and staff is very courteous.

A beautiful brand new hotel! Right by the mall and tons of great dining options. Upon entrance you’ll immediately feel the spacious clean new vibes of the lobby. There’s a killer breakfast area, and a friendly staff helped us get more bath towels. The room was a two queen suite with a separate room with its own TV and pull out couch. The kitchen had its own stove top and full fridge and dishwasher. What more do ya need? 5/5 would recommend.

I usually stay at the Residence Inn for most trips, but this time I ventured over to the Homewood Suites and boy was I in for a treat. This place was clean, the style was fresh, and the service was great. The rooms was very roomy and included all of your normal kitchen appliances. I'll be traveling back to the area very soon and I'll be staying here again.

Extremely friendly staff. It's hard to beat a Homewood for weekday/work travel. Dinner plus beer & wine Mondays through Thursdays. Huge rooms with fully stocked kitchen if you prefer cooking for yourself. Indoor pool and well appointed gym, dumbbells up to 50lbs. Plenty of parking. There is a bit of noise overhead if you're on a lower floor, but nothing crazy. I think it's because the floors are hard surface wood/vinyl and not cushioned carpet. All in all, still a great stay.

Fabulous! The staff and hotel were amazing! They had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! The complimentary breakfast and evening snacks were a plus too! The rooms were spacious and made you feel at home. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay!

Staff was very pleasant. Great breakfast with a large selection of foods to choose from. Our room was huge two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We have five children and didn't feel cramped during our week stay. I used the exercise room. The kids used the pool and that would be my only complaint. The pool and pool room needed cleaned.

Nice, clean and affordable. Weird location off the main road in the suburbs but plenty of fast food options close by and stores in case you need supplies for the road. Small nice pool, fire pit, exercise room, half court basketball, breakfast. Felt like a safe location.

Why can't every hotel I stay at be like this one? Wow. I am ready to move in! From the friendly, personable service (thank you Tiffani), to the clean and comfy, suites, to the amenities Including a basketball court, pool, outdoor lounging area and workout room, this is a fantastic place to stay. My room had a nice small kitchen, two comfy beds with crisp linens, a sleeper sofa, good sized sized closet, nice furniture, two TV's, ensuite bathroom and was thoughtfully decorated. All throughout the hotel a blues highway themed decor is tied in — artwork with guitars, scenes of MS/TN, and hand painted guitars adorn the lobby walls. My sleep was fantastic. I had a great breakfast included — cheesy potatoes are something I've not seen at a hotel breakfast — Yum. There were plenty of healthy options, too, which I love to see. Also — there is a happy hour and dinner provided for guests on certain days of the week. The front desk let us know if we wanted to bbq they had the cooking utensils available as well. This hotel is not far from Memphis, a few miles from Graceland, and a reasonable drive to Clarksdale if you are looking for a home base to explore the region from.

This is a very modern and well managed facility. The front desk personnel and management team are very helpful and conscientious of improving the guests experience. I checked in late but was greeted enthusiastically by the front desk clerk Tiffany. Also desk clerk Mario was very helpful in making sure guests staying above my room were quiet :-) The decor is new and modern with pictures/murals depicting the local culture (Blues oriented — see included pictures). Room was spacious and clean as was the hotel lobby and dining/social area. Both breakfast and social hour (Monday — Thursday from 5 to 7PM) were very good. Workout room was excellent (equipment was in good working order — I ran five miles on Precor treadmill). This trip was business related but would definitely stay here again for both business or pleasure. Another plus is that the hotel is only 8 Miles from Memphis International Airport… This hotel was well worth it!

Our stay was horrible. We reserved two rooms. The toilet in one had raw sewage coming from floor. We couldn’t use bathroom or shower in that room at all. The maintenance guy was very nice and came at 11 pm to work on it because there were no more rooms available. The grown women next door partied and laughed until 4 am as well as the children running up and down the hall, slamming doors. There was no sleep for any of us. The breakfast was terrible and the pool was out of control with children not attended by parents. The asst manager offered half off one room but my rate for it was higher the second room even though they were exactly the same kind of rooms. Never again.

I agree with Melissa Marie Wells review on September 11th. We stayed at the Homewood Suites this last weekend and also had a few issues. We stayed in a bunk bed suite which was fun but bedroom was very tight because of how big the beds are. With enough beds to sleep 8 plus a sofa bed I was a little surprised that there was only 1 small table with 2 chairs to eat at. We ended up taking the table out of the bedroom & borrowing chairs from the pool area so we had a place to sit. Also surprised there was only a small sofa big enough to sit 2 people. So ther3e again by using chairs from pool area we had a bit more seating space. I wasn't there but room service came by Saturday afternoon. We had asked for dishwasher stuff & towels, we got dish soap & 3 towels. We did call the front desk & got what we needed later that night. But when housekeeping came by we got no offer of picking up garbage. Because it was overflowing we just started taking it our ourselves. Sunday no one from housekeeping showed up until after 6, he did give us plenty of towels & several large garbage bags but again we ended up taking the garbage out ourselves. In the past we usually stay at the Home2 Suites (also a Hilton) and pretty much the opinion of all of us is we've moving back there next time, it just works better for us. We do travel to Southaven 3-4 times per year. Hotel overall is lovely & staff more than friendly but just seems to be lacking for what my family needs.
