Very very nice rooms. Great for short and definitely for extended stays! Everything you need is less than a mile away and most within walking distance.

Location was nice, olive garden across the street and not too far from restaurants, the rooms had plenty of space and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was standard minus the already cooked stuff like eggs and sausages but they have sandwiches you can heat up like egg mcmuffins. Service of the staff was great.

We have stayed here allot over the last year and have always raved about the staff and cleanliness but this week's stay has been Beyond bad and two stars is a stretch. My fiance has been here since Monday and the room has not been touched once. So I go and talk to the staff at the desk and was assured it would be cleaned today well long story short it was not cleaned the staff was done and I got attitude when I went to talk to them about it a second time from the second shift manager. The breakfast area this morning was a complete disaster even though there was a ball team here last year we were here when there was a ball team and it was kept picked up and clean unlike today. Garbage cans overflowing outside with beer cans and bottles from The partying going on the night before clear into the morning. I was told all the good staff have been moved over to another hotel so they were short-handed this was the excuse. This is definitely a huge difference from our past stays and if it don't improve the next stay will be the last.

We stayed one night at Homes 2 Suites by Hilton Memphis and couldn't have been more satisfied! The hotel is located right off of I-55, so it's super convenient. Check in was quick, and the staff were very friendly. Our room was massive! Super clean, super spacious. It had a kitchenette as well; stocked with plates, silverware, and cups. It even had a dishwasher. The indoor heated pool was a great addition as well. The hotel offered complimentary breakfast until 10am and check out wasn't until noon! There's a Walmart across the street in case you forgot any toiletries or snacks. Excellent stay, would highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

Our clients are traveling entertainers, and touring artists. Most of them see a lot of hotels and know what it takes to be a fantastic property, just like this one! Recently touring musician, Jeff Shepard, stayed here while performing nearby and was very quick to let us know how great his stay was! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the room was perfect. There was a kitchen, which was great to have a "home cooked" meal after so many days on the road. There was a free breakfast in the morning and a great fitness room to get the morning started. Thank you so much for taking great care of Jeff, and we are already looking forward to booking more entertainers with you!

I called ahead and the young lady answering the phone was very helpful very kind courteous within minutes I had received my confirmation on my phone when I arrived but place was nice and clean once again the young lady that had spoke with prior was there very helpful we had our shitzu with us there was an extra fee very reasonable $50 for pets. My mother-in-law and wife absolutely love the room the size the setup the only little issue we had was it around 2 in the morning the people on the floor above us apparently they were doing exercise or something walking from one side of the room to the other for about 45 minutes to an hour and a half call downstairs the front desk within minutes The Stomping walking around ceased definitely would go back to this place.

Nasty is probably the nicest thing I could say! Two cockroaches as soon as we got in the room, pink mold in shower, several pieces of cracked tile in bathroom, kitchen sink would not drain. Kids wanted to swim but you couldn't see the bottom of pool. Towels laying all round pool deck, blood on ground in front of one of the chairs and tons of hair floating all around the pool. Advised the front desk clerk and he said he would look into it and don't act like he cared. We used to stay at this hotel everytime we came to town but will not happen again.

Booked 2 nights at this hotel, the first night there was a knocking sound in the wall in the bathroom that kept me up all night. Told the person at the front desk. They moved us to another room on the same floor across the hall. The window shade was torn and was stapled back together. The couch was torn from wear. There was a little boy's ball team at the hotel. The indoor pool closed at 10 per the sign. At 10:30 we had to call the front desk to ask them to please close the pool. This was a noisy hotel to say the least. Was not impressed. Will never stay here again! Way too much money paid for what we got.

Rooms were nice and clean. Ron checked us in and he made me laugh and feel so welcomed. Enjoyed our stay.

The staff was amazing! The rooms were spacious and very clean! The free continental breakfast appeased our picky eaters and had so many choices for any breakfast pallets. My husband and I were traveling to Graceland with our two children (6 And 8 years old) and were a little weary about the hotels in Memphis. I saw the reviews on the Home2 Suites and we were a little unsure about staying there. Thank you for a great night stay! I would recommend this place to everyone visiting Memphis!

GREAT customer service. They have a little mini breakfast-making station, which is SO cool, and the rooms look exactly like a mini-home. I love this place. The guy at the front desk Ron is great. Definitely would recommend. Mississippi is GREAT!

Easy check in. Ron was the only associate around and was dealing with an irritable customer. The entire time he kept a smile and was polite. As myself and another guest checked in he apologized to us both for the wait which we completely understood. He recommended a local steakhouse that was exactly what we were looking for. Hats off to this gentleman.

I've stayed in several Home 2's. They are generally decent, new, and large enough for our family. This one, however, was not well kept. Sticky tile floor, seemed soap wasn't rinsed. Debris in sofabed. No sofabed linens. Only 2 towels for a room that sleeps 6. No coffee for the in-room machine. Glad we only didn't one night.

Hotel was nice and clean. They seemed to be under staffed so the workers there were pulling the weight. They were really nice and welcoming (Ron and Quenton).

The hotel is clean, friendly, and overall decent. The walls, floors and and ceilings are very then. You hear everything! Bad kid above me kept me up half the night. And there was an adult in the room with him. Sad… they got even worse after I complained. Stay on the top floor if you can;)

Took 3 different rooms before we had one that was suitable. Watch out for $50 non-refundable pet deposit. Rediculous! They did have decent hot breakfast items. Would not stay there again.

The hotel was nice and clean. The only complaint I had is that when I used digital check in and room key, they didn't recognize us as checked in. We got a call around midnight confirming we were in the room. This was a little frustrated given that we had an early morning the next day.

Lovely suite with all the comforts of home. The staff IN ITS ENTIRETY are wonderful and pleasant. Every staff member that I came into contact with had a smile and a greeting. During our stay, I had a horrid cold, and the manager on duty, Ron, treated me like inwas his own child. Supplied me with cold medicine, orange juice, extra blankets and pillows, all complementary! Love staying here.

When I first pulled up there I was amazed. I got out and saw that it had 4 floors and was well lit. I checked into my suite and it had 2 beds with a million lamps. The elevators are very different. If I want to go to the bottom floor I can go. If I wanted to go to another floor I had to scan my card then press the floor number I wanted to go to. The breakfast was amazing and included my favorites. I had the best time there.

I like the amenities of Home2's, and I've stayed at this location several times, but this one always has some issue, that while minor, provides an annoyance. This time the fridge squeaked when it ran.

Clean, modern hotel with large comfortable suites. Nice amenities such as indoor pool, workout room, continental breakfast, as well as small kitchen in your suite. You use your key card for your room, as well as to operate the elevator. I only give it a 4 star rating though, because we heard every step of the people in room above us. I woke up everytime one of them got up in the night, which was often. Would be a perfect place to stay otherwise. Make sure you get a room on the top floor.

After a 10 hour car ride from Chicago with theee kids the five of us took a much needed break. We were wonderfully surprised at the level of service, cleanliness of the hotel and the kids loved the pool. Breakfast provided in the lobby was fresh and there was plenty of it. Andrew the sales manager checked on us a few times and even offered to help pack the car! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice, clean, basic. Everything went smoothly. I have no complaints, other than the price. It's more expensive than a hotel of it's class should be. This is like one of the nicer Super 8 hotels. Limited parking and eating areas.

First time I think I have ever had to write a bad review. I have stayed in Hilton group hotels before and I actually prefer them. I even signed up for their rewards program because I like how they handle their business so I was surprised how badly they handled my issues during my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful and my room was clean. The issue I had was that the doors this place uses are the sliding type on rails (think a barn door) and my bathroom door actually came off the track and caused me injury on foot which caused some swelling and the nail fell off. Not much they can do for the small toe at a hospital so if it was broken they would have just told me to be easy on it. I told the attendant that morning what happened as they usually write some type of report but instead the desk clerk just offered an apology and threw me a few Hilton points. I asked that the manager call me when he got in Monday to make sure that there was some type of record in case the foot was broken. I did not hear from Christoper on Monday, I had to call myself on Wednesday to follow up. When I finally spoke with Christoper, he seemed nice and took a report but was asking for information like my social which did not feel he was qualified to take and protect. He told me that would call me back. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I have emailed him and he did respond that he would call but never did. I have left him a message several days ago that I did not get a response to.

I have stayed at the Memphis location twice. The first time was very enjoyable with very nice and clean rooms. The second time was not as enjoyable. The shower had pubic hairs all over the back stall door. Additionally, the water was no more than lukewarm. One good stay and one bad stay.

Very clean, well kept with good accommodations. Everything better than expected. What worries me is that they allow guests to bring their animals. I had No problems with this on this visit but it could be a problem if I possibly return.

Near Wal-Mart and HH Gregg. Clean rooms, and nicely maintained. The bathroom doors were a little strange though. Not actually doors, but sliding wood things.

Good hotel. First time staying with this brand. Location was good. High retail area. Rooms were good, but not great.

The customer service is fantastic this is a fairly new hotel and everything is immaculate. We love the outdoor patio with fire pit, very relaxing. The location is perfect for all the restraints around, shopping mad interstate is keaeby. I will definitely be staying here again.

Although this is a new hotel, I'm finding the Home 2 Suites to be made of cheap materials. Everything seems like it will be shoddy in two years' time. No conditioner, just a bar of soap and the shower has a dispenser of shampoo and a dispenser of shower gel. Our towels were frayed on the ends. Need was very comfy and room was quiet.

Location is very close to Memphis, Graceland and an outlet mall area. It is immediately beside a town center with many eateries and other businesses. The hotel is clean, fresh and staff is very friendly. The rooms are typical of a Home2, like a ikea room on steroids. I would stay here again when my travels bring me through the area.

Our stay at the The Home2 Hilton was very enjoyable. It was very convenient location near the interstate, restaurants, and there is a Walmart across the street. The staff are helpful with information about the area and we're friendly people. The rooms are in a modern style. The bathroom have eco-friendly toilets and there are soap dispensers in the bathtub. The room had a Mini kitchen with full refrigerator, a sink, Keurig Coffee maker and a dishwasher. Also a nice touch was the privacy curtain between the sofa bed and the sleeping area. Also for your security the elevators.

Great hotel and staff. The hotel appears new and very clean. The rooms were roomy and we'll appointed, it kind of reminded me of Ikea in a wayway.

Location very clean and personal are very attentive and helpful. Front lobby area very stylish and modern. Rooms are the same, very modern styling and very roomy.

Only showed up for a work event but the hotel was extremely clean and staff was very professional to each and every guest. Even though I didn't stay there overnight I will try and book at a Home 2 on my next vacation.

It's Spacious with Full Amenities. The nicely carpeted floors are rather hard. I like plush carpet. The bedding wasn't premium. I prefer very soft, fluffy, contouring, mattress, at least four firm and fluffy pillows, and a thick comforter — preferably feather down or something more comparable. These were basic matress with only two super flimsy pillows, and a basic comforter. (The comforter wasn't it's brightest white, so it could use renewing. ) I prefer more detailed/ decorative room space too. This set up was a bit bland. Overall, it's clean, comfortable, spacious, and VERY basic. If you're looking for those four qualities, you're looking in the right place. I just look for places a bit more upscale, so I surmise it serves its purpose.

Awesome! The room was amazing open style huge with every thing I can possibly need. Clean, and the bed felt like a dream come true. Slept like I was at home… Loved it. The staff are amazing.
