Good place to stay vacation time.

This is my third Hampton Inn in four days… This room seems really small, it was a bit tricky getting here, and am disappointed that watching anything on the TV is guess work. The staff has been very gracious with everything. We’ll see what breakfast is like in the morning…

Whole process was seamless. Friendly and helpful front desk. Room was clean and cozy. Appreciated the attendant at the breakfast bar. She was so sweet and kind. Loved the variety, not the usual continental breakfast fare. Definitely will use them when I return to the area.

The room was clean and comfortable. The employees were very polite and friendly. The hotel's location is located close to shopping and restaurants.

Nice rooms. Beds were very comfortable. Clean smell. Breakfast was about average, maybe a little below. Overall very pleased.

The rooms were nice and clean. The air worked good it was cold in our room. Nice place to stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We were in town for a youth baseball tournament. We informed the desk that we had a game after the checkout time and asked if we should check out to avoid being charged an extra day. The front desk’s response was “no do not check out, just let us know as soon as you can and house keeping will have to stay late” so we did just that but it was a trick just to get us to stay so they could charge us. We had a 15 room block so we were out quite a bit of money. Management doesn’t care at all and said “i don’t know what to tell you” when it was their staff that told us to not check out. DO NOT book through or ever use Teresa Smoot.

My experience for the Hampton is limited because I was there for a family social. The room we occupied was very clean, as well as, the public restrooms near the entrance. There did not appear to be a hot beakfast area but there is an exercise room. Based on this, I would definitely consider booking a night there, if it were applicable.

Affordable rooms. Took a star off due to the frequent powdered eggs for the morning breakfast. The omlets are better.

Beautiful and comfortable room. Great employees. Only complaint… no microwave in room.

The Hampton Inn was not a bad experience, but not amazing either. The breakfast menu was ok. Standard waffles were good, and the meat changed Dailey. They were slow to keep the food refreshed due to understaffing and we're out of Raisin Bran much to the chagrin of my kids. The rooms are nice, TV was newer and the stands had USB chargers. Faucet in the bathroom was installed in the corner of the sink rather than the center which was slightly inconvenient. One last issue was they were working on the landscaping at 6:30 am on a Sunday morning. The blower woke up half the family and was poor planning by the management.

160 dollars on a thursday night. Nice enough place. Gave me a swag bag with 2 bottles of water and instructions on how to login to the NOT FREE internet. Best part: swag bag (kinda sad) Worst part: other than being overpriced by 40-60 bucks, good luck finding the place. Heres a hint, cut through big box stores parking lot.

Even tho the room housekeeping could not supply the coffee supplies in the room properly everyday, the breakfast is great and the front desk staff was wonderful. Clean hotel!

Have stayed here many times thru the years and this last time was the best; new rooms and decor; front desk staff very helpful.

Newly renovated HI and now my go-to place to stay when in Memphis. Friendly and helpful staff. I just wish all the HI’s would do something to improve their breakfasts, especially the eggs.

Clean and polite staff. The exercise room has cardio equipment only, which was a disappoint. Otherwise, a good place to stay.

I wouldn't recommend my dying dog to stay here. Rude and unprofessional staff cancelled my reservation out of spite. If you're that miserable with your job go live off government assistance like you more than likely want to. Here new staff! I came on business and was stuck looking for another room business of this ghetto mess working there.

Overall decent place with friendly staff. Pros: Comfy bedding Helpful staff Complimentary breakfast has some healthy options (plain oatmeal, fresh fruit) Lots of outlets and USB ports for charging devices Modern furniture Cons: Bathtub sorely needs to be replaced /update Cleanliness in dining area could be imputed a bit.

Staff is friendly. Room smelled freshly painted. Breakfast was good. My only gripe is they were refurbishing the hotel. Poor parking due to machines and the windows had a protective film so we could not see outside. When we booked there was no notification this was happening. We would have liked to known this ahead of time.

Good luck on getting a luggage dolly. I waited 3 hours (due to a back condition). Finally had to have my wife (63) carry up our bags. I was told they only have 2 dollies to service the hotel with 89 rooms. When we checked in (8pm) the coffee pots had been unplugged. Had to ask the clerk to go into the breakfast area back room to nuke it for me and another customer. Otherwise in was a typically good hotel.

TV in the room is very small, internet is so slow it's almost unusable, no in room Ethernet cable.

Standard mid tier hotel experience. Quiet, clean, decent enough free breakfast, comfortable bed, strong air conditioner. Lobby waffles included.

Great hotel! Clean room. Friendly staff. We checked in about 3am after driving all day. Had a good nights rest with our one year old baby. Decent breakfast. We made fresh waffles so that was good. Good tea/coffee station. Would def stay here again if ever in the area.

Went on a school trip and stayed there. Our friends in the next room over had 160 dollars stolen from them from the maids. Other than that it was pretty clean.

Dirty room, filth on the edges of the halls and elevator. Rude front desk attendant. Do yourself a favor and stay in Memphis if you can.

This was the WORST hotel stay EVER! Our softball team booked our hotel months in advance of the World Series. We were told upon booking and arrival that our team would be together on the same floor. This didn't happen. We were all scattered throughout the hotel including different floors! The hotel staff were very rude! They constantly complained about us being noisy! Each family had at least 2 small kids in their party. Last time I checked… No kids are quiet all the time. Our kids were personally threatened by hotel staff and were told they weren't allowed out of their rooms. The pool light broke and the kids had to leave the pool at 8 o'clock. Then we were kicked out of the pool area not even being allowed to sit outside with the kids. The hotel room next to ours was being occupied by a man and a woman that played music louder that inside a bar. Again, hotel did nothing about this. The smell of marijuana engulfed the surrounding rooms and hallway. Again the hotel staff did nothing about this. The police were finally called regarding the unknown occupiers next door to us. The police took the man away in handcuffs while the woman stayed in the room. We contacted management to ask if there was anything that could be done since our kids were now complaining of headaches, burning eyes, and dizziness from the smell. Management came up to the rooms and said he had a very sensitive nose and he did not smell anything!

This is not a kid friendly hotel. Our ball team stayed here for the World Series this past weekend, and the hotel staff was rude. There were centipedes and roaches in our rooms. We were on a non-smoking floor and a couple was smoking pot. We complained to the front desk about it, and they did nothing. A member of our team called the cops; the cops arrested the man and left a lady. We asked them to make her leave; they wouldn't. Our group had children from ages 4-12, and did not see this to be a suitable environment for them. I checked out. The front desk called the cops to make the rest of our team leave after we asked the night manager to come up and smell the rooms. He said that he did not smell anything, but the rooms around the pot room reeked of pot, as also the hall did. I think this is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. They should have paid us to stay rather than us pay to stay!

Wifi was acting up but it was nice.

We cam to visit the Tunica casinos, but found the Hampton Inn in Southhaven to be a MUCH better value within easy driving distance. In addition, it is located in an upscale area with plenty of restaurant options. Great location, clean and comfortable with the bedding we've come to expect from Hampton. I would definitely stay here again.
