My boyfriend and I reserved a king size smoking room. When we pulled up to to room it was trash all along side of the building. Right in front of the room was chicken bones chicken wings. On the way to the second room more trash. Then we get to the second room, which was a nonsmoking room had cigarettes burn on the bed and the sink, dead spiders on the floor smelt like cigarettes smoke, so we told them that we did not approve of the room. Then sent us to another room it was clean but smelt like weed by this time we are sleepy so we took it. We never saw the manager they ended up giving us $60

I'm actually staying here right this very minute. Lol. I'm on my 9 year wedding anniversary and I love the spacious room. So nice home and clean. Very nice people. And love the quiet. ❤️

Clean rooms and good service. Excellent price.

We left our room for awhile came back to get a bath they had taken our wash cloth. Didn't leave a replacement when asked they didn't have any. Also we had this worn out blanket on the bed. Went to meet family in the lobby many wanted to eat breakfast. But they didn't have enough enjoyed my family tho.

IF I COULD RATE IT A 0, I WOULD! Hideous room, deplorable service. We checked into a no-smokimg room that smelled like a campfire had been burning in it. I began to examine the room and found blood and other stains on the sheets. The bathroom was filled with mold in the sink, rust and mildew. When I informed the night clerk this was unacceptable, and that we would not stay he was rude, unprofessional, insulting, and refused to refund our payment. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE in the area you could stay. I should have known when the guest ahead of me in line was making similar complaints, and should have just told the clerk, "never mind, we'll go elsewhere". I am not done with this. Their corporate offices will receive copies of the pictures I took so they no the conditions I spoke of are factual. Stay away from this nightmare of a place!

This is not a safe place to stay. Security cameras do not work and when they do they do not record activity. There is no security personnel on the premises. Lights in the parking lot are not all working. I recently stayed at the hotel and was the victim of an armed robbery and the staff refused to call the police when asked. The staff refused to provide me the name of a manager or the owner or any contact information. If it were possible to not give any stars and still be able to post this review I would not have given them any stars. This is a horrible place. No security, no help when a guest has been held up at gunpoint and no concern by staff. Management is unavailable to assist with resolving issues.

NEVER EVER AGAIN IN LIFE… BEDBUGS BEDBUGS! we rented a room here thinking it was great from the looks of the place… Guest manager seemed nice. Once giving us a room 143 we went to the room. Upon entering the room it belonged to someone else. We went back to the front desk was giving another room 147… When entering the room everything seemed nice and clean…, so we took in our things and heard to casino… Once coming back to the room and going to sleep… We were waken up by bedbugs… I have knots all over my arms and legs. I've contacted the manager and still no response. I'll never stay here again.

Where do I start! Night staff, Porsha was wonderful, had great people skills. The rooms were okay not really clean! We had sticky ring msrks on the nightstand, hair in the shower and urine all on the toilet rim. Pool was full of bugs and the breakfast was horrible! Management is horrible as well! I was charge for a full night after specifically asking for an extended day! BBB will be hearing from me!

BEDBUGS! BEDBUGS! Booked a two night stay and checked out at noon on Saturday June 23rd after discovering more than 15 bedbug bites on my arms and stomach. Caught a bedbug and smashed it with a Kleenex and showed the front desk. I checked out and was told the manager would contact me about a refund. Never called me back! Showed up on Sunday and did not refund my money right then after speaking to the manager. Paul, the manager, lied and said he would Monday. Pretty sorry when they can't make things right. I'd sleep in my car at 90 degrees before ever staying here again!

Wonderful place to stay. Reasonable rates, good location close to casinos but far enough to not be bothered by the crowds!

Room was dirty upon arrival. Dirt and grass all on the floor, extremely dusty, baby paci in the middle of the floor, as well as hair clippy and toy car, hair all over the bathroom and had to plug all of the lights in, in the dark! Went to front desk and they didn’t have another smoking room available so we just stayed until that room until next day when manager was there. Went and talked to manager and he was extremely rude. Will not be staying at this hotel again and advising others not to.

Clean and quiet but I have two complaints. 1) the pool wasn't clean. It was green with dead bugs and dirt. 2) I let my grandbabies sleep in and sent husband to get them a little breakfast to eat when they wake up and they said we couldn't take the food or drinks to our room. Its not like it was a lot of food. Its not like I couldn't run somewhere and get food to bring back. Just didn't understand that and it was pretty rude. Not a lot of channels. No kid channels.

Outside of the fact that the hallway smells like marijuana this was the one of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in will stay again next time I'm in Tunica.

Water had black grainy stuff floating in the bathtub. Hotel staff was rude. I called down at night because I got cold and asked for a small blanket and was told I couldn’t get one until 9am. Toilet overflowed in the middle of the night and I used towels to clean it up. I couldn’t even get fresh towels until 9am and had to be up at 6am to shower and leave. Had to shower with dirty water and no towels! I also wanted to stay an extra night and notified the front desk the night before. I was told to come the next morning at noon to pay for an extra night. Got woke up by housekeeping who was rude wanting to know why I hadn’t checked out. I went to pay and was asked why I didn’t pay last night. Very rude and night shift is very lazy. I know they could have got my towels and blanket because this isn’t the first time I stayed here. But it will be my last!

There was blood, urine, poo, ball over the mattresses. The bathroom had pee all over it. The toilet was not clean. The manager was a real jerk. He tried to make it out like it was our fault. We paid $165 for that room. I have plenty of pictures of all of it to. I am currently working on sueing your NASTY BUSINESS. Do not even stop at this place.

Great value, clean rooms decent breakfast could has turkey or beef products.

The staff were very friendly. The bed was super comfy only negative were the pillows were thinner than I prefer. The room was a nice size with a mini fridge and microwave that we used several times. I loved that there were two doors one leading outside to parking lot the other lead inside the hotel.

Do Not stay here! They have bed bugs. We stayed here after leaving Gold Strike March 3, 2018. The front desk guy Nathan was awesome when we checked in at 4 am however I woke up scratching with bed bug bites. I was so upset and the manager came and inspected and found 3 bed bugs. He was rude and I asked to speak to the owner he said the owner would call me Monday. It’s Friday and still no phone call. I’m calling the health department to ensure they exterminate!

Very friendly clean and nice. I am a smoker had a non smoking room (per my own request) when I walked outside the operator, Nathan, behind was cordial asking if I needed anything. Will definitely stay again.

Worst place ever! Had bed bugs under pillow with blood stains on the pillow case. Took the bug up to counter and didn't seem to care! Wanted money back said no and changed our room! Didn't sleep at all worried that I would be coming home with bugs. Not worth it! stayed there on Saturday.

My room 210 had bugs/bed bugs and the hotel Manager named Paul didn’t address the issue and still charged me for the night. I shown him the video and the pictures that I have took of the bed bugs in my daughter’s bed and the fresh bites marks on her hands and back. He said that those bugs is not bed bugs. He told me that he was a bed bug specialist for the hotel and those bugs in the bed is not bed bugs. I’m like discussed of how he handled the issues. I got videos and pictures of the room that I stayed in. I checked out as soon as I could and got another room at Sam’s town. Before I went into Sam’s town, I went to the laundry mat in Tunica to wash all of our clothing and cleaned our car. Go to any place else that will value customer’s issues and practice clean and Healthy habits that is covered under heath department regulations. But if you want save some money and don’t mind bugs/bed bugs in your bed, molded black spots on the shower curtain and stains on the white sheets, than this is a great place to go. I guaranteed you will bring more than you expected back home.

Very neat and spacious. Nice place to relax and it's close to the casinos and restaurants.

Other than looking a little dated in the hallways, the rooms are very nice, clean and have all needed amenities. I was the most pleased with the breakfast! It was great and even had hot food. Something I didn't expect from a very affordable hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a great experience there and will go back.

Need more better cleaning, there was a bugs walking around and spiders on some walls, and the TV remotes. Needs to be the real remote that came with the TV.

Good hotel with comfortable beds. Needs a little upkeep butt was a good value.

We stayed here for 2 nights both of them were bad. There were some very bad stains on the mattress. The bathtub broke but the hotel staff were very kind about it. One of the employees was exceptionally awesome, his name is Nathan, he made us very comfortable in the hotel.

Our room literally had a non-functioning lock. This is room 242, for those who wish to know what to avoid in the future; Nathan (the sole employee on duty on a Friday Night) did a great job of letting us into our room and explained that he'd do everything to let us in if we needed to come and go. The room also had no blanket on the bed, which was curious, but based on hotel cleanliness, we may have been better off. Upon checkout, after observing the filthy breakfast area, we asked who to speak to regarding partial compensation for our room — because even the discounted rate we paid was too much for the service provided. The clerk blatantly lied to us and said that since we'd booked through Priceline she couldn't discuss it, nor could she find us a manager, nor could she provide any information on how to contact Priceline, since that should be in our email. Our expectations were low to begin with, but a clean room with bedding and a functioning lock seems like a reasonable bar to set for a business advertising itself as a hotel. The one good thing we can say — the shower had decent pressure and was not infested with spiders, which we were kind of expecting at that point. So, good job, plumbing team!

The key cards wouldn't work. I had to take them to the clerks several times but it still took a while work them to work. It was beautiful outside on one of our 2 days there and we wanted to try the pool well the pool was empty and dirty. It was quite warm in our room and the cable wouldn't even work let alone the TV itself. I will not be returning. Especially since I paid almost $200 for 2 nights.

This room was filthy, stains on the carpet, dirt on doors, mud or human feces in the wall, broken bathroom tiles. Will never ever stay here again.

Awesome! The room was amazing open style huge with every thing I can possibly need. Clean, and the bed felt like a dream come true. Slept like I was at home… Loved it. The staff are amazing.

Bed bugs… bed bugs… bed bugs… and for 2 years in a row they lost my reservation and had to put me in a smoking room. Overcharged my credit card and then acted as if this stuff happens all the time and brushed it off. I live in hotels about 10 months out of the year but I WOULD NOT recommend this place. Place is full of incompetent people with ZERO southern hospitality!

Clean room, fresh smell, beds are xtra comfy great super nice staff! Close to everything. Can't wait till the weather breaks I have got to try out that pool.

It's a cheap hotel, clean under the beds! Ya get what u pay for!
