Room was pretty nice. Staff has been nice but we were sent to a room originally that had someone in it already! A little shocking for us and the woman whose room we entered. Also it has some construction going on which I wish we had known about before we booked.

Loved the view from our room. The room was so clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful night's stay.

They are doing renovations but that wasn't a problem. Very clean, nice staff, across road from beach, quiet. All of the rooms are angled toward the beach. Ask for 3rd or 4th floor to make sure you do see the ocean if you want. Had a great time and when I come back, this is where I will stay. The bed was sooo comfortable!

The rooms were very nice and the bed was so comfortable! They were renovating the downstairs but only for improvements and there's nothing wrong with that right we thoroughly enjoyed it and you could literally walk across the street to the beach the staff was very friendly and accommodating I highly recommend Holiday Inn Biloxi.

We were late check-in. The desk clerk was friendly enough, courteous and helpful. And that's where things go south. When we reserved this room we were told that this hotel had a restaurant and a bar, only to find out when we checked in that it has neither, due to remodeling. Keep in mind we were not told this when we made reservations. I will say the room is clean and neat however when we asked for extra pillows, there were two of us so we needed two, we were only given one. There were no vending machines, at least none with soft drinks or water there was one that had a few candy bars in it but that was it. We were told by the desk clerk that for breakfast we could get a Jimmy Dean sausage biscuit with a banana and an apple in a paper bag and some orange juice for a fee. We're extremely disappointed in this hotel. We do realize that hotels need to be remodeled from time to time but should have been given this information when we made our reservation. Location isn't bad and we have stayed here before and were looking forward to the bar and the restaurant. Had we been told at time of reservation that the restaurant and bar were not operative we probably would have stayed somewhere else. We are IHG members and frequently stay at Holiday Inns. This one however is at the bottom of the list of places we will ever stay again. We're extremely disappointed.

Lovely beach views from our room and the king room was spacious and nicely appointed. Refrigerator and coffee maker were great amenities and the self serve laundry was a nice benefit. Beach access was very convenient and the beach has a walking path and bathrooms. Beach towels could be larger.

I like it because it has good views and in addition to it is luxurious ✌

I highly disappointed in this hotel. They don't have the complimentary breakfast at this hotel. I bought two kids with me. I pay to much money for this hotel for not to have breakfast. I'm highly pissed. I had to buy breakfast for me in my kids. I didn't appreciate that. I wasted my time in money. I didn't appreciate that.

The rooms were nice and spacious. Some parts of the hotel were being remodeled so it was hard to see all the good sides.

My room was spacious with king bed, and bathroom was nice. Major issue with this hotel is noise. I understand noise from construction and it is intermittent. Most annoying are the noise from traffic, noise from closing doors across the hallway which is loud and feels like it shakes the whole room. It feels like walls are very thin and are not sound proofed, same thing with the windows.

My favorite place to stay near Keesler AFB. Just across the street from the beach, good food right there at the hotel and the staff are very professional. Have stayed there four times now and always had a good experience.

Rooms were nice and look to be remodeled. Bed we're comfortable and slept great. Some work still being done in the lobby and fitness center areas. Only downfall is there is no free hot breakfast? Only negative thing I have to say.

Perfectly located on the beach, clean spacious rooms and impeccable service. Great overall stay.

Hotel is going through renovations. The areas that have been completed are very nice. Our room was nice and clean. Hotel staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great.

This hotel is very well kept. The entire top floor just got done being renovated and the rooms look very modern. They are working on the other floors now but they keep the construction noise during regular business hours so the sound doesn't bother the guests too much.

This hotel is absolutely great. I have stayed here several times. It is right next to all the Biloxi Beach dining options and just a few feet from the beach. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

I'm glad we were able to find a room. This may have been the grossest holiday in I've ever stayed at.

This ius a very nice locarion and every room has a view of the gulf. The breakfast is aslso delicious!

Room smelled like body odor. Wasn't super updated. On the upside, they were very accommodating when I showed up past midnight. Very good staff.

The customer service was great, the rooms were comfortable and clean. If you ever need a hotel in Biloxi Mississippi, I recommend this hotel.

Room was great. Very clean. My mattress was a little collapsed in the center though. Try to get rooms that end in 01-04. Those are beach front.

Amazing clean room, great view from the room. They angled all the windows so you can see the beach. Would love to stay here longer next time.

Under construction ice machine not working on all floors vending machine didn't work key cards worked half the time for the outside doors. Nice staff comfortable beds. Need to inprove the amenities.

Location right on Beach Blvd is not the easiest to get in and out. Right across from the beach is cool though. Rooms are decent and staff was very friendly.

Good location, staff is extremely friendly and helpful, housekeeping is good too. The only downside is the internet — it's extremely slow, cuts out all the time, and in general is just a huge pain. It's all wireless so no ability to plug into a jack and try it like that.

The front desk employees were very helpful and kind. The rooms were very clean and man, those pillows were comfortable!

Comfortable beds and good service.

Check in was a breeze, our room was ready when we arrived. We asked for a fee extra pillows in our room and the staff got them up there before we could park there car and walk up to our room the service in general was great. We ate breakfast in the little restaurant in the morning the food was reasonably priced, and was made to order quickly and canes out hot. The rooms were bigger than I expected, though the bathroom was a little tight. There are microwaves and mini fridgesn each room which was very convenient. The rooms were very clean when we arrived as well. Overall for a hotel in this price range our experience was above average.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Clean lobby and the kitchen staff kept the free coffee bar fully stocked even when we had a rush of 30 of us all getting a cup of coffee.

This hotel has seen better days. It should not have a 3 star rating. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. However, the carpet is old, the room was musty, with only two towels that are borderline threadbare. I have stayed in many 3 star hotels, just recently in fact. This place does not deserve this rating.

The rooms were nice. I liked that they had two sets of pillows one firm and one soft. The people at the desk were friendly.

The only thing I think I really enjoyed about this place is the smiles of the employees there and all the god damn infomercials that they keep playing on the television. Housekeeping does their best to work with what they have there, but the facility itself is still a little outdated. I think we should just get someone to check the carpet for molding because it has a tiny bit of a hurricane flood water smell towards. But at the same time customer service no matter what you say to one of the employees there smile stickers on their face from cheek to cheek from what I have seen.

Its ok. Hotel clean but had a funky smell throughout the place. Room service food not very good and not worth the price. No complimentary breakfast also bummer.

The room was super! Across from the beach and a view of the ocean. Nice, friendly staff. Only $104 for weekend night. Down the street was$189. Highly recommend.

Found bedbugs in our room and the clerk at the front desk just didn't care. The clerk persisted to tell me that they did not have bedbugs. I even caught the bug and took a picture. Clerk saw the bug in person and still denied it. Then I was told Holiday Inn policy is to give me a refund and check me out. They didn't offer me a new room until I got an attitude and refused to accept that. I live 500 miles away and hotels in this area are expensive and booked. So I was basically told I was a liar and about to be kicked out. Worst customer service I've ever encountered. I'll be filing a formal complaint in the morning.

Just got in from florida to visit our son at the airforce base very clean. Rooms are kind of small but ok. They are very friendly and its right across the street from the beach. We had a problem with our room and the manger upgrade us to a suite for the same price of a reg. Room Thank u for that.

This hotel is right across from the beach and close to the AFB and mall! The bed is comfortable and they offer firm and soft pillows. The bathroom is big and has great water pressure. My only negatives is that one of the workers seemed to not want to help anyone (the others were really nice), and the walls are thin.
