Very clean and neat. Beds are comfortable. The only complaint I would have is that the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan.

It's in Rice Lake, The rooms have 2 or 3 beds, a bathroom, closet, Air Conditioning, TV and the service is great!

They stole my Lancome moisturizing cream! I called an hour after we left the hotel, spoke to Christy or Christine she said she would call me back, of course she never did, so I called back again and she said she check my room and she couldn't find anything, then she said she asked the cleaning person and she didn't find anything either but she couldn't tell me the name of the cleaning person. 120 us$ stolen from my hotel room. It was a nice clean room great rate just could use a little better continental breakfast all in all a great stay.

Good hotel, nice beds great pillows. Average continental breakfast. It did however have the milk cartons which I really liked, easy to grab and go in the morning. Complaints would be that it didn't have Tru TV. It was lacking some channels. The water temperature had the potential to burn your skin so it definitely wasn't too cold. Overall 7.5 out of ten.

This was an awesome experience. People were extremely friendly and very hospitable. We were very impressed with the hot breakfast due to previous reviews read prior to our stay. Will come again.

Nice centrally located hotel. Sheer drapes, sleep timer for TV, nice breakfast, Norske Nook across parking lot. Decent price. Will stay here again. We have stayed at a lot of Americinns and this is one of the better ones. I don't think they have an elevator though.

Nice rooms. Nice pool. Within walking distance of a nice bar and grill (Adventures) and a shopko. Fridge and micro in room. Continental breakfast included eggs and bacon, waffles, cereal, and good coffee.

Nice hotel. Wasn't expecting the rate paid for the area. Thought was a little higher. Room was very nice. Would have liked to have had the time to enjoy it. Felt the breakfast could have been better for the rate paid.

Clean hotel in good location halfway to our family vacation. Nothing amazing, but certainly no complaints.

For the cost of the king suite the bed was a huge disappointment. It was well used and should have been replaced a year ago. The room was clean and well organized. The bed though… awful.

The pool and hot tub were nice. We got upgraded to the king jacuzzi suite and my wife and I had a great experience. I didn't eat the breakfast so I don't know how it is. It was clean and nice.

Ckean, comfortable, writer, excellent chance to do Lao swimming in the pool. Helpful staff, and even though the waffle maker was on the fritz, a great stay.

King Jacuzzi room looks ok but is oddly laid out (one weird corner of counter space, chest high, with a normal dining room chair under it) and the bed is way too hard for me so my back suffered. Pool is ice cold, which I was told is because so many people were swimming. Breakfast is very good and includes hot foods, and the staff were great but the bed will keep me away. Also no elevator so keep that in mind.

Rooms are updated and comfortable. Staff is excellent! Wonderful customer service.

Hotel was recently renovated so rooms were really nice & pool area was great for our 5 year old. Would definitely stay here again.
