Fully equipped and very comfortable.

So me and my fiancé are here for and to reconnect. I’m in awww of how beautiful the hotel is and our suite is just amazing! The lake view and all the special touch’s from the Westin and my babe ♥️🌹. It’s not hard to get comfortable and enjoy the ambience.

Clean rooms. Good location to downtown MKE. Best reason to stay is for their raindrop shower head, White Tea products which smells so good and the heavenly bed.

Love this beautiful hotel. I have never stayed but been for weddings as a makeup artist and the staff at main entrance are always so friendly. It is a gorgeous hotel!

The room was beautiful. Everyone we came in contact with from valet, front desk, to housekeeping were very polite, helpful, and personable. Lovely experience!

Always friendly staff and stylish amenities. Close to the home office at NM and walking distance to the third ward restaurant area.

Upscale with great restaurant. Parking is a bit expensive.

So clean and the staff was amazingly friendly. I really enjoyed the dinner at Stella. Food was NY good and prices were MKE!

Poor customer service when checking in. The associate barely spoke to us, because she was too busy answering the phones. Our credit card was charged three times for incidentals, because the associate kept saying the card was declined (clearly it was not declined). Called the front desk to inquire, they could not provide a reason why and said just wait a few days and were unapologetic. We ordered room service in the evening and they only brought up enough silverware for one person. Later we tried to watch a movie on HBO, and it did not work. We called the front desk, they informed us it was out across the building and they had currently fixed the issue. When we tried again, HBO still did not work. I had higher expectations of a Westin hotel especially for the rate of a standard room.

Update… A manager from the hotel made the effort to follow up with me, listen and try to embrace my feedback, learn and improve. Also, the incorrect charges on my credit card did get sorted out. The person who helped check me in on Sunday, July 1st, 2018 was nice enough to grant us a late check-out. The room I booked was not ready but because we took a different room he was accommodating with the late check-out. Upon check out however I mysteriously found a few random charges on my bill. I brought this to the attention of the lady helping me check out and her initial response was that I could call back and sort it out with the manager at the restaurant when they got in later in the day. I brought their mistake to her attention very calmly and was pretty quickly met with a raised voice and not much willingness to help try and figure out the issue. I explained that I was flying out of town and it then occurred to her to ask her manager about these random charges. She said that after looking into things with her manager they thought the charges were made by someone at the restaurant who mistakenly gave my room number. They said that they would take care of the issue. I got a business card for a manager at the hotel in case they weren't able to correctly sort out the problem. With the charges still present on my credit card statement a couple days later I followed up by email with the manager who's business card I had grabbed.

Very nice hotel, stayed overnight just to see Milwaukee as we were driving through. Located downtown and was within walking distance of 3rd ward for food, art museum, children's museum, and the public market. The room was nice, staff was friendly and helpful, parking was per day $34 valet only, but you could park next door in public parking for $22 for 24 hours. Would stay again.

Toured the hotel while deciding on a block of rooms for my upcoming wedding. The hotel is very clean, bright, and modern. The bar is absolutely stunning. Standard rooms are quite large and very bright, suites are impressive but pricy. The only onsite parking option is their valet service at $35 per night. One of our top contenders due to their reasonable room rates and bright and spacious offerings.

Have been there twice, the first time was right after they opened and they seemed to be working the kinks out. Came back this year and it was a great experience. Our room was ready right when we got there. Had two apps at the bar and they were both very good.

Perfect if you're doing something downtown like Summer Fest. Nice rooms, very clean. Little pricey. Bar is nice. Didn't eat at the restaurant, Stella Van Buren, but menu looked good. Staff was very polite and helpful. 10/10 would stay again.

Perfect business hotel with lovely staff. Newly remodeled with very comfortable beds and well appointed bathroom. No good breakfast option, but connected to US bank building for easy options.

I didn't stay at this hotel but I still have to write an excellent review because they did me a great favour. I'm Junyang JY here. I initially ordered 2 packages to be sent to Westin Milwaukee for a friend to pick it up for me but my friend in the end didn't make it there. Westin Milwaukee was so nice that they not only received the packages for me, but also arranged to return the packages for me, doing all the stuff for me. The hotel is great, but your valet manager is terrible. He will treat you (the guest) miserably and will keep you in the cold if he doesn't think you're good enough to drive a certain car. The worst part is that he selectively decides how to validate car ownership — this is plain and simple discrimination.
I was late for work because of this delay but the worst part is his lack of training and arrogant attitude. SPG management, please do something about it! You can't let a bad employee ruin the great reputation of this fantastic property. I stay at an SPG property every week and this is definitely an exception, not the norm. But the employee needs further training/coaching to avoid discriminating against loyal guests.
