The rooms are great. Slightly older but great. They have everything you need for your stay and amenities to relax. The staff at this hotel are what really set it apart! the staff would earm this place ten stars if there were 5 more to give! 🤘

We stayed a few weeks ago, on the bottom floor near the pool. Kids running through the halls yelling and screaming til 1am. The guy at the front desk did nothing. Every time the heat kicked on it was a loud noise and woke everyone up in the room. They decided to snow blow the sidewalks at 10:30pm which kept my kids up. Woke up in the morning to find a huge pile of pink vomit in the hallway. So disappointed, we won’t return!

Booked through head number explained it was my daughters birthday, not everyone was staying they were fine with it. I came to the hotel & the manager gave me a hard time & it was in total only 11 of us. So they do not do birthday parties. Hotel room is nice space wise, IT NEEDS updating & new paint! Couch/pull out bed is ancient.

It was our 3rd year in a row there celebrating my daughter’s birthday. We always have a great time. Rooms are spacious, the breakfast is good, & the movie theater is a plus. The only thing I would recommend is have more pool towels available.

They are disrespectful towards people with disabilities and charge you then double charge you I do not recommend if you are handicapped don’t go here unless you want $150 plus charges.

The hotel is a little hidden from the rides which is nice for traffic and nose but bad to find it. Parking leaves room for improvement as well. The rooms are spacious as normal for this chain however they are in need of updates. The staff has been friendly and the breakfast was really good.

We have stayed here twice now and will stay again if in need. Love the 1 or 2 bedroom suite options, perfect for a family with kiddos. Many options for breakfast, pool is open early and stays open late, and check out at noon is fantastic. We found the kitchen to be a bit lacking in necessities, but that didnt matter much for this stay.

I generally don’t take the time to review stuff, but this place deserved it, I travel for work so I stay in hotels a hell of a lot more than I want to, but this is by far the best, the staff is truly amazing. They serve breakfast and dinner Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and the food is great. The environment here is one of a kind. Quite at night, rooms are clean, the staff are great, they really make sure you feel like family. I really appreciate the hospitality and hope I come back to WI just so I can come back here! Keep up the great work! You guys are what every hotel should strive to be!

This is a solid hotel but one complaint is that they really don't like looking at the special requests especially when it is by a higher level frequent guest. I don't like being were people stumble out of the elevator or higher traffic areas. I was one door away from the elevator. The noise! Another complaint was regarding the Internet not the fastest. Love the new smart tvs. The breakfast could have been better laid out. They really should have trays you can use to take it back to the room because with families on the weekend it's hard to find seating. Oh! Why do you have to get rid of the ginger lotion. You get a knock down for that!

Everything was perfect for this price point. Really nice hotel, spacious and clean room, nice pool, good breakfast.

I had to cancel my reservation for our family reunion last minute. I thought it was going to be a hassle but I spoke with Debbie when I called. She was very professional and kind during our conversation. A very personable thoughtful individual. Her customer service skills were top notch, thank you Debbie for a very pleasant interaction and the kindness you bestowed. Staybridge is very lucky to have someone like her on your staff.

We stayed here for 2 weeks when we moved to Wisconsin, and this place became our home due to the awesome folks who work here. All the staff are super friendly and they serve great food on all mornings and their social hours Monday to Wednesday dinner was the best. Highly recommend this place to everyone and families traveling with children.

Strongly recommend. Very clean, close to highway, close to nice restaurants and shopping. Staff friendly. Plenty of parking. Plus that breakfast is included.

Awesome place to bring the family as the youngsters can swim and mom and dad can relax in the hot tub. Nice comfortable rooms make it a nice rest stop on your travels or as a destination spot.

The first room, the bathroom was flooded. The next room they gave us had 2 large beetles crawling around by the sink. Very nice people but grose rooms.

This hotel was a good place to stay while we were in Milwaukee. The room we chose was a single queen bed and it had a kitchen. You can see what comes in the kitchen in my pics. Be wary because when you cook in the kitchen, make sure you have the vent going. Tried to fry up some bacon, and caused the alarm to go off! The staff are pretty friendly especially in the kitchen. On Mondays Tuesdays and Wednesdays, they have what is called a social at dinner time, where they offer you a free dinner! One day was meatball sandwiches, the next day was nacho bar which had quite a few things, and then Wednesday they had hamburgers. It was pretty cool and if I had known that, I would not have brought so much of my own food. The menu changes every week. They even serve beer and wine with your dinner! The staff told me that they make their own food, so you kind of get some home cooking (the pasta salad was wonderful). The breakfast is great and there is a nice selection. One of the breakfast mornings they had biscuits with sausage gravy, eggs or cheese eggs, fruit, cereal, drinks, waffles, oatmeal, etc. The room was decent. The bed was extra comfortable. The couch lets out into a bed, which was not comfortable at all! I sank into it as soon as I sat on it. Some furniture needs to be changed out. You can see visible signs of wear on certain objects. If you stay here, try to see if you can get a room that is not on the same side as the Walgreens!

Great hotel with nice amenities. I flew in for training at a local facility, so I didn't have a car. They picked me up from the airport, drove me to my training class both days and took me back to the airport. The breakfast is great and not just a continental, they have much more. They serve dinner and free beer and wine on weekdays too! I had a great stay.

These are the most dedicated customer service oriented people … if they hear of something not right for your accommodations… they will get it right … Kudos to Dale and kitchen staff especially… Awesome.

How has this place got such good reviews? For $150 a night it is way overpriced. The rooms are old and tired. You can't close the curtains. The shower handle came off when I was turning it on so had to quickly try and refit it before I got scalded. The shower curtain fixings were loose. The heating is very noisy and there are signs asking people to be quiet all across the hotel. I suspect there may be a rowdy crowd?

Very clean and welcoming. Amenities were awesome. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but that depends on your taste. Good breakfast was a nice bonus.

Our suite was wonderful. The bed was very comfy. The shower is big with lots of pressure. It has a kitchenette fully stocked. There was a pool & hot tub. There's a theater you can reserve or take a movie to your room. They have furniture & a fire pit to sit outside. There's a breakfast buffet in the morning. The hotel is located close to several restaurants, stores, etc. The staff is very friendly.

The place was nice and cozy, with an awesome free breakfast. The only thing I would hold against it was the front desk staff. They weren't patient when the system "accidentally" cancelled our reservation. It took a bit, and a long time on the phone, but finally we got our room.

Conveniently located just near by Walgreens, gas station and pick and save. Rooms are external facing, staff are genuinely helpful. Social events with free drinks and lunch are attraction. Facilities including self cooking at room, common swimming pool and washer and dryer.

Very good looking suites. My only concern was that all of the lamps in the suite are controlled by a single light switch by the door. A second light switch in the sleeping area probably would be more useful. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

The property is nice and has much to offer, but my rooms the last two years were definitely beginning to show wear (one sofa cushion was worn to the point of having holes in the upholstery! ) and are in need of new furniture and mattresses. It is definitely time for management to consider renovations! For the price you pay, you shouldn't have to deal with worn mattresses and furniture. If this keeps up, I will definitely be looking to stay elsewhere on my next trip. Edit 11/23/2017 — Well, I stayed here again for Thanksgiving. They have finally replaced the carpet and upholstered items. The mattress in my room was excellent. In fact, I may purchase one for myself! The only thing that wasn't great was the desk chair in the room. It is really uncomfortable. No lumbar support whatsoever. It is very low to the ground, making it difficult for taller people to sit in. For a long-term stay hotel, a good desk chair is a must!

Beautiful new property. Awesome beds with a down duvet. Smart TV's. Great staff. Centrally located with lots of local eating choices.

I love this place. Breakfast was a hit. Plenty of options. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are super soft.

My husband and I were very impressed by the property. We absolutely loved our room. The bed was incredibly comfy, and we slept like babies! We couldn’t believe how spacious and luxurious the room was for the price. My one regret is not having any time to reserve your theater room! If we’re ever back in the area we know where we will be staying! Thank you for the good nights sleep!

The friendly staff of Staybridge goes above and beyond the "call of duty" to ensure quality service — this, in regards to clean/comfortable accommodations, tasty food, damn fine hot coffee and IT needs — — — as well as extra helping hands whenever I've needed assistance. If a neighboring room gets a bit rowdy after hours, staff calls in a kind reminder and the issue is solved. Staybridge is also pet friendly, which is another great plus for me, as I have a four-legged, hairy son.

Pretty facility. I photographed a wedding and the bridal party got ready there. The rooms were well lit and spacious enough for the photos, and the atmosphere was clean and comfortable.

I love this Staybridge. There was a very chill vibe while we were there. The hotel staff was very helpful n friendly. It was fun to watch movies in the theater room.

All the employees have been frendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot eggs and sausage. With nice fresh fruit and cheese. Bed is very comfortable with soft sheets and plump pillows. Lovely place.

Best place around. This is where I stay every time I am in the area if they have rooms available. Friendly staff great breakfast. Pool area is great. Rooms are fantastic. Overall 5 stars from me. Keep up the great work.

Hotel was everything we expected, our room was very clean, friendly staff and a great breakfast. A little bummed out that the movie theatre was already booked but considering we didn't even know it existed until we checked in it was fine. Very nice place.

Great place to stay. Located in Franklin on 27th st. Dinner on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, free laundry on site. No housekeeping on the weekend.

Had a wonderful stay at Staybridge Suites. The hotel was immaculate and the staff was excellent. They served a great breakfast every morning and Monday thru Wednesday served a dinner with beer and wine. They have a nice pool with jacuzzi and movie theater you can reserve with many movies you can choose from for free. Lindsay the manager and Dale run the show here maintaining this great hotel. There are also grills outside and a fire pit. I truly can not say enough about the staff especially the wonderful gal who cooks in the evening and the breakfast staff. They are so pleasant and helpful. Wonderful for family and business stays.

Great service and friendly staff. The pool was clean and the hot tub was great. The room even though it was a low end room was a suite and felt like home.

Hotel seems very clean and nice, could use a few more parking spots but otherwise I have no real complaints. The breakfast was fairly good for a hotel.

We stayed in a room above the pool and the noise from the pool was extremely loud until 11:00. We have a 1.5 yr old and she couldn't sleep. My wife was sick and tried to go to bed early but couldn't sleep due to the noise. When we checked out in the morning the desk attendant didn't even ask us how our stay was, just took our keys and walked away. The hot tub had scum around the top of the inside, needed to be cleaned very badly. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. But the rest was very disappointing.

Clean rooms and common areas. Helpful and friendly staff. Continental breakfast was very good. The mattress was a little springy for my tastes however overall the room was quite comfortable. We got a deal through Groupon to the pricing was amazing. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel or another Staybridge Suites.

An Absolute delight! Dale was awesome and went above and beyond his duties to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. The staff as a whole were extremely friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

Lets start with spelling 101 S,. It's "enjoyed our stay", not "enjoyed are stay". Next, it's we will be back" not "well be back". Moving on, this hotel is a classless dump filled with drunk losers who attack helpless people. Poor owners and terrible management that are classless and have no professional skills whatsoever. If your a criminal or a drunk who disrespects others, this place will let you get a away with anything, If you are respectful and are a good person, you will get eaten alive by the long term scum that is allowed to reside here. Once you walk in the door your on your own and you better not complain or they will kick you to the curb. This is not a hotel, it's like a horror movie or a bad dream that never ends. Wako World. Awesome stay, very friendly people running the hotel. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and this is under-rated, should be a 4 star hotel at least. Rooms are warmly decorated, with very comfortable furniture. The rooms and bathrooms are well maintained and very clean, beds are comfortable. Hotel is within driving distance of many stores for shopping as well as close to major freeway to go N to Milwaukee, or South to Chicago. My family and I really enjoyed are stay. We well stay here again.

A decent hotel. We had a 3-room suite for several days in early August 2012. During our stay, the hotel was over-run by some high school sports team. Dining areas were overcrowded. Pool was overcrowded (including toddlers in swim diapers. YUK! ). Elevators were overcrowded. Then after hours, the parents stayed in the dining areas, BYOB, drinking and carrying on like it was some kind of New Years Eve party! As I am sure this is not a typical week here, let's shift to the facilities, which are not of most robust construction. Check-in went smooth. Parking spaces are a bit narrow. Parking lot is composed of 'permeable' pavers, which are widely-spaced with crushed stone between them. The stone has settled and the joints are considerable tripping hazards. Good luck in high heels. The rooms are well appointed, but it appears this hotel is wood-framed and has settled quite a bit as both bathroom doors wouldn't shut correctly. Isolation from other rooms was good, due to our room's arrangement, however we could tell when anyone else was coming or going, around us. If back in the area, I would consider staying here again.

Last month my girlfriend and I booked a room here through Expedia. The room was nice but I give a poor rating for being charged for a stolen IHome radio. My girlfriend and I travel often and stay in hotels about 6 to 7 times a year. We scoped out the room once we got there and there was no IHome radio. A day after we checked out, we noticed a $70 charge on our bank statement. The next day, it had changed to $100. We immediately called the hotel and the front desk person informed us that the IHome radio was missing. We asked to speak to a manager and she said she was not there. We called the next day and the front desk person said that the General Manager was away running errands and that the housekeeping manager responsible for keeping tally of items in the room was away on vacation. I told the front desk that I would wait for the manager until she arrived, and miraculously she was all of a sudden available. Once I spoke to the manager, she let me know that she would not reverse the charges and since their "checklist" had said the IHome radio was missing, I was responsible. I asked her repeatedly if she thought we stole the radio, in which she responded by saying "It was not on the checklist". At one point the manager Tammy said "We looked over the surveillance cameras, and it did not appear that the housekeeping people had the IHome radio. " Are you kidding me?! So where's the video of us taking it?! The manager was very condescending and unapologetic.

This hotel is top notch with very accommodating staff. From the front desk clerk who is willing to chat late at night, to the evening reception where you are treated to appetizers and beer the staff is there to make your visit as pleasant as possible. The pool and hot tub are very clean and open late enough for you to enjoy yourself. The hotel is located close enough to the Milwaukee attractions, so do not hesitate to stay here for any business you are doing in the Milwaukee area. I have only stayed here once, but I have already booked another stay given the great first impression this place made on me. The hotel is not cheap, but you definitely get your monies worth with the quality breakfast, dinner and great staff.

The Staybridge Suites were beautiful to stay at. The rooms and all of the accommodations were wonderful. The place had only been open two weeks when I stayed there and the staff was very friendly. I only ran into trouble where my company was paying for the room but they still asked me for my personal credit card. They didn't seem to know quite how to charge the rooms right. After a couple times trying to explain that I thought the rooms were already taken care of they contacted me later to tell me everything was fixed. Two weeks later I find I was charged for the room on my personal card and not through work. They are in the process of fixing it again. So, I guess watch your money! Other than that the stay was great.
