Just love the atmosphere here friendly service and staff. Close to restaurants and plus they have a pool for the kids 5 stars.

We got married in the area and placed a block at the Hyatt for our guests — what a great hotel! Incredibly friendly staff, convenient location, stylish building, good breakfast — can't recommend this place enough. All of our guests were so happy they stayed here.

Stayed over labor day weekend 2018. Hotel is great our room was super spacious. The hotel is relatively new and everything was well done. Breakfast is awesome for a free hotel breakfast buffet. My only complaint was that our room wasn't cleaned until 4:30 pm. We where disappointed when we came back to relax for a bit before dinner that we had to choose between having our room cleaned or being interrupted by house keeping.

Clean, clean. Clean. This place is spotless. Its probably because its so new. There are no dents or scuffs anywhere. Staff is great as well. When we stayed there, Dave took care of us left and right. We had several requests like extra pillows, etc, and he provided them within minutes. Dave was our point person for everything extra we needed and he was very attentive. Breakfast was great. Lots of options for any taste. I personally liked the eggs and sausage links with OJ but the counters were lined with a boatload of other things to eat. My kids liked it here as well. I also like the location. A little out of the city with nice surroundings. Very calming though still only a few minutes drive to some quality restaurants. They have a great fire pit area as well. Pool is nice. Rooms are pretty big. I can only say you won't be disappointed in the place. We've started coming back whenever we pass through here as we know it will be good with nothing to worry about.

Nice, new hotel. Within 30 minutes of downtown Madison and the University of Wisconsin campus. Located within a few minutes of Sugar River Pizza, Wisconsin Brewery, and other restaurants. Rooms were comfortable and modern. Indoor pool, but no hit tub. Small gym with two treadmills, two exercise bikes and some free weights. There is a nice patio area with gas firepits, a bar and food service. The breakfast buffet is well stocked with plenty of options for both hot and cold food. Hotel has ample parking, is handicap accessible and family friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel is relatively new, some rooms still have a 'new room' smell from the furnishings. There are two types of rooms: suites that include a kitchenette, dining area, and separate bedroom; and regular rooms. Both have desks, and sitting areas. Even the regular rooms are spacious. Beds are soft and pillows are EXTREMELY soft and squishy. Breakfast is included and is pretty good. It's a buffet and varies slightly each day, but includes items such as toast, muffins, eggs, potatoes, French toast, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and juices. There are a couple of outdoor patios for eating or hanging out. There is also a small gym and pool. Everything in the hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff, for the most part, are helpful and very nice. Late night front desk personnel was the only exception. They advertise 24 hour food, but don't try to get food between 10:30 — 11 pm — — was told the chef was cleaning up the kitchen to go home and I'd have to wait for the next shift. Pointed out all the 24 hour advertisements to no avail. They do have a bar and small concession area. The items for sale are outrageously expensive, $3 for a bottle of soda. Take a trip up to the Quick Mart instead. Overall a pleasant experience.

This was a very nice very clean hotel. The staff was very friendly. My only complaint is the A/C in the room is a bit loud. But I would stay again. Overall very nice hotel with nice rooms.

The staff was friendly, the room was very clean and modern. The breakfast was fresh and had a huge variety of both food and drink options. The only thing that I was not happy with is that the room had a strong freshener smell to it from the cleaning supplies. This would probably not bother most people — I have severe allergoes and asthma so am more sensitive to these things. The location was convenient, it was just off the main highway. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a new hotel with a nice lobby and rooms. Like most of the new Hyatt Places, the room has a king it two queen beds and a fold out couch. The location is somewhat out there (note: it's NOT downtown Madison but closer to Epic; there were shuttles that ran to Epic during the week) but there are a couple of restaurants withing walking distance (I haven't tried them). Our brief experience with the service and employees here was good — the employees were kind and efficient, which is always a plus in my book.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast buffet in the morning was very well done. They had this amazing banana compote that tasted like bananas foster. Rooms were well appointed and there was a nice outdoor patio area with fires, though it was to warm to enjoy while I was there.

Beautiful place very good staff awesome breakfast if you’re in Madison area try it out.

Some positive things: Great location, great internal design. The bus drivers waiting for me when my flight was late, and drove me to convenient store when I had an emergency. The cleaning service didn’t really clean my room on day 1, but fixed everything on day 2 and 3. The bartending girl was great. Cost of the hotel is reasonable. Negative feedback: Very dissatisfied with the front desk. A Caucasian girl was very friendly at first, but ever since I asked her a question she didn’t know, she was not happy with me. They charged the fee to my personal account. They wanted a form from me, which turned out it was there in the first place. Very disorganized, much room for improvement.

Update #2*** since staying here for work for the last 4 weeks, my likening for this hotel has dropped immensely. The front desk has no idea what they’re doing. I’ve never had such a problem just checking in and booking another reservation, while they have all my information right in front of them. The cleaning service isn’t the greatest. Today I walked in to my room and no one has even come in to clean it today. Other times it’s been done poorly. I’m not receiving my rewards program welcome gift bag either. Overall: a nice modernly built hotel with fairly poor staff running it.

We came for a surprise birthday party, got to the hotel early to get a drink and snack. The bartender did welcome us, I asked if we could sit anywhere and order food he confirmed. We sat at one of the small tables in front of the bar, he tended to people that came in after us but they sat at the bar. Well they got service and we just sat. He never came to take our order or say I'll be right with you. We walked out and went to the room where the party was.

I would give this place a zero if I could. Inconsistent pricing from what I was quoted on the phone, a printed shuttle schedule that was not followed — leaving several of us guests literally standing in the cold for an hour. I only wish I could attach photos of my “clean room” with tea from two days ago and a bottle from yesterday and the bed made with a blanket hanging from the foot of the bed to the floor, items on the bed, and pillows in disarray and sheets hanging out of the sides. You might want a drink after this — right? Well, the bartender asked me if I wanted vodka or whiskey in my whiskey sour… I will say — my grilled cheese for dinner was decent…

Accommodations were lovely. Staff was mostly friendly. The shuttle needs to extend just a little further. Beds were comfortable and bed bug free. Breakfast was ok. The warm food got cold easily. The only real issue I had was staff were unwilling to assist a disabled person such as myself when I looked noticeably like I was struggling.

Best hotel experience I've ever had as a business traveller. After a couple of days I was on a first name basis with most the staff. Definitely THE place to stay in Verona.

I enjoy our stay here. Quiet environment. Clean room. Friendly staff. Shuttle bus available for guest to Epic and nearby place. Nearby Restaurant have good food and are not expensive.

Room was amazing and huge, staff was friendly and helpful. Wished we hadn't been out and about so much so we could have spent more time in the room. A few suggestions though: 1. Coat hooks in the room entryway 2. At least 1 firm pillow 3. Pink (saccharine based) coffee sweetener 4. Cream cheese available during breakfast Overall, really great place to stay.

We have stayed in plenty of hotels. This hotel hands down is the best one we have ever stayed in. Staff was suuuuuper friendly. We spent some time at the bar. Our bartender Adam was super friendly! Our room was perfect! We have no negative comments to give for this hotel. Oh! And the price was great! We will be back next time we are in the area!

Contemporary approach to a hotel stay with all the amenities. We enjoyed the comfy beds and nice linens. I personally liked the layout of the room. Staff was friendly and very approachable. Highly ecommend.

Brand new hotel. Room was nice and clean. Linens were high quality. Breakfast appeared high quality (in terms of aesthetics) but the taste could be improved upon. That said, breakfast was free and certainly one of the higher end free breakfasts you'd expect for a hotel.

The hotel itself was beautiful. Wish I could leave a five star but when we checked in they gave us a room key for a room already occupied. Thankfully the resident was out so we walked into a room with shoes, clothes and luggage everywhere. That freaked me out, seems like a huge liability… we then went down to get a different room and the person upfront didn't seem very apologetic. I asked if in return they could at least give us a room on the first floor but instead they gave us one on the third. The stay after that chaos was fantastic though. The girl at the bar was very friendly. Outside fire area is gorgeous. Just wish it would have started out better. Also, I had a charge on my credit card from them that I have no idea what it's for.

We noticed there were wedding guests staying there, so at check in we asked if we could be away from the potential ruckus. They were so quick and pleasant about finding a room to meet our wishes. Our family has no issues with noise, and had a pleasant stay. The hotel is very clean. Our room was great. Breakfast could have been a little better, but that's always just an added perk. Definitely want to stay here again.

The rooms are very large, comfortable, and pristine. And, the best part is the price. Awesome value considering all of the positives. Highly recommended.

Served at proper temperature and very nicely presented. The only thing that I would want to see improved on was cell phone coversge and Wi-Fi.

Perfect, as usual! I love Hyatt Place. It's always clean and very neat w great breakfast and awesome staff. This is a pretty spanking brand new location. Their location has more modern nicer decor than other Hyatt Places. They have an awesome patio w comfortable seating and a cozy fireplace. They have an indoor swimming pool w warm comfortable water. It's about 14 minutes from Madison so not far at all. Went w family and kids and we all had a blast Oh and yummy breakfast.

Really nice, clean, and quiet. The building looks brand new. The breakfast was really good.

Very nice new facility, would have been better with a hot tub. Also the in room AC was a bit noisy, but not so much I couldn't sleep. It seems the main reason for this hotels existence is visitors for Epic Systems — so if you were like me and visiting for other reasons you may feel a little out of place with the crowd there.

Stayed here for an event in New Glarus. Super convenient location and easy to find. They just opened in May 2017 so everything was shiny and new. Room and amenities were quite nice, and staff was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was built very nice. The rooms are large and comfortable. This staff is very nice and friendly. Whenever I come to Madison again I will be stay here.
