We stayed here for my sister’s wedding shower. Due to weather we asked if we could move it to their open area and they were more than accommodating! My kids had a blast in the pool as well! The staff was super helpful and sweet! We will definitely stay again!

We booked this hotel 8 months prior to traveling due to a dance competition in town. I own a dance studio so we ended up with nearly 40 rooms in this hotel for our families. We had the worst service I've ever experienced EVER checking into your hotel. The woman had no idea what she was doing. Our keys failed to work 4 times so we went down and asked for them to just switch our room or send maitenence up. She proceeded to tell us "Thats the room you get so if it's broken you will have to find somewhere else to stay tonight. " We clearly knew that couldn't be the answer to the problem. We got frustrated with the situation and asked to speak with a manager, she CALLED THE POLICE ON US. This little stunt she pulled on us caused me to be 2 hours late to the dance competition I WAS RUNNING down the street. Even the police officer told us this woman does this sort of thing all the time and that we might be wise to video any other exchanges we had to have with the office staff here. Other families in our studio were charged 3-4 times. At one point in the day there were families waiting 90 minutes to check in. Ninety minutes. In addition, it snowed overnight and there wasn't a snow plow or even the sidewalks cleared in the lot for over 24 hours. Guests were using shovels to shovel a path from the front to their own cars. "Oh I'm sorry we've run out of breakfast" is what we were greeted with at 6:50AM on Saturday as well.
