The customer service may have been the best I’ve had… ever. The rooms were great.
Only suggestion is that a hot tub would make it a perfect place to stay.

Location was easy to get to. No view to speak of, but rooms were clean and comfortable, if a little small. Service was friendly. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Would stay here again!

Pool was nice and quiet. The main room was warm, but what can you expect when it hit 110 degrees out while visiting. Everyone that worked there was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and cold and the beds are comfortable!

As far as Hilton family hotels go, this is one is kind of average. The people are nice-ish. Not very personable and most seem too busy. Rooms are always clean and the prices are very reasonable.

I just love Hampton Inns. A home away from home, and this one was no different. During a 5, 000 mile motorcycle trip, this was one more of my homes.

The front desk girl was so sweet. She took our pictures for us. We had a cousin reunion after 45 years.

Location, good. No fridges or microwaves was a bit of a disappointment considering we were there for work for a week.

Nice suites, decent staff, subpar coffee, but those beds are great. Upgrade the suite TV and it'd be closer to 5 star.

Room was good, but could've used a refrigerator. We had cold food that spoiled since the ice packs we're all we had. There is sadly no hot tub, but the pool was very warm. Also, be careful near the pool the floor is very slippery, even when dry. The breakfast was ok.

Friendly staff, clean room. The maintenance team listened to our request to have our room cleaned at a specific time, and the breakfast was about what you'd expect from a hotel. No complaints here.

Very nice hotel, great breakfast in the morning that is served till 10 am. I wish there were more dining options nearby, Applebee's was pretty much it. Hotel was great, nearby amenities not so much.

We came here to visit a sibling in college. The pool was completely packed with children under the age of 14. The sign clearly says 14 and under MUST be with an adult 18 or older. I went and asked the front desk and he said the sign was wrong. Pretty shitty you can't enjoy a night by the pool. With children not following the rules.

Standard Hampton. Thermostat went down to 60 with was nice. Love sleeping cold.

We visited Brookings for a wedding. There's not much around, but the hotel is great. They were able to provide some last minute necessities before the wedding plus they offer a continental breakfast.

Stayed here for a wedding so was able to compare to the other ones near by where friends stayed. The Hampton room was clean and tidy, the staff was professional and very helpful, the lobby was more comfortable, and the breakfast had a few more options. So unless you NEED that slide.

We had a 8 inch snow fall, it took 12 hrs for first plow to arrive. The rooms were very nice and staff friendly. The kitchen crew needed to turn up heat on breakfast as the buffet items were cold.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean and quiet, breakfast was good, and they even had some water toys in the pool area for the kids. Would definitely stay here again.

Hands down best hotel experience I've ever had outside of the Hotel Grand in Minneapolis. I'm as shocked as you are, but my wife and I both were blown away by the attention to detail: super comfortable bed and pillows, room lighting that actually makes sense, a breakfast that is the best I've ever had for a continental, and the place felt genuinely CLEAN. When was the last time you saw a well-placed desk inside of a hotel room? I know! I never gave it a second thought but both my wife and I said to each other: "This desk is really useful. " A floor length mirror that IS the closet door. Super — handy while both of us were getting ready for a wedding. Just want to be clear here, this is a first review I've ever left for a hotel. Ever. I was so impressed I typed this on my phone while eating dinner because I wanted to make sure I didn't forget before I left town.

Customer service was great, always had hot coffee and rooms were kept clean. Very pleased with the Hampton chain.
