Awesome staff! Sarah and Jeremy at the front desk were very helpful. The “mix” crew — Richard, Karol, Aaron served us like we were at a 4 star restaurant and Chef Roland cooked up delightful and satisfying meals! Dianne kept breakfast running smoothly and started our day off right. The hotel felt brand new. Our room was clean and spacious — loved having a full fridge and a cooktop. Housekeeping, Briana, kept us stocked with clean towels. Our kids loved the water park.

Clean and new. Very nice breakfast. Spacious rooms. Good location. Bed pretty firm. Shower a little strange. Has a half glass door so you get a wet floor with each shower.

Location is great, even for the outer edge of town. There isn't really a convenience store right near by. The rooms are clean and organized. Free Wi-Fi is always nice. Breakfast in the morning was solid, all of the food was good, nothing incredible. However one of the staff busing for breakfast was very kind and said good morning to everyone, thought that was a nice touch. Everything was great but nothing was absolutely outstanding.

The room was nice and up to date. I especially liked the breakfast they provided. There were biscuits and gravy and eggs and waffles. Was great start to the day.

The room/suite was nicely furnished, clean, and overall matched our expectations for a Residence Inn. It was located conveniently near the highway. Breakfast was good, and we used the fitness center. Definitely a pleasant experience.

Great hotel for the price. They even have happy hour food and drinks included. It is amazing! Nice outdoor sitting area.

Hands down is fabulous place. Husband and two kids enjoyed the room. Bed is VERY good, pillows super soft, quiet and the best part is the lady in the breakfast area that is cleaning. Wonderful stay. And I’m a snob. The entire place is wonderful.

Love this place. The staff is amazing. There is a Mixer 3 nights a week where you can relax with friends or meat new ones. The breakfast staff is very friendly and the rooms are very accommodating. From check in to check out, a great experience. The children also enjoyed the attached Waterpark.

Great place to stay! Ever thing you could want for an extended stay. Very nice, clean and great continental breakfast! Will definitely stay there again.

Newer construction property with some detailed amenities that you may not find at other, older Residence Inns, such as plate heaters in the breakfast area and additional juice selections outside of the usual options. Rooms are well equipped with up-to-date furnishings, including soft-close toilet lids and doorless showers. Don't expect a beautiful view, but the value here is worth every penny.

Clean nice place to stay. Room was great. Water park was fun, however lacking in life guards. The life guards present were not as focused on the water.

My family stayed in December and the rates were very reasonable. I would imagine they are much different during the summer. The only complaint would be the breakfast area is a madhouse if they are near capacity. Worth coming down before 8am to avoid.

Very clean studio style room (including kitchen) with two comfortable beds. We were hesitant to book here as it is right next to the water park so we thought it might be noisy and full of children. It was clearly near capacity, but we never once heard a noise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Wish there was a fan in each room. That's part of what I love about a hotel room — — the loud fan. Drowns out the caveman stomps from overhead. But, the breakfast spread and the "mixer" events more than make up for the lack of white noise. Courteous, attentive, and friendly staff. A great stay!

Excellent place to stay! I will be back! Staff was polite and extremely helpful, the rooms were very nice and we'll appointed. The free breakfast was at a restaurant standard and there was people staffed to refill your coffee and assist you with any need you may have! You will be pleased with this hotel!

Huge king suite for much cheaper than a standard queen at surrounding hotels. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I think the only (extremely minor) issue was that the toaster in the lobby didn't work that well. Excellent overall.

Front desk ladies are great. Hotel is nice and clean. Beds are comfy. Except they put us in the handicapped suite, which is fine, but I slipped in the shower, yes it was funny, no it didn't hurt lol but what if that was some handicapped person and they really hurt themselves. They need a bath mat in that shower. It was very slippery. Anyways. I love that there's access to the food, water park and bar and we got a discount at the water park. Overall a pretty good stay. Breakfast wasn't too bad either.

Really enjoyed the rooms, complete with kitchenette and work desk. The rooms felt like a spacey loft apartment. Complimentary breakfast was excellent, aside from the crowds that were fending for themselves and had no regard for others. My only real complaint would be that the hotel offers no pool and instead offers guests and additional cost ticket to the associated water park. It seems kind of ridiculous since my room was over $200 a night.

Very nice stay here, very clean and very big rooms. Breakfast is wonderful and evening get together are nice for dinner.

The staff was helpful friendly and curtious. The room was clean and comfortable, the shower was OK but difficult if you showered for a long time you would soak the bathroom floor would be my only complaint…

Very disappointed in the whole experience. Although the hotel if new the rooms were less than clean. Mold was already growing in the shower. Blood stains on the sheets. Something green in the toaster? They didn't clean during the day or empty the trash or give us new towels without asking. Breakfast was served from 630 to 9 am but they stop refilling at 830. They said the kitchen is closing? Better get there at 630 if want anything. The staff was very grouchy. Telling one little girl when she came back to her table and asked where her food was, the lady said "it's in the trash" and then kept on wiping off the table. The swimming pool was crowded which I can understand but they ran out of towels at 10am. I asked if we could have a towel and the boy said they are either in the washer the dryer or someone is using them. Very rudely he said they won't have any towels for at least 45 mins. So we dripped dried. It cost us $40 for 2 hours of swimming and no towels. I would suggest staying somewhere else. You will be happier.

The service was great, the rooms were a nice size and very clean. It is located in a weird spot and is hard to find at first.

Rooms were spacious and great! Staff couldn't be more accommodating and nice be it 3am or 3pm. Would love to stay again.

Very clean inside but really nasty outside. Dog poop all over on the west entrance. Have told them several times about it but no change. 60 piles of excrement right in front of the window, very romantic and "scenic". Staff is kind and responsive to most things except that. I don't blame them. Anyone who leaves that stuff doesn't deserve an animal. Otherwise, good price and very clean inside. Really cold bathroom tho.

This is a brand new hotel. The beds are decent and its nice to have a full kitchen. The shower is a little odd and allows water to get all over the bathroom floor. I'd stay again though.

New, clean and modern! Glad we found it. The breakfast was pretty good. Not many options if you have food intolerances.

Great breakfast variety throughout the entire week. Close to rapid city and restaurants. Good location. Nice happy hour 6-730pm. Staff has been nothing but pleasant to work with and talk to. And the rooms are nice.

Not worth the money at night the rooms have a green light that flashes like a strobe hotel said there is nothing they can do when I checked in they tell me I have to have a handy cap room with no tub I told them when I talked to them earlier in the week I needed a room with a tub due to having a 17 month old so the first day she slipped because they don't have a mat for the shower also in my room the dishwasher wouldn't open because it hits the fridge and when you look into staying they say you can go to the other properties for the bar and jacuzzi but they don't tell you you have to walk up a muddy hill filled with weeds they ran out of breakfast stuff daily when you ask for something they just say sorry we don't have anymore so if you were lucky and waited 20 minutes you would get bad eggs from the microwave.
