I was surprised at how small the pool and hot tub were. The hot tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in over a week, and it was far from hot. The room was clean but it didn't appear that too much effort had been put into doing it. The bed was loosely put together toilet paper had no presentation and all for the ridiculous price of $150.95 a small quaint little room. Will not stay there again EVER.

We stayed two nights at this hotel. My husband checked us in, later I asked him when breakfast was and where the ice was. He didn’t know because the front desk person did not let him know any of the amenities of the hotel. Breakfast was very unorganized and messy. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable.

Very comfy room with a modern look to it. Everything worked great. Staff was very nice. The only down side was the shower seemed to leak through the curtain. And there was a spider in the coffee maker, but they fixed that immediately by replacing it with another.

Loud train horn at 515 AM is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Hotel was a bit older, but beds were comfy and shower was nice. Would stay here again.

Rooms and facilities were well kept and clean. There was only one elevator which was clearly not efficient for the hotel being fairly booked up during our stay so either bring your patience or plan on packing your belongings up and down the stairs. Also they serve a hot breakfast but be sure to get there early as it was very congested and difficult to navigate with a lot of people present.

I stay in a lot of hotels and I was very impressed. Very clean rooms, a super comfy bed, great Wi-Fi and service! They had a nice selection of beer in the lobby too.

Very disapponting. Was surprised how dirty it was. Beds not comfortable. Fridge in room was super loud. Room was not especially clean either. A plus was breakfast was nice and the attendant was v nice.

The people were super nice. We arrived late after traveling from Cheyenne and did not have a reservation. They were very helpful with getting us checked in quickly. We were traveling with my parents and my 18 month old son. The manager went up and set up the pack and play while we checked in and unloaded the car. Rooms were spacious and the breakfast was good.

Nice enough hotel for the price. Walls were thin but our room was mostly clean each day (could use more dusting). Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a mess-only one worker who didn't seem to want to be there and filled items that were out very slowly or not at all. Front desk staff was great-very friendly and helpful! Location was perfect-easy to access and right in the middle of all the tourist stops.

The attached pizza place is good. Rooms are clean and the standard 2 bed fair. No desk at least in the room we were in. Staff was friendly.

The check in process was easy. And the staff was friendly. I liked how clean the rooms were. The rooms on the first first floor had high ceilings. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was decent and had a many options including fruit. We stayed here for just one night and would do so again.

Would stay again. Easy check-in. Friendly staff. Allows pets with $10 deposit. Place out front and back for them to potty. No smoking on premises. MCD, gas station, pizza place all in walking distance. Room was clean. Great breakfast. Quiet. Was on 3rd floor. Has escalator though. Pool & spa looks nice though I did not use them.

The entire place smelled of weed… definitely some raucus partying which the walls didn't contain. Breakfast was decent. Kept the TV on all night to combat the noise.

Excellent staycation value during the winter for me and my kids. Nice pool and hot tub, good breakfast and lobby connects to Marco's.

I came in late and received a clean room and a comfortable bed. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. This location is pet friendly which was super nice. They upgraded me to a nicer room for no charge which I appreciated immensely.

I stayed at the Baymont inn in Rapid City. The price was nice but the room was a little run down. There was a huge crack on the sink. The bed skirt was torn in several places. There was an iron print on the carpet from when someone left it on the floor turned on. The stairwell had a pile of dirt on the step the entire 3 days we were there. It's probably still there. The breakfast was okay and the staff was nice.

Hotel is nice, has pool and hot tub and Marco's Pizza on site. The front desk told us they deliver to the rooms for free but when we got our pizza they said there was a delivery charge which is odd because it's connected to the hotel. The beds were not very comfortable.

This was a good stay. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and free hot breakfast in the morning. A good hot shower, plenty of pillows, and great front desk staff.

Newer amenities and decor. Overall all a good experience, but nothing spectacular. Continental breakfast was average and space is too small for the number of guests trying to all eat simultaneously. It makes for finding a table to eat at difficult. We were on the third of four floors. Getting hot water out of the faucet and shower was non-existent. We would probably try a different place next time around.

Decent hotel. Staff was very friendly. Put out a nice spread for free breakfast. Rooms and hotel were very clean. Not a 5 star hotel, but a good place to stay.

We were disappointed with our stay to say the least. When we first got there, we were given a tiny room (for five of us) on the first floor by the back door. The room was filthy with stains on the carpet and walls. Once we asked to be moved, we were given a bigger room on the top floor which fit us better, but was still tight. The room was cleaner, but still dirty and dusty with food stains in the fridge and moldy food cups under the bed. The pool area was pretty dirty too. The worst part was the "hot continental breakfast". It was the same food every. Single. Day with never enough food for all the guests. If you didn't get down to breakfast by 8am, you were out of luck. I got sick of watching the food service workers push the trash down into the trash can and the with the SAME gloves, get food from the kitchen area and put out for the guests to eat. Or watch them wipe their nose with bare hands and then immediately handle the food without washing. This happened more than once. There were flies everywhere on the food, no where to sit, and food all over the floor. It was hard to even eat there, but spending almost $200 a night to stay there, we didn't have extra money in our travel budget to eat out every morning. Needless to say, we will never stay at a Baymont again and I will never recommend this chain to anyone.

We actually stayed here on two different occasions with friends. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We thought the price was reasonable, and the he staff was very friendly and nice. The breakfast was a good, typical free breakfast buffet. The one problem they have is that the pool is adjacent to the elevators so the hallway floors and elevator are constantly wet and dirty from footprints being tracked on the wet floor. Other than that, the hotel was fine and we would book it again.

2 night stay, with 4 adults and 1 child. Stayed in a king bed room with pull-out couch and 1 extra roll away bed. Room was very spacious, we had plenty of space. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

No complaints! Clean rooms, spa was great, excellent breakfast. I would recommend staying to any family or friends.

Called and made a reservation with a guaranteed price for the 2 nights. Upon arrival after an eight hour drive we got our first night for $153 a night and then they told us the next night would be $280 even after we reserved the room for $153. They told us there was nothing they could do and we could go somewhere else if we wanted but we would have to pay for the reservation anyways. Terrible customer service all the way around. Room was clean and breakfast was ok. Just don't expect to be treated like anything other than a number.

Nice, clean, new hotel. Frendly staff. Ok breakfast: microwave eggs, southern potatoes, make own waffles.

Excellent hotel and service. My daughter forgot her stuffed kitten. When we called they had it waiting at the front desk in a gift box because they figured it was a special kitten. Made mine and my daughter's day.

Nice property with attached pizza joint. They wouldn't take our Wyndham rewards since we booked through Expedia, unlike other hotel chains. Staff was mostly friendly but seemed like we were interrupting something by checking in. The pizza joint staff were very friendly.

Everything was very nice. Clean place and solid breakfast in the morning. I never got to go swimming but from what I saw it seemed nice.

Even though we checked in on Christmas eve, we were welcomed and made to feel at home and never once made to feel like a nusciance. We have been coming here several years and will continue to do so. Highly recommended this hotel!

Very clean and comfortable. The rooms smelled nice and the lobby looked high-end. The pool was a little small and wasn't the nicest, but it was really nice having a Marco's pizza connected and gas stations so close. The breakfast was great!

The room was clean and the staff was nice. We checked out two rooms on reservation but one was not made up (no sheets) and we had two exchange.

The location has easy access to I 90 and many places in Rapid City. Rooms are very clean.

Rooms are good heated pool breakfast is good.
