I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again, especially after the horrible treatment from a different motel.
The room is just right, included a kitchen area and everything was very clean. Bathroom was just right as well.
I appreciate the front desk clerk ~ she was very friendly and explained everything about the room.

Very nice room only issue was TV issues.

We stayed here for 4 nights during the Sturgis rally! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! Jim, you were very accommodating. We washed our motorcycles there with towels and bug spray provided by the hotel. He asked us if we needed anything at Sams club. Darcy was amazing! She even mailed a box for us! All the other staff were incredible too. The hotel was immaculate! We will definitely stay there again. 10 stars!

Great location, parking for trucks with trailers, covered parking, motorcycle parking, easy check in, new rooms and amenities, and full size coffee pot. Easy check in as well!

Amenity free hotel but its hard to find a cheaper hotel that is this nice. Clean, well appointed rooms. The full fridge and kitchen are amazing for my family with food allergies.

My one year old found a pill on the floor! Thankfully we got it in time before she placed it in her mouth. Staff was really polite and genuinely sorry. Other than that, the room was comfortable.

I have stayed in the My Place in Rapid City on a few occasions, with options for others places to stay, and each time I have had an excellent experience! The staff are courteous and welcoming, as well as helpful when need be. The rooms are clean and maintained and I always feel safe! I choose My Place each time I come through Rapid City and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for an affordable stay. I assure you, you won’t be disappointed!

The hotel is nice and new. The staff was courteous once we were able to get their attention. The ice maker in the room is convenient, but startlingly loud, so make sure you shut it off. I am giving two stars for the flippant way the staff did NOT handle the fact that we had no hot water for a shower in the morning. First they told us that we just needed to run the water longer. Then they said they had not received any other complaints. When we checked out, they told us they had, indeed, had a problem with the water in the room, but that it had been fixed. Obviously not, or we wouldn't be telling you about it! All that being said, if they work out the problems in the system, I would have no problem recommending them or staying there again. Unt then, I will stay at any of the other 4. Hotels within a mile of them…

My husband and I stayed at My Place in Rapid City for over a month while waiting to buy a house. We had an absolute fantastic stay while here. They were very pet friendly which made my life a lot easier with a dog and a cat, very affordable to have them in the room with us. The prices are very reasonable for all that you get while staying at this location. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our every need to include constantly working around our busy work schedules to get the room clean. We did not have a bad experience with any of the staff but there were a couple that stood out to us. Ashley was always very sweet and greeted us each time we came in, she also helped us coordinate our cleaning schedule and made it hassle free. Cheryl made us feel special by knowing our names and making sure we felt at home during our entire stay. Mike works nights at the hotel and he made sure my decaf coffee was made every morning without me having to ask and without him knowing that I can’t have full caffeinated coffee due to a heart condition that I have. These three are amazing employees and should be recognized as so because they really make staying here amazing and because of them if I have the option in the future will always choose My Place. The housekeeping staff was always very friendly and in a good mood. We appreciate all of these people going above and beyond customer service and providing a great experience for us.

It was a very family friendly place. The place was clean, and big! A nice recliner in our room. With very good temperature control system. And the bed… was very comfortable.

*no fresh linens brought to the room; have to go to the desk and get them yourself At least it is clean.
