Quiet and relaxing atmosphere!

We were greeted by 2 friendly employees and were offered the choice of which floor we preferred. The first room looked like someone had been in it briefly and then changed their mind. Since we felt uncomfortable, we asked for a room change. They were very apologetic and happily switched it. This was an older hotel but it was clean and seemed like it had been updated with new furnishings. The famous Marriott bed and pillows were so comfortable that we overslept both mornings. Even the sofa bed was amazing. There was a nice pool, whirlpool, and workout room. Next to the parking lot there was a fountain with a walking path and picnic tables. They had a nice set up for free breakfast with plenty of tables. The easy checkout is always convenient.

Overall, my stay at the property was pleasant. This SpringHill suites needs to be upgraded. The property is well maintained and clean, the property is dated. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is polite and helpful. One thing that is a big plus is the daily (M-F) social event. The hotel host a social for the guest that includes beer, wine and various finger foods. The property has a exercise room with two treadmills, free weights, weight balls and a weight bench. In addition to exercise room, there is an indoor swimming pool. The are several businesses in the area and the staff told me that most of their guests are business travelers. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. Overall, my stay at the property was good.

Been there for business trip, for 4 nights. Lot of parking lot, good reception service. Good small gym, and very small pool. Not bad breakfast every morning with eggs, cheese, sausages, fruits etc. Of course coffee and tea. The room was not clean. In the bath I found a shaving blade cover, and in the room I found an ant. Good restaurants around the hotel.

Very clean, nice room. Excellent staff. They also have complimentary breakfast and a nighttime happy hour — which was a great perk. The best part was the chocolate chip cookies in the lobby in the afternoon. The hotel location was good — easy to access highways and get into cleveland.

We were greeted by Akshata, who was very friendly, very professional, very helpful and provided us with excellent Information about the area. The rooms were beautiful. Breakfast was fantastic.

The room was clean & comfortable. Great location for the event I was attending in the area. The breakfast eating area was a bit small for the number of guests staying there. It was hard finding a table & if your party was 4 or more you would most likely eat separately. Other than that it was a great stay.

Wonderful property, but exceptional staff!

Looks brand new the stairwell had that new stairwell smell. I liked the room layout it was different good. The AC pumped out the cold air like a polar freeze. We used the pool and the water was a nice temperature. The hot tub was great. Anything bad… Not that I experienced. All around good time.

Very clean rooms. The desk chair was broken so I had to manually fix it myself but no other issues other than that. The front desk was friendly and helpful when I lost my room key. Was here on a business trip and would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful despite the huge crowd. Definitely recommend this hotel for your stay on Cleveland.

The SpringHill Suites Solon was the perfect place to host my wedding guests and rehearsal dinner. The rooms were beautiful and recently renovated; sales staff was accommodating and so helpful during planning; and the shuttle service was great for my guests that didn’t drive to and from our venue. It is also conveniently located to our venue — The Tanglewood Club!

This hotel is in a good location, with easy access to everywhere I needed to go. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I'd like to give a special 'thank you' to the two ladies at the front desk when I checked out on yesterday, Sunday, May 6. I appreciate your kindness! When I return to the Cleveland area later this year, I am looking forward to staying at this location.

Great location right off the highway and a few restaurants nearby. Far enough from downtown to be quiet and comfortable but within a 15 min drive to any of the cities great attractions. The breakfast was great and had a lot to choose from and the pool with hot tub was a perfect way to relax with my family. Definitely recommend this hotel to any travellers to Cleveland.

Clean rooms, pool was a little dirty on the surface from kids swimming before us. Clean workout room. Complimentary breakfast was good but crowded and it seemed as though staff could not keep up with demand.

Good, clean Marriott Spring Hill. Parking was easy and accessible. The Staff was pleasant and welcoming, all the newer modern Springhiils have a decent breakfast option that has eggs, bacon, fruit and waffles. This specific hotel is with a few miles of many corporate offices and business. Will stay here again next time I visit Salon.

Rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. Clean workout room and pool. The breakfast was little to be desired. Wet bland powdered eggs. The first morning there was no breakfast meat or waffles. The biscuits were hard and undercooked. The second morning was more of the same but they did bring out a waffle maker and something they called sausage. The room a/c would not kick on and even though it was February the room was very warm. After checking out we were billed an additional $50 for what the hotel called “incidentals” and said we would be refunded in a couple days. That remains to be seen. In the end if your just looking for a place to sleep your good but don’t look forward to the breakfast.

Whenever we pass through, this is our place to stop. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. They have a good breakfast, with lots of choices, and the staff is always nice. It's rare to find a hotel as nice as this.

We stay here every time we pass through the area. The rates are reasonable for the quality, breakfast is good, and the rooms are clean. It's a couple miles off the interstate in a kind of office park setting, so it's usually quiet overnight.

Great service, nice, big and clean suite rooms. Breakfast and coffee were lacking but everything else was so great, I still gave it 5 stars! Comfy beds too.

I stay here a couple times a year. Each time the staff is always friendly and helpful. I get great local food suggestions & they always go the extra mile when you need something.

It's a very clean, well managed facility. The staff went above and beyond to meet guest requests and issues. It's a location away from the urban hustle and bustle but close enough to local restaurants and attractions.

Room is spacious. One complaint is the kitchen is basically nonexistent. There's a mini fridge with no Freezer. I was here on an extended stay, so that was an issue. There's a pool here. Small laundry room, 1 washer 1 dryer…

Location and room are excellent. The only issue is the fridge, which freezes anything put in it. That is a minor issue and the overall experience is excellent.

It is clean and well maintained. Rooms are comfortable and have microwave and refrigerator along with a couple of plates too. We enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast is also pretty decent. On Sunday they had waffle but it was not there on Monday.

Super friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet though a little crowded. Very close to nestle offices. A little hard to find vegetarian options nearby for food if you don't have a car, similarly also difficult to walk around much. Spacious and clean rooms, quiet.

Very well located in reference to stores/town. Room was very spacious, great floor plan, and very clean. Lots of lamps, light switches for completely customizable lighting which was a big plus for this breastfeeding mom. The entire hotel was quiet. It was easy to forget that we were surrounded by other rooms. Breakfast was as varied as it was delicious. My 3 year old, 16 month old, myself and my husband all find something to enjoy! We had to leave our originally reserved hotel at 10 pm due to a booking error (room was smoking but we requested non smoking) and checked into this one at midnight. To say it was a literal beacon in the night would be an understatement. We have already decided to stay again on our way back home because we were so pleased with the location. 10/10 will stay again if a room is available!

Extremely lovely staff! Spacious nice rooms. One of the best Marriotts I've been to. Complimentary breakfast was good just like other Marriotts. I especially loved my stay cause of the staff. I had to stay a FEW more hours cause of a meeting before driving 7hours to my home city, and they very sweetly agreed for a late checkout! Even the night before I really needed some drink with milk (coffee or just milk) so I asked at the reception for bottled cold Starbucks. As they didn't have that, the staff went out of her way to get me a small milk carton. She apologized as whole/2%milk was over and gave me free skimmed milk! No hotel has done that before. Really nice people!

No complaints… Room was clean and well kept… Breakfast was fresh and very tasty considering it was one of those typical buffet breakfasts. Service was friendly and although it was a short stay, there was nothing bad to say about it.

The suites were nice and our son slept on the pullout sofa. It was like he had his own room. We ate the Continental Breakfast. And on Thursday they had wine and snacks in the evening.
But the reason why I only gave 2 star is due to the fact that I was in the shower with shampoo still in my hair then all of sudden the fire alarm was going off with lights flashing! I was shocked by this. I got out and​ put my jogging pants on grabbed my coat and purse then went out to the hallway but nobody was out there. It was still going off for bout 20 minutes. I never got a call saying everything was good. And I never received a room check to make sure we were ok. I know that when I worked at the DoubleTree we had a protocol to follow. Maybe someone​wasn't doing their job!

Great place to stay. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We had a large party come in and they never bothered us or complained. We fed the staff from our party and again they were cool. I would stay again.

Clean room, but the air conditioner is broken so they have giant machines in the lobby… which makes it loud and crowded and hot during breakfast.

My boyfriend, Patrick Barrow and I were in town for a funeral. We had been recommended to stay at this hotel by the family and since Patrick has Marriott points we decided it would be a perfect choice. From our phone in the car, we tried to make reservations. However, Patrick was having some trouble. We decided to go inside and get assistance. The hotel was fairly busy and we ask the front desk clerk about reservations using are Marriott points. She gave the phone to Patrick and had him speak with to someone on the reservations line. Then she called the supervisor to assist us in using are Marriott points. We were very impressed with the clean, modern, fresh look and feel. We like the small touch points like the Purell hand sanitizer next to the remote control and the Huffington sleep tips next to the bed. If we had an iPhone it would have been great to use the docking station as well. We did have a little snag because we forgot our USB ports to charge our Android phones. We called down to the front desk and they could not help us. We enjoyed watching TV and slept a full 8 hours! Something we've rarely do at home. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast comma even though it was very busy we seem to arrive at a perfect time and enjoyed watching the groups of families and various ethnicities in the eating area. The food was well stocked and the service team was friendly. We were at various times buy both the front desk staff and someone cleaning the rooms how are stay had been.

Did not spend too much time at the hotel but rooms were clean and had a good night sleep. They did have a cocktail hour with complementary beer, wine, and appetizers.

I stayed here for several nights on a work trip. Check in was quick and easy, the room was clean and spacious and the location was quiet, yet close to restaurants, a gym and the highway. My only compliant is that the breakfast didn't offer much fresh fruit, aside from bananas, apples and some grapefruit.

My friends and I stayed this hotel for a girls night. This hotel was close to the casino in which we were going to a show at. The hotel staff was so friendly, not once did we feel ignored. The cleaning staff was wonderful as any time we passed one of them, they conversed with us. The room we were in (333) was very nice with no issues. The beds were comfortable and the TV worked great. We did not use the Wi-Fi so I cannot review that. The breakfast was exceptionally good and there was enough room for the full hotel. The pool looked nice; however we did not have enough time to swim or sit in the hot tub. The hotel was booked for a wedding and we never heard any noise or had any issues with parking or felt our things were unsecured. Great place! No issues at all…

Wonderful! Staff has been about the nicest we have had on our week long trip. Jacob at the front desk was EXTRA accommodating, professional and kind. The breakfast was great. Kids loved the pool and the suckers from the front desk!
