We stayed at this Hampton Inn for a wedding weekend. We were greeted by friendly staff and the rooms were clean and ready for us. There is limited parking, but the amenities were good. We were offered free bottled water because it was very hot outside. This was a nice touch. The breakfast was nice and there was always coffee available.

The hotel is located about 30 minutes from Cleveland and is an easy drive. It's also surrounded by shopping center should you need anything during your stay. The hotel seems to have just been renovated and the rooms are very clean and modern. Definitely recommended!

This hotel was beautiful! The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was here with a wedding, and the staff handled our party with courtesy and professionalism. Breakfast was hot and delicious. I would stay here again!

Location is perfect — close to location of event I was attending. Rooms were neat and clean.

One of the floors under construction which they didn't disclose during booking. On 4th floor both networks, attWi-Fi and hhonors, we're pretty much unusable. Price paid: too much.

The Hampton Inn Cleveland-Solon is the best hotel I have stayed in! Since I would be late checking in, I called and spoke to Michelle at the front desk who assured me that my reservation was good. Since she was from the same area I was traveling from, she told me how many hours it would take to arrive. She was so friendly and put me at ease since I was so nervous about driving. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was greeted by Mark who is FANTASTIC! He answered all my questions and assured me that the room would be clean with fresh sheets and it was! Room was clean and well stocked with name brand shower supplys, even a single serve coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. I will be back in Solon 3 more times is this month and will definitely book here again.

I would never ever go back. Had a terrible experience people complaining that we was talking loud and had police scared 6 Lil girls for talking loud and being noisy and they wasn't it was a race issue. When white kids running and knocking on people doors.

Under Reno when I stayed. Lots of noise above my room all day. Breakfast was not great. Weird Hash browns. Eggs we meh.

This is where always stay when we make the trip to Cleveland. Resteraunts near by, market district supermarket right down the road as is dunkin donuts. Staff is exceptional.

The location is nice. Right next to the business Park my office is in. The front desk attendant was very informative. Recommended the longhorn steakhouse next door due to the 10% discount offered to hotel residents. Warm cookies every afternoon and coffee all day everyday. The breakfast changed every morning but they still offered the usual bread and fruit options. All in all I enjoyed my stay very much.

Nice place. Decent breakfast. Only complaint was the other guests (a large party of adolescent athletes) who were extremely loud on all floors at all hours and who occupied the lobby, hallways, breakfast areas, and even the parking lot with their antics.

Great staff and clean rooms. Breakfast could be a little better. Good location to get downtown or to eat towns.

This location is on par with other Hamptons we stayed at. Nice room, breakfast, and other amenities. Only distraction was the heater/air conditioner was loud when it cycled.

Rarely leave feedback, but this experience so exceptional, it deserves feedback. Packed full hotel, yet the receptionist knew our names, remembered conversation s we had about our plans when we checked in. Unbelievable, actually. She was doing this with everybody. It was like they were all guests in her home, chitchatting with them, and being on a first name basis. Rooms were clean, morning continental about the best you can expect, and great coffee. Her name was Michelle.

It was a fine stay. Check in was very simple. Overall clean. Bed could have been made nicer (looked a bit disheveled). Breakfast was standard.

The service here was impressive. Tammy greeted us with a smile and was kind and engaging with our four road weary young children. They gave us complimentary drinks and snacks and we received 10% off our meal at a restaurant next to the hotel. We enjoyed being able to walk to dinner after being in the car all day. The pool is open until 11, which was great since we got in late and the kids had energy to burn. The breakfast goes until 10, which is helpful because our sleep schedules are off due to traveling. The room was clean and exactly what we expected. Thanks for a great stay!

We booked a suite for our family of six but the suite was not available due to another family extending their stay. We were notified by phone call in a timely manner and the hotel employee (Michelle) was especially kind and helpful. We were placed in adjoining rooms which were clean and quiet. The pool was well-maintained with plenty of towels available. Breakfast (free) and noon checkout are definitely perks for a traveling family. Overall very pleased with our stay!

Reserved 10 rooms for guests staying out of town to attend our wedding. Rachel Cowie, Director of Sales, made the whole experience extremely positive. She was thorough, kind, and truly interested in our wedding plans and assisted as much as possible. She had great email and voice communication so that we always knew what was going on. The offer of a a personal shuttle service was a nice touch as part of the wedding package. The stay at the hotel was excellent and matched my experience at other Hampton Inns. Thank you Rachel and the Hampton for helping to make our wedding weekend a success.

Staff was excellent and friendly. The downstairs lounge area was great for our large group to hang out in. We stayed for a wedding and the team was very responsive and met all of our needs. Shuttle service was complimentary to our venue. Even had the room decorated for the couple with a bottle of champagne and candles and all! Property is on the older side and could use a refresher, but everything was clean and in good condition. Jacuzzi could have been cleaned a bit better — once the jets were turned on the water turned brown. That's the only complaint though!

We had booked a room with two queen beds but got only a single bed room at check in. Hotel needs to be more organized.

The staff is welcoming. The food is good. The bed is comfortable.

Clean rooms and grounds. Standard Hampton. Near a few restaurants. Close to airport without hearing planes all night long.

The receptionist was awesome. The rooms are clean. It's a little pricy but if it's for an occasion it's worth it. Beds were comfy. I wanted to stay longer. Ooh well I'll come back.

It was nice, wish it had a hot tub but really nothing to complain aboit.

This hotel sucked. I am a Hilton Honors member. I'm in hotels several times a month. Almost always a Hampton Inn (I'm very loyal for the crappy amount of points that you earn) The room could not be cooled down. The AC was awful. The pool area was clean but it was stifling with chlorine and the windows couldn't be opened. (It was a beautiful weekend, seriously, open a window people! ) The worst part was my kid left her bathing suit and a tee shirt in the bathroom and didn't tell me until that evening after we had checked out. I called as soon as I knew about it and someone at the desk took a message. I had to call two more times before I got someone supposedly in housekeeping that would take care of this issue. (Just give me back my kid's clothes! ) They couldn't "find" them. Seriously? Are you people that hard up that you have to take my kid's bathing suit? I'll not stay here again.

I have to say I never even got a chance to stay here. I booked a room at this property when one of their other properties did not have what I wanted available. I was looking for a Jacuzzi room. Told them I wanted a jacuzzi NOT a whirlpool room. The operator assured me I received a jacuzzi. I then called this property to check and make sure and the lady told me all they had were whirlpool rooms and got extremely rude with me. Instead of trying to help an incoming guest. She basically berated me and telling me there are no Jacuzzi rooms in Cleveland anywhere. After getting off the phone I figured if I was going to be treated this way before I even arrived at the hotel, I cancelled. I contacted corporate through emails and never really received a response. I use to love Hampton Inns. Lately they have really dropped the ball on customer service. And oh I did find a Jacuzzi suite in the area… crazy and avoid this property until they figure out customer service.
