The rooms were clean, staff very friendly, location was great — 5 minutes from the highway. The breakfast was good and so was the coffee.

Not worth the money! My room was clean and the staff was friendly. The floor sloped enough that it took concentration to maintain my balance. There was peeling wallpaper and a golf ball sized hole in the door. I could hear people walking around in the room and hallway above my room. Made it hard to sleep.

Room is poor. Very musty… Smells of wet animal fur/cat urine. Bring air freshener (Febreze). Toilet made leaking sound in back of tank (until I repaired it). Hole in the wall as well. Refrigerator "leaking" requiring us to wipe out water frequently. AC worked great! Was unable to watch TV as cable was choppy and stopped every few seconds. Called front desk and responded that there was nothing he could do and would move us to another room tomorrow (gee… if we were only staying longer than the one night). Found out later that many people had the cable issue as well. Not recommending this to anyone… EVER! Really need to hear from upper management to explain the condition of the room (s) and how they can charge the rates they do.

Usually when I stay at a Comfort Inn it is clean and the rooms are very comfortable and have a nice size. There breakfast is decent and will usually fill me up for my drive ahead.

Not happy, far below standards for Comfort Inn. I paid extra for a jet tub in bathroom, and it had broken parts. Ply wood covering a broken cupboard, really? The ceiling is peeling… For $140.00 I could have gotten a much better room somewhere else. See pics and decide for yourself.

Great price for rooms! The rooms were very nice with complimentary water and snack. Shower pressure was good and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay.

Not very happy with stay. Loud people in the hallway at 1:30 am. Tiny ants were all over the room. Even on the toilet seat. Breakfast was ok.

Nice hotel for the price. Good selection at breakfast including fruit, muffins, bagels, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and cereal. Friendly staff as well.

I recently stayed at this location due to traveling for sports for my son. There are a few things that I found REALLY important to review as I would have liked to know in reviews. ANTS! There were ANTS everywhere in our room, which certainly beats the alternative type of bug but still ruined any food or drink we kept in the room. The floors were GROSS. The carpet was so dirty that my sons socks were black and ruined from walking around the room on the carpet. The desk associates were RUDE! We made a few requests to the desk and they were all really rude each time we cam in contact with them. The only nice person we encountered over the weekend was the man who was attending breakfast, who was nice enough to even leave out a tip basket… The first night we stayed we were starving from our later arrival — we called Grandma's Pizza number that was advertised in our room (we have a Grandma's local and knew it should be quality) but when we got a total of over $60 for 2 large Pizza's we discovered the number was for the hotel to place the order and have it delivered. NO THANKS! So we called Grandma's on our own only to find out that not only was a large pizza only $13.00 normally, but because we alerted them that we were staying at the hotel, because of the deal they have set up with the hotel — they would have to charge us MORE for the SAME FOOD!

Every time I come this way stay here good food all around the area … the only down fall is there is no truck parking for drivers.

Great inn in Pickerington Ohio. Clean, comfy and great staff! The only bad thing was the entrance-needs to be more accessible from the hwy.

At a first glance the hotel seems really nice and clean. Dont be fooled! After leaving redroof in Hebron because of bed bugs I was very cautious where I stayed. Three different rooms all behind the carpet lining the bottom of the walls along the floor, pop the staples and look w a flashlight, slowly and carefully, cheese bugs are sneaky and love to hide. The manager and cleaning staff were very rude, unpolite and disrespectful! When we told them about the bugs and even the housekeeper laughed and said maybe we brought them, even though he was in all three rooms when we looked. The manager was not any less rude. He also laughed and said it was peanut butter. I recommend best western across street, they are bug free very curtious progressive and polite.

Not the same place I stayed, a few years ago. Hard to enter poor lighting in parking lot. Room was better after it was cleaned the second day. The gentlemen did a good job. Thanks!

This hotel is very clean, and smells nice. They offer complimentary snacks and water in your room. Refrigerator microwave work station etc. One nice amenity would be a towel rack in the bathroom, even if it's not for towels. I travel with a toiletries bag, and prefer to hang it in the bathroom. There are hooks on the back of the bathroom door but that does not make the bag very conveniently located.

Very friendly staff, bed was really comfortable. Only downside I saw was the carpets on the stairs needed desperate cleaning. Otherwise this was top notch service and room!

Desk attendant was incredibly nice and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. Nice continental breakfast. Who definitely recommend this place!

The room was clean and comfy, the pool was pretty decent and the breakfast was spectacular! All in all it was a good visit.

On me and my wife's wedding night we were going here and they didnt have a room for us which sucked because we were tired and just wanted to stay there. We had booked room a very long time ago. I had to get a new debit card and I guess since the one on file didnt work they cancelled our room booking. All in all they should have known that we wouldnt answer our phone the day of our wedding? but anyways a very bad dealing with this place.

Excellent hotel for the price and in a good locAtion! Stayed at the hotel for one evening as I was driving through, front desk accomodated a late chec in, the rooms were clean and even had two complimentary bottles of water and a snack. It is next to a shopping area and a twenty four hour burgsr place. Would def stay here again.

The Comfort Inn at Pickerington is not recommended. First to get into the parking lot or leave it is difficult. When I arrived, the parking is small and there were several construction trucks parked there, this is a hotel full of construction workers who stood on the corner and by the entrance smoking cigarettes and making noise. The check in process was just ok and in heading to my room I was next to the very noisy vending machine. The room was adequate along with free bottled water, mints and a cookie. Nice touch, but at 3 AM I was woken up by something biting me… I pulled the cover back and looked and there was evidence of bed bugs (should have checked first before when checking in), my sleep was ruined and I got into the shower because I was leaving. The hot water could not be adjusted, I picked up a bath towel and it smelled of body odor, apparently used and put back. I told the clerk on check out and showed her pictures, she was not very concerned and had trouble checking me out; it was not a great experience, worse than check in. I do not recommend this hotel because it is more fluff than actual cleanliness. Also I am Choice Hotels member, but the chain is very hands off with its hotels, they will not enforce standards, so each hotel you stay at is either good or one of the worst but there is no way of knowing. This hotel was so bad I did not stay for my “free” breakfast.

This was a very good motel, with very reasonable prices, very visible from the highway, located next to shopping areas, and right off of Interstate 70. Had a very good staff.

Very noisy on the street side, slightly noisy in the hall, hot water much too hot, then turned cold. Possible bed bugs. Small crowded parking lot with construction workers vehicles here. They do have complementary water, cookies, and peppermint patties. I don't think I would stay here again.

Friendly staff, rooms clean and even had a small pack of cookies, water and mints. Coffee sure tasted good after being wet and damp all day.

Access from I70 is very convenient. You will need to pass the hotel and turn around as you can only enter going north or you can right by Wendy's acrossthe street and come out on the cross street to double back. (Best to look at a map to figure that out). This is a newly renovated hotel so the decor is up to date. While on the surface it looks nice I would not call it quality workmanship. That is mostly aesthetics and didn't affect our stay. The beds were comfortable but the pull out sofa was decidedly not. We spent time in the pool but the water seemed a bit murky, I don't really expect much from hotel pools though. All staff members were very friendly helpful. Overall, it's a great hotel for an overnight stay.

Met. Ignored my wife as she asked him questions. Gave us zero I formative about our stay. The was mold in the air conditioning which triggered my asthma and my daughter had a nosebleed.

The gentleman was rude at the front desk and told us that it was against the law to have our pet in the room alone! BS!

Where ever you check in, always good service and friendly staff. Always a good place to rest for a very reasonable price…

Room was comfortable. Nice free breakfast. Pool very clean and refreshing.

Overall a very comfortable few nights. The complementary breakfasts are excellent, the HBO on the TVs is very entertaining, and while I haven't taken advantage of the pool yet, I fully plan to. My only complaint is that the room service doesn't refill the towels often at all, and upon our last visit, we ended up having to use our own towels. Other than that, a very positive experience.

This place is exactly what we needed for a last minute stop on a very long road trip. Clean room, comfy bed, pet friendly and the bagel on the way out the door in the morning got us on our way! Sweet lady at the front desk too.

Service was fine though had to move rooms twice. Called after we settled in first room saying since we had a dog had to go to a different floor. The next room hadn't been cleaned since last occupants so had to go to another. Kind of a pain getting in and out of the parking lot since you can only come in from one direction and only go out the the other way so there was a lot of extra driving to get in. The final room was clean and the people were nice.

Comfort Inn in Columbus Ohio was a great night stay. I would stay there again.

Room was clean. Check in and out was simple and without issue. Room rate was reasonable. Used AAA discount. Location was good near high way.
