My husband and I were walk in guests over a weekend when he needed to do some training nearby. The staff was cheerful and helpful, the lobby was clean and inviting, and the rest of the building was well laid out. Our room was quite spacious and I was impressed at how quiet the room and hall was at any given time. The complimentary breakfast was great, and on site parking is always a plus. Within walking or a short drive distance from shopping, food and a great theater.

Fantastic hotel honestly… Front desk staff amazing, polite and friendly. Entire hotel was clean and welcoming. Room was amazing and clean. Mattress and bedding was extremely clean. Only one small con. Room cleaning staff was very rushing. Keep coming back trying to rush us out of the room. Never emptied the trash. On check out even though we had extended check, they knocked on the door at 1107, when we planned on leaving at noon. I however give this hotel a 5 star rating.

Below average hotel for a Hampton inn. Hotel needs upgrading. The staff was nice enough and the location is convenient but overall it was not worth the price. Poor breakfast selection and rooms weren’t up to “Hampton inn” standards. You could also hear everything going on around you. Would not recommend it if you are used to typical Hampton inns, especially for the price.

Super clean room with soft sheets made my stay quite comfy. My shower was excellent due to nice hot water with awesome pressure. The breakfast is served until 10 and had options that would fit everyone. We would definitely stay again.

Rooms and linen seemed clean. I eat gluten free so breakfast limited but the eggs were good. Would have liked to have had some bacon and or sausage. Would definitely stay there again.

Receptionist at check in and check out both had an attitude and didnt care about customer service. Also becareful because they hit me with a 250 charge for smoking when I dont even smoke. Called corporate about it and they did nothing. So it maybe 104 to stay but add 250 to that. Never will go to this location or any other hampton because of this experience.

Stayed here on both business. Actually a really nice motel. Great staff.

Convenient to downtown (out of the hussel) Clean and quiet. Any needs can be satisfied in the suburbia area.

Could use an update. However, very good location to food, stores and highway. Gym can be refreshed.

The staff was very friendly and nice but the hotel needs upgrading. It’s not near as nice as other Hampton’s I’ve stayed in. There’s no jacuzzi and the pool area is more like a motel 6 pool. The King Deluxe room was big but the bathroom was extremely small, like small closet size. The exercise room has one treadmill and is very, very small. The bed pillows in our room left me wanting to ask for extra pillows, they weren’t fluffy. Staff was nice though and it’s in a convient location.

Just stayed one night. Everything was very clean and the staff was very helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Clean hotel, great location convenient to I70, I270 and lots of restaurants. Friendly and attentive staff, great meeting spaces.

A bit difficult to find from the main road but nice over all.

Loved our stay. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good. We checked in late and the front desk clerk was very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice room with a king-size bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Be aware that the bathroom lights and fan are on one switch. Very loud fan in room 139… Very good food for free breakfast.

Great staff easy Check in night shift manager knew what channel to check the OSU game on clean and newer furniture.

Bathroom drain didn't work and they never even apologized for it. Large room but didn't feel super clean. Only a sheet and the comforter with no cover over the comforter.

The staff are very nice, helpful, and professional. The room was very clean. The location is off of the main road on a quiet side street, but is easy to get to and isn't far away from everything.

Classy place. Very clean with friendly staff. Modern and updated. I stayed in the king room. This room had cherry wood built-in cabinets and desk. The bathroom was spacious and modern. Elevator too. Hot-food breakfast with milk, juice and coffee. Indoor pool. Walking distance to fast food and convenience store.

Hotel was okay. Clean. Toilet ran. Internet not fast enough to stream hd.

Good location. We had a room (109) near the front desk which made the room loud.

Beds were very comfortable. Guests were loud… Must have been a cheer competition. Heard them practicing well into the night.

As an employee at the hotel she has gotten busted for stealing she leaves in Franklin county she will still anything.

I stay at many Hamptons for business. This is the worst one I've been to in the last 5 years. Old dirty run down and marginally friendly staff. Makes me think the other reviews are fake. Will not stay here again.

Facility was conveniently located & clean; all staff was (were? ) friendly; accommodations were more than adequate; breakfast was complete. Price was competitive. What's there not to like!

The rooms are clean and the halls do not smell. You can get a good nights sleep on the comfortable beds. In the morning, you are greeted with a smile by Angie, the Breakfast Girl. The breakfast bar is the biggest I have seen for a long time. Aleisha is the manager, and she is the best. While working at the desk, she will greet you with a big smile. If you are in the Columbus area, this is the place to stay.
