I was at residence inn Marriott mentor last weekend for an event. Beautiful rooms, very clean and quiet. A lot of restaurants near hotel. However, I heard an employee of the hotel talking very negatively about one of their guests to another guest of the hotel. I found that very disturbing. I’m assuming that is against company policy. Employees should NEVER discuss private business of a guest to another guest. Not very professional.

It’s a nice place, if you want to bring a pet.
But I think they need a indoor pool and hot tub,
There is one outside but it’s closed for the winter.

Very private and quiet place if your trying to get away.

Nice staff. Good breakfast. Our room was big. Just need to clean the rooms better. Our room was very dusty. I had to do a full wipe down when we got there. Stuff on the counters in the bathrooms. A LOT of dust and garbage under the beds and couch. Found finger nail clippings on floor by bed and night stand.

I stay here often for work and the place is very well run and Cindy, the manager there is “top notch”. I have never stayed anywhere where the manager was so conscientious and followed up on every detail. I have lost so many items at other hotels and never revive any follow up from staff and do not ever have he items returned to me. However, when I leave items behind at Residence Inn, Cindy immediately follows up with me and ships the items to me immediately. She is a consummate professional and does her job extremely well. I am immensely impressed with her and the hotel overall.

Online pictures look exactly like the rooms. Customer service is the best, very friendly & helpful. The hotel & rooms very clean. Hot breakfast was great. Bonus is the clean pet friendly rooms. I will also stay here when in the area! Thank you :)

Can't say enough about our stay here. Clean, comfortable best customer service. We would like to give a big thank you to Alicia for providing. 200% customer service. She went way above excellent customer service. We would stay here again.

Room was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. Best breakfast at a hotel I have had in some time. Only one minor issue was the hot tub. Was really looking forward to it after a long day and the temperature and jets were definitely lacking. Minor issue compared to all the positives. Would definitely return.

Great hotel. It is nice to have the kitchen so you can cook some of the meals. We stay here when visiting family. Used the outdoor pool this visit and was pleasantly surprised that it was heated. Will stay here again in the fall.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Didn't have any problems at all. They even gave us a free room upgrade.

I stayed in the first floor suites. The room was spacious with a fridge, stove, and microwave. The work desk was quite large and it came with a nice dining area. The breakfast was decent, nothing special but quite filling.

Awesome stay… must be one of the best residence inns … room was spacious, comfortable and clean … staff is awesome … breakfast is better than most.

Terrific hotel, room was perfect for family of four with two kids under 5. Room was very clean and kitchen area ideal for cooking. Staff was terrific, allowed us a late check-out with no hesitation. We'll be back!

Always great to stay at a residence inn. Great with kids due to the multi room suites and pet friendly. There was a mixup where they booked us in the wrong room but fixed it on the spot.

Nice hotel. Three stars because the pool and hot tub are outside, this is Ohio. Excercise room is missing most of the small weights. The temperature in the excercise room is kept at 71, with no fans. I asked for it to be turned down but was told 71 is the standard for Marriott's, I live in hotels all year, it's not the standard. Ch ch.

Omg. Great service, breakfast and I would return there any day. I have decided to use the Residence inn for my travel needs with my family of 6. Was a great choice by our swim team board. Great work staff.

I like my room. Recently redecorated. Spacious. Clean. Quiet even on freeway side of hotel. Walk to movie theater.

A great hotel full of Ambiance. I love every section built in this place. The breakfast is amazing and the snack hour is great. The staff are all guinely nice and very helpful and friendly. The rooms are beautiful with a touch of home for all your needs while away! I love staying here!

Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Stayed in a suite with 2 bathrooms which was very convenient when the kids were getting ready for bed. Hotel was very quiet.

Had an awesome stay here with my family for Christmas. The staff members were so nice and extremely helpful. Will definitely be back again!

We were there due to a small house fire. The staff was amazing, helping us feel as home as possible. Our room was beautiful. We had two full bathrooms, a small kitchen, dinning area, living room, and two big beds. The master bed was mine and my husbands room and my kids shared the other suite. We were even able to have my family join us for NEW years dinner. Mon. Tues, and Weds. Was fun at night with their mixers. My kids loved going down to the dining area and getting a special meal/snack and talking with other guests.

My parents always stay here when they come to town and I have to say it is amazing. The employees are extrodinarily helpful, the rooms are fantastic, and the breakfasts are on point! My parents have been staying here for years and will continue to for a long time!

The room was high quality. Clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was good. However, guest of the hotel walked around in pajamas and bare feet, dfisgusting.

Nice rooms, but check in was not very professional, no acknowledgement of Platinum Status.

Hotel is clean, but poor internet service and poor Direct TV service with limited HD channels. Also no Smart TVs in room. Not that it would matter with the poor internet quality and streaming…

Nice hotel, room great, hotel nice, but was upset about the amount they charged my credit card. Never told me about any extras amount when booking room. None of the price amounts matched. Staff at front desk was unimformitve.

Residence Inn by Marriot is by far my absolute favorite domestic hotel. The rooms are like apartment homes and I thoroughly enjoy each and every stay. The Residence Inn Cleveland Mentor definitely bolstered my expectations as this was the best Residence Inn I have stayed at this far. The rooms are consistently beautifully appointed and this particular location was immaculately decorated with a modern flair and the customer service at check in was exemplary.

Love the rooms. They have all the amenities of being at home — ie. Fridge and stove. It makes traveling so much easier.

Rooms are fantastic, breakfast is awesome, hotel is very accommodating. I stayed here for the months during a work placement and loved it.

Room was spotless. Breakfast was the standard Residence Inn fare, which is pretty decent. Highway noise was noticeable, but I was able to drown it out during the night by running the fan. Outdoor pool only. I neeed a place to stay with my infant daughter and was unable to access my Marriott rewards account when booking the hotel, so I consequently used my wife's account to access a reward night. This did not sit well with the night manager at check-in and she asked to speak with my wife over the phone, (which I get, and was totally cool with). I obliged and they spoke. However, that wasn't enough for an overbearing manager and she wanted more 'proof' I had permission to use my wife's account… lol… Okay…? Overall, alright stay. I'd maybe consider staying next trip if the price were right, but would probably stay at the Hampton if the cost was about the same.

Beautiful hotel! Very clean, wonderful staff, amenities, and amazing customer service. Made a very long stay away from home dealing with home repairs bearable. Can't say enough good things about it!

Very modern, comfortable, and friendly Residence Inn. One of the nicest I've stayed in recently. Very accommodating and pets are welcome. This location is a little hard to find, but worth it. We've stayed here several times.

Utility room is a bit creepy… especially when slats are broken and you cannot tell what is in other side…

The staff was really understanding. We had to come in town for a funeral. They treated us with the up most respect. We had our 12 week old puppy with us. It was an amazing stay. Clean rooms and grounds. Never disappointed with Marriott.
