We enjoyed our mother / daughter overnight. Shopping then a good meal at Mrs. Yoders and a nice visit to the pool. Very clean, spacious room and the staff was very good. Only complaint is the lack of a comfortable chair in the room. The existing chair is small and uncomfortable.

This hotel + the staff are amazing! This is our fourth time staying there, it doesn't disappoint. Thanks to Doug for honoring our credit from previous stay. We had a great room + we'll be back soon.

Beautiful location close to town, friendly staff from reservations to check out, spacious rooms including the bathroom and shower, super comfortable bed, beautiful courtyard including the landscape, and good breakfast that change menu every morning. Having a great experience spacious rooms quiet atmosphere very clean.

We live in the area but we were wanting to “get away” without going out of town! We spent the night at Berlin Grande. They gave us a great rate on one of their suites and it was fabulous! Take advantage of the winter rates! I would highly recommend the Berlin Grande!

We came here for a short honeymoon. This hotel is more beautiful than words. We had no problems and the staff was so so helpful. I will be back in the future for sure. Beautiful town view, saltwater pool was great, the hot tub was so nice. The breakfast buffet was so so good too. 11/10.

When we walked in the lobby was beautiful. Then we took the elevator to our room and was surprised to see a lovely clean spacious room. We would stay here again.

My mom and I spent a night here on our mini vacation. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful in suggesting places to visit in and around Berlin. Our room was mind blowing for how spacious it was and all the amenities that came with it. I felt it’s a bit pricy but well worth it! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Just spent another delightful two days at Berlin Grande Hotel. It’s a beautiful, luxurious hotel and the staff are absolutely the nicest, friendliest folks who always go the extra mile. For me, there is no other place to stay when visiting Berlin!

The staff was awesome. Room was very nice and spacious. It also had a fridge and microwave.

Beautiful place I will for sure recommend this to my family and friends Lots of shopping. Berlin however. Is a dry. County. So byob. The nearest bars in Millersburg.

Beautiful hotel. The rooms were clean and had a great view. The only down side is the bathroom ventilation seems to all be connected so you can hear everything that goes on in other peoples’ rooms.

Beautiful newer hotel with a great staff. Clean rooms with modern bathroom facilities and we had a kitchenette. They serve continental breakfast. There were also free laundry facilities available to use.

We have stayed at the Berlin Grande almost yearly since it opened, and have ALWAYS had a great experience! The rooms are very clean, the staff is exemplary, breakfast is always delicious and the location is central to all Amish stores and attractions. Very family friendly… would highly recommend. Price is moderate, but the feel is of a much more expensive hotel. We would never stay anywhere else in this part of Ohio.

One of the best experiences I've had. Will stay again when I go out there to shop next time. Front desk was so friendly just what customer service should be.

Beautiful hotel located right in the center of Berlin. The price that we paid for a room with a king size bed and kitchenette was phenomenal. When we walked in we couldn't believe how large the room was. A lot of outdoor sitting areas were located all around the perimeter of the building. This was perfect for just hanging out and relaxing when we weren't spending time in the pool and hot tub. And the cookies served at the front sldesk were amazing. A chocolate cookie with white chocolate chips. It was a wonderful experience and my wife and me hope to go back in the near future.

I would definitely recommend the Berlin Grande-from the front desk to housekeeping — everyone was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was spotless, rooms are huge, and outdoor space is great. We will definitely stay again! Loved it.

We enjoyed a restful, quiet "time away" at Berlin Grande. The room was immaculate, comfortable bed, and beautiful scenery from the deck outside the room. All of the staff was friendly, accommodating, and made us feel welcome. The breakfast area had a good layout, and the food was some of the best we've had in that type setting. we plan to return for another visit soon!

I was just there on Wednesday my mom rented the room there was 5 of us we went down for the garage sales. The hotel was beautiful our room was awesome the bathroom shower was gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was sooo good so much to choose from. Would definitely go back and stay agin.

Very nice. Clean. Staff was very helpful. The water pump had gone out on my car and the staff was helpful about finding a mechanic. The breakfast was very good lots of choices.

We stayed here for the first time for two nights. Loved the room! It was very spacious and felt cozy. My son loves the pool and the atmosphere was relaxing. Best hotel breakfast we have ever had! The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no bath tub. I love soaking in a hot bath and also the water was too soft. Felt like didn’t get the soap rinsed off when you were finished. Will definitely stay again!

We just stayed here it was very modern and clean. I read reviews before staying and the only one I can agree on are the walls are paper thin, you can hear everything above, below and beside you, especially when someone was walking however we didn’t need to make a noise complaint by 9 pm the noise tapered down. Our coffee maker was broken and was unable to havThe pool is really small and it was busy when we went, but all the same it was a clean area, we never got to use the hot tub area due to people lounging for the whole time we was there, wish people was more considerate of their usage, but that’s just about everywhere you go. We do plan to stay here again hopefully they won’t be as busy.

Wow. This place is really nice. Breakfast was definitely better than the run of the mill continental breakfast. Our room was HUGE! Decorated so nice too. Really cool walk in shower… Only thing I didn't like was the lack of a dim lamp or light by the bed. The lights above the bed are REALLY bright! But still, that didn't ruin my stay in the least. I will definitely stay here again if I have a chance! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We actually loved staying at the Berlin Grande for the last few years for a conference. We will not be back after this year. I checked in and was told by the manager Missy that she was having issues with their card reader and to check my card for a pending charge because when she entered it manually it was declined. There was nothing wrong with my card. I called and there was two charges for the full amount of my bill pending. When we checked out we were again told the card was declined and a manager would call us. Missy called me an hour later and demanded another form of payment or she would take legal action. I had my card company call her and explain the card was fine and they showed only the charges from Friday when she swiped my card. I asked her again if the card Info she manually entered was correct and gave her my card number. She replied it was correct. This goes on a full week and has me spending over 3 total hours on the phone with my card company to find out Missy did in fact enter my info wrong. She treated us like thieves and broke vagrants instead of admitting her error. Totally disgusted!

Berlin Grande Hotel was a wonderful place to stay! The staff was friendly, efficient and they went above and beyond their duties. Breakfast was delicious and they served delicious cookies at the front desk as they welcome you. Hotel was immaculate. Close to shopping and Amish restaurants.

Very nice hotel. Went with wife and kids, so we spent most of our time in the pool area. It is very nice, but a little bit small. There was only one table and a few chairs, so if anyone else is there you have no place to put your stuff. Other than that it is very nice. Enjoyed the hot tub as well. Breakfast was good. Bacon, eggs, potatoes, waffles as well as fruits, pastries and bagels. Overall we had a great time and I would recommend staying here.

I was here in December. They had blowers out clearing all the snow off the cars. The rooms are as nice as the website make them out to be. And the staff was very nice.

This hotel is perfect. Great location, friendly staff, extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. It snowed the first night we were there and an employee used the snow blower to clean off every single car! Can't say enough great things about this hotel!

Great! Room was spacious, comfortable & very clean. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed scrambled eggs, bacon, Belgium waffles, fresh fruit coffee & juice but there were a number of other choices. Staff was friendly & helpful. Would definitely go back & recommend to others.

Loved our stay at the Berlin Grande! Beds were very comfortable and were outfitted with linens that were soft, clean, and well fitting. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and coffee, coffee cups, ice bucket and cups, alarm clock, large flat screen tv. We had a large walk-shower that was wonderful to see, and plenty of towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo, a blow dryer, and even a dark make-up remover washcloth! There was not one thing that I could add to that room that would have made our stay last night any better, and this morning we were treated to a free Continental breakfast that was really good. The hotel is beautifully decorated, and I would recommend staying at the Berlin Grande to everyone. It's so nice to treat one's self from time to time, and we plan on doing it again!

Very nice place. Sissy and Stacy were just great at the desk. Sooo helpful and soo nice! That makes it a great stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. Good location also.

It is a clean, modern hotel with many amenities including indoor pool and exercise room. Breakfast is free and the offerings each day were really good. Parking is free and easy. Free cable TV was nice, too. No password for Wi-Fi, free access.

The hotel is beautiful, with great views of the surrounding countryside. If you're visiting the area, this is a solid choice if you're looking for a hotel. The rooms tend to book quickly, so you'll probably need to plan ahead.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Berlin Grande Hotel! The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the hotel is beautiful, there was a nice breakfast in the morning and they had coffee, cookies and fresh fruit available all day. We really enjoyed the hot tub. We loved it!

The rooms are excellent and very well maintained. The service has been caring and involved. We stayed for four nights and we were treated as special quests. Looks like there are many improvements coming. Extra rooms and extra services. Highly recommend Berlin Grande Hotel for a base in Amish country.

I'm traveling for work as usual. I stay in hotels all the time. I don't write reviews very often, but I need to say something… Very friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Everything is in order and they paid attention to the details. Great water pressure in the shower. I was able to wash my clothes in two brand-new washing machines simultaneously FREE! Incidently, I just stayed at a $135.00 Holiday inn Express and housekeeping only serviced my room two out of the four nights I stayed. This hotel has exceeded my expectations and "knocked it outta the park". I recommend it HIGHLY.

We had a wonderful over night stay the suite was perfect. The staff was very nice and accommodating they let us drop off all the luggage before checkin so we had plenty of room in the car for shopping bags.
The outdoor patio and lobby are well done and comfortable I can't say enough good things. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet and coffee station. We will be back.

Nice hotel. We were there for a marriage retreat with our church. Nice quite place for the most part. Breakfast options were good (especially the sweet rolls). A little noisy at times, but not too bad. Within a block, or so of downtown Berlin which is where everyone wants to be. Therefore, if you can get around without to much problem I suggest just walking into downtown.

The staff, the room, the pool, and the breakfast was all amazing! I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. My boyfriend and I stayed in the standard king and the room was very spacious and clean! Then the salt water pool and hot tub was very nice and relaxing. My boyfriend and I left here with absolutely no complaints. We will definitely be staying again.

The Berlin Grande was terrific. It sits on top of a hill so the view is nice. The rooms were beautiful. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly. I will stay there again.

Very clean pretty hotel. I really liked the kitchenette area with the seating-very cute. My only comment was the super loud shower! The tub was so loud when you walked in it, and I could hear the people upstairs with the same issue. Other than that no complaints.

Excellent rooms with free Wi-Fi, some of which are pet friendly for an additional fee. It has nice indoor pool and hottub. Free breakfast has many options to choose from. My only complaint is noise from rooms above when on staying on the first floor can be loud, at least it has been for me during this stay.

The rooms are nice and comfy with excellent views. The pool and hot tub are excellent and the complimentary breakfast buffet is excellent also. The staff are courteous and professional and the front desk lady named Toni is also very polite and professional.

I loved this hotel. Stayed New Years Eve and New Years Day. Their website does this hotel justice. Right on with the amenities and even extras. Had a room with a king bed very very comfy. Very clean room with a balcony overview of the country side. Beautiful site during the day looking over amish country, the farms and their houses, more beautiful at night with all the lights, could see the Christmas lights from afar. Front desk operations staff very friendly and helpful with anything that you needed. Manager was on site each morning during continental breakfast, talking with the guest, asking how are you, and how was your stay. Best continental breakfast ever had at any motel or hotel. Awesome to have coffee and cookies w/lemom water (which is the best) tea and fruit in the lobby area at all times. With it being new years eve all guest were having a wonderful time in their rooms and down in the pool area. They even let folks enjoy the fireplace and flatscreen TV's in the lobby and breakfast area, so many different things going on, people playing cards, doing table puzzles, playing board games, dominoes, reading, just really good quality time. Got to meet a lot of people from different places enjoying the Christmas and new years holiday. Lots of folks were enjoying the Ohio State Buckeye game against Alabama Crimson Tide, GO BUCKS! WON NOT DONE! Salt water pool and hot tub spa was great. Maid service excellent.

Although a bit pricy, the rooms are large and we'll furnished. Ours had a king size bed and was pretty comfy. Or room was probably the cleanest motel room I've ever stayed in. Super clean. Continental breakfast was good with a good selection. Manager came around at breakfast talking to people, asking how they were doing. I've never had that happen before.

We needed a place to stay on our way home from a meeting. This motel was great. Starbucks in the room, fresh baked cookies. Walk-in shower, saltwater pool. Staff and management take pride in their guest. Oh, did I mention the cinnamon rolls are amazing! We will definitely return.

I was disappointed by several things: On the website, it shows 2 robes in the room. I showed my wife this when I was booking, and she was looking forward to it, and didn't pack hers. The view was a joke. I could see the rooms on the other side of the courtyard, but I had to lean way out to see the countryside. And I have a fear of heights, so that wasn't comfortable for me, so I really didn't go out there, even though that was one of the reasons we stayed at this hotel. The noise. Wow. Was the hotel constructed with 'echo wood'? The weird thing was, when I heard the booming foot steps, there was no one in the hallway — it must have been the hallway upstairs! This alone will keep me from ever staying at this hotel again. The pictures on the website also show (under rooms and amenities) 2 love seats in front of a fireplace. I honestly thought that was a room photo, since this picture wasn't listed under lobby photos. I was looking forward to sitting there with my wife (we were there for our 22nd anniversary, by the way) and enjoying the fireplace. In reality, our room had a broken fireplace (only about 1/3 of it lit up, making it look pathetic, I turned it off and left it off) which was about 15 feet away from the couch. So even if it was working what was I going to do, pull up a couple of stools from the kitchenette? Poor layout.

We loved this hotel! It is very kid friendly. Hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby. Salt water pool with hot pool. All rooms have a balcony except the first floor that has patios. This was great because we parked 4 meters from the patio door and carried the luggage in easily and quickly. Good kitchenette. Flushing the toilet does not wake the whole room at night. The best breakfast we had outside of Embassy Suites. We would stay here again.

Great rooms. Excellent breakfast provided even on Sunday morning continental. Numerous amenities. Always fresh coffee, tea, and fruit in the lobby.
