Filthy, filthy, filthy! The manager is a joke! This is the absolute worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed at. Save your money and stay somewhere else. Definitely not following covid cleaning guidelines. Disgusting 🤢

Nice hotel in great location. Friendly efficient staff and great spaces for meetings and events.

Dirty…not Covid safe…and literally lied to by manager that room had been cleaned…but low and behold…it had never been touched! I’ve stayed at many hotels during Covid and most have been pristine…but that was not the case here!

The hotel threw away (while in the pool) my wallet, ID, credit card and car keys or so they said they threw it away I believe they stole it because the wallet was very nice, leaving my husband and I stranded for two days. They would not let us look through the garbage to get them. I now have to buy an $800 car key replacement and ID. We then had to walk everywhere until we could get a spare key, I could not buy alcohol anywhere because my ID was gone. My wallet was coach and expensive. And our credit card was how we were paying for everything all weekend so we had to find other ways to pay for our food, etc. The AC in the room also did not work and the walls were so thin we heard everything our neighbors were saying.

We had a good time! Spent the weekend. Everything you need is walking distance. Bartenders and staff are very friendly.

Room was dirty and so was pool area. Pool was not stocked for guests, had to use towels from room.
Amenities are a joke for what they boast.
Cafe is incredibly over priced with limited selections. Which is funny because it's the only option since you can see all the vending machines from the floors have been removed.
They say free breakfast but you wait in a line to pay for over priced fast food that takes a while to make while your poorly made Starbucks gets cold.
The people working seemed to bothered to really help guests.
All in all very bad experience and I would suggest it to noone.

This hotel gets a 2. Only because of the location. This Hilton does not operate like a 4 star. They also like to delete poor ratings.

I like that it's very convenient to take your pet. I have a few concerns but my main issue is why does this place not have microwaves in the room? Even Motel 6 has microwaves. They'll Heat your food in the Cafe but not with care. They put it in and turn their backs. My food was nearly inedible it was nuked so much.

Was looking forward to getting out of the house and staying 10 min away to watch movies, relax and order room service. I double checked the website that these services were offered. I check in and they tell me there’s no room service bc of covid. Ummm why?! You can’t leave it at the door like Postmates etc has been doing forever? At least update your website.

I remember reading good reviews, but I do not think they do justice to this amazing spot. Need a car? Absolutely not, walking distance to to great places, dinner, mall, cafe’s etc. Plus the pool is like something out of a movie! Diamond status or not, this has got to be my new favorite Hilton! It will be a sad moment to leave this place on Sunday!

Room was smaller than expected and we had called room service twice with a request for something we had forgotten to pack; were assured it was coming but and it never came… then the jacuzzi was cold. For as much as this hotel chain charges… this was ridiculous.

The hotel was very nice. We took our kids swimming though and there was so much chlorine in the pool that it stripped the color out of our bathing suits, changed the texture of my 6 year olds hair to the point of having to go to a salon to have it deep conditioned and gave all 3 kids swollen eyes the next day. They gave us some money off the room but swimmers beware. The money off the room doesnt cover the loss of bathing suits or salon fees. (in the pics the boys rashgaurd sleeves were the same pink as the shorts and the girls suit was the fuchsia-the same as the liner)

From the moment I arrived it was an experience. The design is beautiful and rooms were bright and clean. However, the staff is what would bring me back over and over. Friendly and helpful are understatements. Every single team member I encountered ensured I was okay or if I needed anything during my stay. And when I did need assistance, with a smile and taken care of within moments. I applaud the management for creating this atmosphere and the employees for carrying it through their day. Thank you.

Was there for a two day work conference. Very busy but yet all workers kept a very big friendly smile and very welcoming attitude. Beautiful clean place!

I really like this Hilton location. It is in a great area of Columbus and plenty of free parking. The beds are very comfortable, and the entire facility is clean and inviting. The price is fair for the area and the amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

I am a frequent business traveler and his location gets 5 stars for room cleanliness, customer service, and location. Hotel is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and activity. Located right off the highway and easy accessibility to the airport. Highly recommend for business or personal travel.

Stayed in this Hilton for a few days last month. I was pleasantly surprised how nice the hotel was. There is a full restaurant and snack bar. For adults there is a full sized bar with top of the line spirits. The rooms are nicely sized and comfortable. There is a large gathering area in the middle and it is close to a lot of shopping.

Beautiful hotel. Very friendly staff. A little pricy. Rooms are very nice an spacious. Only complaint was the pillows. They're just too soft and compress too much for my liking. However they may of had stiffer ones I didn't check. But all in all a good experience.

I have been to this Hotel on many business trips. It is located in a huge outdoor shopping area called Easton. The hotel has a colonial Georgian architecture design to the outside. They have recently remodeled the lobby and restaurant area. The remodel is very open and metropolitan. The staff is top notch and if something is wrong they will take care of it. When I'm in the Columbus area I prefer to stay here. Everything you need is right nearby.

Went here on a business trip for a conference. The hotel is beautiful. Very modern chic. The staff is exceptional. The rooms are very clean, however the hallway to my room was littered with glasses and silverware. The workout room is sufficient to get your exercise in before your meetings. The pool is good for relaxing or some laps. It does get crowded in the afternoon. The location is great to walk to Easton shopping village after a long day of meetings.

As usual, this was a fantastic stay at the Hilton Columbus at Easton. I stayed as an overnight guest for a professional conference. Rooms are very clean and recently renovated with large TVs and other amenities. Hotel is located in easy walking distance to Columbus' premier shopping area, many restaurants and entertainment. Love staying at this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Great room. Very nice amenities and a great lobby bar. Right at the end of Easton means we never got in our truck all weekend. Only complaint, we have kids and wouldn't have gone there if they didn't have an indoor for Thanksgiving Weekend… The first night the hot tub jet weren't working and pool water was cold. Second night the hot tub water was murky and the pool was too cold to enjoy. I emailed them and never heard back after 5 months.

The hotel was clean, very comply bed. Only reasons I did. It give it a 5 star was… I had to wait several minutes to get a physical room key, since we only got a digital key, but needed a real key for spouse and kids. There was only 1 person behind the counter working with a customer on an issue for a long time. Secondly requested extra pillows for the roll out bed 3x over a 2 hour period before they finally brought them to room. When he arrived I asked where the thermostat was to adjust temperature of the very warm room… his English was not good… he had no idea what I said, but said he would find out and come back (he didn't) but I moved a lamp and found the thermostat myself…

This is a nicely maintained and well located hotel on the edge of Easton Town Square. Staff is friendly and helpful and the hotel has nice amenities. This is not the cheapest hotel but it may be worth the money.

The hotel lobby area is beautiful; however, the rooms are not nearly as nice. Our bathroom was covered in hair, on the walls and ceiling. The shower had something orange-reddish colored on the grout in several spots. I was very disappointed in our stay given the price and rating of the hotel. I have stayed in 3-star hotels that were much nicer and definitely cleaner. After we checked in, we tried to cancel to go to another hotel and they said they would still have to bill us because we did not cancel 48 hours in advance. I will not return!

The Hilton was nice and the room was clean. However, there was only 2 towels in the bathroom which is only enough for 1 person in my opinion. They stuck us in a corner of the Hotel and it was a pretty long walk to get to the main exit. We were told when we checked in that the parking and breakfast were "on the house". When we went to breakfast the next morning we just served ourselves because it was a buffet and there was no host to be seen. When my fiance went back up to get more coffee a very rude staff member scolded him for serving himself and then brought us a check for the buffet. The cashier/bartender was also rude when we decided that we want to not put it on our room but pay for it there since we were already really mad with how poorly we were being treated and the attitude and judgment we were receiving. We just wanted to check out and go home. While the room was nice and so was the king size bed the poor service and handling of miscommunication from one of their own team member shouldn't be taken out on the customer. I doubt we will pay this much again for a night in a hotel to be treated this way.

I have stayed at this Hilton many times over the years. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Food excellent. But no longer. The rooms are dirty. The beds are uncomfortable. The food is bad, very limited choices. I was also surprised that the Kitchen staff and room service staff that we experienced could not speak English very well. Our room service order was not prepared correctly. And the cashier in the Kitchen could not understand “lime” — we had to show her a picture. So disappointed, it used to be our favorite place to stay. The turning point seemed to be the renovations, it has just gone downhill. One bright moment was the gentleman that helped us with our luggage, he was friendly and helpful.

This was my first stay at the Hilton in Easton. It's prime location made it our number one choice. Shopping centers and restaurants are in walking distance, and it's very convenient. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff was very helpful and friendly all around. The beds were also extremely comfortable, which was helpful in helping us get a good night's rest. We would definitely stay here again.

I have always loved the Hilton at Easton. Location is amazing and the staff is always great. Now that the renovations are completed the facility looks better than ever. I try to stay here anytime I am in the area overnight. I would recommend this as a great group retreat hotel as there are plenty of great restaurants nearby as well as nice bars. The hotel is within walking distance of any of it.

The positive, close to Easton Center. Negatives… the hotel restaurant is not what I would expect for a Hilton. I realize there are a ton of restaurants close by, but when traveling with children that's not always an option. The rooms are nice, but the bathroom was very dirty. Hair spray still all over the glass shelves. A lot of dirt in between the glass shower doors. Only 2 towels for 4 people. For the price I expected a lot more. Not a 4 star hotel!

I love this hotel! Great staff, great rooms, beautiful decor, and well appointed furnishings. If you forget something, please ask, they'll have it. If you need space to conduct business, they have plenty of conference rooms and three computers in the lobby. Breakfast is good with lots of healthy options. The bartenders are professional and knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable.

First I just want to mention my HUGE disappointment in the Jacuzzi being broken during our stay. It was one of the huge reasons we booked this hotel. After long days of hiking and sight seeing in the 9 degree weather I was really looking forward to the hot Jacuzzi for the aches, when we got in it was cold. Other than this disappointment everything else here was amazing. Perfect location and excellent clean room. Staff were excellent and the breakfast was perfect.

Ryan at the bar was Fantastic! Apparently hes a food and beverage supervisor and not the actual bartender. On a personal note I feel that a supervisor should not have to cover for their bartenders. I'm a bartender myself and I would never let any manager or supervisor behind my bar. They should take ownership. But Ryan was fantastic and allowed some restaurant people to be able to have a drink after work and he welcomed us with open arms. His drinks were on point And his conversations were great. So thank you Ryan for giving us a good Christmas Eve.

Attended a wedding reception. Hotel staff was kind, and always available. Food was delicious. Coffee was not good but I don't have high expectations for hotels generally. Would love to visit again.

Most gorgeous hotel I've ever been in. Very comfortable room with luxurious robes. Light up magnification mirror in the bathroom. Lovely view of Easton all lit up for Christmas. Executive floor guests get the weekend breakfast buffet included.

Stayed at the hotel while attending a conference. My room was not available so I was upgraded for no charge. Very nice room and amenities. Hotel was renovated recently and it's very nice! The bed could be more comfortable though for sure.

Remodel is lovely but there is no sports bar anymore. We used to love going in there, socialize, shoot pool. The bar is in the middle of the hotel lobby, all white marble, bright lights. Feels more like a fancy hospital waiting room. Menu changed, also. No sliders, no fries?!? Very sad.

Hotel is really nice and rooms are big. But the room I got was not prepared properly for the next guest. Some of the furniture was damaged. Planning to stay away from this Hilton next time. Service is ok, have had much better experiences at other Hilton locations.

It's a gorgeous hotel, but some things just don't work as well as you'd hope for something so grandiose. A/C absolutely couldn't get the room below 68, which is really, really annoying. The phone didn't work, had to call the front desk from my cell phone. Staff were fine, but not nearly as friendly as you'd hope. Oh well…

The Hilton at Easton is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The staff is amazing and polite. The pool was very nice and warm and the hot tub felt wonderful. I would absolutely stay at the Hilton at Easton anytime and I would recommend it to everyone.

Fairly standard Hilton. The bed was comfortable, the pillows bad, the water pressure was good. I will say that I liked the size of the bathroom, not that I spent that much time in there. The food was decent, the staff friendly and the location was good for me as I wanted to be close to the airport.

I have attended multiple events at the Hilton Easton for professional socities. Food is always great and staff is always professional. I highly recommend this location for meetings. It is a perfect mix of space for meetings and location for those attending.

Room was nicely finished and well kept. The hallways were well lit and similarly well maintained. The lobby and breakfast area were very nicely furnished and also well maintained.

Very nice facility. Friendly staff. We were there for a wedding. Everything for my brother's and his bride's special evening was perfect. Disappointed that the hot tub jets weren't working. Everything in the café was way overpriced. $4 for a bottle of soda that is less than $2 anywhere else? And $18 for a breakfast buffet that was just a little more than a continental breakfast was too much. Our room was very nice, though. Clean and comfortable.

Definitely the epitome of what you think of when you hear the brand "Hilton. " Posh, spacious rooms. Large indoor pool and whirlpool tub. Lobby area becomes a bar area. Elevators are at either end with rooms down the hall in the middle. Very easy to walk to the upscale mall across the street which sometimes makes parking a bit difficult. No tubs in queen suite rooms even though it offered that as an option. Expensive bar and restaurant.

Hotel was nice, but I didn't like that I was roomed next to a conjoined room with a loud family, didn't get any sleep. Checked in around 430pm even then I didn't get to relax. I paid a lot of money to stay in my own town just to feel like I'm kinda getting away. Will not stay here again.

The hotel itself is very nice and the staff are even nicer. The location is great with lots of shops within walking distance in case you forgot to pack something like I did. Really I wanted to give a 4.5 stars because my minor complaints are that the hotel uses feather pillows which I personally do not find comfortable in the least despite having four at my disposal. Also there is a coffee maker in the rooms, it's just hidden in the dresser. I did not realize this until I was leaving. Small complaints aside, I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

Came here for their buffet. They have a really nice breakfast buffet. The price is a bit high but it is well worth it ($16). They have plenty of options and the service is attentive and friendly. The hotel has nice parking too. I highly recommend the buffet.

My wife and I had a one night "staycation" at Easton while her sister stayed with our 5 year old. At check in the gentleman noticed it was our anniversary and upgraded is to a junior suite at no additional cost. After dinner we came back to our room to get ready for our evening out and there was a plate of chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us. How nice! We will definitely be coming back when we need a quick night away.

Good but holy shizze you need to up your Wi-Fi game. It was nearly unusable in our room.

The rooms were recently renovated and very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautifully situated next to an entertainment district. Will definitely stay here when business brings me to Columbus again.

They offered a great vegetarian option. Not sure if it were because of the restraints of the event time, but the waitstaff rushed people through their meal, shoving main course plates in front of people still reading their salads.

I went for the Friday seafood buffet in the dining room. The food was good and the service was ok. Overall a good experience but was a little pricey for me, I'd go back but only for special occasions.

Outstanding room and front desk staff. The surrounding area is loaded with great places to eat and shop. The "town square" area is very well done and brightly lit at night with decorative lights.

Had a recently remodeled room, absolutely gorgeous. Was comfortable, beautiful area, right next door to the beautiful Easton area with all the restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly and efficient.

I did not actually stay at the Hilton Columbus at Easton. I was there for a photo shoot. However the rooms and lobby were beautiful. And the service was great. All of the employees were very friendly.

I stayed 3 nights for a conference. The rooms are beautiful and clean. I loved the simplicity of two free waters in the refrigerator every day. The food was wonderful! During our conference, we had several "break out" assignments and the multi-living room setup in the lobby foyer area was perfect. We were able to break in to multiple groups, do our work, then return to our conference room with our results. The Friday night surf and turf and sushi was fantastic and I was sure to enjoy far more than my $39.00 worth. The personnel were always attentive, acknowledging everyone as they passed by. Overall, a fantastic location (many local walk-to attractions/restaurants/shopping). I'd go here again ANY time.

Attended a conference here — very professional yet comfortable. Food was good, and the rooms were kept up and very clean.

The hotel is nice but far overpriced in my opinion. The bedrooms and bathroom or typical Hilton quality, which is above average. Parking is difficult — there is parking around the hotel but few by the front, meaning it will be a hike from the car to the front desk. The front desk staff was rather unfriendly. When I asked them about unknown charges on my receipt from the hotel bar, they did not help in trying to resolve the charges and did not offer any consolations. I do not recommend this hotel.

This place SUCKS! I am staying here because I am here for job training, and let me tell you. I have stayed in WAY better places that are cheaper. The rooms are OK I guess. I got a standard king room, the bed is comfortable, but that's is about the only good thing I can say. YOU DON"T EVEN GET FREE Wi-Fi! You have to pay $10 a day for it even though it says it free if you are here on business, which I am, but they are making me pay for it, and on tiop of that it sucks, its kinda slow and limited. The pool area is also very nice, but if you are going to spend the money on getting a nice hotel in Easton Columbus stay at the Merriot. I give that hotel 5 stars.

I stay at this Hilton several times a month and the level of service and attention you get is second to none. The concierge (Molly) is absolutely the best and her attention to detail and thoughtfulness is simply amazing. The room service is decent, the toiletries they leave cover all bases and the irons are good (not just the cheapest iron possible). I've stayed many nights here and will stay many more.

We stayed at The Hilton Easton the weekend of November 20-22. From the very first moment, everything was wonderful. I was greeted at the door by Richard, who promptly took my bags from me. Check in was extremely fast and friendly. The room was beautiful, and the extras I had requested online were waiting as promised. The bottles of Coke were even in ice. The view was amazing. We had a few more encounters with Richard-all of them great. He was extremely helpful and friendly each time. This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel, and there is so much to do within walking distance. The bed was extra comfy, the towels were great, and the bath was nice and hot. The toilet was flushing a little slowly, so I called guest service, and someone was there to fix it in 5 minutes. This was a great stay, and we hated to leave on Sunday. I highly reccomend this hotel, and we will definitely stay there again. Not a single complaint.
