Great staff, delicious breakfast, drinks and cookies, great for families!

Jesse provided us with such poor service. The shower in my room did not work and he told me he couldn’t repair it and that I should stay at another hotel. He was not kind and did not provide quality service. I’ve received better service at McDonalds.
The garbage cans in the lobby were overflowing with trash and his response was “ it’s not my job to take out the garbage I’m the manager”. He clearly was never trained to be a manager and does not posses the skills to do so. He acted as if it was his hotel and that he was a sheriff with a badge. I attempted to contact Hampton Inn customer service for a resolution but had not such luck because every call is transferred to reservations.

Stay at this hotel often when away in business. Newly renovated — the rooms are gorgeous. Staff is always friendly. I will always chose this hotel over any other in the area.

Nice rooms, really nice breakfast, generally a pleasant stay. Only 4 stars because the cleaning person pounded on my door at 10:30AM demanding it was time to check out. I was in the shower and checkout was clearly listed as 11AM on the back of the door. It made for an unnecessarily stressful morning.

Wonderful area near local shops and restaurants. The staff is kind and welcoming and the beds are fantastic. Will be back when I fly in for business in Columbus.

They don't take make/model of car or license info upon check in. May seem like no big deal until someone's car alarm goes off at 3 am right outside your window, and the hotel has no way to locate the owner. The alarm continued to go off for the remainder of the night and even still as we were checking out at 9:30 AM. Unsurprisingly, we never got back to sleep that night. Otherwise, very hard mattress and overly soft pillows (may as well not have them). However, sidewall/between-room soundproofing seemed fine and the rooms were nice and clean as one can expect from Hampton.

Great area, lots of restaurants, shopping and easy access to key freeways. Rooms are nice, cleaning staff is prompt, stayed 6 nights and had no issues.

Location was great as it was close to the mall and within 20 minutes to COSI. Our room and the hotel was clean. The hot tub was not working when we were there, but they were having an issue with it. Our only issue is that our room was not cleaned and the reason was given that we had a do not disturb sign on the door. This was not true as we were not there all day and made sure we did not have it on there when we left. They did bring up clean towels and empty our trash. Upon check out the front desk person gave me some treats for the kids too as we were talking about the issue. Overall I would stay there again.

What a great place! Stayed with my 2 daughters and 2 granddaughters age 1 and 12. Plenty of room for everyone in our King suite. Front desk staff were warm and friendly upon arrival. Matter of fact, all the staff was warm and friendly. Only problem was breakfast, they were very busy and ran out of sausage patties and orange juice. Probably didn't estimate the amount of people for breakfast.
Well also be leaving a positive review on trip advisor.

Great experience with a good pool and amazing breakfast! I feel like they really hang their hat on the breakfast lounge and what they serve. It was perfect for my wife, two daughters, and I.

I had booked through the hhonors app and used points and cash. The two beds I initially booked were changed and my mom and I had to share a king bed. Excellent service.

Excellent service & friendly staff! Especially Ms. Patricia, I think that was her name, she was very helpful during early breakfast & was even working that night! She made sure I received a wakeup call at 4am so I didn't miss my flight! We had a great weekend as my family gathered for a graduation & enjoyed using the lobby area to visit & play games!

It was a simple hotel to live in. I loved the complementary drinks and cookeys provided. Their breakfasts are also pretty good.

I would like to thank you guys for making it available for my children in K-12 to be able to take their State Testing at your facility.

Rooms where clean, continental breakfast every morning, front desk was super helpful.

Worst Hampton I've stayed at! Pool was disgusting, whirlpool looked more like a cesspool and didn't work. Woman working front desk last night was very vocal about not liking that she had to upgrade a guest (while other guests heard). Two stars was for cleanliness of room and food out for guests.

Second time at this location, always clean, friendly. Had TV issue today resolved with in 30 minutes I thought after it was replaced but the cable/ network service was very poor, could noy even watch the NCAA Basketball Championship Game on April 2nd. The Free Breakfast items are fair. Wish there were more options, but understand it's free for a large hotel daily. Please improve you cable or provide smart TVs for casting. Thank you!

TV didn't work pool was Green and so was the hot tub nothing for kids to do. Beds where nice breakfast was very good.

It's a Hampton. It's near good food. The staff is friendly. Stay. It's good.

Impeccably clean and close to EVERYTHING. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We choose this Hampton Inn because a great location for visiting family and access to shopping and restaurants. However, being a traveler to several Hilton properties, the critical thing I would say is the small 32 inch TV. I am at a Hampton Inn as I type this and there are 43 inch TV's at the Hampton inn & suites in Okemos, Michigan. Upgrade the TV's in the rooms. The staff is extremely wonderful and always accommodating. From the front desk to the breakfast hospitality folks in the morning! Great place to stay!

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was decent. The only only big flaw was there was no fridge.

The rooms are nicely decorated and well kept, the bathroom is spacious and has ample storage, and the staff is amazing. There are tons of outlets in the room and even some direct USB charging ports next to the bed (which is super comfortable). Only complaint is the pillows but I've been using a memory foam pillow at home so I'm a little biased. 5/5 Would recommend.

My daughter had a sleepover birthday party there with friends. She enjoyed the swimming pool and breakfast in the morning. Her room was really nice.

Room was decent sized and reasonably rated, breakfast was amazing, the pool and hot tub though were ehhhh… Small and green. Other than that, loved it.

Predictable breakfasts get tiring for long-term travelers, but it's clean and reliable. Very nice exercise facility, good location, and generally affordable prices. Staff can be a mixed bag, but overall positive experience.

It is NOT safe to stay at this Hampton Inn Easton. I had a business meeting and my car was vandalized and personal property stolen. This happened at 4pm in daylight in a parking spot a few feet from the entrance. They have no surveillance cameras and an employee told me my car was the fourth robbery incident in the past two weeks. The policeman informed me drug deals happen in the Wal-Mart parking lot next to this Hampton Inn location.

Stayed here for three weeks and the staff always made us feel welcome. Loved our bed btw.

Very good location near the hwy and at Easton. Room was spacious, clean and large. Includes breakfast was very good and lobby/dining area was very nice.

The hotel is very functional. The check-in and check-out processes are efficient. The rooms are mid sized and have what you need. All have been clean. The breakfast is basic yet works. Stay away from the room that backs up to the elevators as it is noisy at night.

Very good hotel for a long stay, I came here on business so I don't know much about the price but the accommodations are really good and the staff is very helpful and kind.

The staff was warm and welcoming. We spent the night for our anniversary. Many of the staff members wished us a happy anniversary. The room was clean and had great amenities.

The location is great if you want to be close to shopping and restaurants. It would be a great place to stay and go Christmas shopping. The pool was very nice.

To begin with, the reservations were incorrect. When we got to the hotel, they put us in a room with two double beds and someone king size bed like requested. The room was dark, dreary, gloomy and reminded me of the movie called Vacancy. For $250 a night, I think the room could've been a little bit brighter with a little more personality. The staff was very nice. So this rating has no reflection upon the staff themselves. Reservations also told us there was a restaurant in the property. There was not. Also told we had a suite with a division between bedding area and sitting area. Nope! Just one giant room. This is a very important situation when I'm traveling with a one year old baby. I will never stay at any Hilton property again! I will choose to make my reservations with choice hotel properties!

Seriously amazing! Our room was clean, spacious and practical. Every person we encountered was SO polite. They have coffee out all day and they even had complimentary fruit infused water and cookies. Breakfast was awesome. We enjoyed the American girl package with special goodies for our doll and access to watch AG movies. I think we may have just become Hampton Inn people. :)

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. The staff was overly accommodating for us as I had flowers delivery prior to our arrival. They had them in our room waiting on us. The home was spotless. We stayed in a king suite that was beautiful. Much more than expected, and the staff truly went above and beyond. Thank you so much for a great time!

I thought this was a new hotel. I was wrong. I called about Internet access, they front desk transfered me to a voice mail. I never heard back from anyone. The soap shelf was not cleaned, nor was the pubic hair in the tub. Maybe two stars was too high? Very disappointing stay. Good luck if you choose to go.

Receptionist was extremely friendly. Our room was ready, and looked great at check in. Water is very hot so be careful, be sure to turn the cold spigot too! Breakfast left diverging to be desired but free is free. There weren't enough tables in the dining area, mostly because some guests like to take up a four person take just for themselves. Check out took longer, only one person working the desk in the morning. More help during the busy time would make for quicker check out!

Stayed there overnight as a birthday getaway for the kids and to take my daughter to American Girl store. The stay had an AG package so her doll had its own bed. Hotel was clean and a nice included continental breakfast. I would stay again.

The front desk staff members were very friendly and the rooms seemed clean, but there was a strong smell of smoke in the hallway.

Uncomfortable bed, very noisy rooms. All outdoor noises can be heard in room. Most people working there are very nice but there a couple of workers who are nasty people. I will be staying at different hotel on my next trip to Columbus.

We had a large room with a king sized bed! The breakfast with room was very good! It had just about anything you would want for breakfast. Hotel is right across road from the Easton Town Center.

I do not recommend staying here. Our room had no heat (10 degrees out) bathroom light did not work. Tried to call front desk and no answer. Went down and no one in sight at desk. The Breakfast may have been the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had. Turkey sausage. Who offers that without offering real sausage? the potatoes were wet and cold. Almost frozen. The orange and apple juice was just water and the fruit was just plain nasty. I think the apples were from a month or so ago.
