Hotel

The hotel is nice. Quiet room and everything was fine. The only problem was that there are no cameras on the building and the first night my company stayed there our trailer was broken into and two very expensive generators were stolen.

Sink stopped up, I had to go down and get my own pots and pans and dishes from lobby. Even though they have a brocher in the room that, tells ya just call front desk and theyll bring them up too ya room. Like other hotel kitchen suites, give ya roll of paper towels. This place doesn't the internet is awfully slow, and often times the wireless signal isnt even present. All and All this place sucks. No lobby, or dinning area.

Even though we were in a non smoking room the room smelled like smoke. In fact the hallways smelled like smoke too. The place doesn't look that old from the outside, but it felt like we went back in time. Floors were sticky and sheets were wrinkled giving the impression that they were not replaced.

Clean quiet place for the night. No complaints. Mini muffins and coffee on the way out in the morning.

Yesterday my co worker and I checked into the hotel located in Columbus Indiana Easton. When checking in we where happy until we each got to our rooms. The rooms are outdated and as I walked into my room I can hear my neighbors dogs. Every time I make a noise you can hear the dogs bark. The hallway to my room smells awful. The bed is hard as a rock. My chair in my room is broken and does not recline. I realize that my windows to my room has broken locks and I call the front desk and they say "sometimes they are just like that". At 7am the mowing crew was mowing around the hotel. When this morning to go to the conference I opened my door and the door handy literally broke and hung there, so I went to the front desk and told the front desk lady and all she says to me is "yea it happens sometimes. " Our grab and go breakfast is a granola bar and coffee. I killed 4 ants in the bathroom as I got ready this morning. Just expected more! I work for a non profit and I am sad our funding went to pay for this room. I would have moved to a different hotel if they where not all full. I will be glad to leave tomorrow morning.

Great peaceful place. Very helpful at front desk. They provided me with full blown service. I recommend a stay here any day of the month.

On both beds the sheets were not changed and I'm not talking one night, I could see by how dingy the one was it had been multiple nights and on the other bed when I pulled back the covers there was a plastic bag and what appeared to be grass in the bed, I went to the front desk and complained, the young lady gave me sheets to replace the dirty ones and while changing the sheets I noticed multiple of what appeared to be blood stains and yellow stains, so I used towels to provide an extra layer between us and the mattress. We were suppose to stay to nights, but needless to say we did not.

Great bargain. I only stayed one night, but I would definitely recommend it for longer term visits. Very clean and updated.

Staff members are great but don't expect rooms to be cleaned everyday.

Good extended stay hotel, great location, easton is a well developed area. Many restaurants, gas stations and big box stores all within walking distance. As for the hotel itself, decent Wi-Fi, coffee, cell signal. No complaints, for the right price is worth it.

I could have stayed at a clean hotel for the same price. The promised free breakfast was coffee and instant oatmeal. At least I gad a refrigerator in the room so I could bring my own food.

It us truly a get what you pay for establishment. The breakfast was a joke. Oatmeal packets with granola bars. Hit coffee and tea was available. Basically on the go breakfast. The rooms were mediocre. Like I said you get what you pay for. There were no plates, cups, pots and pans or eating utensils available. I would have to call down to have them delivered.

Basic businness hotel, convenient, clean, well run, very quiet, all services, full kitchen. Perfect for a businness trip, close to to the Hilton and Marriott.

I absolutely love this hotel! It’s amazing. The staff is great and the bending accept cards. One thing I truly like is that there is a Walmart across the street and that the Easton is also a stone throw away! Please visit this location ❤️

My room was clean and smelled fine. I'm pretty picky about upkeep of my home so I notice when things are not quite right. This place is very nice! The staff has been friendly and extremely helpful. Granted, the TV is a bit small and the Wi-Fi is woefully slow but I can accept that. I've really had no complaints and any small issues I've had were quickly rectified by the staff.

A young manager got into argument with my party. When asked the manager about booking a combined room, that was quoted over the phone during making the reservation, the manager became irate and angry, the manager started jerking papers around and jerking credit card out of the payee hand. When my party as the customers, explained that we were quoted combined rooms, the manager argued with us for about 10 mins. Very poor management and bad quoted reservation. This manager at night just wanted to argue and did not make any accommodations for the customer at all. Bad representatives for outside people traveling through to see the great state of Ohio. We were traveling from north Dakota, long drive and unfortunate to be greeted like that in Ohio.

Had family in town that stayed here. The whole hotel smelled… gross. The room they had was not in good shape; bed looked worn into the ground, the tiny kitchen was exceedingly dated and the room had a horrid smell that they couldn't get rid of even with open windows. It was just a weird hotel among all the other nice places to stay around Easton. Not the worst I've seen but I would not recommend it. Spend a bit more and stay somewhere else.

I had family stay here overnight while visiting Columbus, and I can honestly say that this is one of the most disgusting hotel rooms I have ever seen. The mattress sagged like it was 20 years old, the bedding was yellowed with age, and there were ants in the room. Everything is incredibly dated. There were shady looking people hanging around outside after 10pm, the elevator looks like a good place to be mugged, and it was noisier than a college campus on a Friday night. The worst part was the smell. I cannot possibly describe the disgusting stench that permeated the hallways, but the room reeked like a dumpster, and even having the windows did nothing to help. Sure, it's a little cheaper than some of the other places nearby, but it also leaves you feeling like you need a shower after you leave. Gross.

At $111+ a night, it was, I felt, a little overpriced, but given the area of which it is located, and the amenities were fairly nice, clean and up to date, overall a good overnight experience.

Location is great. The beds are hard and awfully small. We've stayed with extended stays in other cities and this one is by the worst. No silverware, plates or anything. The "breakfast" is packaged muffins, not hot coffee or breakfast bar…

The rooms are great, nice and clean. It is a good place to stay for the night or even a week or more. They have a stove top burners for cooking. They also have a full size fridge. Some of the other extended stays have a full stove with an oven. They also have pots and pans, silverware and pretty much any cooking supplies you need. They have free grab-and-go breakfast in the mornings. The staff and managers are amazing especially the regional manager.

I've only been here for the night so far, I have noticed the laundry room slash vending machine room smells like a toilet the rooms were not cleaned well there was fingernails I mean press-ons fingernails under my bed and right at the edge of my bed other than that the room was pretty clean it is nice having a kitchen area with a full size refrigerator and actual burners to cook on as far as having to ask the front desk for kitchen utensils and dishes it only takes a lazy person to complain about that room service is once a week but I rather clean my own room I know it gets done right it is located in a great area because of all the surrounding shops and restaurants… overall I say for the pay the room is worth it although I would like a replacement of the TV I hate that it's lower than the bed…

Good staff, they always happy to help. They don't have office room where you can take a print or do some your work. Very slow internet speed but you can upgrade by paying something $27 for a month or $7-$10 for a week. Over all nice experience.

Very clean room, good temperature, nice bed, and overall nice room.

Free breakfast advertised: what I received was a bottle of water, coffee and granola bar. Not one single ice machine on the premesis. Ive never been to a hotel without an ice machine, it's "standard fare" like I assume the room comes with a bed and a bathroom. Very disappointed, never again.

Clean rooms, decent location.

It's not bad: 3.5 stars. It has a good bar, and all the expected accoutrements. However, the W Hotels in OH are better; they're also more geographically appropriate. In San Francisco's Financial District, I'd rather stay at the Saint Regis around the corner, or maybe the Omni. It's better than the Extended Stay America — Columbus — Easton in Columbus.

I only stayed one day but I stayed at a few I like the place everyone is nice.

Horrible! Stayed here because we needed three rooms and it was the cheapest option. Come to find out it was also the worst option. Two rooms were dirty. Their "breakfast" was a sad joke. Waited to check in over 45 minutes. We were overcharged AFTER we left and paid, which I had to call about repeatedly for them to fix their mistake. Stay somewhere else, anywhere else!

The night that we had a late check in we waited 45 mins and the night auditor didn't even apologize or even seem sympathetic at all to that fact. When we finally got to our room, whomever had attempted to clean the room, forgot to sweep up the sweepings from the room. It was waiting for us right at the door when we walked in. This hotel is a joke and we will not be returning.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean. I asked to see the room before I accepted and it was great! It was cheaper than the others. Bigger and Better than the motel 6. This will be our normal get away now.

The water tasted awful which made the coffee taste awful. I had to switch rooms as the first one I was in smelled terrible. The whole stay of 3 nights was not the best.

Bed bugs. Careful check Ur room.

Pubic hair in the sheets, replacement sheets had hair and makeup on them. At least we were brought new blankets still in the bags to sleep on, and had our own pillows. Found yellow stains on the mattress cover when we stripped the sheets off the bed. Went to check the bathroom, and found yellow stains on the rim of the toilet. To top it off, very suspicious white stains on the desk chair that sits next to the bed. If the other hotels in the area where not full, I would have grabbed up my 12 year old daughter and left.

I think it should be much better. I asked for non smoking well my smelled like smoking plus there there was cigarette burns on counters. If u plan on a shower make sure u can handle cold water because that's what I got. Oh internet is extra and its dial up speed but for a few more bucks u get high speed. Lots of room for improvement.

I stayed at extended stay, easton for one and half month. This is the bad experience I ever had. At the time of my stay I moved two rooms but both of these rooms need to be fixed the bathrooms door was to be fixed for one room complained about it but no action was took. And the second was having poor shower, and a leak in fridge. Water was leaking from it all the way. It wasn't safe some or the other was knocking the door. Staff was helpful but don't expect that your call will be answered at the needy time many a times there was only a notice left on the table with "WILL RETURN SHORTLY". And the worst thing is the manager Uhhh such a careless response better to change the management else at least suggest her to take some classes how to receive the customers. The only benefit of the hotel is its location very close to walmart, sams and easton mall a part from that there is no better reason for you to stay in this hotel. Got to know that there are many better hotels at even less price.
