The location was a great choice. Only a few miles from the downtown event we were attending. The front desk staff set the tone for all interaction with staff. As all were very professional, and always greeted us with smiles. The suite was clean and spacious. They have the best pillows. We attended both complimentary happy hour and the fabulous breakfast which included made to order omelettes and pancakes.

Hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable. Very comfortable for sleeping. White washable linens. Selection of hard and soft pillows. Breakfast is part buffet (scrambled eggs, home fries, bacon, sausage and French toast, fresh cut fruits, yogurt, real maple syrup, cereals, milk, juices, coffee, tea, etc. ) but also includes a made-for-you omelette bar. There is a ton of seating, so you are never without a table! The breakfast hours are more aimed at business breakfasts than sleep-in vacations, although they do extend the hours a little later on weekends. The staff were very nice, and helpful. The rooms are all suites (bedroom overlooking outside, living/dining/kitchen/entry overlooking a large central indoor courtyard. The main downside was the pool area and general lack of information (although the staff were happy to answer any questions, I would prefer printed material to find out the location of the pool and exercise room and 24 hour coffee, hours for breakfast and pool area, etc. Back to the pool area… I love to relax in a hot tub and also cool down times in the pool. I look for hotels with these amenities. This hotel advertises that they have a hot tub and pool, but the hot tub jets do not work so you are just in a bath (and a grungy looking bath too). Judging by the other reviews, the hot tub has been in need of repair for quite some time. I am disappointed that a hotel of this quality has not repaired the hot tub.

I will keep this short because I don’t want to re-live the experience of this disgusting hotel. We had selected the hotel to host wedding guests over Memorial Day weekend. The staff was incredibly rude. The rooms were disgusting with dirt, stains, dust, STAINED SHEETS, and a sink faucet that wasn’t attached. The air conditioning in the rooms did not work. The evening GM was rude and semi — aggressive with my father and myself when we tried to order pizza to the hotel for our small group of 9 people after being told it was okay by staff to only be told by the GM he wouldn’t allow it. The communication is poor. Food-disgusting. Staff were more interested in talking with their friends than helping customers. Overall I would say this was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at and would discourage anyone from staying here.

The only reason I am giving this hotel a 1 Star is because I have to give it at least one star. My husband and I stayed there for my sister in law’s wedding for two nights and we had trouble from the beginning. Extremely poor guest service either because half the crew doesn’t know company policies or poor communication. Sales department will tell you one thing and the crew will tell you another, which was a make or break for a very small get together (9 people) right before a wedding. Their “guaranteed” 3:00 pm check in is a complete lie. When my husband tried to check in at 3 they first said they were sold out of king size rooms despite us already reserving a room and then went to finally say it just wasn’t ready. An hour later we finally got our hotel room (right before we had to leave for the wedding). We do know our other guests from out of town experienced the exact same problem. Now onto the actual rooms. They were beyond disgusting from bath tubs to be dirty to sinks faucets moving to the coffee pots having crust of something in them. The rooms were never cool enough to relax and sleep in (never went below 72 degrees) especially since some of our guests were pregnant. The breakfast BOTH mornings were horrible. Let’s start with the fact that you couldn’t find any plates one morning and asking a staff member for plates or napkins was a major inconvenience for them.

Great food, great service. Embassy Suites is my favorite brand and this particular hotel is my favorite of that brand. I lived there for ten weeks in 2016 and the staff is very friendly. I go back for dinner every few months and always get a warm reception.

Cozy room. Enough space. Comfortable bed. Refrigerator and microwave on site. Breakfast is awesome! Easy to access to Express way.

It was awesome during the week until Saturday night! When we got back from the museum Saturday our room hadn't been cleaned and not even new towels. We first asked the service desk at 7:30pm for at least towels and asked 4 more times between 7 and midnight! Finally got them at 12:30 in the morning! I saw another review and they said it perfectly, this hotel is quiet and business like during the week and on weekends all he'll breaks loose. It's crazy with noise, teenagers, and birthday parties all over! Again during the week they cant do enough for you, the managers reception at the bar/restaurant was great!

Salon unnecessarily large, bathroom with deplorable comfort. As a shower a bathtub without a spray, a simple shower unremovable and therefore the temperature is proportional to the pressure.
I could not get an invoice, the hostess supporting me that for bookings via booking they do not issue.
When I think this creepy hotel boasts of being a wedding hotel… What a horror.

Great front-desk service! Danielle was great. Everything else was meeting expectations. Breakfast was good. Great omelette despite being out of mushrooms.

Hotel was nice. Rooms are comfortable. Amenities need attention/repair — specifically billiards tables & equipment and pool/spa. Manager's reception & breakfast were excellent. Front desk staff were difficult and it took multiple requests before receiving adequate towels for our room. Location was good. Close proximity to restaurants & highway.

I’ll tell you this, Jasmine, the receptionist was incredibly nice! She couldn’t give us the king room we had reserved so she upgraded us to a suite! The room was clean, large and comfortable. The managers reception offered wine, beer and spirits. There was also a nice selection of appetizers. The breakfast was good with your typical offerings, but also had an omelette station, my omelette was delicious! I cannot comment on the fitness center or pool since I didn’t use them. The reason for the 4 star rating is due to the open lobby which created echoes in our room and can be heard all night. Also, the stairwells lead to the outside and the elevators were crowded. It would be nice to be able to use the stairs to go up. I would stay here again, hope this review was helpful!

Impromptu weekend trip to visit the rock and roll hall of fame. A quick Google Search brought up this hotel less than 20 minutes from downtown. Easy to get to, very nice professional staff and an excellent hotel. The complimentary breakfast is better than anywhere else, not to mention the complimentary drinks and snacks each evening. Great hotel with all the popular amenities like a gym and pool as well as a great price.

The cleaning of the room is not the did early the phone is not serbia, and a whole day without water, very disappointed of the service of such a prestigious hotel.

Disappointingly, it seems like every positive of this hotel is immediately followed by a negative. The hotel is spacious and the rooms are large and comfortable, but the first room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke (even though the entire hotel is non-smoking). Were transferred to another room, only to have the room not have any hot water and a faulty heater that kicked off after a few minutes of running, no matter how high it was set (and on days where the temperature outside is around 5 degrees above zero, this is not a very pleasant thing to experience). The main staff is friendly enough and worked to correct issues but there were far too many to start with. Had to have the room keys reset several times because the room kept locking us out (and I keep my room keys in my wallet, away from my cell phone). And I know this is getting picky, but the outside set of sliding doors were broken and propped open, which meant every time the set of inside sliding doors opened a blast of below-zero air was sent straight into the lobby, and everyone noticed this. Didn't deal much with management but seemed like a less-than-friendly experience whenever anyone upper-level was encountered.

The only hotel we stay at, when visiting Cleveland! Friendly staff. Clean Rooms. AMAZING breakfast! I would give more stars if I could! :)

Arrived with our two children. We were pleasantly surprised. The room is beautiful and spacious. Clean and well equipped. This hotel offers the best breakfast you can expect in hotels. On the other hand I was disappointed with their mediocre unheated pool with spa that doesnt and still no clean towels and their fitness room with appliances down. The atmosphere in general is good and the location is strategic.

This is by far one of the nicest stays we've had in the area, and it all starts with the fantastic staff. Everyone was very polite and willing to help. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Even the in room coffee was delicious. Would highly recommend appointed.

Very Enjoyable! The room was spacious, plenty of room for the 6 of us. Everyone loved the view from the top floor and being able to see people ride the elevator all the way to the lobby. Totally impressed by the FREE breakfast buffet!

We loved staying here for 3 nights. The staff gave us a warm welcome and assisted us with our baggage. Everyone was very friendly and gave off a good vibe. Free breakfast in the morning. Very clean and the pool was a little above average. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very child friendly! Perfect for family get a ways! Buffet was delightful. If you plan on taking advantage of the free breakfast get there before 9 for the best experience after its rushed. Too many people and the floor is sticky by then. The bar had decent prices for the happy hour and the food was! Pool tables in lobby was great. Rooms were clean and updated. You can fit 6 people easy in a double room. I didn't use room service. However I over heard people complaining about waiting 3hrs for extra blankets and pillows.

The hotel is close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. The pool is nice but the hot tub is a little grungy and the jets didn't work. The workout room is adequate. The managers reception and breakfast was great. Highly recommended!

Didn't sleep at this hotel, however I was there for a seminar put on by Schluter. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was served and all were excellent. Great staff. Others came from out of town and enjoyed there stay. Highly recommend it.

This is the second or third time I have attended a conference at this hotel. The accommodations and food have always been wonderful. The location is great! And this time the temperature was much better regulated as it was not too cold. I enjoy attending functions here and look forward to returning.

I’ve been to multiple Embassy Suites but this is one of lowest score that I will give. I like EB due to cleanliness, comfort, service, amenities and concept but this place feels like ordinary on concept, cleanliness is probably 1 star. Carpets have stains, and fitness amenities is like homewood suites, not a lot of options. No strengthening equipment other than dumbbells. Service is good just as expected on every hotel. As far the hotel, it definitely needs remodeling and upgrade. I’ll probably pick another hotel for the same price to try next time I’m in Rockside… maybe Hampton since I’m a Hilton member. On side note, pool table is nice.

Typical Embassy Suites. Very clean. Professional, courteous staff. Rooms very nice. Huge TV in the small living Room! Very nice! Two hour managers reception nightly. Normal snacks but the drinks flow rather freely :) All in all an excellent place and I will return.

Good location. 15 min to downtown and the airport. Great service. Very reasonably priced bar and restaurant. They pillows left a bit to be desired. Overall, this hotel is showing its age in some respects, but it's still a nice clean facility.

They made our families stay there a great experience. Would definitely use them again.

Came in to attend the Handmade Conference. Beautiful hotel, FOOD was excellent, my room is huge! Check in was very slow. I understand they were very busy with 2 large groups but I had to wait over 2 hours for my room. Ugh! I arrived at 2pm, check in was at 3pm and didn't get my key until 4:30pm.

They made our families stay there a great experience. Would definitely use them again.

We had a work function in their big ball room. It was pretty good considering there was like 200 of us. They cleaned up everything extremely quick!

Excellent front desk staff. Very attentive. Well furnished breakfast with attentive staff. Clean rooms with evidence of many rooms being renovated. Close proximity to restaurants and downtown. Would definitely look at Embassy Suites as my first choice when choosing a hotel in the future.

A great family friendly hotel. Amazing and helpful staff. The manager Kim, was very helpful at making up for minor problem that was immediately resolved. The free hot breakfast is delicious, my omelets were cooked to perfection. They had fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, bagels, toast, pancakes, home fries, bacon, sausage, and I know I'm forgetting things I saw. The rooms are great for families, because of the privacy.

This hotel is a 10 in my book — they were very helpful and accommodating. We had booked 5 rooms and they did their best to put us all next to each other. The rooms were A1 and the breakfast is hot and plentiful. My car lost it's power steering before we got there and they were most helpful in finding us a good service station and driving us to and fro to get the car repaired. The reception desk staff was friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Highly recommended.

Your Front entry is the worst in the country. NASTY, NASTY, GROTESQUE VILE SMOKING IN THE FRONT OF YOUR BUILDING! I am allergic to smoke! The smoke from the outside permeates your lobby like a second class ghetto red neck trailer park… Nothing but low class! Your SMOKING AREA NEEDS TO BE RELOCATED ASAP.  I WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS NASTY SMOKE FILLED HOTEL EVER AGAIN!   I take a fresh shower in the morning, but as soon as I walk through the lobby, my clothes and hair reeks with this Poision VILE fumes that is dangerous my health. Your location of your smoking zones says that you do not give a dam about your customer's first impression,  health nor comfort. What a pity… Shame on you!  Noise, though annoying and disruptive, is not demonstrably deadly. Second-hand smoke, on the other hand, is a serious health threat, both in the short-term and long-term. And it smells vile. Move the location to the side of the building ASAP!

Smokey room, noisy lobby, crowded and mediocre breakfast. Original room wasn't ready at 3:30 so I got put in a somewhat smelly room. Don't fall for the premium room upgrade. It just means you get access to a free vending machine. The rooms are no different. Housekeeping hadn't shown up by 3:30 the second day.

Excellent place to host your event… The staff bent over backwards in what was surely a trying situation and made things perfect and made us all feel welcome. Great job!

Accommodation was fine. Suites are large, bed very comfortable, plenty of television channels. Coffee provided in the room was pretty terrible, but not any worse than other hotels I have stayed in.

I attended a professional educational seminar at embassy suites. Everything was very clean and well maintained. There was some renovations taking place but you could hardly notice. The food was excellent. My only complaint was that it got very cold during the first half of the presentation to the point to where many of us put our winter coats on. Eventually someone corrected the thermostat however and it became much more comfortable.
