Very comfortable and spacious!

One of our favorites! We never stay anywhere else when we’re in Cleveland. Love the girls that work there! Lori and Cheryl are the best! They make our stay top priority!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend, and if I ever pass through again will be staying there.

Stayed here a couple of nights, but not too much to say. The room was clean. The one person who was nice to me, checked me in. But every other employee that I encountered would avoid eye contact, never smiled and never offered a greeting. It was very odd for me, as this is not typical for most Hilton properties that I encounter. I took a couple of walks, so the property was clean as well. There was some road construction going on near the hotel that was a bit tiresome to deal with, but nothing to bad since it was weekend and other businesses on that street were quiet.

Usually a very good hotel that I have stayed at several times in the past. This last time the room was not as clean as I would have expected. Hotel is close to lots of places to eat, only about 2 minutes away by car.

I was recently a guest at Hampton Inn & Suites and it was a great experience. The customer service was excellent and the room was clean and tidy.

The Hampton Inn was very clean inside and the staff was very helpful. The outdoor pool was a little dirty. I have a great experience and would visit again.

Although I felt the general cleanliness of our room was less than normally expected, the overall service and staff friendliness was well above my expectations. I enjoyed the outdoor patio, free appetizers including wine and cheese among other "extras". This hotel is in a very centralized area in the outskirts of Cleveland and easily reached from the main interstates such as I-80 and several others.

Wine and appetizers for cocktail hour as well as good breakfast options. Room was clean and well-kept with all expected accomodations.

Only had working ice machines in 2 places. Out of 6 coke machines only 1 had coke. I spent 20 minutes in elevators just trying to make a glass of coke. Hallways are pretty dinghy, back security door didn't lock. No matter how low I set the thermostat it's still warm and stuffy in here. I've only been here 1 hour. Can't wait for "breakfast". I stay at hotels a LOT. Many being Hampton Inn. This one so far is not to the standard I am used to. (30 minutes later), ready to relax, finally, climb into bed, turn on the television and guess what?, I have 1 channel. Can't change the channel only turn the volume up and down. Night clerk determines that something must be "missing", yes, QUALITY! Well my employer will get his money back for this room, I'll see to that. But that won't make up for my night from hell. Hampton inn owes ME a free night!

Service was friendly. I'm skeptical of the cleanliness only because the quality of the room was so bad. Window was stuck open, curtain rod fell off the curtains, shower door/wall was janky and it smelled a little funny: not bad, just… off.

Everything has been great. Rooms are large and clean. Staff was nice and friendly. Walls so seem slightly thin though. I could hear someone's alarm going off across the hall and people walking on the floors above me.

This place is just so-so. On the upside, everything was tidy. On the other hand, the Continental breakfast was pretty picked over by 9, and the "fresh" fruit was way past fresh. The location is back pretty far from the main roads, but that may be a good or bad thing depending on your preference.

The rooms were spotless an the bed was comfortable. I really wasn't impressed with the desk clerk.

Older hotel with low ceilings that has been remodeled. Room was clean but didn't smell freshly cleaned. Elevator broke first night. Rooms were a little small compared to other Hamptons I've stayed at. Service was great though.

The room was perfect for my husband, son and myself. Very comfortable and nicely set up. The staff was friendly, and helpful when needed! We would definitely stay here again!

The room was very nice. The check in desk was very friendly. Took no time at all. Didn't have to cheack out until noon the next day. Breakfast food was relatively tasty. For being a few minutes outside of down town it's much cheaper to stay here and get free parking and breakfast than it is to stay at any of the Hamptons downtown.

I mixed up which Hampton I had made my reservation at when traveling to Cleveland and the Hampton here in independence took care of moving it to their location so that I didn't have to get back on the road again. Joe at the front desk was great!

My best friend came into town and chose this hotel. I spent time with her there and it was very nice. Clean and good sized rooms. They did say they had a crib / toddler bed which actually is a pack and play with a thin pad, no mattress or sheets.

Great customer service. I was stranded after a 3 day poweer outage and there were no rooms but Joe at the front desk was so nice and could see I was distressed. All the hotels were booked but he found me and my husband a room and was so helpful. Things worked out great because of Joe. He went the extra mile to help us. Good service is hard to find these days.

The hotel was clean and looked nice. It appeared to be in a safe area. Three was coffee available for us all day. There was a wine and appetizer gathering from 5 to 6 pm that had some nice hot appetizers. There was a nice breakfast in the morning that was included in the room cost. There were 3 adults and two teenagers in our room that slept up to six. The room had two televisions, a mini refrigerator, and a microwave. We fit fine and the accommodations were comfortable. The water pressure was decent and I had plenty of hot water for the shower I took. There was a small fitness room with a treadmill, exercise bike, and eliptical trainer. I was able to get to Quicken Loans Arena within 15 minutes for a Cavaliers game. The hotel area seemed like a safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants in the area.

This is a perfect example of the very best of hotels! Clean, quiet, with friendly, helpful staff & an excellent breakfast menu. They even have bagged breakfast to go for people who are in a hurry. They had wine & cheese with chicken cordon blue & asparagus in the lobby last night for guests to have an evening snack. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The hotel and room are nice enough, staff (the one person working after the game) was great however why only one waffle maker? That backed up the breakfast line then when we were ready to sit down, there was no seating.

Location is great! Right off the highway. Rooms good and everything is close. Wish fitness room was better. But overall great.

The stay was brief, but enjoyable. The food was good and the rooms were clean. I stayed only a night so I cannot provide feedback on the room service but I'm sure it's great also.

Great service, clean room, and great breakfast!

I felt like the staff was kind and tried to be helpful regarding some special requests I had due to my disability. Also I felt like it was a comfortable room and the rate was good for what they provide it. Also it's pretty close to downtown (within 10 to 15 minutes) yet is less than what you would pay staying right downtown for approximately the same amenities. I felt like they could have had a few more extra people on staff to help with things like taking up and collecting baggage and things of that nature but overall a good review. :)

This location is always very accomodating of our team. I have never had an issue here. The rooms are clean and smell nice, the beds are comfortable, and the service is good. Always look forward to staying here.

I got to the hotel just after 4:00pm and I was told your room is not ready, This I can understand. However, It took until 5:30 to get the room ready. The manager at the front desk was extremely rude, saying sorry sir we are short staffed. That is an internal problem and should not be voiced to the customer. If I had told her, I had surgery last week and needed to lay down (which is true) then I would expect and answer of not my problem. To top it off, I get my keys and head to my room at the far end of the top floor and both key do not work. I go back down to get the keys remade and the manager looks at me and says "checking out"? Wow, no I need keys that work… Horrible experience and will not stay at this location again.

Whenever we travel, Hampton Inn is our first choice for accommodations. And we enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn Cincinnati — Independence. The room was attractive. The breakfast was tasty with lots of choices to suit everyone in our family's tastes. Staff was friendly and helpful. It would have been nice if the pool was indoors rather than outdoors. And the outlets for charging electronics could have been better designed (sockets were too close together, so we could only use half of them). But other than those minor things, everything was top notch.

Got my days wrong, I was there for training and they basically called and said I had to leave. They were rude and was yelling at me like it was my fault. No one apologized or even said here are some points for your inconvenience. I will never stay here again and the room smelled damp and musty!

Overall, my stay at this hotel was a very solid experience with no real downsides. The suite was spacious and open, the complimentary breakfast and reception we more than welcome, and the room's television even had HBO. We only stayed for one night, but nevertheless did not find anything apart from extremely minor nitpicks to be negative about. In conclusion, would recommend.

Rooms were nice and spacious and beds were comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed evening happy hour reception and hot breakfast buffet. Will definitely stay again if every visiting the Cleveland area again!

My bed was comfortable. My room was clean. Free Breakfast was delicious and offered hot breakfast option like eggs and potatoes. Staff was awesome! I had a terrific stay here!

I made the switch from Marriott to Hilton earlier this year. Since my first Hilton stay in the end of April, I have stayed 23 nights reaching their 'Gold' Elite Status in a short time. I utilize the Business Center quite a bit as this is my office on the road. This property had locks on the guest computers blocking the USB ports. Once before I had this issue. However unlike the first time when the desk clerk agreed to take my stick and print from their computer behind the counter, this Hampton in refused! How can a "Business Hotel" refuse such a basic amenity to their most valued travelers? How can the other 20+ Hamptons allow printing and this one refuse. I'll head next door to the Fairfield to get my print, and stay there on my next trip to Cleveland!

I had a very nice stay at the Hampton. The rooms were nice, the beds were comfy, and the breakfast buffet was what you'd expect. For the price I paid, I'd definitely consider staying here in the future.

The rooms were recently updated, and very clean. Also, the breakfast layout was quite vast with a lot of options.

Completely renovated and spacious suite. Very well-thought design with USB chargers everywhere. Mini microwave and fridge included and great shower pressure. Not much bad to say really! Great staff and nice breakfast.

Not a bad place but the bathroom could use some deep cleaning, I checked into my room finding there wasn't one roll of TP in the BA, and my door is so loose it wiggles back and forth. Not feeling too secure.

The only rhing good about the hotel that night was my lovely bed.

I always stay here when travelling for work in the Cleveland area. The newly renovated rooms are great!

The rooms are large and comfortable, but the rooms need a remodel. The lobby and dining area are nice! The staff is pleasant and helpful.

We booked a king bed jacuzzi suite for 3 nights at the beginning of the month for a romantic weekend away. The front desk staff was very friendly and this hotel is in a good location if you do not want to stay right in downtown Cleveland. I have to say, I was incredibly disappointed with the rest of the hotel. The room was very outdated; carpet was old, there were stains on the furniture, the fan was broken in the heater/air conditioner, and the bed was less than comfortable. There was also a strange dead-animal smell near the pool when entering the building from the back. I think the biggest issue, however, was their version of a jacuzzi suite… Let's just say, you better be very close with the person you are sharing the room with. The jacuzzi is located in the bathroom (it's more like an oversized tub with jets that are too loud to even turn on) with a closet-like sliding door straight into the bedroom. You cannot turn on the light in the bathroom at night or you will wake your spouse. They will also be able to hear — ahem — everything that you are doing in the bathroom as, like I said, it's just a wooden divider separating you from the rest of the room. For the price that we paid, I was very dissatisfied with the state of the room that we were placed in. Thankfully, we were out in Cleveland during the days that we were here. However, if you are looking for a modern, comfortable, clean hotel — look elsewhere.
