Friendly staff and clean, spacious rooms with fridges, microwaves, and coffee makers. They do allow pets, but charge extra (as opposed to another "famous number" motel chain that allows pets to stay for free at no extra charge), so I have to detract a star for that, and only having one washer and dryer ($1.50 to wash, $. 75 to *very slowly* dry — with no time indicators) in the entire building.

The hotel was ok. My room was clean and spacious enough. I wish I had more electrical outlets near the desk that was in my room but other then that it was a typical super 8 motel. The room has a small microwave and a dorm room size refrigerator as well as a coffee pot. The motel is located in a pretty congested traffic heavy area so walking around is not recommended!

Accidentally booked a smoking room instead of a non-smoking. With less than 20 cars in the parking lot you’d think it would be an easy change — nope! Got to the room — bedspread has burn holes all over it — pulled it off & blanket has holes burned in it as well. Nasty nasty place… back to the Marriott from now on.

Staff was above average. Room brighter than many I have seen recently. Bed comfortable except for the crunchy sound when someone moved. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Walls a little thin.

Came in from out of town with my husband's credit card to use, I have signing privileges. They didn't take my card. The gal behind the counter was just wonderful. I asked if I could pay cash. She said they didn't take cash! What I flew in from Montana! But she was kind enough to call the owner to ask if cash was ok in this instance. I guess she gave me her ok so the owner ok' ed the cash. Great room, clean, comfortable, weak shower but over all with the kindness of the daytime gal, it made my stay good! Thank you Page. Good life to you!

My room on the first night had water damage. On the ceiling and the shower didnt have much pressure on the 2nd night was put in a new room and every thing was perfect.

Clean rooms good location… convenient to Hollywood casino nice for a nights stay.

Had bugs in our room, but the girl on staff was helpful when we voiced our concern and had us switch rooms.

Wasn't very happy about my stay. The bathroom looked run down. Had some broken things. The shower itself was huge but it was a stand up shower with no lip on the floor so water got everywhere. The bed was decent. Good size but wasn't that comfortable. Oh and the room was freezing when we first got there. The TV was a nice flst screen on the wall. The size of the room was a good size. The location was fine bit kind of difficult to get to because it's tucked away near an apartment complex. When we went to go eat at that continental breakfast I was not impressed. All they had was one waffle maker. Bagels, bread, and one type of cereal. The worst part was that they didn't have the juice or orange juice stocked. For what I paid for the room I was completely underwhelmed… instead of paying $90 I should of paid like $60…

Their rooms are new, clean, and comfortable. Lose one star for the all carb breakfast. You trying to give all your guests diabetes?

Clean rooms, skimpy breakfast, comfortable bed. As my employer sent me there and prepsid, I can't comment on the rate.

Pet friendly and very affordable. The rooms were great and plenty of room.

It's okay. I've seen worse. The later checkout time is a plus. Some of staff needs to work on their hospitality. Only saying this cause coming from a Comfort Inn to here I see a huge difference. Some of their policies are a tad uninviting. I understand having some ppl stealing items but to those that are honest… The room was okay. A person who has back issues I can say sleep was good with back annoyances.

I have been to this hotel a few times. The price isn't too expensive and they have a good customer service a great continental breakfast.

This was a nice hotel to stay at after spending a month in the truck doing long haul. The room and the bed was very cozy. The room also had a mini fridge and a refrigerator. The pillows and bedding were clean and soft. We were able to park the truck right up front without any issues or fear of being towed. The staff was friendly and gave me an extra pillow and blanket when I asked for them! Didn't get a chance to try their breakfast because I had slept in. Overall a very nice hotel for the weekend, the only thing I would have liked different, is fluffier towels. The hotel was also in a very nice location, stores and restaurants were a very short drive away.

There is no breakfast in this place but otherwise it's located in a peaceful environment and great for a weekend out.

Ive been staying here for 3 year during travel and it's going down hill. They are friendly and pet friendly but the beds are so hard and they are always booked by road crews.

Clean, no frills accommodations. Mirrors on the wall behind the bed headboard will add some spice to those traveling with a companion. Great channel selection on the television. Continental breakfast in the morning offers coffee, juice, cereal, pastries, and the classic waffle maker option.

(+) Great service, well equipped, comfortable bed, clean room, decent breakfast (-) old stain on bedspread (had been washed), dirty shower curtain. Will consider the brand again in the future.

Liked it so much last year I'm stopping again this year on my way to Missouri. Convenient location off the freeway, very clean, great service.

Updated: Booked ahead this year for the same event based on a stay last year. Though the hotel has seen a minor facelift, the room was dirty, with moderate to severe wear and tear. Paper thin sheets adorned the bed and included some stains. Pillowcases we're so thin I used the bathroom towel as an additional barrier (only two crappy pillows, too when usually hotels have more than any one or two people could possibly need). Based on this stay, I don't think I'd return. Original () : Reasonably clean, reasonably priced place to stay.

Visited Columbus for a concert, my daughter booked the room so we could sleep before returning home. Wasn't expecting much, bed was acceptable, but the bathroom was not. The tub and shower were unusable. No hand soap or soap dish for the bath soap we used instead. The fridge in the room was useless too. The room was suitable for sleeping one night, but that is about it.

After my husband trk broke down. I was stranded. The company gives you a rider policy but they dont tell you if the trk breaks down your on your OWN! Anyway I had a few $$ problems. And they work with me instead of putting me out on the street. Everybody was NICE my favorite is Lori and as long as she works there I will return! Who knew there were such nice people in Ohio! Ps not one problem with my room… ☆☆☆☆☆

Nice location, a lot of restaurants available. Decent rates. Friendly front desk staff.

We stayed for two nights for a sporting event. Staff were extremely nice and helpful! Location is in close proximity to restaurants and shops, and 15 minutes from downtown. The comforter and pillow were stained and I found hair inside of one of the pillow casings. Rooms were clean other than that and breakfast subpar.

Wifi service is great and it's a decent hotel to live overnight.

Service was prompt and everything went smoothly. The beds aren't comfortable at all though.

The beds were nice however it smelled like smoke almost everywhere even in the non smoking areas. The smell was faint but definitely there. Other than that there was a nice breakfast too.

It's a super 8… Nuff said. It's great for the price with no frills.

Checked in with my girlfriend at 2am, we were rejected and not allowed to stay the night at Red Roof inn down the street even though we booked online for $100 dollars even. They would not allow me to stay because my girlfriend is under 21 years of age. So at the last minute we booked a double king's bedroom for about $94 even. The lady at the desk got us in quick and fast, and allowed my girlfriend to stay. I'll admit it was my fault for not asking upfront if red roof allows under 21 year olds to stay the night but this Super 8 was very clean, organized, 25' flat screen, microwave, and fridge. The bathrooms were very clean as well. Both beds were immaculate and very clean. There were enough towels and the Wi-fi was free. Um. This hotel was very "clutch" (Being last minute booked, I loved it. ) I am a huge fan of Super 8, I am now a huge Super 8 fan. Loved my stay there.

Hotel is clean, beds kinda suck since they have plastic on the mattress. Price was $105 with tax on a Sunday night.

Nice and clean. Air-conditioning works well, hot water, clean beds. Morning waffles were great! Nothing more to ask for except maybe a couple of extra pillows on the bed would have been sweet. Had a great night's sleep for a decent price. ;)

What I expected for the price, could use a little updating but overall clean and the bathroom was nice. Have stayed here multiple times.

Affordable, comfortable beds, clean, has a nice window seat my four year old was able to sleep on, good basic breakfast with great coffee.

Likes — Room size, and fit-out, location, Reception staff Dislikes — Plastic wrapped mattresses that makes noise whenever you move on the bed. No cover on toilet (who's stupid money saving idea was that! ) — are they catering for the incontinent or what.

Dirty hallways, dirty rooms. The staff doesn't know what they are doing. We booked through a 3rd party with one rate, but were charged a different rate completely. After 2 staff members tried to fix it, we were told by the manager (who is never there when we called) that because we booked online he could not change it, and next time call him directly and he will give us the cheaper rate. Of course when we called him directly to get the rate for the next work week, we were told we would have to book for 7 days and not the 4 nights we needed. Should have known.

Freaking disgusting! Stayed there last weekend, and on the third floor the wall paper was coming off the wall, and things were falling off in the bathroom, The bathroom had mold, the walls had some sort of crap on it (i don't know what) the beds were poorly made, I started to think that they may have been the sheets from the piror people before us. I know it's not a five star hotel but seriously fix your run down place and actually hire people that will clean! Nasty! Spend the extra the few dollars and stay somewhere else, which is what im doing next year when I'm in town again.
