Staff is kind, rooms are clean, breakfast is acceptable, and amenities are provided. Very nice stay all together. Will be staying again!

Very nice hotel. Pool, hot tub and hot breakfast. Great price. Let me check in several hours early the day off my visit. Polite and helpful staff. Rooms are very comfortable. Recently remodeled. Great location right off I70 close to shopping and restaurants.

This Best Western is very conveniently located off I 70 about 15 min west of Ohio State campus. It offers great value and a great location with restaurants nearby and delicious ice cream store across the street. Friendly staff, nice accommodations, ample breakfast selections, pool and hot tub, fitness center are all great! Always very clean. We love staying here when visiting campus.

From the moment we arrived, Margaret made us feel welcomed. She was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She immediately recognized we had travelled far by motorcycle and were quite fatigued. She helped by telling us about the restaurants in the area; providing drinks; and giving us the Diamond Rewards member upgrade without hesitation. The room was gorgeous and just what we needed after a long, tiring, hot ride. We were able to check in; freshen up and have our dinner. Afterwards, we were able to relax outside with our drinks and unwind until bedtime. The linens were fresh and soft; the whirlpool helped sooth away the aches; and the room was well-equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant night. The hotel has a few things which I consider important when travelling from town to town on a daily basis (as we do by motorcycle) — automatic doors; luggage caddy; elevator; knowledgeable and pleasant staff; laundry room; quick accessibility to restaurants or other necessary stores. Thank you BW and Margaret for making our last night of vacation in Columbus, OH as wonderful as our first.

The hotel was nice. The hot tub could have been warmer and the pool was a little to cold but overall it was a nice experience.

This was a real nice hotel with good staff. They offered two queen beds in a suite for a better price than we could get two queen rooms elsewhere. We just used it to rest while passing through Ohio. Will use them again.

This hotel is ok! It's not very romantic. When we first got here our room smelled like cigarettes. They gave us another room. That was good. They need more food at the breakfast bar. The bed is comfortable!

Really nice place, but the breakfast could be better, first day everything was literally ice cold? Next day food was warmer. Overall a nice place though. The cracker barrel closes 8:30pm, go early if you want to walk there to eat.

Clean, excellent service. Awesome Free Breakfast. Nice size indoor Pool, small but adequate Gym. Customer service was 100%. Would recommend and definitely return.

This hotel is conveniently located and easy to get to. The hotel was very nice and the bed was really soft. I would definitely stay again.

Check in was fast. Room was clean & comfortable. Staff was friendly & accommodating. Fitness center was small but updated, clean & did it's job. Breakfast was great (wide variety, fresh & clean)

Got a handicap accessible room and find out not so accessible in some areas. Had a bathtub not walk in shower was very hard to get my Mom to lift her legs to get in. The movable shower head did not work. Had to use the empty ice bucket to rinse her. The bed was so high I had to lay her on back and she almost slid out of bed and down to floor cause her butt wasn't on the bed. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The workers were so helpful to our extra needs. Workers were so polite. I would stay again but not take my Mom. She went cause her grandson graduated and is now a doctor.

Bedrooms were great but when I kept leaving, housekeeping, I assume, kept coming into my rooms AFTER I put the Do not Disturb sign on the door. I noticed this because my children would beat me to THE room and they would pushed the door and it would already be opened, and they would walk right inside. I ALWAYS made sure my doors were shut before leaving. Crazy thing my rooms weren't even cleaned. This bothered me greatly. OTHER than that it was an okay stay.

Staff was very friendly. The breakfast bar was well kept and offered great variety. The only thing that could have been better is if there was hot water available for tea or hot cocoa at night.

Recently stayed 3/2/18 and everything was awesome! Even the woman at the front desk calling to make sure our room was good about 5 minutes after we got in! Will definitely be staying here any trip to Columbus.

We have stayed at this Best Western Suites a couple of times while visiting our son. It is always nice, clean, very friendly staff & comfortable clean room. Very close to restaurants, shopping & Hollywood Casino. Price is good. Will stay here again!

Overall, this was a pretty good stay. The room and facilities were clean and modern. The breakfast was better than expected for a hotel. We heard more ambient noise (other guests in their rooms) than other hotels. I think, however, it's more that people really need to learn to use their inside voices when walking down a hotel hallway. The staff was also friendly. It also offers free Wi-Fi.

The hotel was welcoming and the staff was really nice. Breakfast was pretty good. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy.

Clean and well kept facility. Rooms were updated, small flat screen TV for the room size. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again if in the area.

Absolutely used to love staying at this place every New Years Eve when I was younger so I thought I’d go again to start up the old tradition. Sadly the tradition will be ending. The pool and jacuzzi were great as usual, the service was pretty good. The biggest things was the room was not clean hardly at all. We found multiple things we were not happy with and even had a run in with a few bug problems and my girlfriend being bitten. They didn’t have much of an idea on what to do, but did refund my money. However I did spend more money on things to spray my luggage and wash ourselves due to the bugs and had to drive home at 1:00am after waking up to that situation. Not happy with how it was handled and the situation/money lost in general. Unfortunately won’t be coming back…

Nice simple suite hotel. Good hotel breakfast-one of the better We've had. Pool temperature and hot tub were excellent.

Room was great. The only problem was that the TV remote didn't work well. We told the desk several times and they did not go out of their way to fix it, it was aggravating and had to go to the TV to change the channels other than that everything else was fine.

My husband and I stayed at a Best Western in Coumbus OH on 11/18/17. The bathroom was old and not accommodating at all. There was absolutely no counter space. I felt like Best Western offered us a place to sleep and that's it. I will never stay at another one. Very disappointed.

Great overall stay. Rooms were clean and functional. Updated bathrooms and office area was a plus. Wish they had better breakfast options though. I'm not a fan of egg combos. I will definitely be back though.

Clean and comfortable rooms with plenty of space. Good breakfast choice and service. Friendly staff that opened up the gym early for me. The gym is good and is has a hot tub and pool as well. For a stop-over a good choice, lots of restaurants near-by. Downtown columbus is a 20 minutes drive.

We were in Columbus, Ohio for our son's wedding and worked with the management staff for lots of our guests to stay here. It was OUTSTANDING! The manager and staff took excellent care of us, all the suites were clean and well stocked, the breakfast was delicious and we all loved the Best Western Suites!

I stayed here with a group of Girl Scouts while we were in town for the National Convention. Aside from the atrocious breakfast, the hotel was perfect for our stay. We had three deciding factors in choosing this hotel for our stay… the sofa bed in the suites (to allow extra space for our Girls, ) the pool/hot tub (to keep our Girls entertained the night before the convention, ) and free breakfast in the morning (because who needs the hassle of taking 12 people out for breakfast before we headed to the convention! ) Having the sofa bed in the room was a blessing, and was not even terribly uncomfortable. I expected to wake up with a sore back from it, but I was totally fine in the morning. The extra space was perfect for us. The pool area was clean, and the water was actually warm! The hot tub was great! I rarely swim at hotel pools with my kids because I hate cold pools. I was expecting this here, and was very pleasantly surprised. We also appreciated that the hotel staff was willing to keep the pool open a little late because we got stuck in construction and arrived later than we hoped. This saved us from having many disappointed Girl Scouts! The breakfast, on the other hand, was absolutely the worst hotel breakfast I've ever had… a huge disappointment. We ate, so I guess it served it's purpose, but it was awful. Gray, greasy sausage, lukewarm egg "patties", and some barely tolerable sausage gravy and biscuits is what we had for our "hot" options.

Stayed 2 nights had a great experience. Put up the do not disturb sign expecting to miss out on fresh towels for the convenience of sleeping in. Fortunately the staff left 2 fresh towels in a bag and hung them on the door. First time in many hotels stays that has happened. Great and friendly staff.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Let me start off by saying from the meme that we walked in, gross and terrible things just kept getting uncovered. The place is crawling with bed bugs, the room smells so bad and musty. I've never been somewhere that smelled so bad. They have a spray airfreshener stuck on the wall to try to mask the odor… not only does it not help. But if your anywhere around it. It will spray right onto your face, in your lungs… it was by the desk and my kids were gagging when it would go off. Our room was so incredibly loud… there are extra doors to get to the guest rooms that were constantly slamming… ALL NIGHT LONG. One of our mattresses had a bed bug cover on it, the other was just very stained and gross. Our sheets had tiny holes in them and were damp. The bed and pillows were some of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on. The bathroom was so dirty and looked like years of built up grime. I woke up at 7am to workers talking so loudly to each other about rooms being infested with bed bugs and them being terrified they were going to bring them home. The whole experience was just terrible. The price of this hotel is so overpriced. The management was in complete denial about the bed bugs (how could the staff be talking about them. Along with some mattresses have bed bug covers on them). Go ANYWHERE but this hotel.

Great service, promptly got my room ready and tried to find the best price. Average breakfast quality wise but large selection. Room seemed clean ish.

This is a great place to stay if you like the smell of smoke and want to see what bed bugs look like in person. Thank goodness we only packed for one day because we decided to set fire to our suit case as soon as we got home (we checked out a few hours after we checked in) While I am aware bed bugs can be found in even the cleanest hotels… this hotel did not feel clean at all. If you have stayed here recently you might want to search your home, thoroughly. The staff was kind enough to refund our money — so no complaints there. Then again, I'm not sure they would have denied us a refund being we actually caught one of the bugs in a zip lock baggy and took it to the front desk as proof. Keep your eyes open!

I've stayed at this hotel a few times now, each time has been a pleasant stay. It's nice and close to I-70, the hotel itself is quiet, the staff is friendly and the rooms are kept clean. It seems like there was probably a recent upgrade to the TV's and cable service in the rooms which provide a decent selection of channels including HBO. All in all a pleasant and affordable place to stay.

A nice quiet hotel, good location with plenty of nearby eats and shops for personal items! Good continental breakfast selection with friendly hostess! A must stay if u want to relax.

We visited this particular Best Western the final night of a very stressful trip. We had stayed at two other Best Westerns during this trip and had very pleasant stays. We were not disappointed with this visit either. We stopped on the chance that there might be an opening and so happy we did! Very clean, very comfortable, easy to find, with acceptable eating venues nearby. If we're ever in the area again, we will definitely look to stay here again!

As always I found the room clean the bed comfortable and enough pillows for a family of 4 the staff was helpful but they need a atm only thing not positive about my stay here.

Best Western was conveniently located and was easy to find when arriving in town. It was my first visit to Columbus, and the attendant at the desk was very helpful on helping me get oriented. The room was a good size and the 2 queen beds were very comfortable. The halls were quiet, and the breakfast looked fine.

It was a very nice and clean room the bed was very comfortable! The whole hotel was very clean! The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The only thing is that the fitness center is located with pool and u can only access it between the hours 8am-10pm. My wife I loved our stay and will stay there again.

Room was very clean I like the size of the suit staff was friendly pool and hot tub where great and the breakfast was good the staff was attentive to the need of food replenishing when low! I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel was easy to find. We were welcomed and the staff was very pleasant. The room was bright and airy. The next morning we asked if we could have a late checkout and it was granted. Again, they were very pleasant about it. There was no hemming or hawing about the request. We needed to come back to our room and change into traveling clothes.

It was ok. Room was not at all what we expected for a suite. And was very loud. Ruff sleeping. Breakfast. Was ok.

So far we have had great service, the room is excellent, the jacuzzi tub is amazing. The amenities are great as well.

We reserved the jet tub room it was a amazing night they also let us stay over because it was our anniversary I would definitely recommend staying here the room was very huge very comfortable bed love the jet tub definitely worth the stay price is great we stayed at Best Western Suites Off Evanswood Ct staff was very friendly.

When I first booked the room the dates got switched but I called and they fixed it very quickly! On our way to the hotel we found a magazine with a coupon for over 20 dollars off when we got there I asked the front desk if we could use it she gladly said yes! The staff was amazing very friendly and very helpful. The room was just as amazing very beautiful room well decorated the bed was so comfortable it felt like a memory foam mattress every thing in the room was up to date they didn't offer the cheap hotel soap like most hotels they had a good brand of shampoo and conditioner over all the room was amazing. We also spent about 3 hours in the pool it was very big and well heated so was the hot tub it was very clean as well I was impressed! How ever they were remodeling the hallways and the exercise room but surprisingly it was very quiet in the whole hotel. I would recommend this place to any one over and hotel in Columbus its not far from the Zoo or down town its a 3 minute drive to down town over all great place and staff.

Great friendly staff. Huge rooms with a great setup. I loved it! The only downside the breakfast wasnt as good as some I stayed st in California. And to get to pool you have to walk through the smoking rooms hallway. Great place to stay for cheap if going to zoo and dint mind a lil drive. Good restaurants nearbg and shopping. Again great staff and great rooms. I will be staying here again.

We called ahead to reserve a room and asked to see if they had flat screena. The lady at the counter told us she would check which rooms have flat screens cause only half of the rooms did. Well 2 hours later we got here and she put us in a room with no flat screen. Horrible customer service and a very lazy woman. I wouldnt recommend asking for anything here cause you won't get it.

The room was nice and a quiet enviroment.

We had trouble with the hotel's cleanliness — there were various stains on the mattress and sheets. They seemed clean, just stained. I overheard the front desk staff (who were very friendly) changing people's reservations to accomodate them, and then when my family arrived, they didn't have the double queen room they had been reserved for them — it had been given to someone who wanted to change their reservation after arriving. That didn't seem fair. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was decent — I just questioned the cleanliness.

If this were my first best western, it'd be my last. I reserved a non-smoking and got smoking room — — gee, there are ash trays in my room, and the air was heavy with fragrance. The other person at the desk while I was checking in had the same problem. Then another person came up to the desk complaining that someone had been in their room and left the door ajar. While the hotel looks new, it's worn. The grounds are deplorable — — they desperately need someone to clean them up, pull weeds, plant grass and flowers.
