Hands down one of the better hotel experiences I've had on US soil! Definitely 5 star service worthy of a 5 star review! I loved loved loved that this hotel provides bike rentals to its guests free of charge! And also for the Saucony sneaker and fitness clothes too!

Upscale venue, in the middle of a vibrant area of the city, plenty of nightlife around. Staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are well maintained. Parking is a bit of a nightmare, but they offer a valet service.

Awesome hotel! Stayed here for my cousin’s wedding! I was truly impressed with the hotel lobby and room was very clean. This is a high end hotel!

We ate at the restaurant attached to the hotel, the Guild House. The food was amazing, and the drinks were too. Service was great, and everything happened as though it wasn't during dinner rush. If you don't mind spending a premium on a premium experience, this is a great place to go.

My husband and I recently stayed here for our anniversary. The staff were friendly, engaging, and professional. Todd at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Clean room, great view, and overall great hotel!

Took a day off work to splurge on a relaxing massage and it was HORRIBLE! The masseuse was good, but the room was too close to the main traffic area or busy rooms because all I heard was doors opening and closing throughout the massage. Even the masseuse had to apologize for how non-relaxing the experience was… she even tried to turn up the music to drown out the noise. It was not a cheap experience ($125) but would have expected a compensation greater than $20 for such a bad experience. The credit ended up going towards my masseuse's tip… she was good. Probably wouldn't try this place again.

Valet parking is the same price as the public parking rates. Therefore your better off using valet and unloading your luggage in front of the hotel rather than carrying from the parking deck; if you can find parking too. The rooms are quite nice but the views is quite plain; depending which way your room window is facing. The beds were quite comfortable and soft firmness. The only complaints are there is no fan in the bathroom and there's no lock on door for it either.

They have a wide selection of food and beverage available all day. The rooms include comfortable bed (s), and a rainfall shower head with excellent water pressure. Numerous conference and meeting rooms with catering options throughout the day. Print can be done, but there is no official business center. Valet attendant was friendly, and front desk staff courteous.

We stayed here for our 10 year anniversary and loved it. The view was fantastic, the room was clean and comfortable, and the spa was absolutely amazing. The hotel surprised us by sending two eclairs and sparkling white wine to our room, which was a really nice touch. We'll definitely be back! Thanks to the hotel staff for helping to make our anniversary extra special.

Modern Art Gallery meets boutique hotel to make you feel like you were staying in your fabulous and chic Manhattan apartment rather than a hotel room. Rooms have beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking short North and wonderful amenities and little touches. Art in every room is different to make your experience unique!

This is absolutely a beautiful hotel. You can tell that a lot of thought has gone into it. The reason I gave it 4 stars is that there were mistakes made that seemed completely avoidable and gave the impression that more training might be needed on behalf of the staff. Dirty cups in the room, the plug for the bathroom sink came apart, (why are the knobs in the shower out of reach from the door? ), and major confusion with the bill. And for some reason I couldn't get Wi-Fi for my tablet. But as I said it is beautiful and the food at The Guild is wonderful, as is the service.

Beautiful hotel! We booked with them for our wedding back in June and had a wonderful experience! Staff was super friendly and professional and made sure we had an amazing experience!

Rooms were clean & quiet, staff was super friendly. Valet parking was very convenient, lots of places close by to eat. Super close the convention center. I feel like for the cost of the room, it was disappointing there wasn't a complementary breakfast.

Le Meridien Columbus has a superb location right on High Street. Wonderful staff. The atmosphere is inviting and welcoming. Fantastic experience here. Great rooms, nice location.

This was a business/personal vacation! I live in Columbus and have never stayed at a nicer hotel in the U. S. Great service, views and location!

I was here 12/13-12/15. This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are super modern, king sized bed was extra comfy, and their meeting rooms are spacious and fully stocked with drinks. I literally have nothing bad to say about this hotel or my stay.

Location is great, walkable to so many shops and restaurants. Common areas are very modern and clean. Rooms are well appointed, fairly luxurious. In room dining is available and selection is good, though food quality could be better.

Wonderful staff. The atmosphere is inviting and welcoming. I try to stay here anytime I'm in town. Lovely staff they are always happy and greet you everyone you walk by. The artwork!

Le Meridien Columbus has a superb location right on High Street. They offer all the amenities you could want including 3hr massages, valet and wedding packages. The decor is definitely geared towards a modern millennial crowd and features artwork from local artists. Each room has a satisfying rain shower, stocked mini bar and cocktail bar and if you have a high floor you'll probably have a great view of the city too. If you're enjoying a weekend in the short north district, this is the place to stay.

If trendy, upscale and artsy are your thing then this place is well worth the price. Its convenant location and exceptional customer service really set it apart.

We are looking at the venue for our future event. The coordination staff has been very courteous and helpful. The response that we have received from le Meridian has been very prompt and informative. We will be very happy to continue to do business with them.

This hotel is amazing. I love the huge room and the clean bathroom. Window view is cool too. Very convenient for big or small gatherings such as weddings or seminars because of its function halls.

Its amazing staying here. The interior design is fabulous very classy and elegant. Hotel staff are attentive and accommodating. I would love to be back here.

Nice, clean, high-end hotel with a great location. One major problem — they use centrally controlled thermostats with motion sensors. So, repeatedly waking up in the middle of the night with the room temperature at 78 degrees was no fun. Window could not be opened, no fan, no air circulation at all. None of the online override tricks worked. They did send a maintenance person to "fix" the air but the next night the same thing happened. My advice to management is to not be so cheap with such a critical comfort item. Although the desk staff was very nice I would have preferred a good nights sleep, and I would not return.

Wow is all we have to say! Our meal was outstanding and they graciously accommodated our no pork/shellfish request. The service was stellar and the ambiance was wonderfully classy but not at all pretentious. Yes it's a pricey meal but the value for what we got was great. Highly recommend!

Exceeded my expectations. Accommodations and staff were excellent, fantastic location, and very comfortable.

Service was excellent. In particular — I received a 3am wakeup call which I didn't request. I wasn't terribly bothered, b/c I happened to be awake at the time (had trouble sleeping). But I informed the staff so that they'd be more careful w/ future guests. One of the managers emailed me with an apology and informed me that he'd add a few thousand extra Starwood points to my account. Nice!

Wonderful service. Anthony at the front desk was very nice at check in. We mentioned it was our sons birthday and he sent up a little birthday treat for him. Very good customer service, and a very nice property.

Our stay was nothing short of outstanding: valet was pleasant and prompt, george at the front desk volunteered local activities when he found out that my son and I were on a social visit and the general manager welcomed us in the lobby and offered recomendations for dining. The property was located within walking distance of pleanty of entertainment and the room itself was immaculate.

The room was very nice. It was the best place I have stayed in a long time. I would reserve this place again without hesitation.

Have stayed here over 30 nights in the past 2 months and the entire staff has made it as pleasant of an experience has one could hope for. From the gentlemen greeting you outside, to the front desk staff; everyone is always very welcoming and accommodating. Shout out to the men at the front door, as well as Ryan and George at the front desk who will have a laundry list of ideas to keep you busy. Prior to settling on the LeM, I gave numerous other hotels in the area a try and none compared to the location, building, and overall atmosphere of the LeM.

Nice hotel, conveniently located in downtown. Staff is very friendly. The rooms are noisy though. So odds sounds in every room I've stayed in. Not sure if it's the pipes or what. Sounds like cars running over things.

Wi-Fi was really expensive. Staff opened the front door for me. That was kind. The elevator confused me. The shower felt like a waterfall of water. And the toilet paper was top notch!

Horrible customer service From start to finish the entire experience was appalling The hotel bar is sub par in service, has fruit flies, dirty glasses everywhere, the manager sat hunched over a bar stool for hours checking her phone but never once checking on customers or correcting errors of her staff. What a joke. This is not a Le Meridien hotel I have no idea how they even squired the rights to even use the name because this is a poor imposter.

Hate the customer service. Worst place I have ever been, it started in elevator as soon I got into it part of the scanner broke and didn't function. I go up to room bathroom is disgusting. When I called front desk too bad I cannot cancel reservation and they cannot accommodate me any other room. Save yourself don't stay here Hilton next door is awesome.

Terrible customer service and experience. Our room was not ready (although we booked several months in advance) until 2 hours after check in. Several incorrect charges were made to our credit card that were inaccurate (we never used the mini bar but were charged for items from it). The staff was unable to correct this without a lot of leg work on our end. Do not recommend.

Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, awesome showers and a friendly staff. Good location on High St so you're in walking distance of pretty much anything you want to do in Columbus.
