Gotta drop this down a notch. 4 days here and only 2 housekeeping visits. * Not good. The thing that struck me most about this property are the small rooms. I booked a 2 queen bed room expecting a little more space (like an additional chair/table/ottoman like you get at Hilton Garden Inn), but that was a no-go. Very snug for a week-long stay. Here are my personal pros and cons: Pros: Comfortable beds Updated décor and furnishings Spacious walk-in shower Free weights in fitness room Cons: Compact rooms with small TV's Thin and flimsy towels Elevator 'dinging' can be heard even in a room well down the hall Located in what appears to be somewhat of a rundown area All in all this isn't a bad place to stay, but it's not a chart topper either. Will probably stay elsewhere next time I'm in Columbus.

Easy access. Rooms and hotel seem new. Nice room, stylish decorating. Friendly and helpful staff.

Room was very clean. The bedding and pillows were pure heaven. I had the best nights sleep. Plenty of towels for just we too. Breakfast had so much to choose from, to oatmeal, make your own waffles, eggs, sausage, fruit, so many kinds of juices. The desk clerk greeted up every time we came in or out. Highly recommend.

Rooms great location ok not a lot of food places by it.

Clean room but there was button missing on the ottoman which exposed the metal wire making it dangerous. Very loud doors and people early in the morning which isn't necessarily the hotel's fault. Husband said the bed was comfortable but I like a softer one.

They kept the hotel liempo for a super full time. There was a concert event and they offered a free car from the hotel to the event.

Very helpful and kind staff, was able to help me locate a few places I was looking for while in town. Very clean and maintained property. Only issue was the noisy guests in the room next to me but that is not the hotels issue. Other then that, had a great stay and will make sure to use this hotel while traveling in Columbus again.

Very clean and modern hotel. Pool area was great to be in with the kids. Again, very clean and modern. No hot tub/spa but lots of space to sit and lounge. Bathroom inside the pool area was helpful. I would certainly recommend this hotel for someone visiting this area. Breakfast area was good and easy to navigate I thought. Room was very clean and modern as well. Staff was excellent.

Stayed for a conference. Nice and clean rooms. Had a large selection of foods for breakfast and staff were helpful to us. Will definitely return next year and rent a room again. The process was seamless.

The continental breakfast is probably the best I have ever had: fruit, french toast, kielbasa sausage, oatmeal with four or five toppings and a fruit like beverage that was really good, but I don't know what it was. Plus all the other items you usually find. The shower had nice hot water and great water pressure. Very comfy pillows. and it was well appointed. The only downside was that the shower (oversized and quite roomy) was kind of hard to open from the inside.

Very nicely decorated. Could've invested more in the soundproofing as room noises carried through our room all night. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical of these types of hotels — mass produced and relatively bland.

The staff is very nice! The facility is very clean. They are attentive about clearing snow in the parking lot. Their complimentary breakfast is very good! Lots of choices for breakfast. My only constructive criticism is that I didn't like that they didn't have a vending machine for snacks and soda. They had snacks that could be bought near the front desk that were sold by the receptionist and they were severely overpriced. Other than that I had a great day, and I love the business Suites!

Very clean and newly updated. Breakfast is wonderful. Bed comfortable. Best yet, they offer a convenient, free shuttle to and from nearby health facilities (within 3 miles). Really helpful during a snow/ice event when I needed to care for my mother at the health center.

This is the only place I'll stay. My family loves the cleanliness of the rooms, and the bathrooms. The beds are soft, but not too soft. Every room has a mini fridge, and both of my kids like the breakfast.

Awesome place to stay! My husband was in Riverside Methodist hospital for open heart surgery. I spent 10 days. The shuttle bus was a real blessing. I got dropped off and picked up everyday. Staff was amazing helping me out whenever I needed anything.

Our stay at Hampton Inn was awesome! The suite was beautiful and the breakfast was really good too, we especially enjoyed that breakfast was served until 10am that allowed us to sleep in a little longer than at other hotels! We will definitely be back!

Cozy. I cooked the most amazing breakfasts when I stay here. Beds are comfortable and restrooms are stocked well with towels n stuff.

We were in town visiting family at the Riverside Methodist hospital and chose this hotel in part due to its location near the hospital. It was not only a 3 minute drive to the hospital, but also easy to get to from the highway. The free breakfast was much better than we had expected and the staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was very clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we've experienced. If we ever find ourselves staying in this area again, we'll surely choose this hotel.

The location is amazing, so close to everything. The rooms were clean and spacious and the hotel staff were pleasant and caring.

The meeting room was very nice and thed staff kept up with making sure we had plenty of water/tea/coffee. As a guest, the room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast provided daily was top notch and the tea, coffee, and hot chocolate station available daily was much appreciated as was the pre-bagged breakfasts.

Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Good location. What more is there to say?

The location is convenient, with Bob Evans and Roosters nearby. The facilities are clean, staff was welcoming and friendly.

Very good hotel. Very close to Ohio State University. Rooms were very well maintained. Big rooms. Staff was really good. Great options for breakfast and very good lounge. 24 hours open gym and indoor Swimming pool which is open till late night adds extra attraction besides the comfortable stay. Free parking and Wifi. Easy access to good restaurants and plenty of shopping centers near by.

I enjoyed my stay here. It is a new hotel that is quite comfortable, and most importantly, quiet. Clean rooms, very comfortable bed, and a quiet AC. Will stay again.

Great hotel. Freshly remodeled and you can use your phone as the room key, very cool! Got upgraded to a king suite so I can't complain.

Excellent Hampton Inn. Updated, clean and a great choice for family or business. I have stayed at many Hilton properties, this is one of the nicer ones I have visited.

The Hampton Inn & Suites I stayed at recently was amazing. The service was great and the workers were great. The rooms were very nice and everything was neat and clean. I would give this a good 5 star.

The accommodations were fine, the staff was pleasant and the continental breakfast was surprisingly very good. Overall a 4 out of 5. Though I had no issues with the hotels nothing stood out as amazing.

Nice day. Great service. Had a problem on a two-day trip with the room not being cleaned but the manager comped a large portion of the bill for the second day. Great service.

Decent stay so far. Breakfast was good. Bed very comfortable. Great water pressure and hot water. Staff seems nice and attentive. Pretty clean facility. Can't close inner drapes for privacy would be my only complaint.

I came here for a baseball tournament and I came back from the field one day and my wallet was gone off my nightstand with over $150 inside it. The staff didn't do anything about it, no questioning of the managing, nothing. Will never share my business at another hampton inn after this experience.

Hamptons are always pretty nice but this one had some more upscale features than others. Nice tile and newer furniture than I've seen. Fitness center has several treadmills and elipticals as well as dumbbells that go up to 50lbs by increments of 5. Also has a nice cable machine. As always, the free coffee is delicious. There were no cookies, though!

Incredibly clean, well designed rooms and facilities. Everything looks new and upscale.

I stayed here because my brother was graduating from OSU. It was close to the school, food, and my brother's domicile. It was comfortable, and there was a lovely breakfast. Wifi was good. Beds were clean and wonderful.

Pretty new hotel. Staff was extremely nice. Good breakfast in the morning. This was my 2nd time there and would definitely go back.

Great hotel. 1.5 years old. Staff is friendly and helpful. There wasn't a time when I was in the lobby and there wasn't someone cleaning/ shining the place up. Rooms are comfortable and mimic the rooms in the Hampton downtown Cincinnati. I've tried 4 different Hilton properties in northern Columbus and this is the one I'll stick with going forward.

I only stayed one night, but the room was nice. The bed was comfy, and the shower was great. The breakfast was better than I expected; I loved the potatoes and omelet.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Although the Hotel looked beautiful I can not recommended this place to anyone. The first day we got there we found old beer cans in the drawers. We immediately notified the front desk and they removed them. After that we had two good days but after that whoever cleaned the room simply didn't. They did not leave new towels. They did not clean the floor. In the bathroom one night I had the shower running and when the steam hit the glass door you seen the streak of whatever chemical the cleaning staff used. Just a random back and forth motion not even five times. Didn't clean the entire thing. Just changed the sheets, took the dirty towels, quick wipe to the shower and left. This was for multiple days. We called and complained. The last day we get the bill and when we go to pay I ask for the manager. They say there isn't one. I point out the sign saying manager on duty and it had a name, Megan (censored). He says that was the overnight manager and there isn't one on duty today. So I explain the story and tell him the service was horrible and not worth the price paid. He hands me a card and says contact the person on the card. I ask if he's serious. There's a sign directly in front of him saying if you aren't happy you don't pay. Now keep in mind this whole time his attitude towards me had been poor at best. I point out the sign and he just says, no.

Swanky new Hampton! This is the caliber of the Hilton in downtown Columbus, albeit without the nice restaurant, valet service, and location, but the hotel itself is incredible.
