Great comfortable place to stay. All of the staff were exceptionally pleasant and went above and beyond to say hello and make sure we had everything we needed. Great out door place to relax. The food was AMAZING!

I am attending a professional event at the Hilton and using the conference space they have. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well lit. We had breakfast and lunch catered by the hotel, the food was fresh and made well. The catering staff were incredibly friendly and willing to look into information for food allergies. Coffee station was always clean and full, and the coffee was always hot. I would very much consider staying here if I were passing through. Spent time out in the lobby, there were very few people at night so it was easy to have a conversation and a drink. The conference room was either very hot other very cool, but the staff were very willing to adjust the temp to make sure our group was comfortable. Recently renovated rooms that are beautiful and clean, and the lobby has a great aesthetic and atmosphere.

It's a little back off the road parking takes a second to get. The rooms are nice and clean. We didnt use the service so cant tell about them.

I found the room to be adequate, the staff was very accomadating. The hotel was in a good spot, very accessible with a great selection of restaurants nearby. Whenever I travel to Columbus I stay here.

Upon looking closer at the bathroom, noticed that the wallpaper was peeling off. Saw mold around tje door frame and it looked like they just tried painting over it. Also saw some mold on the shower curtain. The bathroom definitely needed to be renovated. Breakfast is also not included or free. I won't be staying here in the future.

First let me start by saying the staff at this location are top notch. Seriously, I have been pleastly surprised that all the staff I have met so far have always went above and beyond. They are currently undergoing some room updates. We loved the original room we had, however we were moved to one of the just renovated rooms and wow. The new rooms are gorgeous, modern, very clean lines. There have been some issues here and there, however, they handled everything as soon as it was mentioned. We will definitely come back to this location again.

The staff was very helpful. The 5th floor has remodel rooms. The rooms are nice but they need some small things done to them. The first floor I stayed in an older room and it was a great room.

They have several places of food around, and they are close to the Hwy 315 that connects it with all Columbus easily.

The staff here is wonderful! They allowed me to switch accessible room types when another store did my needs better. Everyone was very friendly. No free breakfast; however, the breakfast was very good. Made to order eggs, plus waffles, pancakes, and other buffet style items. The restaurant itself was very good. The chicken wings were excellent, and the grilled vegetable pasta was very good. The caeser salad was pretty pain. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were nice and the breakfast service was fantastic. There wasn't a ton of hot water for the showers, but that wasn't really a big deal. The location was nice — it was really close to campus, which was what we were hoping for. Plus there were plenty of restaurants around to choose from.

Pleasant staff, but hotel needs updating. Floors in my room were stained, shower curtain and towels very tattered.

Nice people has most anything you want in hotel services rooms are small, bath rooms are not vented well, every thing steams up. They have a great shuttle service to Ohio University and Ross heart hospital, drivers are friendly, and helpful. Great coffee and breakfasts. I thought they were over priced. There were many places around hotel with in walking distance to eat. Security of area is a bit question able after dark.

Best customer service ever! The whole staff is extremely friendly; they go above and beyond. Great customer service is so rare these days, it's nice to know some still exists! Mimi is exceptional! The hotel itself is lovely, comfortable, quiet, and very clean. Lovely patio area as well if you want a cocktail outside :) (Stay away from Staybridge on Olentangy, huge billboard right outside. Blinding and not even close to the same customer service). This is our second stay at Hilton and I can't imagine staying anywhere else. (Will be visiting our new OSU freshman a lot) Thank you Hilton Garden Inn and staff!

Perfect for a night away. Pool was nice and although the Jets were broken in the hot tub, we were still permitted to get in. The breakfast isn't that great for the price, but the room is why we stay! Awesome pillows, clean sheets, and super comfortable bed. EVERY employee was smiling and genuinely great at customer service. Even the maintenance guys! We highly recommend this place!

I had a great stay here. Loved their mini gym and mini pool. The staff are very friendly and polite and helpful. Beds are comfortable.

Attended a brunch here for a wedding. Hotel seemed very nice. Small, but good room for our group. Food was good, though not all the plates were clean. Still had a great time.

Nice place. No bedbugs. Lots of Canadian geese that are very protective of their adolescent offspring that are eating everything in the the two foot swath they waddle all over the lawn and parking lot. So watch out for the goose poop on the sidewalk and near everything else. Oh, and the lobby coffee was excellent.

I stayed in room 410 at this hotel, the room was up to date and clean. The TV is decent sized for a 3 star hotel, there is a kitchen in every room, which includes a Keurig Coffee Maker. The bathroom has a decent sized sink, a awesome shower head, and a decent toilet. In every room, there is a chair in the corner. The beds are very comfortable! There is decent sized closet when you walk in to your room. Now, time for the hotel. When you first walk in the hotel, the lobby is very modern. This hotels lobby was remodeled about a month ago. The breakfast is not free, that's a disadvantage. The pool is very nice, including a spa. The hot tub is awesome. The business center is cool, includes 2 computers in the room. The fitness center has precor equipment, which is the room beside the pool/spa area. There is a very big shuttle for this Hilton Hotel. For all you elevator enthusiasts, the elevator is a Schindler. In conclusion, I would definitely recommend this hotel, it is in a great area. This Hilton Hotel has satisfied me, and should do the same to you. I had a wonderful stay, Hilton Garden Inn! Loved it beds where very comfy and the pillows where amazing. The only thing I'd say Was they need to tell people the contental breakfast cost 6.99 before hand.

This hotel was very comfortable. I stayed in a room with a single King bed. The room was an ADA accessible room which meant it has wider doors. And a grab bar in the shower/tub. The restaurant in the hotel as very good and offered a variety of comfort food as well several healthy options. There was some wear and tear on the wallpaper of the bathroom that detracted from the overall appearance. This would in no way keep me from returning to this hotel. Staff were professional and friendly. The room had a mini refrigerator as well.

Very nice hotel with great business amenities. Decent wireless access but if you bring a travel router and wire that up your wireless speeds go from 2 MB/s to 50 MB/s. They offer a valuable shuttle service to and from many locations for conferences. Just make sure you call for pickup.

The hotel is very nice and clean overall. The lobby is bright and welcoming. The majority of the front desk staff were very helpful. A few seemed like they couldn't be bothered. My only issue I had was, upon arrival, I was told that because we prepaid in full, they needed to have a card on file for accidents /charges. Pretty standard so I handed over my debit card. It all seemed pretty legit and I was actually able to charge some snacks on it so that was nice. The problem I had was the front desk told me nothing would be charged to my account if I didn't use premium Internet/damage the room. What they failed to disclose is an automatic $50 hold was placed on my account for the room. At first I was slightly annoyed, I inquired about the charge upon check out and was assured it would fall off once I checked out. I checked my account (it's 6 hours later) and its still there. So I called to inquire about why there was still a hold. I was then informed it takes 2 to 5 days to come off. Now, I'm a pretty understanding and forgiving person but I find this pretty unacceptable. Their policies should be clear and their guests should be informed. Furthermore, information should be consistent will all employees across the board. I don't disagree with the policy, it's the failure to disclose and conflicting information I take issue with.

Nice lobby area for socializing. Restaurant small but decent. Rooms comfortable. Close to running /biking trail.

Just visiting my parents who stayed there. They said they had a great stay. Hotel was nice and clean and service was good.
