Best staff, always willing to go above and beyond for their quest. Great rates, clean and well equipped rooms. Differently a place to stay for a long-term stay.

The staff is very friendly. Great with my daughter. Rooms are clean and if something isn't up to your standards just let them know and they will do their best to fix it.

Online it says the minimum age is 18. However when I went to check in they said the minimum age is 21. So now i’m stuck in a city I do not know, quickly trying to find another room.

The hotel was clean and cozy. The room was nice and clean too. Only draw back for me was that if I wanted to get to downtown by public transportation, it's a nightmare because the hotel is located outside the city center; but the are was good with eateries and shopping places too. The staff was really nice and helpful too.

The staff was very nice Travis and Tiffany were every helpful, and they have great customer service skills. The house keeping did a great job at cleaning and were very nice and helpful about any of my needs. I will be recommending this Extended Stay America.

Situated on the suburbs of Columbus. It is close to the freeway. The access roads are poorly maintained. Claims… the free breakfast and coffee is not good. Packed muffins are the only BF. Also there are not too many restaurants around. The rooms are clean. Free Wi-Fi is too slow. I used my hotspot. TV was ok. I rate it average.

Room smelled slightly of smoke, despite being designated as non-smoking. Very quiet, prompt service.

Rooms could have been cleaner (especially the bathroom), no washcloths, pillows were horrible, and no desk clerk when we checked out.

Great room. I've paid much more for less of a room than this. Staff was great, room was clean (not perfect but clean), the lobby & parking lot were clean. Definitely recommend this place.

Pretty good experience overall, rooms are big and clean no roaches or bed bugs.

I've been staying here almost 2 months, just got a new job in Columbus. Making sure I like the job before signing an apartment contract. Internet is slow unless you pay extra but I have an unlimited data plan. There were no kitchen ware when I moved in but I just ask front desk and was supplied plates, cups, bowl and utensils no charge. I'm long term so house keeping is once a week but I'm independent and work swings, so I ask for towels and bed lining and do it myself. Washing machine and dryer work well. One hour to wash and dry a load. There is no vent fan in bathroom so you can end up blowing up your entire room. Hotel keys dies alot, been locked out a few times. After midnight it may take a few minutes to contact hotel staff. Furniture is dated but we talking about $36 a day for a month. If you want granite counters and wood floors, this is not the place for you.

The staff was very accommodating. I was on a 16 week assignment and stayed here. The staff made sure to do my weekly cleaning before I got in from work (I worked overnights).

It was decently clean, good location, small kitchenette, but it came with NOTHING! We didn't bring anything, thinking there would be some stuff supplied. No cups, silverware, plates, pots, pans… kind of pointless for an extended stay facility.

Tiffany is amazing! My room was clean I never had a problem.

Very nice staff… clean room. A lil dust but notjing I cant wipe off. I paid $38 a night with my discount and stayed 10 days. The reason why people talk about people being outside wondering and walking around is because its a smoke free hotel. So everyone is kutside smoking lol. Damn if you do and damn if you dont. I would recommend with a discount but not at full price of $80 n above. Hope this helps.

I just went to visit a friend but I did see the room and it was very nice. If I needed to stay overnight somewhere in the area I would definitely choose them.

This place is wicked close to the 71 highway which means it's noisy. This part of town is really rough as well. If you have no other options, this place will do the trick, but I wouldn't go wandering around outside at night too much. There's a decent selection of food, gas, and other stores nearby. Quick access to the main freeway in Columbus (71) and one exit down from 270, the other major highway. Again, it's not a terrible place to stay, it's just not a great neighborhood so watch your back and lock the door!

It was a very clean hotel and the staff was friendly. The only issue I had was my friend requested a smoke free room, but when we walked in it smelled like the previous guest smoked.

Nice room but was not properly cleaned. Minimal breakfast. Service was not the best.

Remind me of some military barracks. We stayed at a different location last year and it was better than this one. This one has no utensils or glasses in the kitchen nor any pots or pans. Had to go to the front desk for any of these items. The room was clean though.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were here overnight for a hospital visit. We asked about shopping in the area and they gave us a couple choices to choose from and directions. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint was the soundproofing could have been better. We could here everything around us. We will be coming back here if we need to be back in the area.

At first we only reserved rooms for our wedding guests from out of town, but when the rate was so low we decided to get a room too. Best. Decision. Hands-down. I walked in immediately following my wedding and the manager upgraded us to a suite and every single one of the staff was beyond kind and accommodating. In the morning, we realized we had forgotten toothbrushes and toothpaste and I needed some headache relief. When the front desk realized he was the groom, she made sure he had everything he needed and more. The room was also great. After our stay, I told my husband I wanted a bathroom exactly like our hotel's. It was clean, affordable, and all of our guests who stayed in the hotel had breakfast together and it was great for us to be able to see them in the morning as well. I can go on and on about how much we enjoyed our stay and how much more incredible our stay made the memory of our wedding. I got married three months ago and because I'm still thinking about that hotel, I had to leave a review.

It isn't a 5 star hotel but thet do a 5 star job of being a 3 star hotel. Overnight security was a plus.

I reserved this through Priceline as one of the deals. A major flaw in doing this is that you can't specify some important preferences like smoking or the need for two beds. I wanted two but of course they only had one full side bed. That isn't the hotel's fault so I'm not down-rating them on this. I am faulting them for the smokiness of the hotel. Our room reeked of smoke and even walking down the hallway from the elevator there was smokiness and not just a little. We slept with the windows open and fortunately it was cool enough that is was fine. The hotel was reasonably clean although felt a little worn around the edges. Things worked well. They mention a breakfast but it is really just a few items like muffins, granola bars, and coffee.

The area is hotel heaven but I think we found the best one for our budget the rooms are nice clean and roomy the staff is friendly and helpful it's right on a highway but you don't hear a thing inside the hotel. Overall this was a great stay for a construction worker.

I have stayed at an Extended Stay in Texas that was good so when I moved to Columbus for a new job I figured this might be good until my apartment was ready but it was pretty bad. The price was very good but the room stank and hadn't been cleaned very good. Other guests were very noisy and they charge $4.00 to wash and dry a load of laundry.

Theres a killer pothole when you first enter the parking lot. Hallways smell bad. Room smelled like smoke and cat piss. Front desk agent was kind though and refunded me my money promptly.

Just like the previous reviewer, they accidentally double charged me and under a minute it was fixed by their amazing staff over the phone! The room was very clean and didn't smell and other than it being noisy out in the hallway, I was told renovations were coming this summer. Try to get ground floor. I'll be back for sure!

ESA is my favorite hotel.

I was glad when our stay was over. Smoking is allowed on the upper two floors and it comes through the vents. For a non-smoker, this was aggravating. Then having a smoke alarm go off in the middle of the night was even worst. It seems it was most likely due to someone smoking because the fir department never came. Placing room garbage in the stairwell for pickup sucked. The price should be a warning. If you must stay, then make it a very short one. The kitchens lack an oven as well.

Hotel has adequate accomodations. In town for 2 days and I highly prefer the hotel's with these mini kitchens in them. I haven't noticed any bad smell people have spoke of in other reviews (room, lobby, halls). Appears clean. My room has some scuffs around the wall. Other than that everything functions And is cozy. Bed feels good and is clean. Used the ac in this unit and it works more than ok. Honestly only reason I degrade this under a 4 is that I can very evidently hear next door noises n sounds. Shower was very loud. I have been at other hotels that can handle my video games on the internet. However, this one is having a hard time accommodating a game. There is an option to upgrade the Internet. But I must say that's a little bit stupid. Few minor problems that I listed out of the way, This hotel is great for the price.

I was at the hotel for thirteen days, although I was not wrong, the Manager on the third day gave me a discount if paid throughout the stay at that time, i. E. Ten days remaining, as indeed I did, the day of departure from the hotel made me pay the amount of the discount that had given me, it was a deception of the Manager and it was not responsible for to pay the difference, it seemed to me to be little serious and left me very bad impression.

Worst hotel experience ever. Had do not disturb sign up, yet maid still came in and took charging equipment. The entire a Extended Stay experience here in Columbus has been awful. Never again.

The rooms were VERY uncomfortable. The room was not cleaned the week I was there and for $10 more I went to the Double Tree across the street where I finally got some rest. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I wouldn't say I hated it, because I'm thankful for a roof over my head, but my stay was very unpleasant. First of all, the area is very dangerous. I heard someone screaming threatening to shoot someone in the room across from me. The room wasn't very clean and I stepped on a hairball from a hairbrush from a previous guest, gross. Also followed by finding random pubic hairs in the bed. I killed a bedbug before I went to bed and still woke up with 2 bites on my leg. The halls/rooms smell like a bowling alley (smoke and dirty carpet). The staff was very friendly, but didn't seem to care that they were out of towels when I needed one. I didn't feel safe at this hotel and felt very dirty.

This Extended Stay is very convenient. My husband and I, and of course my 10 month old, stayed here for quite a while. We paid 599 a month. Laundry was only 1.50 a load, I never did pay for my faxes even though they were supposed to charge. 05 per sheet. The staff were all very friendly and we never had any problems from the other guests. A great place to stay when you don't have any other options.
