Nice food great big rooms.

The hotel has a very clean appearance. The rooms seem modern and clean. I really enjoyed the room until I found a single bed bug. The staff made sure that I got put in a room and even upgraded me to a King Suites. Still I felt my skin crawl and I had to go to bed. Because if one room had a bed bug this one might too. The king suite was free of any issue. Still having the idea of you laying on a bed and finding at bed bug is quite irritating.

Modern and clean rooms, friendly staff. Airport shuttle every half hour. Breakfast could have been better, but it's what you expect at a 2-star. Shares a parking lot with McDonald's so you at least have options.

The rooms were clean and the price reasonable. I didn't have any noise issues from neighbors. Would stay again.

Great service. We booked a handicapped room and the staff pointed out that the bed is only a twin. Even though they were full, they found a way to get us a room with a larger bed.

I wish I could give this hotel a 0! My child was on a school field trip, her first one away from home. This hotel sold their reservation to other people at a larger rate to make money. There was zero compensation given to the parents and our children had to sit on a bus for hours while this was “sorted” out. Our school had confirmed this several times and had the confirmation in hand, they didn’t care. Our 10 year old and younger children missed out on several activities due to This and ultimately found new rooms, on our own, at the Hilton. I recommend the Hilton over this place any day and thank them for taking in our 60+ elementary grade students at midnight thanks to this hotels very VERY poor customer service.

50+ students, chaperones, and their coordinator found themselves displaced last night because the hotel found it fitting to cancel their contract without telling them and gave their rooms to higher paying customers attending the Memorial Golf Tournament. These Children (my daughter included) were stranded until midnight searching for more rooms in the area. Luckily they found 12 rooms at the Hilton so they were forced to be crammed into all of the rooms with some sleeping on floors, cots, and couch cushions. The hotel staff at the Country Inn were not helpful and only offered a “sorry” when a complaint was filed. I’m appalled that the management let this happen.

We were on a school trip with 55 people and when we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that our reservation was not there, despite payment and emails and a contract between our school and the hotel. We sat on the bus for hours while it was trying to be sorted out. Our rooms were sold and the hotel offered no compensation to the parents. We were able to get 12 rooms at a different hotel, with 4 being at this hotel. No swimming and being split up caused very mad parents, sad kids and not much rest as we didn't get into our other hotel until after midnight!

They gave away a group of school children's rooms and turned them away. After multiple confirmations and a contract they still sold the rooms to other people at higher prices. They literally turned children out into the night so they could pull a higher profit. They have no answer other than "We're sorry". Parents couldn't reach their children, they had to set for several hours trying to find other rooms, they traumatized those poor children…

My daughter went on a school trip, and they sold their rooms.

Attentive and nice staff, clean rooms and pool area, nicely appointed for the price, decent breakfast buffet. The little library area and always available coffee and tea was a really nice touch, and free cookies for the kids gets a thumbs up. All around great experience.

This is the worst hotel ever. The room was not clean, the breakfast bar was abysmal, and the staff was rude and inept. This day has ensured that I will never stay with Country Inn & Suites again.

This was a horrible experience. We were told that there was a shuttle to the airport and to Easton Town Center when we booked. However when we got there we were told the shuttle only runs 4pm to midnight and only to the airport. The beds had yellow stains on them, the sink faucet broke after one use, the hair dryer over heated after 2 min of use and when we told them they said "We know. " And it took them about 30 min to get us a new hair dryer. The gym was extremely outdated with no weight equipment so only a treadmill and elliptical were able to be used. There was only one ice machine in the whole hotel which wasn't working and when we asked the kitchen if we could get some ice they said no. When we came back late on Saturday night, the security guard was sleeping in the lobby. Overall it was horrible customer service, and a terrible experience. I will not be visiting a country inn and suites for a long time and wouldn't recommend anyone staying here unless you know that you are going to receive sub par service.

The staff here are amazing! They have really great customer service skills and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure your stay is great. However the pool area want the best this stay, the chlorine was so strong and the pool area was way too hot. My child woke up this morning her eyes still red swollen and hurting.

We were very impressed with our stay here. All the staff was extremely polite and helpful, our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, beds and pillows we're great. The free breakfast had delicious omelettes with extra toppings. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms were not too bad although the customer service was horrible. We came in during the evening from a long day of traveling and the girl at the front desk Amanda was very rude. She seemed very bother and talked AT us. When we were heading up to our room with our things we realized the elevator did not work. We went back to the front desk and asked her if their was another elevator and she replied with no you have to take the stairs. It's very unfortunate she didn't let us know that ahead of times with all of our things. As my wife and I went back outside to smoke in the lobby we heard her arguing with another group of people which appears to be airline workers. She was rude to them and said if you have an issue here is a card feel free to call the number. It's very unfortunate to go to a hotel and have very bad attitudes from staff. The front desk is the first face you see when entering and her demeanor was even uninviting. Will defitnely not stay here based on that alone.

Yikes. Two stars because the actual room was great. I'm in a band and that plays all around the country and usually book Country Inns whenever I can because they're pretty consistently great everywhere. When we arrived and checked in, we were told that they had sold out of double queen rooms, which is what I paid for. When we finally gave in and just took the king room, we walked in on people sleeping in the room we were given. We then went back down to the lobby and got another room (a double queen — hmm), and within ten minutes of being in the room, someone barged into our room! When I called down to make sure they knew this happened, they just kind of brushed it off. This morning when we were coming back to the room after breakfast, our room keys no longer worked. When I went to get them replaced, I ended up telling the manager about the whole situation and she was very apologetic and gave me a new key to our room. The best of this whole thing, though, was when people walked into our room AGAIN while one of us was showering. Needless to say, I will never stay at this CI&S again. What a bummer.

I really liked this hotel a lot! It's very conveniently located by the airport and they have a shuttle. There's a lot of restaurant's within waking distance. Its very updated and kept up with. Clean and comfy and best of all pretty quiet! Their complementary breakfast is one of the best I've had (compared to other hotels) the staff is very friendly and hospitable. Will return here in the future!

The hotel was amazing and great for the price! Very clean, and comfortable! Would definitely stay again! My only problem was the people around us. I know that has nothing to do with the quality of the hotel but maybe if I was to complain or call the front desk (something I don't usually do) I could have been happier. There was a party or something going on in the room across from us and as soon as you opened our door you can smell the marijuana in the hallway it was so bad and we were told there was no smoking at all in the rooms. On the "services" paper in the room is says that from 11 till 12pm only adults 21 and older can swim in the pool so I only stayed awake for that long because it sounded amazing to go swim after a long day and relax. Well earlier that day the kids and the mom of the kids that was also staying with me went swimming around 7 and they told me that their was around 20 people in the pool room and swimming (the pool room is not very big at all and neither is the pool but it's a decent size, 20 people should not be in there! ) so they left because of how bad and rude the people were, it wasn't enjoyable, and the lack of rules and no staff that came and checked. So I was planning on going earlier but since I heard that I wasn't gonna waste my time so since the paper said that only 21 and older was allowed at the time I stated earlier I decided to try then and when I got in there it was filled with 10 or more toddlers/kids/teens without an adult!

Awesome hotel! Anytime you have to fly out of Columbus I suggest staying there! You can park ur car for a week for $15!

Always clean and roomy. Staff is nice. I sent my son for extra kleenex and they sent snacks and water.

It's a very nice hotel with lots of accommodations. The location is ideal if you want to be close to the airport. The staff was chipper and friendly and the price was excellent. There are some noise issues being that close to an airport. The hallway doors don't block much sound either and the refrigerator in our room was a little noisy.

I was here with my daughter and her friend over spring break. We had a $200 pair of boots stolen from our room. I filed a complaint with the desk, the manager, the headquarters and the end result… NOTHING! Zachariah Blackburn called my husband and informed him that the manager Steve had been terminated due to this particular situation and that he indeed would further help us. Their insurance agent called me and informed me as long as Zach Blackburn admitted liability on their behalf to the boots then they would be able to help us with the loss. However, the letter I received in the mail clearly states that Zach was dishonest and had no intentions of helping us. I pray that God blesses Zach, Steve and the person who stole the boots from us… tenfold. When I first got there, the lady at the front desk was new, she thought I had already paid my over $300.00 dollars for the room online, and she preceded to give me a receipt and sent me on my way. I went back to her and told her they did not have my credit card information and I indeed had not paid for the room… she didn't believe me and had to do more research. Finally she took my money. I wish now, I had never said a word… clearly this business is much more dishonest then their customers. I rarely write a review, I feel this needs to be heard. I will surly be following up with this in court.

Shuttle doesn't run past midnight. $14 cab ride. Very fast internet with no tricks to join. Free breakfast but nothing exciting… Maybe waffles? Nice rooms that will soon be updated. Nice for a short stay.

The hotel is under construction so hopefully it'll get better, but thought now things are kinda ugly. Tile falling off in the pool, carpet stained everywhere. The room size is great. Breakfast is free but pretty blah. Free Wi-Fi is decent.

Overall nice place, friendly staff, great fluffy pillows & fluffy comfy blanket on bed, good breakfast with lots of choices & was available until 10:30. I'm disappointed that we ran out of tissues & were almost out of toilet paper but couldn't get more from the front desk… there were 4 of us staying in the room so not a good situation! I found spare rolls in the bathroom near the lobby, so that fixed that situation, but it's really unfortunate that the front desk was unable to help. That seems really unreasonable to me considering that we paid almost $200 for one night. The hotel has an indoor pool but no hot tub; and there were no towels for the pool. Overall it was a nice place, but next time we'll probably look for another hotel within the same area near the airport.

Reasonable rates and a clean motel. We were able to leave our car, catch the shuttle to the airport and pick up our car when we return. This is always a plus when we vacation.

Good hotel. A little dated but they do well with what they have. Breakfast is good considers free (there's lots of options! ) Rooms are good size, big hd tvs, etc. It's less than 15 minutes from downtown which is nice and there's a lot of food in the area!

Everyone here is nice. The pictures of the hotel showed a hot tub, no hot tub. Someone got sick in the pool, ended up closed. The kids were very disappointed.

The room was small for a King bed room. The bathroom had a bunch of rust around the door and the wallpaper was peeling. The breakfast was meh. The waffles were the only high point and even they were lackluster, being doughy instead of crisp and fluffy. The sausage and eggs were bland and the orange juice tasted like orange-flavored water. The walls are paper-thin and I could hear everything going on in the next room, which sounded like it had 20 kids in it with all the noise they kept making.

Checked in and was asked what my floor of preference was, which was very considerate… Room was clean… bathroom was clean… breakfast was pretty good… overall I feel like I got a room worth the $91 I paid for… I would recommend someone else.

How do you advertise that you have a hot tub, have pictures on your website of a hot tub, have a sign on the door that there is a hot tub… Then have no hot tub?!?

My stay at Country Inn & Suites Columbus Airport was very pleasant. The room was clean, the staff was helpful and friendly.

BEWARE! This place will use your credit card information months after your stay here. I called in May/2015 gave the guy my information over the phone because my husband only had cash on him and he was told he needed a credit card on file. So he told me nothing would be charged as long as he pays for the room up front. What do you know! 6 months later I get a notification at 4 a. M saying someone is using my credit card in Columbus, Ohio at this POS hotel and I'm all the way in Arizona! I called this morning and they gave me the run around about talking to a manager. Just warning everyone to check your bank statement months after your stay so this doesn't happen to you. Sad you have to worry about unauthorized charges after using your credit card somewhere.

Every day I have to ask for clean towels and coffee since my room doesn't get serviced. Left for work at 7:30 am and back at 8:30 pm and my room was as I left it. I had to ask for towels and coffee again. Hoping to have my room serviced today!

Let's just say I'll never stay here again… Even with my company footing the bill. Worst hotel I have ever been at. Our room is a non smoking room yet we walk in and it's if someone just smoke a pack of cigarettes. The bathroom door doesn't shut or lock, room service sometimes never comes by. WE FOUND DEAD LADY BUGS ALL BEHIND THE NIGHT STAND! The breakfast bar is nothing special at all.

We stay here every month for work purposes. Staff is wonderful accommodations are always met. Always clean.

Bed bugs! beware! checked in and checked the beds because I travel often. Beds were clear, around 2 am I got bit turned the lights on and they were comi ng from the head board. Multiple sized bugs. I called the front desk and was offered a king for two people that are not sharing a bed. Declined sharing a bed and was offered the lovely pull out couch bed. We checked out and there were no apologies given during any of this. Never going there again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights during our prom weekend. I liked it. The staff was nice and welcoming except for one. I don't recall his name but he was rude to us because we were 18 year olds. Other than that, our room was really nice and clean, Wi-Fi worked good, bathroom was clean, and nothing seemed to really bother us. We didn't get a chance to take advantage of the breakfast but friends told us that it wasn't the best. Good hotel, but not enough for 5 stars.

I really can't say any more than "mediocre". The staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean, but they are in a poor location that is loud throughout the night.
