Reviews of Hilton Cleveland Downtown 4*
I travel frequently for work and have stayed here 2 times. I have stayed at a couple of other hotels in the area but I have to say, this hotel is great! Clean, friendly, professional. The atmosphere is luxurious and welcoming. I will continue staying at this location, nothing but positive experiences!
I recently shot 2 days conference in this hotel. Great place, with good service, and delicious food.
Wonderful hotel. We had a great time there. Room rates were a good value and it was incredibly comfortable.
Absolutely beautiful and the staff is so professional. Bar 32 inside the hotel is outstanding. You won’t regret it!
It’s amazing and welcoming environment.
Staff are amazing to work with.
Horrible service no early check in waited hours for our room paid way to much for this poor of service currently here and still waiting for our room staff is no help.
Great concierge, food at restaurant was great, service was top notch and the rooms are very clean. Very happy.
Had one of the worst bartender experiences ever. Arrogant non — friendly, no social skills whatsoever. Had the audacity to push back a $5 tip on an $18 glass of wine and proceeded to act like he wanted to be confrontational from across the bar. Luckily all caught on video and hopefully after my conversation with the food & wine manager this employee who is costing the hotel loss of revenue will be terminated.
Nice place! friendly — clean. But the desk had everybody's rooms screwed up — then again I think we got 60 rooms (wedding).
Great location and great views from the corner rooms.
It has the best view from their rooms. The rooms are gorgeous. And everyone was so kind!
Love it so far! Great location, staff, and food!
Every employee treated us like celebrities. They were helpful, cheerful and upbeat. You could tell they aim to please and loved their jobs!
The staff at this Hilton was totally amazing. Everyone I had co tact with was so kind and super helpful.
Beautiful and over looks the water Clean and easy to get too.
I stayed at this hotel for a marketing conference with CrossCountry Mortgage. The conference room area was beautiful. The food was sooo good! We spent time at the hotel bar & had a great time there as well. I will definitely stay again.
Fantastic room views overlooking Lake Erie, Great Lakes Science Center & Rock Hall. The room was clean, quiet & beds were comfy. All the staff were friendly & helpful. Great location for walking to shopping, food & First Energy Stadium.
Very nice hotel, I would definitely stay here again.
Nice rooms, hot indoor pool, good breakfast. Must visit again.
Great location downtown. Right next to the water and have the scooters all over.
Beautiful Place, Inside and Out! 😎
They made my stay great! Very friendly staff, clean room.
With breath taken view in the bar terrace, everything was amazing, the stuff top notch.
Exceptional staff in all parts of the hotels.
Really cool place. Highly recommend it.
View from bar is amazing! The rooms are very chic and the view from the 30 floor is great!
We love it here. Season ticket Browns holders who always stay here for home games. The best hotel in downtown Cleveland.
Great hotel will be back in summer.
Went for one night in a $200 a night room and we had blood stains on the blankets. After waiting a hour for housekeeping they just moved me to a suite. Yes that was nice, but waiting in line for 2 hours on my girlfriends birthday and missing the sunset in the room I just paid for? Not so much. Smoke alarm went off while I showered and got charged $250. No evidence no ashes no smoke. For some reason security is in charge of taking your money so don’t piss them off management can’t help you. Overall very disappointing and unprofessional. Will not be returning.
Horrible service. Dirty rooms. Stole money from my debit card and no one will return calls and of course no management on a monday morning. Stay away.
Beautiful view, rooms are very clean and extremely comfortable. Great place to stay…
Poor hospitality, overpriced tasteless food rude receptionists.
Great hospitality, very new and modern hotel. Clean. Friendly staff, good food and drinks!
Terrible customer service. The employee we called to cancel our reservation didn’t know what they were doing so now we’re stuck paying $300 for a room.
Wonderful experience! Hotel was really quiet. Rooms were spacious. Bell hops were very helpful and fully available. Downfall is the parking! It’s far and very expensive.
Staff was awesome. Valet service was very quick. Room was very clean well-kept and with contemporary styling.
Great hotel. Came here to celebrate our anniversary and the staff made it a great experience. Great amenities for a romantic weekend.
Great place to stay while in town for a Browns game! super staff and fantastic building and rooms. The bar on the 32nd floor has awesome views of the lake, the city, and the stadium! — с Patrick O'Shaughnessy.
Great service, Decent food at both bars. Close to everything.
Amazing views, worth the upgrade!
What started out poorly, the staff did work to compensate for. First the bad, arrived at 6 pm, directly from the airport to learn there was not an available room yet & they hoped to have one between 6:40 and 7. I tried to go to the restaurant but was told it was a 45 minute wait at least. I then went to the bar, where I was lucky enough to grab a seat at the side and then ignored by bartenders for about 10 minutes. I was finally served but told that the kitchen crashed and I could not order food, despite seeing orders come out. I finally called for a manager who was willing to get me an order of fries to hold me over until I could get dinner, and he did comp the fries. When I finally got the message that my room was ready at 7:09, the person who helped me apologized profusely and did end up giving a certificate for the restaurant or bar for some point during my stay (I learned it wasn’t offered when I checked in due to the kitchen issues). Hopefully things continue to improve from here. It appears that the influx of Browns fans for the Sunday night game overwhelmed this hotel, so I’m hoping it’s an anomaly…
Nice clean hotel, good location, nice bar on the 32 floor, staff was great.
Great place!
Highly recommend it. Good view of stadium and lake.
Amazing room, location, and gorgeous view… clean, friendly, absolute perfection!
Fantastic hotel, kind staff and great meeting rooms.
Nice hotel friendly staff over all nice just wish they had guests laundry.
It’s been the easy check-in I had for any Hotel. Got my upgrade with a nice view and suite without a hassle. Told the front desk this today also.
Beautiful updated rooms with an awesome view if Lake Erie on upper floors. Great place for conventions and a couples retreat. Be sure you have plenty of cash the restaurants are a bit pricier than I expected.
Very Nice, with views of the lake. Recently updated. Green roofs. Very sleek lobby/reception area with moss wall. Lots of elevators. Very friendly service and attentive to your needs; concierge and valet. There is a small shop for sundries. Both self and valet parking. Here’s a tip if you self park there’s a tunnel that goes from the parking garage across the street to the lobby. It’s actually pretty cool with music, short videos of the city (all under ground and very convenient) Restaurant and bar. Family friendly. Stay here you won’t regret it.
The Hilton Cleveland Downtown is a fantastic hotel. The rooms were extremely modern and updated. The whole hotel was very clean and had great service. Honestly, everything about the hotel, location, and nearby attractions was five star except for the price. It's the best hotel downtown and they charge for that. And then they keep charging. The bar, restaurants, and shops inside felt like a punch in the gut when you got the tab.
Very nice. I feel this is one of the nicer hotels downtown has to offer. I've visited many of the higher rated hotels downtown and this one is by far the best. The bar on the 32ond floor doesn't have much in the line of food but the view and experience makes up for it. Very friendly staff as well. The room has more to offer as far as luxury and comfort wise in my opinion. Good job Hilton.
Had an amazing time here. We came into town for the night to have dinner and hang out the next day… The hotel was simply amazing. Very modern look everywhere and a great staff experience. We were offered a complementary upgrade to a suite when they found out it was our anniversary. The suite was absolutely gorgeous with an amazing view of the city and water. The room was perfect with a great tub and bedroom. Next time we are in town we will definitely be staying here again.
The room was great. We opted for a high floor with a City View which was amazing. The room was large and clean and modern. The hotel was nicely decorated and the staff friendly. I loved that the restaurants and bars were open late. The only drawback was the high price for parking of $38
Flew in from PHX for a business conference, after a horrible flight delay we arrived at almost 3 am. They said they did not have our business credit card on file after we called to confirm that everything was okay days prior and they couldn’t get us room keys printed out. We waited a bit to get it handled but it felt like eternity when we had been at the airport since 8 AM and just wanted to sleep. We didn’t feel like we were treated or accommodated as good as we should have coming from this location. It’s a gorgeous hotel aesthetic wise.
We stayed there for the OTR II concert so obviously it was a lot of guest there at the time therefore the second floor restaurant after the concert was slammed and the wait for food was extremely long like 1/12 hour wait after you order And they only had two servers whom I felt really bad for! But with that said all of their customer service was great! I was impressed because they were running about like a chicken with its head cut off. So I have no complaints about the wait but want to commend the servers and bartenders for handling that huge crowd and not compromising their personal customer service! I loved our room the view was great and we were walking distance from the concert so we didn’t have to deal with the horrible traffic. I took one star off because we liked the hotel so much that we wanted to stay an extra day but they couldn’t comp the parking for the second day which wasn’t a big deal but we had already paid double for our room because of event prices plus parking for the one day so a little give would have been nice. So we ended up just going to a hotel down the street. But all in all a good experience!
A complete disgrace to the Hilton name. As Hilton timeshare holder I hold Hilton to a higher quality. Today they gave the service of a local motel 6. While returning from the Beyonce concert we were waiting in a long line to get a elevator up to our room. When we finally got to the front of the line when the bellman proceeded to walk to the front of the line. One of the guests that he was with left the line and went to go get security. Security comes back and advised us that only anybody with a room key is going to get on the elevator first. We simply advised her we had room keys or why would be waiting in the line. We advised we had waited in this long line and were going to board the next elevator. The security guard then advise the bell man to take the lady to the back freight elevator so she could avoid the long lines and the people she claimed would not allow her passage to the elevator! Since when did color give you a privilege above all other paying guests? This is a clear case of privilege and profiling. Are African American men and women not allowed to stay and buy into the Hilton brand? So it appeared tonight that it’s ok to spend our money as long as we ride behind people who consider themselves superior to those of a different race and class! A total disgrace again to the Hilton brand and its minority’s guests!
View from the rooms is really nice and it's a modern hotel. Location is great and price wasn't too high for the location. But the doors to the bathrooms in the rooms is a frosted glass slider type of door that has an inch gap and creates a less than private bathroom experience. Also, there is no coffee place close and while it says they have coffee drinks it's made by you in an instant machine. The employees were nice and overall a nice hotel.
The Front Desk Agents and super nice. The hotel is nice and clean not only is it a hotel but it also could be a site seeing place. The inside I do nice and detailed has an art gallery the glass building is so beautiful looks like something off the Sex and The city Movies. I Highly Recommend it.
Staff is super in every thing they do and how they interact with guests and visitors. They clearly want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable. Lovely rooms. Great views. Two great bars. Nice meeting rooms.
Great location on the water walking distance to Science Center, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and lots of restaurants. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about local attractions and events. Room was spacious and clean. In room fridge was nice. The hotel is connected to Convention Center, which was very convenient for our group.
Wonderful hotel. Service was excellent, especially the bell/luggage service! Thank you! The only thing we wished was that our room was a bit cooler — we had the AC on very low but the temperature never really dropped below 75. Noshery is awesome as well!
My new favorite hotel!
From the moment we pulled into the valet parking to being greeted at the front desk to having a drink at the bar and then watching a breathtaking sunset from the 32nd floor bar it was perfection.
The personalize text message asking if everything was ok from one of the desk clerks was over the top. The professionalism and courtesy of the Bell hops was refreshing in this modern day. Mother & I shared laughs with the bartender as we relaxed after a full day. The friendliest bartender we’ve had in a long time.
I went out for a walk/run in the neighborhood and found it clean and safe with lots of sights to see!
The rooms were clean and perfect, and the beds comfortable. The view of Lake Erie breathtaking!
My only comment remember everybody’s checking out at 11 you will have to wait for a bellhop if you need help so ask early or wait and till 1130!
This is my new favorite hotel in Cleveland I will be back!
My wife and I just stayed here for the first time the last four days — and loved it! The view from our room was incredible — looking out over Lake Erie. We were attending a conference downstairs, so it was extremely convenient. The staff was always super friendly. The little store in the lobby was reasonably priced as well. We also valet parked the car at a decent price — and the team was always quick to retrieve it for us! We will certainly be back.
We stayed in the hotel for a few days while attending a convention in the convention center next week. Hotel is clean and looks modern and sleek. All the staff, no matter where we were, went above and beyond trying to make sure that our stay was the best it could be. Our king bed was wonderful to sleep on, nice pillows, and warm blankets. Plenty of room in the bathroom to get ready. I would stay here again.
We went to the top bar, but they closed early, so we went down to the bar on the second floor. The service was slow for 10pm. It's nice if you're staying there, but there are so many other places to go. I'd recommend checking it out. The bathrooms are nice and clean. And the staff was helpful.
From the moment you check in, till the moment you leave, everything will exceed your expectations. The level of professionalism, from the bell captains (Evan) to the front desk (Yolanda) where excellent. It doesn't stop there. Our corner room overlooking the lake was spectacular! Clean, well designed, tastefully appointed, and comfy! The pool is awesome, and you know how some pools are over chlorinated to the point your skin and eyes feel on fire when you get out? Nope, not a hint of it. The view from the pool room was really nice. We where able to get a great view of the Marathon from the pool room. I can't imagine coming back to Cleveland and staying at another hotel. Bar 32 is worth the stay alone! Stop up and see Robert and have him make a drink called "The song bird" for your lady, she'll enjoy it. But that's a whole other review.
Hotel is good, the surrounding environment can also be directly from the hotel can see Erie Lake, praise.
The Hilton in Cleveland is in a great location. It is located in easy walking distance to many popular Cleveland attractions. The hotel staff are all friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend the Hilton if you are looking for a place to stay in Cleveland.
Rooms were very modern and clean. Our room had a beautiful view of Lake Erie (Room 3130). The bar at the top floor had good food and drinks, just expect Hilton prices (wine at least $12 per glass). It took about 5 minutes to get a drink at the bar but once we got a table, service was quicker. On our last morning, room service was unaware we had late check out and questioned why we were still there. I would think this is something that should be communicated to them.
Beautiful lobby. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is newly built so everything is in very nice condition and modern. Pool temp was comfortable. Large fitness room. Comfortable bed. Clean rooms. The glass building is beautiful and makes for really nice views, especially looking out over the lake.
Beautiful, right downtown, walk to stadium, Rock Hall, couple blocks from Casino. We'll furnished rooms, great bed. Nice restaurant and bar there. Incredible View. We had a little cleanliness issue when we first checked in but they moved us to another room (the bellman collected our gear and moved it). So, no harm, no foul. Great Hotel in a great city.
The hotel is attached to the convention center and just a couple blocks from the lake and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame so it's in a great downtown location. The rooms are standard higher end hotel fare. Comfortable and well appointed but not unusually so. The best part of our stay was the service. Every employee we interacted with smiled, gave the appropriate good morning or good evening, and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. It's a very nice hotel, but the staff steal the show.
The room was excellent and breakfast was outstanding. I really like the fact that they allow you to keep your car valet parked until 6pm even though checkout is 11am. Makes it easier to attend events at the Convention center and they actually have access to the center without going outside!
Location was easy to access. Valet parking was adequate. The food choices at the buffet were excellent except that some of the hot food was cold by the time it was served to us which was a short wait. Cooked salmon is not apatizing cold. The dance floor was better than the ballroom dance floor at the Marriott.
Beautiful view and professional, friendly staff. There were signs posted to help us find the event. The deviled eggs were not tasty, the root vegetable dish was a bit over cooked, and the meat was a little cold. No shrimp cocktails. Everything was clean. The dance floor in the ballroom was great!
Nice clean hotel. Only have valet as parking option for $37 overnight… But parked at the flats for $14 instead. Did do an upgrade for a higher room and to get in sooner but was told it had a view of the stadium which it did not. Didn't feel like complaining about it since we were ready to go out. Overall Nice place right downtown for a decent overall room price.
We stayed two nights. Rooms was good with great views. I really would've liked a bathtub in the corner room. Check in was little weird at first but after few minutes we were checked in. Valet parking is ridiculously expensive for the room rates we payed, couldve been cheaper. The staff that assited us with luggage and valet was super nice. The gentleman at checkout and the staff at the lobby shop was really nice.
Restaurant on 2nd floor was ok. The food was good and the waitress was really nice. The bar area big but not very cozy, the staff was great though.
Overall it was ok to stay here especially for the location.
Beautiful hotel with extremely good customer service. There was a problem with my booking but staff was able to solve it quickly. The room was very clean and comfortable with fantastic views. I was attending a conference next door and really enjoyed the access to those facilities.
Everything was top notch. Room and amenities were excellent. Everything from carpet and tile to furniture and accessories seemed quite up to date and fresh. Had several private meals there that were very good. The staff was very focused on customer care and friendly. Highly recommended.
It's nice and new, but a bit spendy. Hotel is just a couple years old and is quite nice overall. The rooms when paired with a conference weren't too bad. The restaurant is basic and incredibly expensive, especially for breakfast (I'd only go if you can get it for free). Rooms were comfortable. Conference facilities are pretty typical.
This hotel is right in the middle of a lot of interesting attractions. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Cleveland Aquarium, a science center that I forgot the name of but looks neat, and the Cleveland Brown's stadium. It is within walking distance of all these places and more. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The accommodations are modern, but comfy.
The rooms are amazing. I had a beautiful view of the lake. I enjoyed the hotel quite a bit.
Modern, clean and well-comfortable. Many rooms have a good view of the city and the lake. Several options to eat. I have always received good service in all respects.
We've stay at this location a few times and it just gets better with each stay. The staff is amazing! The rooms have great views and are very well appointed.
Love this hotel! In my opinion, nicest hotel in downtown. Nice views of lake and city. Staff was nice and helpful with extra towels and water in our rooms. Went to a Cavs game while in town and fairly easy to get a taxi. Valet guys are cool. Also located to pretty much anything you need. Great stay. Will be back for sure.
I just want to say, my friend and I were here for a drink and the staff at this hotel was absolutely excellent. They made sure that we were safe in our situation when there was a man trying to get a room for us and they didn’t allow it to happen. The security made sure that we were safely to our uber and I truly appreciate this. They knew that we weren’t safe and made sure that we made it safely home. The staff at the Hilton downtown is wonderful.
Great downtown location, lakeside, and across from the Cleveland Browns stadium. Easy walk to the heart of the city and loads of restaurants. Attractive and expansive lobby with many areas to hang out. Executive lounge bigger than most with quality food, but the offerings are limited. Rooms attractive but not necessarily spacious if you are in a queen room.
Beautiful hotel with modern and updated features. Clean. Good/responsive staff. Plenty of elevators that are fairly quick. I wish prices for snacks in the lobby shop weren't marked up so high, but that's just how it is I guess. Definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in.
The Hilton located in downtown Cleveland was fantastic from the lobby to the room. The hotel is fairly new and very clean. Normally I find faults in a hotel room's cleanliness, however in this one specific case, everything was immaculate. The location is fantastic. Not only are you able to see First Energy Stadium, you are also very close to Lake Erie. I was attending an Indians game and I found that the distance from the hotel to Progressive field was no more than a 15 minute walk.
5-star property and mostly 5-star personnel getting docked for 2 key reasons: * Parking is a disaster here right now (Aug 2017), due to construction challenges. Be prepared to wait 30 min or more to have your car retrieved if it is busy (and it usually is here). There would be a wait in the best of circumstances, but there also seems to be a lot of confusion or apathy among the personnel in this area. * During a 5-night stay, the rooms were not attended to until late in the afternoon, if at all. If these issues get resolved, this property is an excellent option. Recommend you call ahead and find out the circumstances, and seek another hotel if the answers are not satisfactory.
Loved this Hilton hotel! Lobby is grandiose and welcoming. Rooms were spacious and new. Within minutes of walking distance to Rock n Roll hall of Fame. I would definitely come back here!
So the staff is great and the room is amazing with a great view. It's been a great stay at this particular Hilton which is in a perfect location. However… the fee for parking and the price which they charge for a Pop, candy, items from the store is ridiculous. I know it's the norm to charge outrageous prices at high end hotels but it doesn't need to be that way. Seriously… a soda doesn't need to be $4. You've nailed everything else, Hilton. Why drop the ball on customer service?!
Great view. Good food at the restaurant. Service is questionable. Maids can't read DND sign. And if you're late for the Executive breakfast (9am cutoff), then you have to pay for breakfast in the main dining room. I've never had that problem anywhere else.
The Hilton Cleveland is in a great location. It is easy to walk to many of the major attractions downtown like Public Square, Quickens Loans Area, The Flats, and Playhouse Square. We were on the 32nd Floor and the views of the city were amazing. The rooms were very comfortable, with the bed being perfect. The pool is nice. The staff was friendly. The only downside is they only have valet parking. We had a wonderful, quiet, relaxing visit.
First time staying in Cleveland, and we decided to stay at the Hilton. This Hilton appears to be fairly new, and it was immaculate. Valet is available and willing to assist in any additional baggage. We didn't have a lot, but it was a welcomed. The lobby was very nice and spacious. On this floor, there is the front desk, an "office work" area, a small duty free shop, sitting area, and more. There is also a restaurant called the Burnham on the ground floor. The check in staff was very friendly despite having several weddings that weekend and an Indians game. It is apparent that it was a stressful weekend. The room itself was very clean and had a beautiful view of downtown Cleveland and Lake Erie. The bed was comfortable too. Overall, there were no negative aspects of my stay. I would highly recommend staying here. It has a beautiful view of the Cleveland Stadium and Lake Erie if you have a Lake view. It is also a short walk to restaurants and Progressive Stadium.
Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. Don't get me wrong, the hotel and rooms are beautiful, but you're paying for just that and nothing more. Make sure you ask about the nearly unavoidable valet parking which will cost you $40. They fail to ever mention that it's the only option to park at the hotel. For a $250+ stay, valet should be included especially with the construction and congested front unloading area. After leaving our car with valet, we found out there was no option to check-in early, so we quickly scrambled to get the car back which would then take another 45 minutes! We decided to grab lunch on the second floor to avoid the hassle of getting the car out which was a horrible decision. Walking into the bar side, every table except 2 were left dirty and uncleared. And they remained that way for duration of our meal. We were sat, passed three times by different servers until I had to point out we were there. We ordered nachos and wings as to be quick. Took 10 minutes to get a soda. Spare yourself the time and don't bother here. The food was no better than gas station quality; that's no exaggeration either. Canned cheese on stale chips, old and overcooked pulled pork. I wouldn't have fed this food to my dogs. The only up-side to that experience was having the bill covered by a polite manager who seemingly had no idea how inattentive the staff was.
The decor was trendy, upscale, with a touch of futuristic appeal. The lobby was decorated with a "foliage mural" that was actually artificial plants for a 3-D appeal. There is a rooftop where you can enjoy the most breathtaking views possible in Cleveland. The rooms are neat and clean with a touch of simplicity that allows dorva sense of sterility. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone searching.
If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Wanted to get away. Be away from busy East coast cities… what's not to like? Cleveland Indians nearby… Browns… nearby… River Cruise on Lake Erie… visited old Polish neighborhood… St John's Cathedral… lovely… you can walk to all of these or take the bus/city train. Walk from hotel to R+R Hall of Fame! I'll say it again, What's not to like? Great restaurants on Alley… Euclid Street! all walking distance…
I have been staying at Hilton's for as long as I can remember and can honestly say my stay here was easily one of my best stays. Hannah was amazing at check-in and the rest of the staff was very helpful. Everyone from valet, bell service, to the concierge went above and beyond. I HIGHLY recommend staying here for any event in the Cleveland area :)
Public restrooms that provide a 5 star private experience. Bathrooms include enclosed stalls with doors and sides nearly to the floor to provide a feel of visual and auditory privacy when conducting your business. The ambiance of the sinks express the same class the rest of the hotel does, making for a full experience. 2 ply quilted toilet paper is a rarity in the world of public restrooms and is thus above and beyond. 5 out of 5 rolls.
I went there for lunch. Amazing service and good food. I also loved the view right outside the lobby and out the windows.
This review is only for Bar 32 on the top floor of the hotel. The space is impressive and the bartenders are very knowledgeable and approachable, which was even more impressive to me than the view of the city. The view is incredible by the way. Only negative is that the drinks are marked up pretty high. But I guess that's the price for feeling like you're on top of the world in Cleveland Ohio.
Excellent customer service. Beautiful decor. Comfortable bed. Spacious shower. Lovely view. I would highly recommend!
Great staff. Kevin at the front desk was great when I checked in. Craig my server in Barnham was on top of things and very friendly. Thanks! The picture is from a convention dinner I had prepared by the Hilton. Excellent meal!
The best hotel in downtown Cleveland. It's clean, cool, and sophisticated. I love the access to the convention center and it's just a quick walk to the restaurants.
The staff was very friendly and the hotel very nice. As a Diamond member we were upgraded to the Ambassador Suite on 23rd floor which was awesome and had great viewss and very large rooms. Unfortunately, due to the room switch, I could not use my digital key and was told by the front desk there was no way to activate it. The room above us had very noisy guests and you could hear them talking and walking across the floor. Not what I expect from a brand new high end hotel. The front desk did offer to comp some points for the inconvenience. The area rug in the main room was dirty and stained. Very disappointing that a hotel only 1 year old had a dirty rug, come on! The breakfast is just okay, could use more variety. As a loyal Hilton member I would be willing to stay here again.
We stayed here the night after our wedding for a romantic staycation in the city. The hotel is still new with a very modern design style. The staff is attentive and quick to greet us on sight. It is a luxury hotel so expect pricing to be in line with that concept. That said the on site restaurant and bars were nice. Bar 32 was a selling point for us to pick this hotel versus the other new and renovated properties in the immediate area. The experience is geared toward professional travelers but we enjoyed our stay and had no problem finding ways to have romantic moments.
I was conducting business in one of the suites on floor 11 (1125) and there was a wonderful view of lake Erie. The suite itself was spacious and well decorated. The furniture was sturdy and the room was big enough to hold 12 people comfortably. The rooftop bar had some incredible views of downtown Cleveland as well as lake Erie. I would highly recommend it. The only brawback is that although they have a pool area, they do not have a sauna or hot tub for guests.
One of the best hotels in Cleveland.
I attended a rooftop bar event yesterday. It was from society of urban professionals. I spent only a couple of hours.
I went to the bathroom it was a nice bathroom.
