Good stay. Nice beds and the room was nice and cool. Staff was nice and everything was pleasant. Would stay again.

The rooms we're comfy and nice, however my only downside is the heating/cooling systems. The fans arent powerful enough to blow air across the room quickly.

Quite a nice hotel for a decent price! I was pleasantly surprised! It was clean and that it's the most important part for me! The employees were very friendly and helpful. The room did have a smell, but nothing horrible and once you were in you didn't notice it. That being said, my daughter was staying across the street at the holiday inn and says her room had the same smell. Not offensive though. I would certainly stay again, I can't say that I would be in the area again, but if so… yes!

Great price for just a fast overnight stay, room was clean, could use a fresh coat of paint but overall nice. Better breakfast options than most.

I checked in and ended up not staying because me and a friend booked the wrong hotels, Anyway the place smelled great and they refunded me my money after checking in for a few minutes. 5 Stars because the blond behind the counter was absolutely beautiful.

Horrible little creature working front desk refused to help with getting best rate for room. Been Choice rewards member staying at Quality Inn's for work since August. Clerk says owner of this hotel will absolutely not allow her to help a customer get beat rates. Terrible service.

Nothing fancy, but a good place to spend the night. They include a hot breakfast, have a pool and have nearby restaurants.

This is a very nice, affordable hotel. The rooms are nice and modern. There is a small refrigerator and microwave in the room. The entire facility is very clean smells fresh. The included breakfast is very good as well with lots of options. Our 3 night stay was very enjoyable.

Wi-Fi works and is fast enough. Room is clean. Breakfast is adequate.

No elevator. Super friendly front desk. The building is older but the rooms have been renovated. There are comfortable beds.

This hotel is great. The staff is very friendly. All of the staff speaks with a smile to you when you are in their field of sight. The room we stayed in was so clean and comfortable. They exceed what my family and I thought we would get. We were also, able to bring our little dog in the room with us for an extra $20. The only problem we found and it is a small problem is the bathroom it is tight. That is why we were not able to give a 5 star.

Very nice hotel. The person who checked us in was pleasant and helpful. The hotel is right next door to a Wendy's and a very short drive to other restaurants. There is also a Walmart within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was strong. The water for our shower was nice and hot. If you have to stay in the Ashland OH area, I strongly recommend this hotel.

I would say that in Ashland, this quality inn is just as nice as the holiday inn Express it for usually quite a bit less. The pool is pretty nice and heated. But not all rooms are created equal, some of the rooms are ridiculously small.

Excellent! Clean rooms, delicious breakfast with lots of choices, and very friendly staff in all departments. Everyone was friendly and very accommodating. Very flexible as well, planned on staying only one night and ended up booking another without a problem. After checking out was going to return for a third night because of the affordable prices and it was booked full. There is lots to do in and around town including Grandpa's Cheesebarn right down the road. Considering the pricing and excellent experience we would definitely return again.

Awesome place, very clean. Staff is super courteous and friendly. Food is good. Rooms are nice and tidy. Pool and hot tub were great. Will be returning next year with my family. Thank you all @ Quality Inn; in Ashland Ohio for having such a great place and for making the Quality Inn in Plaino/Dallas look like hell.

Rooms here are small but very comfortable. I stayed here last year and the room smelled like smoke but now they're a smoke free establishment which is fantastic. The pool was in great shape and to my surprise a saltwater pool which is even better! Overall great experience.

Staying at Quality inn in Ashland Ohio. Even though the rooms have a slight order they have decent decor and are clean. The front desk and everyone that works here is super nice. They have an indoor pool and have begun renovations for a fitness center. The morning continental breakfast is great as they have a good variety of cold and hot breakfast foods. Great Value for the price.

This hotel is one of the best we have stayed in. The staff is SUPER friendly, the beds are SUPER comfy, and the cleanliness was SUPER good. The hotel room was very comfortable and I just have to mention the beds are awesome! The Wi-Fi was very fast as well. The cleanliness of the room was a 10/10 and there were a lot of options around for a meal. Wherever you go in the hotel, staff is always greeting you and smiling. Missy in the breakfast area was doing an AMAZING job! Wow! When you first entered, she greeted you with a smile and a good morning. She was running around cleaning the tables, stocking breakfast items, and assisting those who needed help with the waffle maker haha! A woman almost forgot her purse and she noticed it right away and ran to take it to her before she got too far away. Also, the food was pretty good, it wasn't absolutely a loss for words but it also wasn't bad. My family really likes scrambled eggs and bacon, that would be a great addition to the selection. I would say that maybe one more table in that area would be nice for a little bit more seating, but other than that, everything else was spectacular! My family didn't do any swimming simply because we arrived there pretty late and we were all too tired to swim, but the pool looked great! I'm sure everyone enjoyed the pool, it looked like they were having lots of fun. Thank you for a great stay, we will definitely be back.

Quiet clean rooms. Ample parking for large Ryder trucks in a lot behind the hotel. Decent breakfast and a nice pool.

Stayed at Quality Inn in Ashland, OH. We had a very nice stay. The desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. She even gave us call in order advice for dinner. The rooms were very clean and the king size bed was comfortable. While I find most hotel rooms seem narrow, but long, this one had ample space and almost made you forget that you were in a hotel. It didn't have that hotel room smell that you find a lot of places. The hotel offers an indoor pool, but we did not use it. Looked very clean and relaxing — other guests were using it and seemed satisfied. The hot breakfast was adequate. I've had better and I have had much worse. Overall it was definitely acceptable. We were able to use a coupon from a coupon book we picked up at a gas station an hour or so south and were able to save a significant amount. Will definitely stay there again if we visit the area.

We were there for a short period of time, just visiting daughter at school. The room served us well. Other guests got an early start and woke us up, but not issue of hotel. Rooms were clean, spacious and we got a great price thanks to Internet coupon.
