The General Manager Paul (Retired MARINE) answered the phone late in the evening on July 11, 2020. I had been turned away from 4 other hotels because I had only cash on me. I bank at a small FCU. I had issues with Orbitz. I had had a day that was a nightmare. I Looked like garbage and Paul looked to see I that have stayed there many times. He was a hard eyed Military man but took care of me. He was kind and shook my hand. I usually stay at this hotel because it's very nice. I will be writing a letter to the corporate office to share my story. Paul if You read this, Semper Fi! You not only have my gratitude for service to this Amazing Country but my Gratitude for understanding my situation. 4 other hotels lost business but they will also get a letter to those Corporate offices. Because that is just BAD business.

Very nice hotel, very nice staff. Nice pool area the hot tub was great nice and hot. Nice breakfast loved the colors.

My sisters and I stayed here for four days and we had a wonderful experience. Our room was clean, lobby and eating area was very clean, too. Staff and management were friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely be staying here the next time I return.

I had a great stay. Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a good variety of food. It's great to have a bar and restaurant on site when I stay over. Will be back.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, cozy bar, limited food menu, but tasty. I recommend the chicken schnitzel.

The first time I booked a room here I booked through Travelocity for business and accidentally reserved the wrong dates. I called immediately after receiving confirmation with wrong dates to reschedule and they would not refund for the original room. I just called again to book two queen rooms for myself and my employees, 2-3 adults in each room, and they wouldn’t allow three adults in a two queen bed room. Basically saying I would have to purchase another room and it boiled down to money. I told them I would take my business else where. This hotel cares about nothing but squeezing every penny out of its customers. I called another hotel with better ratings and they accommodated my crews and I. I will never return here and recommend others avoid this hotel as well.

Very friendly staff with all the necessary amenities! I loved knowing the girls at the front desk by name and getting a huge smile as I walked by. The whirlpool was perfectly hot and the rooms had microwaves even! If I had to come to ND again, it would be here.

Clean and good food. Pool was good for the kids. They even had small pool yoys for the kids. Whirlpool was nice and hot. Very Friendly staff.

New hotel with food and bar on site. Fuddruckers is just next to it. It is a bit north but easy to get to everything.

Very nice rooms! Very clean and look brand new! A little spendy but a nice hotel.

Checked in at 4p. M. Nice clean room. Placed bags inside changed and threw mattress top covers in corner. Went to dinner. Came back to room 9p. M. Room had been entered by someone that had re made the beds and closed our bags and put them on the TV stand. Strange and disconcerning that neither the night employee or following day employee had no idea who or why someone entered an occupied room and cleaned up. Nothing was stolen. Except privacy and comfort level.

Booked a room for 2 nights. Was told I would be ground floor, near the pool. I was on the 3rd floor. The lady at check in spoke broken English and was bossy even though she didn't know what she was talking about. The keys quit working and the employee harassed my girlfriend when hers quit working instead of apologizing for the issue. The room was dirty at check in. The spa was taped off, the pool was too cold. I won't be back.

. Food is comparable to a homeless soup kitchen absolutely disgusting and the bare minimum… drinks are so expensive go to the liquor store to Walmart and get a bottle.

My fiancé ordered a cheeseburger which took 57 minutes. After biting into the cheeseburger it was not even halfway cooked. He was completely disgusted. He asked for the check from the waitress who was very sympathetic and had the chef come to check the burger. When the chef arrived he stood there… my fiancé was disappointed and said the burger was not cooked. The chef told my fiancé to go to McDonald! Who says that!? Not to mention they never comped his burger. Waiting over an hour for a raw burger and having to pay for it, this restaurant has poor quality and horrible customer service.

Clean, very nice accommodations, a lot of amenities in the room that are complimentary like mouth wash.

Beautiful, clean, peaceful &convinced that the restaurant will walk your order over to the hotel if u dont want to get out. The hotel also has shuttle services to & from airport & other locations. Check it out if you ever in Williston.

Room was super clean. I asked for extra towels. I got a double queen suite… nice and big with a counter space, fridge, microwave and extra sink. Complentary water bottle for coffee or tea. Shampoo conditioner and body wash in dipensers right in the shower. Great price! The pool was so nice in the evening, music, dim lights. Hot tub was hot! And the pool wasnt cold. Breakfast is good. Definetly stay here again. Cause seriously the price is nice for nice hotel.

Place and people were nice. The beds were hard, and the breakfast was sub-par. Not too bad.

Passion For Life Ministries rented the meeting room for a conference. The staff was very helpful and the catered lunch was excellent. A wonderful staff to work with. They made sure we had everything we needed and all the audio visual equipment. We will work with them again,

I had some basic expectations not fulfilled here. I was by myself but had a double queen room, and one of the beds was missing all of its pillow cases. The trash cans were missing liners. There was also a very strange noise coming from the bathroom vent, like something was moving around. I really hope it was mechanical. The breakfast also had a lot to be desired. They were out of orange juice and the waffle batter came out with some discolored watery stuff. The staff were friendly. If I had to revisit Williston I'd probably stay here again, but only because it's the only SPG hotel in the area and I build up my points.

Me and 3 of my children came up to visit my husband last weekend while he was working. I'd booked a different hotel at first and it was disgusting and just a horrible experience. Booked a room here and left the other place and it was the best decision of the trip! The front desk clerk was great and very accommodating. We literally felt spoiled! The room was clean, the pool was warm, and the breakfast was great! I will stay here every time we come to visit my hubby! In fact, I'm already planning another trip next weekend :)

I must say when arriving at property I was impressed. Was greated by very friendly staff. Had a turbulent time getting a room that wasn't cleaned well or had issues, but they made it right and that is not something that too many places do anymore. Would be 5 stars if not for the problems getting settled. I would stay here again, a tip would be to not get a room directly above pool, slight wet smell in those rooms, but away from look area, really really nice.

Stayed here for work. Very quiet, friendly staff. Fuddruckers in the parking lot. Just far enough outside of Williston you don't have to deal with the constant Williston traffic noise. It is a little difficult to get across the divided highway into the parking lot. They must have replaced the old man with a younger one, water pressure was great (ground floor).

Nice place, good staff and clean rooms. Kitchenette Suites are a bit of a let down with not full sized fridge or range top or plates/bowls to use. Access is a bit tight also.

Beautiful building. Great lobby and room. Excellent attention from staff and super helpful from the beginning. Loved everything about this place. Local craft brew for $3! Spent time in the hot tub and pool. Sat in the lobby drinking a beer while watching TV on a comfy couch. Room was very clean and nice. Bed very comfy. Had 4 HBO channels! Complimentary Dasani water. This hotel for the price was fantastic.

Asked the front desk for an extra blanket for our 2 year old son and they didn't have one. What kind of Hotel doesn't have an extra blanket? Seemed a bit overpriced for no more than we got but the room was exceptionally clean and breakfast was okay. Our bed was really comfortable so that's a big plus. Swimming pool was absolutely freezing, they had all the windows open on a cold day so that didn't help matters any but the hot tub felt amazing.

The building is nice and very updated however this place has the water pressure of an old man taking a piss on my head on a good day. The automatic doors stopped working so we have to pry our way into the hotel. Free breakfast? Maybe if the cook actually showed up I'd get more than a bagel in a ziploc baggy. I will admit the 6am alarm of the loader plowing the parking lot was a nice addition. Also towels at the pool would be nice. Great facility awful service.

They spoil me rotten there Lol! I absolutely love it, As do my boys! ;) we come back once a month to get my son's braces tightened and this is our hotel we stay at every time we've stayed at almost every other hotel and no other hotel comes even close to this one! It was slow with bad weather last time we stayed they made us fresh breakfast as we wanted they made sure me and my boys had a nice big hot breakfast every morning and just lots of hospitality throughout the day! Love the staff there! Just a very good nice friendly atmosphere with very very good people! Highly recommended and the beds are like big fluffy marshmallows lol and nice clean rooms with good water pressure for showers and big huge white towels that actually cover ur body lol ya love this hotel! U want a nice place to stay, stay right here! ;) ps. I'm pretty picky lol no jk.

The hotel itself was fine. Room was clean and what I expected it to be. The service was less than stellar though. There was only one nice staff member that would say hi to me (even if I said hi to them) and they always seemed to be grouped talking to each other in many different parts of the hotel. That includes just in front of the entrance where there would regularly be three of them smoking.

Top notch great rooms and breakfast.

This appeared to be a newer facility and was nicely decorated and very clean. The free Wi-Fi worked good as well as the digital cable system on the tv. The rooms were roomy and the beds comfortable. There was a small kitchenette with microwave, sink, mini fridge and plenty of cabinets.

I've stayed at the Brooks numerous time and have had a good experience. However, this time wasn't the case. The bed look as though someone had been sitting on it, the bathroom seemed a little dirty, and there was no plastic laundry bag. Minor this but in combination just made the room at a nice hotel seem subpar.

Great place to relax from the Boom Town Rush! Conveniently located for a quick commute to your favorite dinner or shopping establishment. AWESOME complimentary breakfast! Kool down to earth staff! Nice place to take a deep breath!
